The Network Node Performance Monitoring Information System (SIMOJANG) is a means of monitoring, evaluating and assisting all Network Nodes in implementing the 5 pillars of geospatial information infrastructure (IIG), namely policy, institutions, human resources, standards and technology. Analysis of the quality of the SIMOJANG website is needed to improve the quality of services from SIMOJANG in the future and as feedback to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the SIMOJANG website from the user's perspective. The aim of this research is to find out whether the performance of SIMOJANG is in accordance with user expectations based on the WebQual 4.0 and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The dimensions of website quality in this research are Usability, Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality. Respondents in this research were BIG, PPIIG, Network Nodes of Ministries/Institutions and Regional Governments (Provincial/Regency/City). Data collection was obtained from distributing online questionnaires with a sampling technique using random sampling totaling 117 respondents. The results of this research are that 58.9% of SIMOJANG quality influences user satisfaction while the remainder is influenced by variables not tested in this research. Based on the results of the performance and importance analysis (IPA), several indicators still require a lot of attention because they are in quadrant I (indicators considered important for users but their performance is still low). From these results, researchers suggest developing a website based on indicators in areas that require the most attention.

The need for hot water is something that is needed in everyday life, with hot water it will facilitate the serving of drinks that are favored by the community such as coffee, milk and tea. However, in certain conditions, a person needs water with varying temperatures around 15°C to 95°C. Variations in water temperature needed in making drinks can affect the quality of the drinks served. The need for a temperature device on the dispenser to make it easier to adjust the water temperature. Dispensers with features that can control water temperature so that someone is easier to set how much water temperature is needed by combining hot and normal water into one output without having to mix, increase or decrease the volume. One of the control techniques that is often used today is control with Mamdani fuzzy logic. In this research, fuzzy controllers are used to keep the temperature stable. The water temperatures used in this dispenser are 65°C for tea, 75°C for milk and 90°C for coffee. The time required to reach the highest temperature of 90 from the normal temperature of 29.50 is 5 minutes. There is a temperature difference on the LCD display with a thermometer during testing, namely for tea 2.30%, milk 2.66% and coffee by 1.66%. These errors can occur due to the tolerance of the components used. From the test results, the application of fuzzy logic in the dispenser for temperature regulation is very effective in stabilizing the water temperature in tea, milk and coffee.

Student organizations are an interpretation of organizations that accommodate students in carrying out and developing their roles. The benefits of organizations for students include as a forum for honing soft skills, fostering a sense of concern for the social environment, and increasing student selling points as provisions to support the future. One of the student organizations at the university is the Department of Student Association. The problem that often occurs in major student associations is selecting potential new members who determine the success of the association in the future. So a decision is needed in selecting the existing criteria as the best prospective member who will be selected as a new member or who has high loyalty to the student association of one's own department. However, during the selection process for selecting the best member candidates, the department's student association experienced difficulties because there were so many candidates to be selected. The author conducted research and combined two methods, namely Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Promethee II. This merger aims to overcome the problem of determining the criteria for the best administrator candidates in the UINSU Computer Science Department Student Association. Next, the author will build a decision support application that makes it easier to process data, compare criteria, and produce the best alternative. Overcoming the problem of criteria for being the best candidate for major student association administrators, namely by combining the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in collaboration with the Promethee II method. To test the criteria and eligibility for prospective administrators of the UINSU computer science student association. Design and build applications that can support decisions with several conflicting criteria and alternatives that will produce the greatest value which will later be selected as the best alternative. Decision support system and makes it easy to select recommendations for the suitability of candidates for departmental student association management. The selection results are obtained from the alternative results with the highest final value. The system that has been built can be used by UINSU, so that UINSU can select prospective association administrators as departmental student association administrators.

The Lafran Pane Library is a library located in Pangurabaan village, Sipirok Tapanuli Selatan. With today's technological developments This allows the library to be less developed because the library still uses a manual system and does not attract the attention of visitors. Apart from that, visitors who only want to borrow books must go to the library directly and must produce a membership card to be able to borrow books, so it wastes a lot of time. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to build an Android-based user interface information system. This application is designed for Android based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), The concept of CRM is very relevant to library information services and helping libraries provide information services that satisfy users and build loyal user communities. Android-based User Interface application at the Lafran Pane Library in Tapanuli Selatan, will result in an application that functions as a responsive and intuitive user interface. This application allows library members to easily access book catalogs, borrow and return books online, and get the latest information about library events and activities.

