Abstract

Ecosystem Services are the benefits that humans obtain from biological natural resource products and ecosystems in the form of direct benefits and direct benefits. This research focuses on ecosystem services as providers and regulators of water in 8 (eight) sub-districts in Central Kalimantan Province and included in the Kahayan River Watershed (DAS). This research aimed is analyze the distribution of the Ecosystem Services Index for water providers and regulators in each sub-district. The Ecosystem Services Index (IJE) in each sub-district is based on 2 parameters, namely land cover and ecoregion/landscape which are scored and weighted against parameters. The largest IJE water provider in the medium category is Rakumpit District (3,584 Ha) and the smallest is Jekan Raya District (2.58 Ha). The largest IJE provider of water in the very low category is Banama Tingang District (29,796 Ha) and the smallest in the very low category is Pahandut District (482 Ha). The largest IJE result as a water regulator in the very high category is Rakumpit District (3,217 Ha) and the smallest is Banama Tingang District (1,407 Ha). The largest water management IJE very low category is Banama Tingang District (25,165 Ha) and the smallest is Sebangau District (296 Ha).

Abstract

Fisiologi merupakan salah satu ilmu ergonomi yang berfokus pada pengukuran kemampuan fisik. Kelebihan dari cabang ilmu ergonomi ini adalah dapat memahami bagaimana tubuh bekerja serta bagaimana tubuh merespons serta beradaptasi dengan lingkungan. Pengukuran kemampuan fisik perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi tingkat kelelahan ketika melakukan kegiatan yang memiliki workload yang tidak menentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengukuran denyut jantung, perhitungan konsumsi oksigen yang terdiri dari tiga workload serta melakukan perhitungan waktu kerja dan waktu istirahat yang diperoleh dari konsumsi energi yang dilakukan pada saat kegiatan berlangsung. Penelitian mendapatkan hasil analisa workload ringan didapat angka konsumsi oksigen sebesar 19,513 liter/menit termasuk work level light. Selanjutnya analisa workload Sedang didapatkan hasil konsumsi oksigen sebesar 20,733 liter/menit termasuk work level moderate, dan perhitungan konsumsi oksigen pada workload Berat didapatkan angka sebesar 22,333 liter/menit termasuk work level heavy. Analisa perhitungan waktu kerja dan waktu istirahat diperoleh hasil waktu istirahat yaitu sebesar 21,975 menit.

Abstract

In competition in the industrial world, making quality products is mandatory for companies. The quality of the goods produced must be able to meet consumer desires. The company must also ensure that the production process runs well to produce quality products with an efficient process. This company is a subsidiary of Olympic Grub which is engaged in the manufacture of household furniture with the olymplast brand. the quality control implemented by the company is still not optimal, this is evidenced by the existence of product defects during the production process. Therefore, an analysis was carried out using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method with the aim of knowing the priority of disability problems for further repairs and the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method to get to the root causes that influence the occurrence of defects. From the results of the study it was found that there were types of defects including short, shinkmark, flowmark, and bending with a total of 415 defects. Based on the results of the calculation of the RPN value, the highest value was found for the type of shinemark defect so that it became a top priority in carrying out repairs. Based on this analysis, a search for the root of the problem was carried out using the FTA method, where it was found that there were 3 basic events including operators who did not understand SOPs, machine technology that had not been optimized and various raw materials for making tables where each was classified into 2 root causes for Next, a draft improvement proposal is carried out. Among them are providing machine setting training activities to all production employees, making written SOP, conducting trial errors, checking materials and completeness of tools before the production process.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa sistem manajemen pergudangan yang diterapkan pada PT XYZ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada PT. XYZ sistem dan prosedur manajemen gudang perusahaan mengalami masalah dalam melakukan sebagian pekerjaan gudang. Akar permasalahan dari faktor-faktor penyebab yang membuat sistem manajemen pergudangan yang buruk digambarkan dengan diagram fishbone. Setelah dibuat diagram fishbone didapatkan sebagian besar akar permasalahan yang menyebabkan sistem manajemen pergudangan yang buruk adalah dikarenakan belum terdapat aturan yang dibuat untuk mengatur gudang. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dibuat rancangan Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) yang bertujuan agar dapat memperbaiki kondisi gudang sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu para pekerja dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Selain itu pembuatan jadwal piket pemeliharaan sebagai alat pengaturan untuk melakukan pemeliharaan gudang secara bersama-sama dengan staff bagian lain sehingga gudang dapat terjaga kebersihannya setiap hari dan juga pembuatan kartu stok untuk mengetahui setiap adanya kegiatan material yang masuk dan keluar sehingga informasi mengenai stok barang yang berada di gudang akan selalu diperbarui.

