Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the role of teacher attitudes in the dimensions of cognitive, affective, conative towards the efficacy of teachers in inclusive education at the Jakarta Public Elementary School. This study uses quantitative methods with survey approaches and multiple regression techniques, three predictors. The respondents in this study amounted to 143 teachers who taught in Public Elementary Schools in Jakarta who implemented inclusive education, data collection techniques using incidental sampling. The results obtained in this study are teacher attitudes in cognitive, affective and conative dimensions which play a role in teacher efficacy. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sikap guru dalam dimensi kognitif, afektif, konatif terhadap efikasi guru dalam pendidikan inklusi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei dan teknik regresi ganda tiga prediktor. Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 143 guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Jakarta yang mengimplementasi pendidikan inklusi, teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan insidental sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah sikap guru dalam dimensi kognitif, afektif dan konatif berperan terhadap efikasi guru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of lecture with nuances of guidance services using Contextual Teaching Learning and Ignatian Pedagogy Paradigm in Group Dynamics Course to increase self-respect and others attitudes of students. The research subjects are 36 students participating in the Group Dynamics Course. This research method is a pre-design one-group pre-test-posttest design. The research instrument used the Scale of Self-Respect and Others Attitudes totaling 25 items with a reliability value of 0.936. This study uses descriptive data analysis techniques with categorization, and t-paired sampel test. The results showed that 27.78% of students had self-respect and others in the very high category before accepting lectures increased to 55.56% after receiving lectures. In the high category, 47.22% of students are required after attending college from 58.33% before receiving college. In the category there was a decline, namely before college there were 19.44% of students became absent (0%) after attending college. The conclusion of the results of this study is that lectures with the nuances of guidance services using CTL and IPP in the Group Dynamics Course effectively increase the self-respect and and other attitudes based on the t-paired sampel test with a significance value Sig. (2-tailed) (0.001) <(0.05).

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the effect of character education on entrepreneurship readiness of Vocational High School students. research needs to be held. This research was conducted through a literature review of references and relevant research results, and continued through focus group discussion (FGD). The research found: (1) there is an influence of character education on the level of entrepreneurial readiness of vocational students; (2) character education values that influence entrepreneurial readiness, are creative, independent, honest, cooperative, curiosity, disciplined, courageous to take risks, strong motivation for success, communicative, realistic, commitment, never give up, oriented to action, leadership, and innovation; (3)Vocational students must obtain character education in accordance with the character possessed by an entrepreneur. Because in character education includes discipline, honesty, cooperation, curiosity, creativity and independence, almost all must also be owned by an entrepreneur; (4) The relationship between vocational students who already have character education will grow a mentality for entrepreneurship; andEntrepreneurial readiness is influenced by four dimensions of entrepreneurial readiness, namely intention, ability, learning and attraction; and (5)In order for entrepreneurial readiness to be realized optimally, there must be support from the government, changes in various theories that lead to improvement, and open to various developing innovations.

Abstract

Kecerdasan emosi dapat ditingkatkan dengan layanan bimbingan dan konseling yaitu konseling dengan teknik PCT. Konseling client center atau konseling berpusat pada konseli menekankan pada kecakapan konseli untuk menentukan isu yang penting bagi dirinya dan pemecahan masalah dirinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik PCT dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosi siswa. Desain penelitian ini adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosi. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon Pair test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data nilai sign sebesar 0,018 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik PCT efektif untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan emosi siswa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of young mama in the effort to stunting degradation in ponorogo. This research was using quantitative descriptive methods. The population of this study was all young mama in Krebet village while the sample of this study was BKB cadres in Krebet village. The sampling technique used is using stratified random sampling technique.The results showed that an increase of 23% was related to understanding of stunting. If seen in each indicator of understanding stunting also experienced an increase. The young mama community has an important role in efforts to stunting degradation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the confidence of students of class VIII Middle School 134 West Jakarta. The research method in this article uses library research. The results of this study indicate that adolescents in developing their potential need to have self-confidence. Learners need a container in an effort to express and train self-confidence. Besides guidance from parents, teachers, peers, and the environment can affect self-confidence. Development of self-confidence can be done in the school environment. One container that trains students' confidence through guidance and counseling services in group settings. Students who are members of a group will share with each other, exchange ideas, give examples or manipulate behavior.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effects of peer support groups on stress level among first-semester nursing students. This study used a pre-post test quasi-experimental research design with a control group. The samples were 74 nursing students who were assigned to the intervention group and the control group. Data were collected using the instrument of DASS and analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results showed that in the intervention group, there was a significant difference in the stress levels before and after the intervention. Meanwhile, in the control group, there was no significant difference in the stress levels before and after the intervention. Peer support groups had a significant effect on reducing stress levels among first-semester nursing students.

Abstract

This study aims to confirm the relationship between professional competence and multicultural competence of school counselors. The researchers collected data from 162 school counselors in the city of Banjarmasin who worked at the junior high school level, as well as high school / vocational school using a professional competency scale (? = 0.805) and multicultural (? = 0.889) totaling 45 items. The results of the study suggest that there is a positive and significant correlation between professional competence and multicultural school counselors in Banjarmasin City (r = 0.516; p <0.01). In addition, it was found that 3 aspects in professional competence also had a significant relationship with 2 aspects which became the domain of the multicultural competency of the school counselor. This study suggests the next researcher to re-examine the relationship between professional competence and multicultural competencies with a wider range and population to obtain a more comprehensive picture of the relationship between the two variables

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the effectiveness of the storytelling method uses storybook media in increasing the knowledge of elementary school students about bullying and the steps in implementation in classical guidance activities. The research method in this article, the author uses the library research method. The results of this study indicate that in an effort to provide information to students in using storybook methods and media there are a number of things that must be the attention of guidance and counseling teachers, namely, the design of service implementation in accordance with students' development tasks, story themes, vocals, expressions , class management, and appropriate use of media. The story gives children the opportunity to express fantasy and explore conflict situations, also allows children to deal with important issues and feelings. So that using an interesting storybook media can optimize student achievement in following classical guidance activities in basic services.

Abstract

The purpose of training based on Vygotsky's theory is that teacher’s are expected to be able to provide scaffolding in the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) on children’s learning, and implementation learning based on guidance in the classroom in role playing settings according to the characteristics and development of children’s learning. This research uses descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The type of research used was a quasi experiment. The result this research with T test showed a value of significance smaller than the level of 5% (0.006<0.05) and the coefficient of determination (R2) shows of 87.2%. Teacher’s competency as a guide in kindergarten has increased scores. Pedagogic competence with score 87,5 (good category), personal with score 87,9 (good category), social with score 50 (good enough), and professional with score 97,2 (very good). The conclusion of this reseach is that training based on Vygotsky's theory has a significant effect on the competence of teacher’s as counselors in kindergarten.
