Building a family life is basically aimed to successfully achieving life satisfaction and happiness, which we use the term subjective well-being. Empirical data shows that family life is a dynamic process of adaptation, therefore events such as problems, stress, pressure and crisis are not determinants of subjective well-being, but rather how to improve the ability of individuals to make the intended coping. Gratitude is a form of coping response which is a predictor of subjective well-being. Gratitude can be activated and trained continuously through the process of learning and training throughout life, thus forming the power of transcendence. The research findings show that: gratitude can be done by implementing cognitive emotional regulation strategies, namely (a) refocus on planning, (b) putting into perspective, (c) positive appraisal. In addition, the activation of gratitude can be done through mindfulness by using the strategy 3 A, namely (a) Attention (b) Awareness (c) Acceptance, and activating gratitude with the counting of blessing method. Recommendations for future research: it is necessary to develop a gratitude training model that is proven effective in increasing the subjective well-being of "young" mothers (20-40 years).

Persepsi kompetensi profesional guru matematika adalah penilaian yangdiberikan siswa terhadap kemampuan dan kewenangan guru matematika dalammenjalankan profesi keguruannya, sedangkan self-efficacy matematika merupakankeyakinan siswa terhadap diri sendiri mengenai seberapa besar kemampuannyadalam mengerjakan tugas matematika untuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran yangoptimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besarsumbangan pengaruh persepsi kompetensi profesional guru matematika terhadapself-efficacy matematika.Sampel penelitian sebanyak 131 siswa didapat melalui teknik randomsampling. Skala persepsi kompetensi profesional guru matematika menggunakanmodel semantic differencial, dan skala self efficacy matematika menggunakanbentuk Likert.Berdasarkan hasil analisa data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakanmetode regresi sederhana, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh antarapersepsi kompetensi profesional guru matematika dengan self efficacy matematikadengan koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,033 atau terdapat pengaruh sebesar3,3 %. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa masih terdapat pengaruh lainsebesar 96,7% yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap self efficacy matematika padasiswa.

Performance is a result of employee behavior to perform tasks according to competence. The Result of employee’s behavior in performing the duty is the employee’s attachment to the organization supported by the satisfaction while working. This researches was conduoted on employees of PT K. The number of reserch subjects is 100 people. All subjects work at least 1 year with minimal education DIII and age range 20–50 years. Hypotheses were tested by regression analysis.The result showed that there are a significant relationshop between employee engagement and job satisfacation and performance. (F = 30.622 ; R = 0.387). Employee engagement has a significant relationship with performance (r = 0.536; p = 0.00), and job satisfaction has significant relationship with performance (r= 0.448; p= 0.00). The results showed that there are an association of employee engagement and job satisfaction with performance.

Living a happy life is everyone's dream. Happiness in psychology is termed Subjective Well-Being (SWB). SWB is a cognitive evaluation (life satisfaction) and affective (positive and negative effects). Nurses need to have a high Subjective Well-being in order to maximize the service of nurses in hospitals. The purpose of this study was to determine the SWB level of nurses working in mental hospitals RS. Dr. Soerojo Magelang. The method used is descriptive quantitative survey approach using a self-evaluation questionnaire that has been patented (has been adapted, modified, and changed into Indonesian). The self-evaluation questionnaire includes an adaptation of the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) and The Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) questionnaire. Data were processed using SPSS to test variables with a significance level of 0.05. For the level of well-being in the measurement of affect (positive and negative), 142 (54.0%) respondents often experience positive affect and in the measurement of life satisfaction, as many as 156 (59.3%) have high life satisfaction.

Every case of premeditated murder carried out by someone must be motivated by certain problems between the perpetrator and the victim that made the perpetrator plan the murder. The purpose of this study is to find out psychological dynamics such as what makes a person commit an act of murder. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Participants in this study amounted to one person, namely Agus (not real name), a prisoner in a premeditated murder case who was served a punishment at the X penitentiary .In the process, this study used observations, interviews and psychological testing tools that would help researchers in dynamizing participants. The results of this study indicate that Aguscommitted murder was motivated by feelings of jealousy towards his wife, poor coping, inconsistent parenting, bad living environment and imitative behavior make Acapable of killing.

Salah satu peran dan tugas PIK-M adalah memberikan layanan konseling.Pendidik sebaya diharapkan memiliki keterampilan berkomunikasi yang tujuannyadapat memberikan penyuluhan atau melakukan edukasi kepada remaja. Konselorsebaya, selain memiliki keterampilan komunikasi, juga diharapkan telah memilikiketerampilan konseling. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh anggotaPIK-M menjadi salah satu indikator untuk membantu tugas anggota PIK-M dalammemberikan pelayanan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan remaja, sehinggadiharapkan dapat berdampak kepada perilaku remaja dalam menjaga kesehatanreproduksi mereka.Pelatihan micro skills ini mengacu pada program basic attending skillsyang merupakan metode untuk mengajarkan cara-cara membangun hubungandengan orang lain. Basic attending skills didesain untuk memfasilitasi konselordengan pemahaman dan kompetensi fundamental untuk konselor pemula.Kompetensi-kompetensi dasar tersebut adalah: 1) Attending behavior, 2) Openinvitation to talk, 3) Minimal encourage, 4) Paraphrase, 5) Responding to feelingsand emotion, 6) Summarization, 7) Leading (indirect leading, direct leading,focussing).

