Abstract

In an afdeling, the oversight cycle should be done by an afdeling head. The PTPN II Langka assembly unit assessment process is not carried out in a professional manner; rather, it is based on the assembly's output. This will result in assessment results that are not in line with the anticipated qualifications and are deemed to be less effective. Aside from that, it is conceivable that there will be comparable creation brings about other afdelings so it is extremely challenging to decide the best afdeling that meets the normal capabilities. This happens in light of the fact that there is no deliberate standard strategy for evaluating the appropriateness of the best connection unit. The CART algorithm was used to classify the best afdeling based on existing variables in order to provide results that could simplify and lighten the Head of PTPN II Langkat's work and make it easier to choose the best afdeling. System development makes use of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology

Abstract

The advancement of technology has provided opportunities to process and utilize information with high speed, accuracy, and effectiveness. With the evolution of technology, activities that were once time-consuming, costly, and labor-intensive have become very practical and efficient. Shaqi Bakery continued to employ manual methods, resulting in ineffective and inaccurate inventory stock calculations. In response to this challenge, the implementation of computerized information systems such as ERP became necessary. By utilizing ERP, Shaqi Bakery could enhance the efficiency of its stock management. The objective of this system was to address the risk of human errors in stock data recording, thus ensuring accurate information retrieval. Integrating ERP modules into the Management Information System made detailed stock calculations easier for users at Shaqi Bakery's facility. The development method employed was the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. Its purpose was to minimize existing issues and enhance consumer security.

Abstract

Technology is currently very rapidly developing in all fields including the health sector, one of which is a hospital in a medical record agency, namely the claiming of BPJS internal medicine polyclinic patients who have not been computerized. The results of research conducted by the author found several problems, namely incomplete internal medicine polyclinic patient data, unfilled entry and exit dates, vacant diagnoses and anamnesis. So that it can affect the claiming of BPJS polyclinic internal medicine patient files, therefore, an information system is needed to support the completeness of BPJS patient medical record files so that claims are made quickly and accurately. Methods for collecting research data used include literature studies, interviews, and observations. The design of the information system uses the V model with the stages of Verification, Validation, Coding. System development consists of Flowmap, DFD, and ERD. then implemented using microsoft visual studio 2010 and database using microsoft access 2021. The results of designing an information system using the methods that have been chosen can help the performance of officers facilitate claiming and support the completeness of the medical record files of BPJS internal medicine polyclinic patients for accurate claiming.

Abstract

Rapidly developing technology can support various human activities or performance, one of which is the performance of hospital employees who work on emergency patient medical record installations which are not yet fully optimized and computerized. Various problems were found, such as recording BPJS claims reports which were still manual and only relied on programs such as Microsoft Excel, errors in making Patient Eligibility Letters (SEP) which resulted in data being delayed so that the BPJS claims process was hampered or claims were pending. Therefore, an information system is needed that is useful for making the performance of medical records employees more effective in making BPJS claim verification reports for emergency room patients more easily, quickly and accurately. The development method used by researchers in this research is the Agile method, while the research data collection method includes observation, interviews, documentation with descriptive analysis. From the results of the design, an information system design was produced with various methods chosen to streamline the performance of medical records employees in preparing BPJS claim verification reports for emergency room patients, thereby producing accurate and complete data. Able to optimize services and reduce data errors that result in delayed claims, maintain the confidentiality of claims data and also control the completeness of files and improve the quality of service at the hospital.

Abstract

A large and structured farming enterprise has problems with the acquisition of quality cattle, so it requires a proper decision in the process of selection of the cattle to be bred because at this initial stage will determine how much the maximum profit margin will be received in the future. At the Arifin Farm CV farm there is a problem with the selection process of the limousine cattle seed is still done manually so it will take time and great risk of selection errors because of a lot of data is not structured. This will affect the final selection result that does not match the expected qualification. In order to facilitate the selection of the cattle seed, it is necessary to build a system that covers the choice of the limousine cattle to be selected and then expanded on the farm to produce super ready-to-sale cattle. And it is also necessary to apply a method aimed at producing more accurate measurement, the method used is the method of weighted aggregated sum product assessment on the system supporting the decision selection of the limousine cattle seed, such a method is a combination of simple additive weighting and weight product method. In the application of such methods resulted in the accumulation of supporting decisions with weighted quantities and product weighted thus resulting in more accurate ranking results. Responding to the need to solve the problem, the research has produced a decision-supporting application system that can calculate the candidate limousine seed based on existing criteria and then give the results of the recommendation of the best limousine seed. The creation of such an application aims to make the selection process more structured and computerized so that the final selection will be more accurate and accountable.

