Abstract

Customer problems are indeed very complex, therefore they must be handled properly, clearly, and thoroughly. Good service from a company can show the professionalism of the company itself, meaning that seriousness, certainty of time, punctuality and work results that can be accounted for in solving all problems can prove the quality of a company. Clustering is the process of partitioning a set of data objects into subsets called clusters. Objects in the cluster have similar characteristics to each other and are different from other clusters. Clustering is very useful and can find unknown groups or groups in the data. From 2056 customer complaint data, the results obtained are Cluster 1, namely 12, 5, 5, in cluster 2, namely 4, 5, 5 and cluster 3, namely 8, 2, 2. With the number of cluster members 1 883 members, cluster 2 635 members and cluster 3 namely 538 members. From the results of the Matlab cluster, there are similar results, namely the types of complaints in cluster 1 and cluster 2, namely code 5 types of leaking pipe complaints with handling damage to connecting water pipes (gibout join). Keywords : Clustering, Custome Problems, Matlab

Abstract

The office of the Wali Nagari Talang is one of the offices engaged in the government department in Gunung Talang District. The Talang Wali Nagari Office carries out the service process for submitting letters needed by the community by visiting the office and bringing the requirements in accordance with the letter requirements requested. With the development of information technology today is so broad and fast, the use of information technology in an agency is very important, even in an era like today almost all jobs use technology to facilitate the process of public service. Along with the development of information technology, the Office of the Wali Nagari Talang at least has an information system to provide services for filing letters, filing letters, and managing population data. The system to be built uses the prototype method where the stages are analyzing requirements, making designs, testing systems, and evaluating systems. This system is also designed using Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams and using several programming languages, namely HTML, PHP, CSS using the Laravel framework, MySQL as a DBMS (Database Management System) and Sublime Text as a text editor. . Abstract

The development of the use of technology in the industrial world is growing rapidly, it makes conventional tools and machines begin to be abandoned and then switch to more modern tools and machines with automatic control, thus helping the workforce to work more optimally. Selection of goods is an activity that is mostly carried out in the industrial world in the process of export and import activities, such as grouping by temperature. Previously some of the shrimp selection was done manually, this process is very inefficient because it requires a lot of time and effort. The ATmega32 microcontroller (Arduino Uno) functions as the control center of the system, infrared temperature sensor with the MLX90614 series which functions to detect the temperature scale, DC motor as a conveyor drive, IR sensor detects shrimp objects that pass and makes the computer stop then the temperature sensor will detect the temperature of the shrimp object and displays the temperature value on the 20x4 LCD. The servo motor as a sorter forms a partition or gate indicating which direction the shrimp object will be positioned. Through the stages of the mechanical design process and system programming using the Arduino IDE program, as well as the results of testing and data analysis, a system that can work well and continuously is obtained. Although the system is designed only in the form of a prototype, but by using equipment with industrial standards it can be applied to support automated and efficient work in the industrial sector.Keywords: Shrimp, Export, Microcontroller, Arduino Uno, MLX90614, Motor DC.

Abstract

Currently, information for making birth certificates can only be found on the internet, information from people around and from the local population office. Researchers want to produce innovations and alternatives that are appropriate, effective and current to support the concept of information for citizens, especially on the concept of designing information media on birth certificate processing. Researchers want to produce information media that stimulates the mindset of citizens in thinking critically about problems and events that occur in their daily lives, because the nature of information media is to help them in the process of making birth certificates easily. The concept of AR on birth certificate management information produces information media that can directly provide information for making birth certificates wherever and whenever. Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is a variant of Virtual Environment (VE) or Virtual Reality (VR). AR combines the real world with the virtual world using media directly, so that three-dimensional objects created through computers can be seen in their entirety. The art of traditional musical instruments is starting to be abandoned because it tends to be more ancient, in the Minangkabau natural culture subject at SDN 01 Pi Lubang there are obstacles in introducing traditional musical instruments, namely the school does not have the facilities and infrastructure of traditional Minangkabau musical instruments. When learning the teacher only explains in the cognitive domain and uses the lecture method so that students do not experience directly the musical experience, which makes students not interested in the learning. This study aims to create a multimedia application that uses Augmented Reality technology and can provide information about traditional West Sumatran musical instruments. The Marker Based Tracking method on Augmented Reality technology is used to display three-dimensional objects on Android Smartphones. Three-dimensional objects of traditional musical instruments are designed using the Blender application. Media design uses Unity and Vuforia applications as image target or marker databases. The results obtained from the implementation of an Augmented Reality application based on a mobile device that can visualize objects of traditional West Sumatran musical instruments in three dimensions. Keywords: Information System, Service, Prototype, PHP, MySQL, Laravel