2019 is the following year after 5 years ago carrying out presidential elections for Indonesia. Indonesia has a routine every 5 years carrying out the General Election (General Election) to accommodate the people's aspirations for their country and choose the best head of state according to the community. With this, there must be candidates who will advance in the election and there will also be differences in the political game in it. The existence of this creates a conflict that will affect the traces of opinion among the people and cause hatred. One of the factors that influence hatred is politics. A science to achieve power as desired and gain profits. The aim of the study was to find out the relationship between active open thinking and hatred towards the supporters of selected presidential candidates. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling in Malang. The research subjects were 300 people ranging in age from 17-25 years. There are several criteria sampled in this study, namely having a KTP, already having the right to vote for the 2019 presidential election. The data collection method uses a scale and analysis test using a correlation test showing the existence of a negative relationship between active open thinking and hatred of supporters of presidential candidates.

Media sosial adalah sebuah media online, dengan para penggunanya bisa dengan mudah berpartisipasi, berbagi, dan menciptakan isi meliputi blog, jejaring sosial, wiki, forum dan dunia virtual. Media sosial membawa pada pola pikir individu (neurologis) yang akan mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku termasuk didalamnya adalah agresisifitas. Agresifitas merupakan tingkah laku individu yang ditujukan untuk melukai atau mencelakakan individu lain yang tidak menginginkan datangnya tingkah laku tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan media sosial dengan tingkat agresifitas remaja. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan alat ukur skala agresifitas dan skala penggunaan media sosial. Jumlah subjek seb anyak 85 siswa MA Muhammadiyah Malang yang diperoleh melalui metode total sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan mengunakan perhitungan product moment pearsonmenunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara penggunaan media sosial dengan tingkat agresifitas remaja ( r = 0,975 dan p = 0.00). Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi penggunaan media sosial maka semakin tinggi tingkat agresifitas remaja.Kata kunci: media sosial, agresifitas, remaja

Research on recidivism tendencies which is influenced by internal factors that have been carried out is related to psychological problems (2014), self-regulation (2016) and self-control (2017). Based on this research it appears that there is a missing link related to the source of initial encouragement that comes from within the individual as a process of interaction and internalization of the initial experiences of individuals with parents, ancestors and other significant people. Related to this, this study aims to determine the effect of Cultural Value on the Trend of Recidivism in Jember Class IIA Prisoners.This type of research is associative quantitative that is to determine the relationship between one variable with another variable and the effect of a variable on other variables. There are two psychological scales used in this study, the Cultural Values scale adapted from The Potrait Value Questionnaire (PVQ-RR) compiled by Schwartz and the Residivism Tendency scale adapted from the Psychopathy Check List-Revised (PCL-R) compiled by Hare . The results of this study are expected to be input/reference in developing community values-based community intervention programs.The results showed a calculated F value of 0.471 with a significance level of 0.493 0.05, which means that there was no influence of Cultural Value on the Trend of Residivism. Descriptive test shows that as many as 107 prisoners (56%) have high cultural values and 84 inmates (44%) have low cultural values. This means that prisoners tend to use cultural values as a reference in behavior, but they do not necessarily have compliance with the values that exist in the community. The highest percentage is the value of Universalism, Achievement, and Security. While the lowest percentage is the value of Stimulation, Benevolence Care, and Self Direction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian LayananBimbingan dan Konseling terhadap perilaku membolos pada siswa. Penelitian inimenggunakan rancangan penelitian kuantitatif. Total subjek yang digunakanberjumlah 94 siswa dengan pembagian 30 siswa digunakan sebagai subjek ujicobaaitem, berikutnya 64 orang yang berasal dari dua kelas yang berbeda digunakansebagai subjek penelitian yang sesungguhnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yangdigunakan menggunakan teknik random samping. Hasil penelitian selanjutnyadianalisis menggunakan program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) forWindows 16.0.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil korelasi -0,145yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pemberian Layanan Bimbingandan Konseling terhadap perilaku membolos pada siswa. Pengambilan keputusan inididasarkan pada probabilitas yang berbunyi: jika probabilitas 0,05 (atau 0,01) makaH0 diterima dan jika probabilitas 0,05 (atau 0,01) maka H0 ditolak. Dari hasiltersebut juga diperoleh sebuah kesimpulan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor penyebabkenakalan remaja yang dalam hal ini perilaku membolos. Lingkungan keluarga,sekolah maupun lingungan sosial adalah tiga hal yang akan dapat memicu sekaligusmenekan tindak indisipliner yang dilakukan siswa.
