Abstract

Problems faced by PT. Pos Indonesia is the number of private competitors engaged in logistics, making it difficult to compete in the industry. By implementing company performance measurement using the Malcolm Balridge Performance Excellence model, it is expected that PT. Pos Indonesia can find out its advantages and can improve it. Based on the results of research to 88 respondents using quantitative verification methods, obtained an overview of the company's performance is in the very good category but the measurement of company performance has not been fully measured using the Malcolm Balridge method, and a picture of competitive advantage in either category. From the data analysis test results obtained by the company's performance with the Malcolm Balridge model has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage at PT. Pos Indonesia.

Abstract

The cooperative as a business entity or company needs capital to finance the business and cooperative organizations. Capital is a tool for to measure liquidity, activity and profitability of a company. Liquidity is the ability of the company to fulfill its financial obligations in the short term. Activities of the company is a measure of turnover, namely the length of time required in each rotation. The profitability of the company shows the company's ability to gain or profit. The aim of this study is to analyze the ratio of liquidity, activity and profitability of capital usage and analyze the influence of capital in business volume and SHU. The method used is descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis techniques. The descriptive analysis in the form of ratio analysis to determine liquidity, activity and profitability of capital utilization, while simple regression analysis is used to find the relationship between capital cooperative with the cooperative business volume and capital with SHU, as well as the volume of business with the SHU. The data required in this research is primary data and secondary data obtained from sources that required, that administrators, supervisors, managers and members of the Koperasi Teratai Mandiri Kelapa Dua, Depok. Abstract

Early education in independent Indonesia become one of the important aspects to foster the spirit of nationalism and promoting the ideals of independence of the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesian government attention newborn and some of the figures revolutionist who realized that education is very important to foster the spirit of nationalism and efforts to create awareness of an independent nation. Based on the subjects of education and new teaching drafted by the Committee of Inquiry Teaching goals and educational foundation and a system of schooling that characterizes to Indonesiaan. Organization of Indonesian Teachers Association, as a teachers Indonesian container that has been since the days of the Dutch East Indies. Since the proclamation of PGRI organization establishes itself as a fighter who helped defend the independence and sovereignty of Indonesia NKRI. This organization is a manifestation of the Indonesian teacher in taking part and responsibility in accordance with his profession as an educator for the independence aspired. The organization therefore seen as a unifier of teachers who are: 1) a unitary, 2) independent, 3) non-political. It is also a tool, a vehicle in the interests of the teachers for their professional development, education in general and devotion to the homeland and the nation. Keywords: History of education; nationalism; Indonesian revolution; PGRI

Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan di selain mencerdaskan kehidupan warganya, di sisi lain, bertujuan menjadikan manusia Indonesia seutuhnya. Tujuan penulisan masalah ini ingin mengangkat kembali arah kebijakan pendidikan yang demokratis di Indonesia saat ini. Di mana pendidikan yang demokrastis saat ini dipandang sebagai alternatif memanusiakan manusia yang mengerti akan hak dan kewajibannya. Sejarah pendidikan Indonesia melalui lintasan perjalanan sejarah otonomi pendidikan, tidak lepas dari perspektif demokrasi yang dipahami sejak masa orde lama, orde baru dan orde reformasi.

Abstract

Manajemen modal kerja merupakan salah satu kunci dalam mendukung kinerja perusahaan sehingga penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar mendapatkan gambaran mengenai persepsi pengelolaan modal kerja dan kinerja perusahaan umkm troso dan mebel yang ada di Jepara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif sehingga diperoleh gambaran manajemen modal kerja. Hasilnya adalah manajemen modal kerja pada umkmsebagian besar masih kurang dan perlu peningkatan lagi, begitu juga dengan hasil kinerja nya juga masih kurang. Sedangkan berbasis gender manajemen modal kerja dan kinerja untuk pemelik usaha pria masih lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pemilik usaha wanita. Untuk berbasis jenis usaha dalam manajemen modal kerja jenis usaha troso lebih baik tapi untuk hasil kinerja perusahaan jenis usaha mebel lebih baik. Working capital management is one of the keys in supporting company performance so this research aims to get an overview of the perceptions of working capital management and the company's performance in public transportation and furniture in Jepara. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis in order to obtain a description of working capital management. The result is that working capital management, in general, is still lacking and needs to be increased again, as well as the performance results are still lacking. Whereas gender-based working capital management and performance for male business owners are still better than female business owners. Based on the type of business in working capital management, the type of troso business is better, but for the performance results, the type of furniture business is better.

Abstract

Seskoal (Naval Command and Staff College) as a Center of Excellence on Naval and Maritime has made a commitment to make the innovations in quality and development as a centre of Navy officers of Maritime and Navy qualificationa in shaped the research,inspection, and serving to the society through the applied magister navy operation strategis study program.This research is about educations components in Seskoal reguler educations that for enhancing the quality Seskoal especially for the accreditation from B to A.It explains about the parts of components of educations; the curricullum,internet, and librarian Seskoal.The methode using the qulitatitive way, the data processor using the Software Nvivo 12 Plus, and the Trianggulasi for the analizer.The results of this research are the implementations ef components educations giving the impact of the excercise Seskoal reguler educations which keep on moving in 10 months or in 44 weeks, 55 sks loads,and 2,330 lessons hours @ 50 minutes. Onthe other hand, this educations component is also for the requirements of BAN-PT regardings Seskoal accreditaions.

Abstract

One of the retirement preparations is preparation in finance, financial planning is an effort that aims to achieve financial freedom in old age. This discussion describes the relevance of the human life cycle with financial planning in an effort to deal with retirement. To deal with retirement is not always with entrepreneurship skills but there are 5 (five) other factors that also influence it, namely: reorganizing finance, drafting a reserve fund by not spending all income earned, reviewing if necessary controlling debt-debt, buying insurance and investing. Intended to motivate workers early in preparing their finances in order to deal with their retirement later. A descriptive qualitative approach using the library method and interview method for a workshop company that is providing pre-retirement preparation training to some of its employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine influence the leadership style and quality of : (1) distribution costs and the costs of promotion to sales volume, (2) the costs of promotion to sales volume, and (3) the costs of distribution to sales volume. This study population is an employee of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk, amounting to 257 people. Study sample as many as 60 people taken at random. Leadership style to give a significnt effect on the performance of employer. This results of data processing, te value tcount = 5,024 > ttable on ? value 5% = 1,671. Quality distribution costs to give a significant effect on sales volume. Data processing results obtained tcount value = 2,140 > ttable on ? value 5% = 1,671 . The results of this study indicate that distribution costs and the costs of promotion together to give a sales volume. Performance data processing results the coefficient of determination (R2) of o.73% means 73% improvement in sales volume is influenced by distribution costs and the costs of promotion, while the remaining 27% (100% - 73%) affected by other factors not analyzed.
