Abstract

ABSTRAKBerdasarkan pentingnya pengembangan kepribadian yang efektif pada anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan tentang pendekatan konseling multikultural dalam mendorong kepribadian anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus (ABK). Konseling multikultural adalah proses interaksi / konseling antara dua orang dengan latar belakang budaya yang berbeda. Seorang konselor multikultural harus memiliki pengetahuan tentang konseling dan teknik sosial-budaya, sikap terbuka dan toleran terhadap perbedaan, dan keterampilan dalam memodifikasi teknik konseling secara efektif dalam pengaturan budaya yang berbeda. Konselor harus memahami masalah masing-masing kelompok ABK berdasarkan perspektif dan konselor mereka sendiri, dan memiliki empati untuk membantu ABK sesuai dengan kekhususan mereka.Kata Kunci: Konseling Multikultral, Anak Berkebutuhan KhususABSTRACTBased on the importance of effective personality development in children with special needs, this article aims to provide insight into multicultural counseling approaches in encouraging the personality of children with special needs (ABK). Multicultural counseling is a process of interaction / counseling between two people with different cultural backgrounds. A multicultural counselor must have knowledge of counseling and socio-cultural techniques, an open and tolerant attitude towards differences, and skills in modifying counseling techniques effectively in different cultural settings. Abstract

ABSTRAKPergeseran pola hidup masyarakat yang cenderung dipengaruhi oleh kesibukan keseharian, dapat membuka beragam peluang usaha baru diantaranya adalah di bidang jasa. Ironisnya peluang usaha yang ada tidak mampu dimanfaatkan untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru, terbukti hingga awal tahun 2018 angka pengangguran dari lulusan Sekolah Menengah Atas/Kejuruan di Indonesia mencapai 3,5 juta orang, hal ini tidak bisa dihindari karena terbatasnya lapangan pekerjaan, sementara pola pikir pendidikan masih berorientasi menciptakan sumber daya manusia pencari kerja bukan menciptakan pekerjaan. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan perubahan mendasar untuk mengubah paradigma pekerja menjadi wiraswasta sehingga mampu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru. Melalui pelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis kurikulum 2013 dengan melakukan pelatihan usaha jasa laundry, aktivitas pembelajaran diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap menciptakan karya nyata, menciptakan peluang pasar, dan menciptakan kegiatan bernilai ekonomi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan kewirausahaan ini berjalan dengan lancar dan memberikan hasil yang maksimal serta dirasakan manfaatnya oleh pihak sekolah dalam meningkatkan semangat untuk berwirausaha sebagai solusi mengurangi angka pengangguran terdidik lulusan sekolah menengah.  Kata kunci: kewirausahaan, kurikulum 2013, jasa laundry, pengangguran. ABSTRACTShifting patterns of community life that tend to be influenced by daily activities can open a variety of new business opportunities including services. Ironically, the existing business opportunities are not able to be used to open new jobs, proven until the beginning of 2018, the number of High School graduates who are jobless in Indonesia are reaching 3.5 million people. This case cannot be avoided because of the limited job available. Meanwhile, the education way of thinking is still orienting into making the labor force who are seeking jobs, not people who are creating one. In this case, the fundamental change is needed to change the worker's paradigm to become an entrepreneur so they could create new jobs. Through the entrepreneurship course based on the 2013 curriculum by doing providing laundry service training class, the course of learning is set to increasing knowledge, creativity competence, and make the learner having a characteristic to produce real creation, creating market opportunity, and activities with economic value. It can be concluded that this entrepreneurship training is working very smoothly and producing a maximum result so the school could take benefits from this as a solution to reduce unemployment rates for educated secondary school graduates Keywords: Entrepreneurship, 2013 curriculum, laundry service, unemployment.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal yang diukur dari debt to equity ratio dan debt to asset ratio terhadap profitabilitas dengan proksi return on equity pada perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2016. Populasi dari penelitian ini semua perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 45 perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2012-2016. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial debt to equity ratio berpengaruh terhadap return on equity, sedangkan debt to asset ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return on equity. Secara simultan debt to equity ratio dan debt to asset ratio berpengaruh terhadap return on equity.Kata kunci: Debt to equity, debt to asset, return on equity ABSTRACTThis research is to test the effect of Capital Structure with proxy Debt to equity Ratio, and Debt to asset Ratio to return on equity at LQ45 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2012-2016. The Population of this research are all companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Sampling technique used in the research is purposive sampling so that yield 45 sample company of LQ45.The data are analysed with multiple regression by means of SPSS. The results  indicate that Partially debt to equity ratio have significan to return on equity ,Conversely debt to asset ratio does not have significant influence towards  return on equity. Abstract

ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa penerapan aplikasi keuangan berbasis android pada hasil laporan keuangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di wilayah Mekarsari, Depok, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan melakukan studi pada situasi yang alami berdasarkan implementasi, dan evaluasi yang disesuiakan dengan temuan dilapangan. Hasil penelitian ini di dapat bahwa dalam pencatatan keuangan menggunakan Aplikasi Keuangan android pada smartphone pemilik UMKM di wilayah Mekarsari, Depok, terbukti memudahkan dalam transaksi bisnis berupa pembelian-penjualan, hutang-piutang, pembayaran beban operasional dan lainnya, laporan keuangan pada smartphone berbasis Android mudah digunakan kapan saja. Informasi yang real time dalam sistem ini membantu operasional bergerak lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: Aplikasi keuangan, android, laporan keuangan ABSTRACT. This research aims to analyze the application of Android-based financial applications on the results of the financial statements of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the Mekarsari region, Depok, West Java. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and studies in natural situations based on implementation, and evaluations are followed by findings in the field. The results of this study found that in financial recording using the Android Financial Application on smartphone owners of UMKM in the Mekarsari region, Depok, it was proven to facilitate business transactions in the form of purchases, debts, payment of operating expenses and others, financial reports on Android-based smartphones are easy used at any time. Real-time information in this system helps move operations more effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Android, financial applications, financial statements

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengujicobakan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dalam mata pelajaran Ekonomi pada siswa kelas Xl IPS di SMA Negeri I Ciamis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen.Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Ciamis yang berjumiah 122 siswa dengan sample sebanyak 62 orangtediri dari 31 orang untuk kelas eksperimen dan 31 orang dari untuk kelas kontrol.Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sample. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan tes melalui pretest dan postest. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji t atau uji beda. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan Model Pembelaj aran Kooperatif Pendekatan Struktural Teknik Two Stay Two Stray pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi di SMA Negeri I Ciamis lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan pencapaian hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode ceramah.Kata Kunci: model pembelajaran, kooperatif, two stay two stray, ekonomi ABSTRACTThis study aims to try out the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) technique cooperative learning model in Economics in the XI IPS class students at Ciamis State High School I. The research method used was the experimental research method. The population in this study was all students of class XI IPS in SMA 1 Ciamis which consisted of 122 students with a sample of 62 students from 31 people for the experimental class and 31 people for the control class. Sampling was done purposive sample. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and testing through the pretest and posttest. Then the data are analyzed using t test or different test. The results of the study can be concluded that the improvement of student learning outcomes through the application of Cooperative Learning Models of the Technical Structural Approach of Two Stay Two Stray on Economics subjects in Ciamis State High School I is superior to the achievement of student learning outcomes through the application of lecture methods. Keywords: learning model, cooperative, two stay two stray, economy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze public satisfaction with public services (BPJS Health case studies in the Cikarang Industrial Area) in term of internal and external aspects so BPJS Health Care's performance and service can be seen to provide the satisfaction for customers. The external aspects analysis including the dimensions of rate new customer acquisition, customer acquisition, responding customer complaint, customer satisfaction and customer benefit. The analysis of the internal aspects including the dimensions of innovation, operation and after sales service. The Methode of this research is mixed method. Data collection techniques used in this research is quantitative and qualitative type with the descriptive design. The result of the study is, still there are the indicators of satisfaction which still delivery below expectations, indicated by the gap between customer expectations with services perceived. There are still a shortcomings perceived, espesially in the service delivery in the process of services performance of National Social and Healthcare Security (BPJS) that has been run. The advice is the improvement of the service performance attributes that are still perceived below expectations, as well as the increased service performance in providing inpatient, medical personnel and human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial of feasibility in determining the healthy level of KJK PEMK Rambutan in East Jakarta. A descriptive quantitative method is employed which data is taken from the Income Statement and Balance Sheet of KJK PEMK Rambutan in East Jakarta from 2011 to 2013 using various instrument indicators, namely capital aspect, productivity of asset quality aspect, profitability aspect, liquidity aspect and also management aspect. The results show that: 1) In capital aspect, the value of equity capital to total assets ratio is increase while the ratio of equity capital to risky loans is decrease; 2) In productivity of asset quality aspect, loan volume of members to the total volume of loans ratio during the year remains stable, while the risk of bad debts to the total volume of loans ratio is fluctuative when the risk of reserve to the risk of bad debts ratio is decrease; 3) Based on profitability aspect, SHU before tax to Operating Income is increase while the ratio of SHU before tax to total assets is decrease, and Operating Expenses to Operating income ratio is also decreased; 4) Score of management aspect is 19; 5) In liquidity ratio, it is found that the ratio of total loans to the funds received is decrease; 5) Based on the cooperative healthy level assessment, it is found that KJK PEMK Rambutan of East Jakarta in 2011 and 2012 is less healthy while in 2013 is fairly healthy. Abstract

