<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know the influence of confidence and determination towards entrepreneurship. The data in this study consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires while the secondary data obtained through the village new terrain Medan Denai. The data obtained are then processed and analyzed with statistical test of Chi-Square in order to be retrieved if there is influence of confidence and determination towards entrepreneurship. The results showed: 1) majority of Entrepreneurship with the category both as much as 48 (52.7%) and the category less obtained 43 (47.3%), 2) the confidence of the majority of the categories less as much as 47 (51.6%) and the category strong retrieved 44 (48.4%), 3) the determination of the majority with a low category as many as 57 (62.6%) and higher category obtained 34 (37.4%), 4) confident effect on entrepreneurship with a value of p = 0.000. 5) determination to entrepreneurship with the value p = 0.028. Of research results obtained then expected society that entrepreneurship can instill a strong determination and has high confidence in entrepreneurship as well as Assistant researchers furthermore expected to be developed by adding some of the variables. It is based on that there are several factors that affect entrepreneurship.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem that has always been in the government's spotlight is the low number of jobs, so the solution is entrepreneurship. Many food and beverage business people ignore business planning and recording so that it has an impact on the slow and even undeveloped business they run. Therefore, someone who is an entrepreneur needs a business plan and records in order to achieve success in entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study was to determine “The Influence of Business Planning and Records on Entrepreneurial Success. This research is an associative quantitative study with the population being all food and beverage entrepreneurs in Tanjung Rejo Village and the sample is a total population of 57 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that business planning and records have an effect on entrepreneurial success. In connection with the results of this study, it is recommended to all people who want to be entrepreneurs and especially entrepreneurs to always make good plans and keep records of every business activity that is carried out.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of accounting knowledge and experience effort towards the development of a mediation effort with the use of accounting information on the perpetrators of the UKM. Research conducted in the village of Tanjung Rejo Medan Sunggal in 2019.This research is quantitative research associate. Population and sample of this research is 40 principals with UKM error rate of 5%. Types and sources of data that dikumulkan is quantitative data and secondary data by analyzing the use test, test the normality assumption linieritas and using path analysis. The conclusions of the results of this study are: 1) influential accounting knowledge against the use of accounting information, whereas business experience has no effect against the use of accounting information accounting knowledge, 2) knowledge of accounting and business experience a positive effect towards enterprise development, and 3) accounting knowledge and business experience have indirect influence through the use of accounting information to the development effort.]]>

<![CDATA[In general the entrepreneurial starts in the scope of a small family consisting of self-employment itself commonly referred to with the family business. The interconnectedness of the two institutions, families and businesses make the company describes several roles in family relationships that might help the parent company such as managerial as founder, the role of the brother, the role of entrepreneurial couples.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of parental role as the founder of the against the success of self-employment in the village Central Medan Helvetia. The data in this study consists of primary data obtained through questionnaires while the secondary data obtained through the Central Helvetia Village. This data was obtained processed and analyzed in order to be retrieved is there parental roles influence as founder against the success of self-employment in the village Central Medan Helvetia. The results of the analysis of the data obtained: 1) the role of parents as the founder of the majority with the role less as much as 47 (54%); 2) entrepreneurial Success by successfully as much as 51 majority (58.6%) 3) there is the influence of parental role as the founder of the against the entrepreneurial success (p = 0,004).]]>

<![CDATA[Salah satu indikator mutu pelayanan adalah kepuasan pasien. Kepuasan pasien ini dapat tercipta melalui pelayanan yang baik oleh tenaga kesehatan yang ada di rumah sakit. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor mutu pelayanan yang mempengaruhi kepuasaan pasien yang menjalani terapi haemodialisis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitic crosssectional. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 53 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner yang kemudian hasilnya dianalisa dengan uji Chi Square. Hasil pengujian chi square diperoleh hasilya ada pengaruh faktor mutu bukti fisik dengan kepuasaan pasien hemodialisis dengan p-value=0,02, untuk variabel faktor keandalan ada pengaruh dengan kepuasaan pasien hemodialisis dengan p-value=0,00, untuk variabel daya tanggap hasilnya tidak ada pengaruh dengan kepuasan pasien hemodialisis dibuktikan dengan p-value = 0,62, serta untuk variabel jaminan dengan kepuasaan pasien tidak ada mempengaruhi yaitu dengan nilai p-value=0,34.]]>

