Abstract

There are already a lot of cloud services on the internet which provide services, some of them even provide free facilities, but they are still limited in usage and capacity. Capacity is calculated based on saved files, temporary files, and even trash files. Moreover, data security cannot be guaranteed because the hardware is not properly set or owned by someone else. The cloud used cannot guarantee the connection and the bandwidth. The stigma of building cloud computing revolves around huge costs, not limited to operational and maintenance costs, nor the proper location for the cloud network equipment. As an effort to build data storage with large capacity, bandwidth regulation, and data protection, which is located in a private location, building a cloud computing service system which is efficient in time, cost, and place, and has good performance is no longer an impossible thing to do. With the help of Microcontroller technology, Raspberry Pi, a Cloud Computing with a Hybrid network could be built to reduce cost, time and space for the system. With the NextCloud application embedded into the cloud computing server, performance can be improved, including easy data synchronization that will flawlessly operate as a Client Server on a wide variety of today’s devices with examples being PCs, Tablets, Notebooks or Smartphones.

Abstract

The utilization of data storage media is currently very necessary to support the progress process in the digital era as it is today. One of the hardware needed to build personal data storage is HDD. But there are times when users need extra storage space using the internet or using the cloud. However, not all users can afford to rent or build an adequate server for securing personal data storage. Not all users need a server infrastructure that has high specifications to meet their needs. set top box is a device in the single-board computer category that is widely circulated in Indonesia. Set top box devices can be obtained at an affordable price, but can be a server. This research develops data storage based on a samba server application on a set top box device. Testing was done to change the default set top box operating system to the Linux operating system, the results showed that used set top box devices can be used as mini servers, the results of all the tests carried out obtained a result, namely a comparison of RAM and storage usage between the Pulpstone operating system and the system. armbian Linux operation has an increase in total RAM usage. Armbian Linux is greater than Pulpstone RAM usage which has an increase of 7.4% of the total RAM usage of the Pulpstone operating system, and data storage of the armbian Linux operating system has an increase of 74.4% from the data storage of the Pulsptone operating system, so Operating system changes can affect the total usage of RAM and data storage on the operating system used on the set top box device.

Abstract

Pengembangan kinerja management administrasi di sekolah juga perlu ditingkatkan bahkan sampai kepada performansi pendidikan pada tenaga pengajar sampai kepada para siswa-siswinya. Yang menjadi kendala lambatnya proses administrasi bahkan sistem pembelajaran kepada para siswa dan siswi disekolah. Umumnya Teknisi yang di panggil oleh sekolah hadir pada waktu lumayan lama bahkan sampai kepada penginstallan dan konfigurasi yang lumayan repot, sementara kebutuhan akan penggunaan perangkat komputer tersebut sangat tinggi. Setiap bagian kerja manajemen mempunyai konfigurasi masing-masing. Dengan mengikuti model standar maka penyelesaian bisa membutuhkan waktu lama. Pada hasil dan pembahasan akan dipaparkan bagaimana installasi Sistem Operasi komputer dilakukan dalam waktu lebih efisien dan tepat guna. Disini dibagi atas beberapa bagian utama, diantaranya: bagian manajemen bagian Kepala Sekolah dan administrasinya, guru serta laboratorium komputer. Dalam hal peningkatan kerja optimal teknisi disekolah akan menggunakan metode pengkopian seluruh kode pada sistem operasi bahkan seluruh partisinya. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada sekolah khususnya pihak teknisi internal atau bagian kerja komputer disekolah bertugas menduplikasi guna mengantisipasi permasalahan pada komputer disaat tingginya kebutuhan penggunaan komputer. Hal ini juga diharapkan dapat mengantisipasi terbuangnya waktu dalam installasi sistem operasi perangkat komputer dan efisiensi biaya.

