In general the entrepreneurial starts in the scope of a small family consisting of self-employment itself commonly referred to with the family business. The interconnectedness of the two institutions, families and businesses make the company describes several roles in family relationships that might help the parent company such as managerial as founder, the role of the brother, the role of entrepreneurial couples.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of parental role as the founder of the against the success of self-employment in the village Central Medan Helvetia. The data in this study consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires while the secondary data obtained through the Central Helvetia Village. This data was obtained processed and analyzed in order to be retrieved is there parental roles influence as founder against the success of self-employment in the village Central Medan Helvetia. The results of the analysis of the data obtained: 1) the role of parents as the founder of the majority with the role less as much as 47 (54%); 2) entrepreneurial Success by successfully as much as 51 majority (58.6%) 3) there is the influence of parental role as the founder of the against the entrepreneurial success (p = 0,004).

Accounting information is very helpful in taking a decision. But many entrepreneurs who have no knowledge of accounting and among them there are yet to understand the importance of record keeping and bookkeeping for business continuity. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of educational background and knowledge of the accounting of the use of accounting information systems. This type of research is a research associate. The population was the entire existing traders in the village Central Medan Helvetia as many as 49 people. The research sample is the total population that is 49 respondents. Methods of analysis used in this study was the quantitative methods of analysis. The data were analyzed by multiple regression test. The research results obtained that the educational background and the p value = 0.004 and variable knowledge of accounting with p value = 0.001 which means each free variable effect on variables are bound.

This study aims to be able to know the influence of education, unemployment, and gender inequality on poverty in the province of North Sumatra. The population mentioned is the population of 33 districts / cities in North Sumatra from 2010-2013. The data sources used in this research is secondary data in the form of a period (time series) in the period 2010-2013. The data obtained from various sources such as the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Sumatra province, journals, and research results. In this research used a research method that is research library (Library Research) is used in this research through library materials such as books, literature, scientific writings, and reports relating to the topic under study. Data collection techniques used is to perform direct recording of data in the form of t ime series ie 2010-2013. Results showed that the F-statistic of 36.147 and the value of statistical probability .000000 it states that education, unemployment and gender inequality together affect the poverty in North Sumatra, while the remaining 36.14% is not described in this study. And education and gender inequality variables a significant and negative effect on poverty while unemployment variables significant and positive impact on poverty in North Sumatra.

Perception of the system for the results is the public perception that the system for these results more in line with the principles of Shari'ah.The approach in this study was the quantitative. The population in this research is the community around the working area of Bank Syari’ah Mandiri KCP Medan Simpang Limun as much as 242 family heads and samples acquired 97 respondents.Data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the research there were obtained: the influence of quality of service (0.000); for the results (p = 0,016) against interest became Bank's Shariah; There is the influence of the quality of service and for the results against the interest became Bank's Shariah (p = 0.000). The better the quality of service and products that Shariah Bank given understandable public can cause a good perception that ultimately can lead to an interest in one's self into a bank's Shariah.

This study aims at determining the intensity of Locus of Control, Employee Relations, Salaries and religiosity influence on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah CFBC Medan. The population involved in this study were the employees of PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah CFBC Medan which amounted to 65 respondents. Data collection technique was complished by spreading the questionnaire to 65 respondents which comprised of 19 items for everyone and it was divided into 3 independent variables and a dependent variable. Furthermore, the interview was held to whom that was considered important in completing the research data, then all documentations study in the form of research object literature as well as direct observation were conducted to directly find out the activities of respondents. In the F statistical analysis, the locus of control, employees relations, and religiosity were simultaneously led to a positive effect in improving the performance of PT. Bank Mandiri Syariah CFBC Medan Employee.

Islam has set up all human behavior in fulfilling the needs of his life that is does not deviate from the teachings of Islam. Different reactions will describe different behavior that is different then the consumer will give different reaction in terms of feelings toward the same information. The purpose of the study is to know the influence of the knowledge and attitude toward the behavior of the community in the Islamic bank. This research is a research field that uses a quantitative approach. The population of the research was the head of the family in Kelurahan Sei Sikambing D totalling 297 and sample as many as 59 respondents. The results of the research there were obtained: the influence of knowledge (p = 0.001); attitude (p = 0.000) of community behavior on Islamic banks; and there is the influence of the knowledge and attitude to behavior society in Islamic banks (p = 0.000). Conclusions: knowledge of Islamic banks which received the community cannot materialize if it does not have a good attitude so as not to be embodied into action is customer into Islamic banking which is a form of behavior.

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect influence of understanding, transparency and the role of government against the motivation and decision to pay zakat at Baznas Kota Binjai. The research method used quantitative approach of path analysis with multiple linear regression model with SPSS version 16 program. The result of research shows that the coefficient of determination of structural model 1 is 60.6% understanding, transparency and role of government to motivation. While the structural model 2 is 94.8% understanding, transparency, role of government and motivation influence Muzaki decision. Simultaneously on structural model 1 shows understanding, transparency, the role of government toward motivation significantly influences. While on structural model 2 shows understanding, transparency, role of government and motivation to decision muzaki have significant effect. The significance test of indirect influence indicates the indirect influence of understanding, transparency, the role of government against the decision to pay zakat through motivation significantly.

Economic subjects is one of the difficult subjects requiring study interest of students so it's no wonder the learning pretasi students are categorized as low. This is because the student's mastery against economic subjects can be seen from the ability of memorize in understanding. The purpose of this research is to know the influence independence study and tutoring toward the ability to understand the adjustments on journals high school student Jasmine Perbaungan. Type of this research is quantitative. The population in this research is the entire high school student majoring in Social Science as much as 47 people and the sample is total population. The analysis of the data used in this research is a multiple regression test. The research results obtained: independence of the study (p = 0.002), tutoring (p = 0.001) and partially (p = 0.000) influence on the ability to understand the adjustment journal.

This research was aimed to find out how big the direct and indirect influence of faith, reward, altruism, organization's response to compliance variable and their impacts toward blessings of muzakkis’ wealth. The sample in this research is muzakki of profession zakah paid in Dompet Dhuafa Waspada. The research method used is a quantitative approach, by using path analysis with MSI as a helping program, SPSS version 16 and LISREL 8.8 (student). Dominant factors affecting blessing to pay zakah were organization and compliance. The dominant factors that influenced blessing were compliance and reward. The form of blessing were the most widely experienced by respondents after obediently to pay zakah is smoothness and the provision addition. And then, selective to their revenues, control of needs a life, family harmony, perseverance worship, treasures preserved from theft, and inner peace.

According to the Islamic business ethics, every business person in trade should not merely aim at the highest possible profit, but the most important thing is to find a means to increase and reach the top of the sustenance provided by Allah SWT.The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is influence of Islamic business ethics against profit. This type of research is the associative nature of causality.This type of research is the associative nature of causality. Data retrieval using direct surveys and instruments used are questionnaire. The population is predominantly entrepreneurial principals, and sample as many as 54 respondents using accidental sampling. Analysis method used is simple linear regression.The results showed that there was influence of Islamic business ethics on the entrepreneurial efforts of profits against the village of Delitua sub-district of Delitua (p = 0.000). The conclusions of the study results is every muslim traders should run its economy activities based on Sharia rules or statutes, namely that God commanded his servants.