Abstract

The Bullwhip Effect, or the significant difference in supply and demand, represents one of the issues that arise from the concept of supply chain management. Using a forecasting approach using the single exponential smoothing method, this research aims to evaluate the Bullwhip Effect's influence and lessen its incidence at PT. XYZ. The information used consists of requests and orders for MS Rack, Adapter AT, and Bracket products from January to December 2021. The Bullwhip Effect value for each product is calculated as part of data processing, while forecasting uses single exponential smoothing technique and recalculates the Bullwhip Effect value as part of the repair. According to the research results, a single exponential smoothing method with a = 0.9 results in the lowest MAD, MSE, and MAPE values and subsequently utilized to lower the bullwhip effect value. The calculation results show that the Bullwhip Effect has decreased for the three products, from 1.0008 to 1.0002 for MS Rack, from 0.9961 to 0.9957 for Adapter AT, and from 1.0035 to 1.0027 for Bracket. With these results, it is clear that demand is steady and that the Bullwhip Effect may be minimized using the single exponential smoothing approach.

Abstract

Sedimentation is one of the main problems in the operation and maintenance of the reservoir because it can cause a decrease in the function of the reservoir, as well as in the Wonogiri reservoir which has been operating since 1982. The JICA Study Team in 2007 calculated the annual erosion production on-farm (land) and off-farm (physical buildings) that occurred in all watersheds flowing into the Wonogiri Multipurpose Reservoir amounting to 17,279 million tons per year. The JICA Study Team carried out the community-based watershed conservation physical activities in the context of implementing the Countermeasure for Sediment in Wonogiri Multipurpose Dam Reservoir (CSWMDR) Program, divided into 2 work programs, namely JICA Slice I (in 2015) and JICA Slice II aims to obtain the rate of erosion and erosion reduction with achievements in accordance with the targets set in the Implementation Plan. This study aims to analyze the rate of erosion in the present and future conditions and land erosion reduction in CSWMDR conservation activities to overcome sedimentation in the Wonogiri Reservoir to support the JICA Slice II work program using the USLE method as well as ArcGIS Software assistance and additional tools Spatial Analyst and Model Builder. The results of the analysis show that the total erosion rate in 10 target villages in the present condition is 158,809.21 m3/year, while the total erosion rate in the future condition is 110,354.92 m3/year, and the total erosion rate reduction is 16,268.27 m3/year.

Abstract

The design of wind turbine blades requires structural design and material selection that can withstand aerodynamic loads. The required structural criteria for wind blades are strong and lightweight. Modeling and analysis of stress values were carried out using MSC Patran/Nastran software. The selected material is an E-Glass fiber composite with epoxy resin matrix and has 8 layers with different fiber directions in each layer with fiber direction arrangement [0°/±45°/90°]. The turbine blade model without a spar is compared with the double spar turbine blade. The results found that the stress of the double spar blade had a lower stress value with a maximum tensile stress of 8.83 MPa, while on the blade without spar the maximum tensile stress was 10.6 MPa, while the maximum compressive stress on the double spar blade was 8.68 MPa, the maximum compressive stress on the blade without spar was 11 MPa.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the number of product defects that occur in the production process of making Standing Pouch packaged cooking oil, this study also aims to reduce product defects using the FMEA method. In this study using qualitative data where the data is from the results of questionnaires with influential sources in the production process. In this study, there are 5 models that cause product defects, including leaky pouches, unclear date numbers, broken seals, damaged cartons, less oil volume. The FMEA method itself has 3 tools used to assist in completing this research, namely Pareto diagrams, flowcharts, and fishbone diagrams, where the 3 tools aim to get results to determine the RPN value or the highest value, the RPN value itself is obtained from the multiplication result. between severity, occurrence, and detection. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the cause of the defect in standing pouch cooking oil packaging products with the highest RPN value. The conclusions obtained are the pouch is leaking (pierced by a sharp object when in the machine or conveyor), the date number is not clear (the pouch is not hot enough so that when clamped the embossed pouch is still hard), the seal is broken (the sealbar heater setting is not right), the carton is damaged (the slotter has more visibility). 0.6mm so that it is exposed to cardboard when gluing the insulation, the volume of oil is less (the crank setting is not right).
