Abstract

This analysis was based perspective that, success is strongly influenced by the quality of Cooperative Members Participation, then by analyzing the factors underlying the Member Participation, the cooperative has special attention to what variables can stimulate members to take advantage of the products and the existence of cooperatives as a form of participation. Next, we tested the integrative model consisting of Member aspect, Cooperative Management, Program Participation, Quality of Participation and success of cooperatives. This model is used to test the hypothesis that we submitted. Data were collected through questionnaires from 108 Members Kopkar Unindra, where the results of the calculation software SmartPLS prove that Member aspect significant positive effect on quality of Member Participation by the value of the beta coefficient of 0.5396, t-value of 5.2487. Management Cooperative positive effect on the quality of the Member Participation beta coefficient 0.1899, t-value of 2.269. Program Participation positive effect on the quality of the Member Participation beta coefficient t-value 0.1523 and 1.6701 and Quality Member Participation positive effect on the success of the cooperation with 0,4934.dan beta coefficient t-value of 5.9336. R-square on the construct of Quality of Member participation in the structural model of 0.4879, meaning that Member aspect, Cooperative Management and Program Participation jointly able to explain the construct of Quality of Member participation of 48.79%. While the success of the Cooperative construct has a coefficient R-square of 0.2434 means that the construct Quality Member Participation able to explain the success of the Cooperative constructs of 24.34%.Keywords: Participation and Success Cooperative Members

Abstract

­The quality audit is conducted by an independent and competent auditor. This research is aimed at describing the influence auditor’s independence, competence and working experience upon audit quality in the Office of Public Accountant in Jakarta. The method employed in this research surveys with the technique being questionnaire. The population for this research is all auditors working in the Office of Public Accountant in Jakarta. The technique used to make sampling in this research is nonrandom sampling/nonprobability sampling with 180 samples. The data is analyzed by using the Multiple Regression Model. The result of research indicates that auditor’s independence, competence, and working experience have a positive and significant impact on audit quality. In addition, the result shows that there is a low average (mean) of the correlation between independence, competence, and working experience and audit quality in a partial way.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of how much the cost control of production to operating profit. The method used in this research is the survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The data used is the cost of production data and profit data from CV Insan Lestari. with sample pick up used purposive sampling. The Data analysis method in this research is a regression test, correlation test, determination coefficient, and signification test. The result from a statistic test, there known about a positive correlation from cost control to the production with an operating profit, with determination coefficient are 75,1% and 24.9% are factors outside this research. With the signification test, the conclusion is, the cost control had affected the operating profit.

Abstract

This study offers to determine the ability of 20 types of MSMEs to trade in the environment around the Universitas Galuh Ciamis campus. The research method used was an experimental method, in which we applied a simple accounting format to their business. The analysis technique used is a different test (t-test) through scores obtained from test results to them before and subsequently applied to a simple accounting format. The results obtained show their low skills in preparing financial statements, as evidenced by the tests before applying a simple accounting format obtained an average score of 27.80. After applying the accounting format, improvements are made to those who prepare financial statements using a simple accounting format. From the test results applied a simple accounting format, obtained an average score of 71.20. So it can be concluded from the changes that occur before and after applying a simple accounting format for MSMEs in the type of business in the environment around the Universitas Galuh Ciamis campus.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi, komitmen afektif  dan motivasi kerja  terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Home Center Indonesia (Informa) Cabang Cibubur, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan  yang berjumlah 120 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 93 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara supervisi terhadap motivasi kerja (1), komitmen organisasiterhadap motivasi kerja (2), supervisiterhadap kinerja karyawan (3), komitmen organisasi  terhadap kinerja karyawan (4), dan motivasi kerja  terhadap kinerja karyawan (5). Secara keseluruhan, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung besarnya pengaruh diketahui 61,88%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38,12% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of supervision, affective commitment and work motivation on the performance of employees of  PT Home Center Indonesia (Informa) Branch Cibubur, both directly and indirectly. The population of this study was all employees totaling 120 people. The sampling method was carried out using random sampling techniques so that a sample of 93 people was obtained. Data collection is done by filling out a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is path analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between supervision of work motivation (1), organizational commitment to work motivation (2), supervising on employee performance (3), organizational commitment to employee performance (4), and work motivation on employee performance (5). Overall, both directly and indirectly the magnitude of the effect is known to be 61.88%, while the remaining 38.12% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Petumbuhan ekonomi daerah yang dicerminkan oleh laju produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB) yang diharapkan bisa menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru ternyata tidak mampu merealisasikan harapan. Tambahan penyerapan tenaga kerja masih relatif kecil. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai hal diantaranya investasi asing dan domestik yang tersendat sehingga lapangan pekerjaan baru minim, faktor serikat pekerja, faktor penentuan upah minimum, ataupun faktor tenaga kerja pada tingkat pendidikan tertentu tidak sesuai kualifikasinya dengan tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh pasar kerja.Kondisi ideal dari pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi mampu mempengaruhi pertumbuhan penyerapan tenaga kerja lebih besar. Begitu pula dengan investasi, kondisi ideal investasi mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan penyerpan tenaga kerja melalui pembukaan kesempatan kerja baru bagi angkatan kerja yang ada.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising media and product quality on the decision to buy mobile phones. Research Methods are survey research. The subject of this study as many as 50 people in the housing community di Perumahan Unggul Graha Permai. Data were collected by a questionnaire instrument using Likert. The validity of the data obtained by the validity and reliability test, all data have a normal distribution. The results showed that the advertising media gave a significant influence on the decision to buy a mobile phone. Likewise product quality gives a significant influence on the decision to buy a mobile phone. Coefficient of determination (R)2  is advertising media and product quality has a strong relationship to decision to buy handphone.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the compensation and working discipline besaranya on employee performance. Methods The study is a survey research. Subjects of this study as many as 50 employees were taken randomly at PT. Lifes Good in Jakarta. Data was collected by questionnaires using Likert skla. The validity of the data obtained with the validity and reliability, all data has a normal distribution. The results showed that the compensation to give a significant influence on employee performance. Likewise, work discipline gives a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R) 2 is the compensation and working discipline has a strong relationship to employee performance.

Abstract

Growth of E-Commerce difficult for consumers to determine the commercial activities online. The aim was to determine the level of priority, knowing the result of the weighting of criteria and sub-criteria which further concludes priority analysis supporting the success of an E-Commerce perceptions of consumers as users of online shopping. Selection is done by interpreting consumer perception. Each interpretation will be evaluated and processed by pairwise comparison using AHP. Criteria for success factors supporting E-Commerce and the best alternative produced by this method compared with Expert Choice software. The interpretation of consumer perceptions obtained the highest weighted criteria that Trust In Store 0.327 or equal to 3.27% and the site Lazada as the best alternative to the weight of 0.421. This shows that the better the perception of the consumer, the higher the success rate E-Commerce in building an online business venture.