Abstract

Handsanitizer is one of the antiseptic ingredients in the form of a gel that is often used by the public as a practical handwashing medium. The use of hand sanitizer is more effective and efficient when compared to using soap and water, so many people are interested in using it. On the basis of these problems, an automatic hand sanitizer device was designed using an ultrasonic sensor. The design system of this tool utilizes Arduino as a control system in the entire circuit, ultrasonic sensor as an input signal of an object, servo motor as a receiver for input of an object from the sensor which will then move to remove the hand sanitizer liquid, loadcell as a measure of the weight of the liquid contained in the hand sanitizer container, LCD as an output to display the results of the weight measurement contained in the hand sanitizer container. This tool works when the sensor detects an object 9cm, then the servo will pull the rope and release the hand sanitizer liquid.Keywords: Handsanitizer, Arduino, Ultrasonic Sensor, Loadcell.

Abstract

The development of digital technology today has grown rapidly in everyday life. Advances in technology can now be accessed easily so that users of computer technology encourage people to be creative and innovate. However, the development of the past few years, the world of visual communication design has begun to develop towards an alternative 3d virtual reality technology called "holography". Hologram is a technology that is able to record the scattered light from an object and present it in 3D. The animated image can then be presented in 360 degrees and can move with animation in order to convey information, either in real time or not. This hologram was created using 3DsMax 2018 software and edited animated videos with Adobe Premiere Pro cc 2020. Through the design and application of this hologram concept, the author finds out how to design a 3D hologram animation, by creating a system that will make it easier for people to see information and be able to visualize the shape of mammals more attractively and stay modern in accordance with the times. Abstract

The problem in this study is how to model a flood-resistant underpass with a 3-dimensional model using 3DS Max software to make it look more attractive. In this study, the author uses the reference for the Ngurah Rai Intersection underpass in Bali Province as an example of the design that the author will make. The research objective is to implement the modeling of an underpass that can withstand flooding with a 3-dimensional model into 3DS Max software with very effective and maximum functions. One way to overcome this problem is to take advantage of the development of information and communication technology that exists at this time by using the 3DS Max application which can create a simulation in the form of animation. In doing the modeling of the 3D animation flood-resistant underpass design, the author uses 2 (two) software, namely 3DS Max and Wondershare Filmora, the 3DS Max software functions for the modeling process, gives textures and makes animation, while the Wondershare Filmora software is used for the animation editing process that has been designed. and made into a video and giving sound so as to produce a very interesting animated display. Making 3D animation is done in three stages, namely modeling, texturing, animation and rendering. Completion of the research process in the flood-resistant underpass modeling process requires ideas and creativity so that a flood-resistant underpass that is designed looks attractive and looks comfortable for motorists to pass, the design of a 3D animation-based flood-resistant underpass was created using 3DS Max software and Wondershare software. Abstract

Scouting is an extracurricular activity that must be carried out in primary and secondary education which has been determined in Permendikbud number 63 the year 2014. The process of delivering scouting material is directly delivered by the coach using the media in the form of a scout pocket book. But in the current condition, students are asked to study independently. Then what makes it difficult for students to learn independently is when they practice the semaphore movement. Therefore, the author provides a solution for media that can be used as a medium for learning the scout semaphore movement. The developed media is an android application with Augmented Reality technology. The use of Augmented Reality-based media can help students learn independently in online learning conditions. The method used in the development of this media is the prototype method, this method consists of three stages, namely listening to customers, designing and making prototypes, and conducting trials. In designing the semaphore movement learning media, it was designed with 3D blender software, unity, vuforia sdk, adobe illustrator. Blender 3D software is used to create 3D semaphore motion objects, Unity is used to create augmented reality-based android applications, Vuforia is used as a marker database and Adobe Illustrator is used to design markers and display applications. Abstract

Online ojek is a transformation from a base ojek that uses a motorbike as a means of transportation. Online motorcycle taxis are the latest public transportation trend in society. This can be a transportation solution in Indonesia, especially in big cities that experience congestion. But unfortunately now there are still online motorcycle taxi drivers who do not care about the quality of service they provide to customers. Therefore, a system is needed that can determine the level of customer satisfaction with online motorcycle taxi services based on predetermined criteria. This study uses the Decision Support System concept using the ARAS method. ARAS method is a method based on the intuitive principle that the alternative must have the largest ratio to produce the optimal solution. The Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method performs a ranking by comparing the value of each criterion on each alternative by looking at the weight of each to get the ideal alternative.