Ratu Kalinyamat adalah bagian dari sejarah yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dalam perkembangan Kota Jepara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran umum Kerajaan Demak, kehidupan ekonomi, dan politik pada saat Ratu Kalinyamat berkuasa. Metode sejarah adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, terdiri atas 4 tahapan, yaitu  heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, keberhasilan Ratu Kalinyamat dalam memimpin Jepara bisa dilihat dari wilayah kekuasaan yang sangat luas dan pengaruhnya. Dalam naskah Cirebon dan Banten, pengaruh kekuasaan Ratu Kalinyamat mencapai wilayah Banten dan utara Jawa sebelah barat.  Secara ekonomi, Ratu Kalinyamat berhasil memulihkan kondisi perdagangan di wilayah Jepara. Kerja sama dalam bidang ekonomi memang diutamakan oleh Ratu Kalinyamat. Dalam bidang kegamaan, Ratu Kalinyamat mempunyai peran penting dalam penyebaran agama Islam melalui seni budaya. Penyebaran agama Islam mendapat sambutan baik dari masyarakat karena kedatangannya yang berlangsung dengan damai. ABSTRACTRatu Kalinyamat is a part of history that cannot be separated from the development of the City of Jepara. Queen Kalinyamat is the daughter of Sultan Trenggana. His name appeared when the Kingdom of Demak suffered a setback due to political conflict and power struggles. The purpose of this study was to determine the general description of the Demak Kingdom, economic life, and politics when Queen Kalinyamat came to power. This study uses historical methods consisting of 4 stages, namely heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Based on the results of the study, the greatness of Queen Kalinyamat's power was seen from the area and its influence. According to the manuscript from Banten and Cirebon, the vast power of Queen Kalinyamat reached the Banten region. While its influence on the northern coast of Java in the west. In economic life, Queen Kalinyamat succeeded in restoring Jepara's trade. Economic consolidation is prioritized by Queen Kalinyamat. In the field of theology, Ratu Kalinyamat has a very important role in the spread of Islam, namely through cultural arts. The spread of Islam received a good response from the community because of its peaceful coming.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the urgency of batik mark in answering the problems of Indonesian batik. The research uses a qualitative approach with exploratory methods. Subjects in this study were entrepreneurs or batik artisans at the Tanjung Bumi, Bangkalan, Madura batik industry center. The results showed that several problems faced by Indonesian batik were: the plagiarism of motives, the emergence of printing batik, the swift import of batik into Indonesia, the low interest of the younger generation to preserve batik art, the slow development of the batik industry due to capital and marketing problems, lack of consumer knowledge about various types of batik, the low interest of batik artisans and entrepreneurs to take care of intellectual property rights for their work, and so on. The batik mark certification program assists the government in dealing with some of the Indonesian batik problems. Batik marks can protect, preserve, develop, and promote Indonesian batik throughout the world. In its implementation, batik mark is still experiencing problems, especially the lack of interest of batik UKM to file of batik mark to the Indonesian Center for Batik Crafts, for this reason the government needs to intensify the socialization program of the urgency of batik mark to batik producers.
