Abstract

The feasibility of public transportation must be carried out by the Department of Transportation to conduct tests on motorized vehicles and issue permits for proper operation, so as to minimize accidents due to motorized vehicles that are not feasible to operate but are still operating. The KIR test is a check on the vehicle, and on the Department of Transportation. KIR is a series of activities to test and inspect parts of motorized vehicles such as trucks, pickups, public transportation, buses and special vehicles in order to fulfill technical and roadworthy requirements. To test the feasibility of public transportation, the researchers made a public transportation feasibility application based on the KIR Test at the Medan City Transportation Service based on the type of web-based transportation. The design of this application was built using the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The steps used in the TOPSIS method are the normalization matrix calculation process, the weighted normalization matrix calculation process, the process of determining the positive ideal solution and the negative ideal solution, the process of calculating the distance between each alternative to the ideal solution, and the process of calculating the preference value of each alternative. The application is designed using Dreamweaver cs 6 and appserv as the database. The result of the calculation process of the TOPSIS method is in the form of information on the feasibility of public transportation according to the specified conditions. The results obtained in this study is an information vehicle KIR test using the TOPSIS method which can be used to assist the Department of Transportation in testing the feasibility of public transportation. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of determining the feasibility of the KIR test is proven to be quite helpful for certain parties in facilitating the KIR test. Keywords: KIR, TOPSIS, Public Transportation, Department of Transportation

Abstract

Rare flora and fauna are living things other than humans whose ecosystems must be protected because they will become extinct due to rampant poaching and destruction of ecosystems in order to create new agricultural areas. By helping of information technology and programming languages, especially existing web-based applications, there will be very many benefits. One example is the application of web-based learning media applications. Based on the existing problems, a conducting research can assist in the teaching process so that there is a sense of child growth and development to maintain the ecosystem from an early age by adopting technological advances. In designing this web-based application using the Construct 2 application by applying the Luther method and the CBI (Computer Based Instruction) method which will display audio visuals so that it can increase students' interest in learning about rare flora and fauna materials in order to maintain the ecosystem, and make the teaching process no longer find it difficult to understand the material of rare flora and fauna. The results obtained is the creation of a rare flora and fauna learning media application based on drag and drop games using the Luther and the web-based CBI (Computer Based Instruction) method by the application can help facilitate the learning process in order to maintain the flora and fauna ecosystem in nature. Keywords: Flora, fauna, Construct 2, Web, Luther Method, CBI

Abstract

SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Balai currently does not have a system that can classify students with high average scores, because previously the school grouped students into superior classes by checking the grades of the students one by one in a manual way with the number of large student data, therefore a system is needed in order to be able to classify students into superior classes based on existing criteria at the school such as student report scores, extracurricular, discipline, achievement and student creativity in a very easy way, without having to look at student data one by one . The process of designing this application uses the PHP programming language and database, with this system the school only inputs student scores into the system, and automatically the system will classify which students will enter the superior class, and the ordinary class. By using the k-means clustering algorithm and applied with a database technology called data mining, the clustering algorithm is one of the data mining techniques which in the process tries to partition existing data into clusters and data mining itself is a technology used to determine different data to support decision making, data that have the same in the same group and which will be grouped into other groups. Keywords: K-means clustering, Data mining, SMA Negeri 3 Tanjung Balai

Abstract

Over the last few years, digital currencies have been rapidly gaining public attention: When cryptocurrencies are created, all confirmed transactions are stored in a general ledger. All coin owner identities are encrypted to ensure the validity of the listing. Because the currency is decentralized, when the owner owns the digital coin Neither the government nor the bank has control over it. The number of performance (criteria) of each virtual currency certainly requires an appropriate method to accommodate these criteria. Virtual currency performance analysis can be used as an answer to this problem. Analysis of the performance of virtual currencies is useful for getting the best investment commodities. Performances (criteria) that can be used as a benchmark for the success of a virtual currency as an investment commodity include the price per coin, Market Capitalization, the number of twitter followers, google trends, coin price increases, the number of coins that have been traded (circulating). supply) and the total number of coins available (max supply). The result of this research is an analysis of virtual currency performance with the promethea algorithm. Abstract

Inventory is an item or material used by an organization or company to run its business. If the company produces a product or service, the material is used to support or provide production needs. Inventory for the company is to anticipate customer needs. Likewise in the manufacturing industry, inventory is used for company activation which is to meet customers who are sometimes unpredictable, so we have to maintain stock inventory in production activities. First-In First-Out (FIFO) is a method of solving the queuing problem that can be applied by reporting the first incoming complaint is assumed to be the first out. If a complaint report is issued it will be resolved first. The author makes an inventory system application that aims to make it easier for UD. Abstract