Along with technology development, many varied digital banking or Mobile Banking applications have emerged. Mobile Banking is an innovative result of technological advances in the banking sector and Jenius is one of them. The high level of competition urges Jenius to maintain its competitive advantage and continue to innovate so that it can continue to survive. To overcome these problems, researchers propose a sentiment analysis process to understand the wants and needs of user feedback. This research uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm as a sentiment analysis method with visualization results presented via the web. The dataset is obtained by scraping method with three sentiment categories: positive, neutral, and negative. The data processing process uses the Preprocessing method with Naïve Bayes testing performed on three configurations of training data: testing data to determine the highest accuracy. The results of this study show that the Naïve Bayes algorithm gets the highest accuracy rate of 90% with the results of positive sentiment word clouds that describe the ease of use of the application as a reference for Jenius to continue to maintain these advantages, while neutral sentiment word clouds that describe the difficulty of the verification process and negative sentiment word clouds that describe application performance that is not optimal as an improvement material for Jenius to increase satisfaction and increase customer satisfaction.

Adx International is one of the international shipping services that has collaborated with various marketplaces. Along with the development of technology, Adx International chose a website as a promotional material as well as a system for the transaction process. This research will discuss problems with the UI/UX design of the website by distributing questionnaires to users. After that, several problems were found such as problems with navigation design (search filters), colors that are not aligned, excessive use of icons and there is no guidebook for using the Adx International website. Therefore, further user interface analysis is required. To evaluate the sustainability of this platform, a combination of Heuristic and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods are used in this research because the two methods have different but complementary focuses. Heuristic provides perspectives from experts or experts, while SUS provides perspectives from users. This research uses 10 heuristic aspects and 10 SUS questionnaire questions. The result of this study is to provide recommendations for improvement from both perspectives and identify aspects that need to be improved. The SUS score in this study for the Adx International website is 55. In addition, the results of this study present recommendations for design improvements from various aspects, therefore it can be concluded that this research is successful.

In every industry or institution, there will definitely be a reward in the form of income for employees as compensation for the work they have done. Apart from giving out main income rewards to employees, each industry or institution often gives out rewards in addition to main income to encourage the productivity and abilities of its employees. The rewards given to McD Pancing employees are in additional form and will be given outside of their main income. Evaluation of employee abilities is based on benchmarks that have been established by the institution. However, currently the system of giving rewards to McD Pancing employees has various shortcomings, such as giving rewards which are being tried based on individual analysis and the assessment is still individual, not transparent, less efficient and there is little precision or accuracy in giving rewards. To help select McD Pancing employees who are competent to receive rewards appropriately and carefully and respond to problems that arise, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed as a solution to these cases. The expertise of the system for collecting decisions uses methods that have been created so that it is hoped that the assessment method will be much more accurate, efficient and efficient using the TOPSIS and SAW methods. The TOPSIS method is based on the design that the best filtered substitute not only has the shortest distance from the positive perfect solution but also has the longest distance from the minus perfect solution. Based on the results of this research, it is proven that employees who receive rewards as the best employees according to the SAW and TOPSIS method calculations are determined by employees with SAW calculation results of 87.06 and TOPSIS calculation results of 0.679 and mixed results of 43.89.

Stunting is still a serious problem for children in Indonesia. In one area, especially Batubara Regency at the Pematang Panjang Community Health Center, in this area treatment for this disease must continue. This research was carried out with the aim of making stunting diagnosis more easily using the WEB site. By applying the Forward Chaining method and Sugeno's Fuzzy Logic. Based on the research results, it appears that Forward Chaining is a livelihood method that begins with fact analysis, while Sugeno's Fuzzy Logic can determine its ability to provide disease diagnoses. Based on 122 data on stunted toddlers obtained, the final diagnostic results showed that there were 106 data on toddlers who were declared stunted and 16 toddlers who were declared normal. From the 122 data, data was obtained with details of toddlers being at risk of stunting at a high level of (57%), followed by a very high risk level for stunting (26%) and a low risk level for stunting (17%).

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by infection from the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacteria. Treatment for TB patients usually takes a long time and is mostly done independently by the patient. The doctor will usually prescribe anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) that are tailored to the patient's condition. While undergoing tuberculosis treatment, patients usually experience symptoms that are usually caused by tuberculosis bacterial infection and also symptoms that arise as a result of consuming OAT. Because the treatment process is carried out independently and the patient will experience many symptoms, the patient will definitely have difficulty carrying out his daily activities. Based on this, the author proposes the design and development of an expert system. This system will use the Forward Chaining method to find the symptoms experienced by the patient, then based on the symptoms found the system will determine side effects and provide suggestions that are relevant to the patient using the Content Based Filtering method. After the system is implemented, it is known that the system can diagnose the side effects of taking OAT from the visible symptoms and can recommend treatment according to the symptoms experienced by the patient.
