Abstract

Poverty is a global problem which is also a problem we all, but must be addressed with the methods and means that must be tailored to local circumstances as not all methods fit the local circumstances of each region. The perception of poverty will have a big impact on poverty reduction. So far we only see it from the standpoint of poverty is measured as low income; job hereditary non-permanent and without skill; slum dwellings, narrow, dense, and extended family in one house; and grouped with other poor people refers to the similarity between them. Such a view gives rise to all the policies that existed during this and the result is still not yet maximum, therefore it needs a new vision to transform poverty. We propose a model of poverty reduction with reference to how to change the factors of poverty that exist in that person's own poor before granting the drivers from the outside, so to minimize the factors present in the poor is expected to change towards the better will be achieved.

Abstract

Financial performance is a picture of financial condition in a given period either in relation to aspects of fund raising and distributing funds that are usually measured by indicators of capital adequacy, liquidity, and profitability. Profitability assessment aspect to determine the ability to create profits, which are certainly important for the owners. With good financial performance will ultimately affect both the internal and for external parties.

Abstract

The Influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture,and Working Satisfaction on Employees’ Performance of Government of Bulukumba Regency. The aim of the research is to examine and analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Organisational culture, and Working Satisfaction either partially or Simultaneously on officials’ Performance. The use of the variables is based on the previous results of researches,i.e. Yammarino et al (1993), Humphreys (2002), Bass (2003), Lund (2003), Mansur (2009), Mariam R. (2009). The research was conducted at Employment Agency and Regional Education and Training of Bulukumba Regency. The respondents consisted of 100 civil servant. the data were analyzed by using Faktor Analysis method with the help of SPSS program. Based on factor analysis, all indicators used in analyzing leadership style, Organizational Culture and Working Satisfaction are reasonable to be used for further analysis. The results of the research reveal that the factors of leadership style (X1), Organization culture (X2), and Working Satisfaction (X3) either partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on officials’ performance (Y). Meanwhile, working satisfaction is the dominant variables affecting officials’ performance.

Abstract

Key issues that dikemukkakan in this study is to know the basic considerations Pohuwato District Court Judge in imposing sentence is free from all charges in a case of criminal corruption, as well as to determine and analyze the factors - factors that influence the birth of an acquittal verdict of all charges in a case of follow-corruption in the District Court Pohuwato. Research results indicate that the District Court Judge Pohuwato in handling corruption cases required an increase in HR and has a High Morale, so there is no more corruption cases in the future in a verdict free from any claims Law Judge in order to maintain credibility and maintain the trust of the community.

Abstract

Increased street vendors in urban areas provide two influences are positive and negative influences. Positive influence that this business can meet the needs of street vendors, can provide jobs, to contribute to local revenues through sales tax. Generated negative influences is the location occupied by irregular so as to disturb public order such as in doorways, sidewalks, street corners persimpanagn, as well as in various places of the city which is considered good to do business so that the bustle of the city atmosphere, the beauty of the city becomes blurred, obstructed traffic flow and sometimes crime increases, the more dense settlements, as well as hygiene and health is not maintained. Losari local elections are the object of research is based on the consideration that the street vendors in Losari different from street vendors in other public places. Here does not happen destruction and persecution from the government because it is closely associated with the development of Makassar as a Metropolitan City. Therefore, the government issued Decree No. 3479 Mayor Ujung Pandang 1992 on Appointment and Five Foot Settings on The Merchants Throughout Losari.

Abstract

The primary focus of this study is to analyze the influence of social and culture, reference group marketing communication, personal factor, motivation, perception and attitude formation to costomer decision making. This study shows that 1)sosial-cultural give influence on personal factor, motivation and decision making but insignificant to perception and attitude formation; 2)reference group influences personal factor, motivation, perception, attitude formation and decision making; 3)marketing communication effects attitude formation and decision making, but has no infact on perception; 4)personal factor effects motivation, perception, attitude formation but does not influence decision making; 5)attitude formation contributes positive and significant impact on decision making.

Abstract

Corn Instant noodle is one of food diversification. Corn instant noodle in this research used yellow corn and waxy as raw materials. Yellow corn contained high amylose while waxy corn has higher amylopectin the higher the stickiness. This research aims was to know the best process in making instant noodle and to know the best corn flour in making corn instant noodle. Research’s treatments were yellow corn 100%. Yellow corn and waxy corn with comparison 9:1, 8:2, and 7:3. The parameters were rehidration time and sensory test. The best result were then tested: proximate test for water content, ash, fat, protein, and carbohydrate. The result showed that from color and flavor yellow corn were the best. The taste result of yellow corn and waxy corn with comparison 9:1 showed the best. Addition of waxy corn more than 10% will gave bad effect to noodle product. The fastest rehidration time for yellow corn 100% was 3 minutes 27 second, water content 4,07%, ash content 1,24%, fat content 18,22%, protein content 5,33%, and carbohydrate content 70,99%.