A musical instrument is an instrument that is made or modified with the aim of producing a sound or sound that produces a rhythm. Every region in Indonesia must have traditional musical instruments. One of them is a traditional Javanese musical instrument, which consists of Central Java, West Java, and East Java. With the help of information technology and programming languages, especially animations, there will be many benefits. One example is the application of learning media animation. With these benefits, a research is conducted that can help teachers and students by adopting technological advances. The selection of the program in writing this research is to use the macromedia flash application by applying the CBI (Computer Based Instruction) method and the MDLC (Multitimedia Development Life Cycle) method. Abstract

The in line line with the development of information technology, information security must also be considered. Advances in information technology provide many advantages for the survival of human life, but the advantages offered by technology also cause losses such as data theft. Data originating from word processing documents is one form of document that is commonly used to store information, whether private or confidential. The security issues are one of the most important aspects in the world of information technology which is a human need in the era of globalization, for example document security. Therefore, document security is very necessary and must be protected from irresponsible parties, either when stored in storage or when distributed. In addition to the security aspect, the thing that needs to be considered is also about the storage media. Therefore, additional steps are needed to streamline the storage media by compressing the data that has been secured so that its size becomes smaller. In this study, we will combine cryptographic techniques and compression techniques called cryptocompression. The cryptocompression system in this research is applied by encrypting data in text files using the public key of the Rabin-p algorithm which will produce an encrypted text file. Then it is compressed using Goldbach Code lossless compression algorithm to reduce its size. From the results of this test, it is concluded that the cryptocompression system is able to maintain the confidentiality of information because it has been encrypted and can save more efficient storage space because it has been compressed first. Text files that have been encrypted and compressed can be returned to the original file through a decompression and decryption process according to the size and number of characters contained in the original text file.Keywords : Cryptography, Compression, Cryptocompression, Rabin-p, Goldbach Code

Abstract

Control of the lighting system is a form of implementation of a home control system that is categorized into the form of IoT in the lamp category, this system provides convenience to homeowners, namely users to be able to control home lights using an Android smartphone. In designing the system, the author implements the switch on the lamp to be replaced by using a relay device which is controlled via a microcontroller device based on a Bluetooth connection so that it can be connected to an Android smartphone that has been configured in the lighting control program application using Bluetooth. The design is carried out using a qualitative-based development method. Abstract

Sales made manually become a problem for entrepreneurs who move especially in the culinary field. The reason is that it is less effective and efficient because recording and sales sometimes experience things in the form of missed calculations made by a human as well as factors such as lost or damaged manual records. This is also experienced by Warung Jus Khupi 7 where the sales system is still using manual methods when processing data in sales transactions. The development of information technology becomes a point of solution to the problems that exist in the business of juice stalls Khupi 7 engaged in culinary, especially the sale of coffee than needed a system with a user interface in the form of Point of Sale applications that can provide convenience to business owners and workers in conducting sales transactions and data processing of goods and making reports. Abstract

Kantor Azhar Maksum Dan Rekan merupakan perusahaan konsultan pajak yang selama ini masih menggunakan sistem manual penggajian dimana bagian adminstrasi masih menghitung jumlah kehadiran melalui absensi menggunakan foto selfie dari hp karyawan masing - masing. Dari kasus tersebut sering terjadi kesalahan data karna absensi yang di lakukan belum terkoneksi dengan sebuah sistem penggajian yang dimana selama ini bagian administrasi menghitung gaji berdasarkan jumlah kehadiran dan lembur jika ada. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang sudah dijelaskan, penulis coba membuat sistem informasi penggajian berdasarkan tingkat absensi kehadiran dari karyawan dengan menambahkan fitur selfie serta gps di dalam sistem yang akan dirancang.berdasarkan permasalahan diatas penulis melakukan penelitian dengan membuat aplikasi absensi beserta dengan sistem penggajian dengan menggunakan metode OOAD, metode OOAD mencakup analisis dan desain sebuah sistem dengan pendekatan objek, yaitu Analisis Berorientasi Objek (OOA) dan Desain Berorientasi Objek (OOD). Dengan hasil penelitian ini sistem berjalan dengan normal dan pegawai bisa menggunakan absensi tersebut.
