Abstract

Traveling  Salesman  Problem (TSP) is an optimization problems that can be applied to a variety of activities such as distribution of goods, making burning electricity bills and scheduling. TSP optimization problem in a very famous and has become the standard to try algorithm komputational. Local search algorithm is a method of finding a solution based on the neighborhood of the initial solution. This method is known as iterative improvement. While a search algorithm Based Population global with out considering the surrounding solution. Results showed local search algorithm is better than algorithm-based population in the search for optimal value. However, population-based superior in diversity.

Abstract

The development of the industrial world is getting tighter, making each company must be able to overcome productivity to meet consumer demand. In increasing productivity, of course, you must make the production process efficient. One thing that can be done is to make line balancing. The purpose of this study is to identify and propose a track balance to make the production process more efficient. The data used in this research is in the form of the initial conditions of the work station and the type of work. The method used to identify the optimal trajectory balance is the Ranked Position Weight (RPW). From the results of data processing, it is known that the initial conditions of work stations on the control panel assembly are 5 stations and 16 types of work. From the results of the calculation of cycle time and the number of stations, the optimal number of stations is reduced to 3 work stations. After calculating using the Ranked Position Weight method, it is known that the 16 types of work can be grouped into 3 work stations. Then the balance delay is obtained after reducing the work station, which is 5.48% from the initial condition of 43.29%. Then the line efficiency after station reduction is 94.52% from the initial condition of 56.71%. Then the smoothing index after improvement was 0.983 from the initial condition of 6.128. From the results of the three indicators, it can be seen that the reduction of the station gives better results.

Abstract

As time goes, the pace of growth and social functioning of the physical and socio-economic areas of Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi) experienced rapid development, so the policy of national spatial and policy The provincial spatial of West Java emphasized the need for adequate infrastructure development to make the city of Bogor ideal as a buffer area (hinterland) of DKI Jakarta. Referring to the condition of development dynamics of Bogor City, two important things to consider are changes in land use and spatial planning, because city drainage problems arise due to these changes. then to anticipate these problems, it is necessary to immediately review the Bogor City drainage masterplan, and it is necessary to study the material and formulate alternative solutions in the area that will be prioritized for handling. This study aimed to discuss about the arrangement of areas that will be prioritized for handling, based on Peraturan Menteri Pekerja Umum No. 12 Tahun 2014 about concerning Procedures for Planning a City Drainage System. This study can be used as a recommendation to determine priority areas for Central Bogor District.

Abstract

Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) merupakan sebuah permasalah optimasi yang dapat diterapkan pada berbagai kegiatan seperti pendistribusian barang, pengambilan tagihan listirk dan pedagang keliling. Masalah optimasi pada TSP sangat terkenal dan telah menjadi standar untuk mencoba algoritma yang komputational. Pokok dari permasalahan TSP adalah bagaimana seorang salesman harus dapat mengunjungi sejumlah kota yang telah diketahui jarak kota satu dengan yang lainnya. Algoritma Local search merupakan metode pencarian solusi berdasarkan neighborhood dari solusi awal. Metode ini dikenal dengan nama iterative improvement. Algoritma ini mencari solusi disekitar solusi awal untuk memperbaiki solusi. Algoritma hybrid menggunakan fungsi random sehingga menyebabkan algoritma hybrid menjadi suatu algoritma berbasis komputer yang menghasilkan solusi yang lebih optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hibridisasi lebih baik dari pencarian lokal maupun populasi murni.

Abstract

The Purnama Karya weld workshop is individual business engaged in the welding industry that produces one of the products, namely the canopy. In the process of canopy production, there is no possibility if there are no results of products that have bad quality. This research uses Failure Mode and Effects Analysis method. The method contains steps for the identification failure mode against product or process by scoring each form of failure mode based on occurrence values, severity values and detection values. The purpose of this research is found out factors that cause canopy product defects, identify the types of potential defects that occur and identify the impacts that occur. The results show that there are defects that occur with the classification of 2 types of defects, welding and painting, where the most common types of defects are welding defects with a frequency of damage of 56.8% and there are also 16 causes of canopy product defects with details of 8 factors that cause weld defects and 8 factors that cause painting defects. The results of the provision of severity, occurrence, and detection are taken in the order of the 3 highest rankings taken from the results of RPN values.