<![CDATA[The stunting rate of children under the age of two in Indonesia increased by 3.8% from the year of 2016 to 2018. Stunting in children, besides having an impact on children's growth and development, also results in economic losses because physical growth failure reduces productivity. Cognitive failure causes decreased performance in school, so that increase health care costs. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between pregnancy check-ups and the consumption of blood-supplemented tablets (TTD) in pregnant women with stunting ? 90 tablets in Indonesia by analyzing the 2013’ Riskesdas data. The final analytical sample was 11,029 aged 0-2 years in all provinces in Indonesia. Statistical analysis was performed with chi-square at a significance level of 5%. Stunting children 0-23 months in Indonesia is 33.3%. Chi-square analysis showed that there was a relationship between standardized antenatal care and consumption of TTD in pregnant women 90 tablets with stunting in children aged 0-23 months (p<0.05). Mothers who do not carry out standardized pregnancy check-ups have a 1.03 times risk of having stunting children compared to mothers who carry out standardized antenatal care. Mothers who took TTD <90 tablets had a 1.05 times chance of having stunting children compared to mothers who took TTD 90 tablets. <![CDATA[Stunting anak usia 0-23 bulan di Indonesia meningkat 3.8% dari tahun 2016 ke tahun 2018. Angka stunting yang tinggi jika tidak segera diturunkan akan berisiko pada pertumbuhan fisik anak tidak maksimal, gangguan kognitif anak yang irreversible (tidak bisa diubah) dan dibawa seumur hidup anak yang akhirnya Indonesia berisiko mengalami lost generation. Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui peran pemantauan pertumbuhan anak dalam upaya penurunan stunting anak 0-23 bulan di Indonesia dengan menganalisis data Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2013 menggunakan disain cross sectional. Unit analisis adalah anak 0-23 bulan yang tinggal bersama ibunya. Sejumlah 11029 anak 0-23 bulan memenuhi syarat untuk dimasukkan dalam sampel penelitian. Penentuan status stunting anak dilakukan menggunakan WHO Anthro 2018. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik berganda dengan interval kepercayaan 95% (CI). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemantauan pertumbuhan anak (penimbangan berat badan anak) dan adalah faktor dominan yang berhubungan dengan stunting anak 0-23 bulan di Indonesia. Anak usia 0-23 bulan yang tidak dipantau pertumbuhannya (tidak ditimbang berat badannya dalam 6 bulan terakhir) memiliki peluang 1,32 kali mengalami stunting dibanding anak yang dipantau pertumbuhannya (AOR 1,32; 95% CI 1,18-1,47). Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa posyandu sebagai ujung tombak kegiatan pemantau pertumbuhan anak memegang peran penting dalam upaya pencegahan stunting di Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of risk management in decision making on entrepreneurial success with promotions as a moderating variable. The problem in this study is focused on entrepreneurs who often experience failure in entrepreneurship due to inability to apply risk management in entrepreneurship and lack of promotion to the community so that to understand these problems several supporting theories are used, namely risk management, promotion and entrepreneurial success which are also supported by several studies. from existing journals. This type of research is a quantitative associative research with the population being all entrepreneurs with a minimum asset of Rp. 100 million in the area of Central Helvetia Village, Medan Helvetia District, Medan City, There are 153 entrepreneurs in North Sumatra Province and the determination of the number of samples is based on the Slovin formula so that there are 60 respondents with a simple random sampling technique. The data were obtained using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and the data analysis used was simple regression and MRA. The results showed that: 1) there is an effect of risk management on entrepreneurial success, 2) Risk management has an effect on entrepreneurial success which is strengthened through product promotion.
