Abstract

The goal of tourism development is basically to improve the status of tourism from the development sub-sector to the mainstay development sector that is able to activate the economy and other related sectors. This study aims to determine the Government's Role in the Development of Yendi Beach Tourism Object in Yendidori Village, Yendidori District, Biak Numfor District. Data collection techniques used such as; observation, interview, and documentation. The analytical method used is qualitative analysis. The results showed that the role of the Tourism Office in the Development of Yendi Beach Tourism Potential Yendindori Village in Biak Numfor Regency was dominant as a motivator where the Tourism Office as a tourism stakeholder in Biak Numfor District needed its role in motivating the community, investors and tourism entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Berbelanja melalui e-commerce telah memudahkan para pembeli yang sibuk dan tidak memiliki waktu untuk pergi berbelanja barang yang dicari atau dibutuhkan dan pastinya menghemat waktu dan tenaga serta lebih mudah, praktis, mudah dicari, informasi yang diberikan lebih detail serta biasanya harga yang ditawarkan lebih terjangkau bahkan lebih murah dibandingkan dari harga di pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam tentang pengaruh e-commerce terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada usaha kecil menengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pemberian angket kepada 45 responden. Data diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana untuk mengetaui hubungan antara variabel X dan Y dengan bantuan software SPSS Versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel e-commerce dengan kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan angka korelasi antara e-commerce dengan kepuasan pelanggan adalah sebesar 0,568 yang berarti memiliki hubungan yang positif, sedangkan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 5,50 dan ttabel sebesar 1,681, ini berarti bahwa thitung > ttabel, maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara e-commerce dengan kepuasan konsumen. Hal ini berarti bahwa penggunaan e-commerce yang baik dan professional dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

A literature review is to form a meta-analysis or theoretical construct in finding the truth of the research. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of the journal literature review which will later form an appropriate literature model. The general method implemented in this research is qualitative research where the approach is carried out through literature studies, namely research that critically examines knowledge, ideas, or findings, and provides theoretical and methodological contributions to the object of study. The results of this study indicate an inventive placement of the appropriate variable positions for Employee Engagement to form an appropriate research result model as reference material and to determine the dominance of journal reference types, for human resource studies including sample data, types of research and business or business activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Domino’s Pizza Branch Grand Centro Bintaro, South Jakarta. Type of research using survey research. The subject of this study as many as 100 consumer people's Domino's Pizza. Methods of data collection using observation and questionnaire techniques with a Linkert scale. Legitimate of the data obtained by the validity and reliability test, The research findings confirm that there is a positive and significant impact between the service quality to the customer satisfaction in Domino’s Pizza Branch Grand Centro Bintaro, South Jakarta. The coefficient of determination (R)2 is service quality has a strong enough influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan usaha seseorang untuk mempengaruhi orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Biak Numfor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan pimpinan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sudah menunjukkan hasil yang baik meskipun pegawai masih membutuhkan perhatian, motivasi, serta pengawasan dari seorang pimpinan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Office of Communication and Information in Purwakrta Regency. Field method with regression statistical analysis approach. By using the method and these variables are expected to solve problems that occur in employees in the Office of Communication and Information Purwakarta Regency. The respondents in this study were 50 employees. The results of the analysis show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance in the moderate influence category. This can be seen from the statistical results of the correlation test and hypothesis testing of the two variables using the multiple linear F tests and the T-test, while the statistical test for the Work Discipline variable is positively and significantly affected by employee performance. Thus, these empirical findings indicate that to improve employee performance it is necessary to improve service quality and improve discipline levels

Abstract

Standards that generally must be owned by companies in order to achieve a good management system are ISO 9001 international standards, these standards govern the company's quality management system. PT XYZ is a printing company, this company has obtained the ISO 9001 certification version in 2008. However, there are the latest developments where in September 2015, ISO issued the latest revised standard so that the ISO 9001: 2008 standard is no longer valid. Therefore, PT XYZ is obliged to migrate or change its standards following the latest revised standard requirements, namely ISO 9001:2015 no later than 2018. The method of risk management analysis is carried out by entering identified risks into the risk management form. Furthermore, the risk of failure and its effect is determined by two factors, namely: the magnitude of the impact if a failure occurs, the second is the probability and frequency of failure. After the classification is carried out, the weighting calculation is performed for all identified risks (risk assessment). Identified risks and their weights are entered into the risk register according to priority, where the risk with the highest weight is placed in the top position. Based on the results of high-risk research (H), namely the production process inspection process and the final inspection QC process. For medium risks, there are 3, namely the process of making COAs, the Incoming Material Inspection process, and the process of handling complaints.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of foreign direct investment (FDI), interest rates, and exchange rates on Indonesia's total exports simultaneously and partially. FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) or foreign direct investment is one of the important characteristics of an increasingly global economic system. This begins when a company from one country invests in the long run into a company in another country. In this way companies in their home countries (commonly called 'home countries') can control companies that exist in investment destination countries (commonly called 'host countries') either in part or in full. The research method used is to use quantitative methods by analyzing secondary data using time series. The results of this study indicate that Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), interest rates, and exchange rates both simultaneously and partially affect the value of Indonesia's exports.

Abstract

In accordance with the regional taxation system which was started in 1997 by issuing Law Number 18 of 1997 concerning building a simple, fair, and effective regional levy system. This reform is aimed at building a fair, simple, and effective local levy system, as well as correcting the weaknesses of the previous system, especially those related to the effectiveness and efficiency of tax collection. The third phase was marked by the issuance of Law Number 25 of 1999 concerning Central and Regional Financial Balancing, which has significantly changed the financial relations between the central government and regional governments, which were from more centralized to decentralized. This phase is marked by the existence of regional autonomy. One of them is the parking tax revenue which is currently managed by the government, private sector, and individually so that the effectiveness of parking tax revenue can be seen on the contribution of local tax revenue. As for this research, using a descriptive research method and after conducting the research it was concluded that it was in accordance with the expected target. However, it would be maximized if all elements of the parking tax were maximized, namely, the amount of parking revenue from illegal parking was Rp. 19,720,000,000. If the nominal is added to the parking tax revenue in 2018, which is Rp. 195,281,205,961 to Rp. 215,001,205,961.

Abstract

 Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui 1). Prospek volume usaha Koperasi Cahaya Uma Hasti dari tahun 2015-2018. 2). Prospek Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU) Koperasi Cahaya Uma Hasti dari tahun 2015-2018. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei korelasional, sedangkan analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji kebenaran hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Sampel diambil dari pengurus dan Anggota Koprasi Cahaya Uma Hasti di Depok yang berjumlah 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan berdirinya koperasi (X) terhadap Perekonomian Pengurus dan anggota (Y), sebesar  21%, sisanya (79%) karena pengaruh faktor lain. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig = 0.001< 0,05 dan Fhitung = 13.349.