Abstract

Access Control List (ACL) digunakan sebagai kontrol keamanan jaringan WAN fungsi dari ACL dalam penulisan ini adalah untuk mengatur hak akses dan menyaring lalu lintas data di suatu jaringan dengan mengontrol paketpaket. Karena banyak perusahaan atau kantor-kantor memiliki server sendiri untuk mengolah dan sebagai penyimpanan data perusahaan, dimana perusahaan-perusahaan sekarang mengunakan WAN (Wide Area Network), Jaringan WAN berfungsi untuk menghubungkan komunikasi antar cabang kecabang lainnya tetapi, Pada penulisan ini ACL memiliki 2 (dua) buah teknik yaitu teknik Standart ACL dan Extented ACL yang berfungsi untuk menjaga dan mengatur lalu lintas komunikasi yang padat dalam sebuah jaringan WAN. Karena dalam teknik Standart ACL dam Extended ACL memilik hak akses yang berbeda

Abstract

This research utilizes the K-Means clustering algorithm to analyze car rental data from PT. Station Armada Indonesia, aiming to simplify customer car selection and improve the company's market responsiveness. The study addresses the problem of customer confusion stemming from the wide variety of car types offered by the company. By employing K-Means clustering on August 2023 rental data, the research groups cars based on rental price and mileage. The dataset, initially encompassing four car categories (Minibus MVP, SUV, City Car, and Van/Bus), was further detailed to include individual car models. Three parameters—rental duration, rental price, and mileage—were used for clustering. The K-Means algorithm, chosen for its ease of implementation and speed, was applied iteratively using Euclidean distance to assign data points to the nearest centroid. The study initially defined two clusters. Manual calculations, detailed in the paper, demonstrate the clustering process. These manual results were then compared against results obtained using RapidMiner Studio version 10.1, showcasing the software's efficiency in handling the K-Means process. The RapidMiner output included Data, Statistics, and Annotations views, providing a comprehensive analysis of the clusters. The final clustering, achieved after three iterations, revealed two distinct clusters: one representing less popular car types (Cluster 0), and the other representing the most popular car types (Cluster 1). Cluster 0 contained six car types with average customer mileage ranging from 673 km to 2050 km, while Cluster 1 included 24 car types with average mileage between 270 km and 3388 km. The findings enable PT. Station Armada Indonesia to optimize fleet management and marketing strategies by focusing on the most in-demand car types. The study concludes that K-Means clustering, implemented via RapidMiner, offers a valuable tool for enhancing customer understanding of car selection and improving the company's overall efficiency.

Abstract

Utilization of cloud computing technology in the development of a website has significant developments such as the use of disk storage, memory, and CPUs running in the cloud at a low cost when compared to physical servers. When creates a website, human interaction in carrying out the deployment process such as creating a database and installing the packages needed by the website, all of this is done manually so it takes a lot of time. An automation process is needed to solve this problem by using ansible and shell scripts in the website deployment process. This final project will compare ansible and shell scripts as configuration management for drupal deployments to the Amazon web service EC2 server by analyzing the deployment process time, CPU and memory usage on the server, throughput, and packet loss. Based on tests that shell scripts have performed outperformed ansible at deployment time with a difference of 3 minutes, troughput generated in ansible testing is better with an average of 60,164 Kb/s and 22,009 Kb/s for shell scripts, and ansible usage against the CPU is much better because it does not make the server overloaded.

Abstract

Konektivitas jaringan merupakan hal mendasar yang harus diterapkan dalam suatu instansi atau perusahaan, dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan pertukaran dan pengumpulan data. Pembahasan yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini adalah implementasi jaringan Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) dengan metode Spanning Tree Protocol untuk memelihara loop routing menggunakan Graphical Network Simulator 3 (GNS3). Definisi dari OSPF adalah protokol routing dinamis yang menggunakan algoritma link-state untuk membuat dan menghitung jalur terpendek ke semua tujuan yang diketahui. Penggunaan Routing mempunyai pengaruh dalam menentukan rute yang diambil oleh paket yang masuk dari node sumber ke node tujuan dalam jaringan. Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) berfungsi sebagai protokol untuk pengaturan koneksi dengan menggunakan algoritma spanning tree. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah mempermudah pelaksanaan pekerjaan khususnya dalam hal pengumpulan data yang terdapat dalam sistem komunikasi yang diperlukan bagi instansi atau perusahaan.