Abstract

Based on a review of the East Java Provincial Health Profile book for 2017 to 2021, public health conditions over the past few years show considerable differences in disease cases across 38 cities or districts. Determining disease management priorities based on health profiles, as well as predicting future disease case trends, is a difficult task. Therefore, a prediction strategy that uses historical data to estimate the pattern of disease cases in each region from year to year is needed, as well as a web-based system to implement the prediction. The steps taken include a literature study, the creation of a prediction model using the Simple Moving Average approach, and the implementation of the system with a MySQL database, PHP backend, and Angular frontend. The results showed the success of the disease case trend prediction application using historical data for five periods. Functionality testing and browser compatibility show that the system runs as expected in various environments, while usability testing using the WebQual 4.0 technique produces an average score of 4.34 (excellent), which indicates that the system successfully meets user needs.

Abstract

The problem of duplicate immunization data often occurs because existing systems do not have adequate validation. This causes child immunization data to be entered more than once, either due to errors in entering information or discrepancies in existing data in various programs or networks. In addition, the use of separate systems to recapitulate child immunization data also causes duplicate data. In order to overcome this problem, a system is needed that is able to detect duplicate immunization data. The Agile Development method aims to be used to design and develop this system repetitively and continuously. The Agile Development method allows developers to adapt to changes that occur during the development process and get feedback from users. In applying the Agile Development method, a user needs analysis is carried out involving medical experts, immunization officers, and user systems. Then a system design is carried out which includes validation of immunization data using predetermined rules. The system is also equipped with accurate reporting features and provides data duplication prevention. The result of applying this method is an information system that is able to detect duplication of immunization data so that immunization data reports become more accurate. Users can easily enter child immunization data information and the system will provide feedback if there is duplicate data. This increases the efficiency and accuracy of child immunization reports, and reduces errors and unwanted data duplication.

Abstract

The main problem faced today is the lack of structure in the reporting of family planning measures at RSAI Limijati. Reporting does not distinguish the type of family planning performed by the patient and does not provide information on whether the patient is performing a new family planning procedure or repeating the previous one. As a result, the resulting report is not well structured and does not provide a clear picture of patient data according to the type of family planning and the history of family planning actions that have been taken. To overcome this problem, this study proposes a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach developed using the agile method. This method aims to develop a medical record information system that is able to produce a well-structured final report for each patient's data, taking into account the type of birth control performed. The system will also provide a detailed explanation of whether the patient is taking a new family planning procedure or repeating the previous one, and will record this information along with other patient data such as demographic data and medical history. The result of applying this method is expected to produce a more structured and informative family planning reporting system. This improved system will make it easier to conduct family planning reporting and ensure that patient data is well organized. Information on family planning measures for each patient can also be obtained more easily according to the type of family planning performed, providing a more complete and accurate picture of the patient's condition related to family planning.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize inventory management at UD. Alnas Building Store by implementing the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The main problem faced by this store is the uncertainty in the quantity of orders that will come, which can result in excess or shortage of inventory. One effective way to manage inventory is by using an inventory management information system. This article discusses the use of an inventory management information system in UD Alnas Building Store. This system is used to collect, store, and process information related to the store's inventory. Several features in the information system, such as recording stock items, monitoring sales, determining inventory needs, calculating Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and generating reports, greatly assist in effective inventory management. Although it has some drawbacks, the use of inventory management information systems has helped UD Alnas Building Store managers in monitoring stock items, calculating, determining inventory needs, and generating accurate and timely reports.

Abstract

The rapid advancement in technology necessitates robust financial information systems (FIS) in educational institutions to manage the increasing complexity and volume of financial transactions. This study evaluates the usability of developed web-based Financial Information System for schools and the Foundation, designed to automate and streamline the management of student tuition fee records. The evaluation employs two prominent usability metrics: the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Usability Metric for User Experience-Lite (UMUX-Lite). The SUS and UMUX-Lite are tools designed to quantitatively assess a system's usability and user satisfaction. The SUS provides a quick, reliable measure of a product's usability, while UMUX-Lite offers a concise evaluation of user satisfaction with less respondent time without compromising insight quality. Our research methodology included distributing questionnaires to 41 schools, employing SUS and UMUX-Lite questions to gather comprehensive feedback on the FIS's usability. Analysis of the data revealed a SUS score of 77.5, placing the system's usability in the "B+" category, indicative of good user satisfaction. The UMUX-Lite score was slightly higher at 81.69, reflecting excellent usability and aligning with user needs and ease of use. These results affirm the effectiveness of the developed FIS, highlighting its potential to significantly improve financial management processes within schools. The close correlation between SUS and UMUX-Lite scores underscores the system's robustness and intuitive design, suggesting that minor enhancements could further elevate its usability and overall user experience. This study contributes to the field by demonstrating the practical application of SUS and UMUX-Lite in evaluating the usability of financial information systems in educational settings, offering insights for future system enhancements and user-centered design practices.