Abstract

West Karawang District is a center of local activities with a service scope the whole Karawang Regional with most populous region by 142.509 persons. Based on Karawang Regional Spatial Plans Year 2011 – 2031, West Karawang Sub-district is a flooded vulnerable area when rain season. That area is along the Citarum River stream with. Priority scale determination of flood is done with comparison method of the existing flood condition with the parameters in Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat No.12 Tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem Drainase Perkotaan. There were 13 flood points in West Karawang District with the highest priority scale, Tanjungpura Sub-District. In Tanjungpura Sub-District, there are 3 flood points with a height of 50-30 cm, 1 Ha of flood area, and the length of flood lasts for 10 hours. The puddle is located in a densely populated residential area which causes a lot of losses to residents.

Abstract

RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Sragen produces liquid waste containing microorganisms, toxic and radioactive chemicals. The results of the laboratory examination showed that the liquid waste level always exceeded the quality standard, namely the parameter of phosphate. The phosphate level in September 2013 was 4.80 mg / L, while in December 2013 the concentration was 2.60 mg / L, so  additional  treatment is needed, one of which is phytoremediation using white daffodils (Crinum asiaticum Linn.). This research method is an experimental research design with  pre-post Test with Control Group Design where the wastewater will pass through a wet tank   containing white lily plants with a residence time of 24 hours/day and a treatment rate  of 1100 liters/day. Th research aimed to determine the effect of phytoremediation of white daffodils on the reduction of phosphate levels and the average percentage of its reduction. The results of this study in the ninth and tenth sample collection  met the quality standards of  1.99 mg / L and 1.89 mg / L. Phytoremediation of white daffodils (Crinum asiaticum linn.) may reduce phosphate levels by 45.59%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the existing conditions of the solid waste management system in Pasaman Barat Regency and discuss the alternative development of solid waste management systems with a solid waste treatment approach At the regional and municipal scale as a solution to the problem of solid waste management in  Pasaman Barat Regency. From this study it is known that the level of existing solid waste management services was  only 9.13% of total solid waste generated. The problems faced in solid waste management in Pasaman Barat Regency were still high levels of unserved solid waste, inadequate operational facilities and infrastructure for solid waste management, uneven handling of solid waste in service area coverage and the low practice of waste minimization and utilization. The solid waste man-agement system in Pasaman West Regency in the future can apply a combination of solid waste manage-ment approaches at the regional level based on Solid Waste Treatment Station with reduce-reuse-recycle approach (TPS 3R) in domestic areas and treatment at the city level based on Intergrated Solid Waste Treatment Station (TPST) at the landfill site, with the development of the system planned for 15 years, solid waste volume taken into the landfill site can be reduced by 22.40%

Abstract

The rapid and inexpensive development of digital storage media technology has led to an increase in the number of electronic documents stored on storage systems such as those in universities. Various academic  scientific works, such as articles , research reports, etc., are available in digitally .  In addition to teaching activities, lecturers are also required to research to deepen their knowledge. With so  much research, of course, the resulting research will be very diverse,  which is why it is deemed necessary to have groupings related to the title or topic of the research carried out so that it can support the management of Siliwangi University in achieving its goals.   Using TF-IDF weighting in text mining on a research title data set, it is known that the optimal number of k in this study is k = 4 with an accuracy rate of 90.7% and the resulting number of each group is 115 scientific  titles, 142  social titles, and 98 educational titles  for a total of 355 research titles.

Abstract

Waste discharged into the environment (air and water) needs to meet the expectation of environmental quality standards. One method that has been widely studied and to be used in maintaining water quality is a combination of the Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) method. With the Dimensions database, in the last ten years (2010-2020), it is known that there are 373 journals regarding MBBR for wastewater treatment. Furthermore, a bibliometric analysis was carried out with data from 2017 to 2020, using visualization from Vosviewer to determine the development of research on MBBR. Indonesia is in 10th place, contributing five articles on MBBR. Some other countries conducting the most research on MBBR include China, the United States, Iran, India, and Germany. The Journal that publishes the most research on MBBR is Bioresource Technology. The author who has done the most research on MBBR is Olav Vadstein, by the issuance of four articles. Meanwhile, the institutions that write the most research on MBBR are the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and the Technical University of Denmark. Another combination of data-driven systematic literature review (SLR) is needed to complement the bibliometric analysis of the MBBR study for wastewater treatment.
