Abstract

Abstrak - Kabupaten Sleman merupakan salah satu wilayah propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang dijadikan sebagai daerah lumbung padi. Hal ini menjadi salah satu potensi di bidang pertanian untuk mencukupi kebutuhan pangan bagi penduduk di wilayah sekitarnya. Hasil panen di wilayah kabupaten Sleman yang terbesar salah satunya adalah padi. Pengembangan dan pemeliharaan padi di area persawahan di Kabupaten Sleman tergantung dari ketersediaan air pada jaringan irigasi sehingga dibutuhkan data tentang kondisi jaringan irigasi dan informasi terkait yang diperlukan. Informasi dapat dihasilkan dari perancangan sistem informasi geografis yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan detail data jaringan irigasi dan lokasi mana saja yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber air. Sistem informasi geografis dibuat agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui wilayah-wilayah yang terdapat pembangunan jaringan pemanfaatan air yang tersebar di wilayah tertentu khususnya di daerah kabupaten Sleman. Perancangan dan implementasi sistem dibuat guna memberikan solusi tentang manfaat sistem informasi geografi sebagai alat bantu dalam melakukan pemetaan wilayah irigasi dan memberikan perkiraan pembagian air untuk wilayah pertanian dan perikanan di Kabupaten Sleman Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam bentuk visualisasi pemetaan wilayah berbasis sistem informasi geografi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis web untuk mengelola data irigasi guna pembagian debit air di wilayah Kabupaten Sleman. Abstract

Abstrak - Aplikasi p4H2 merupakan model aplikasi website yang khusus dikembangkan untuk KPH Wilayah Kota Kupang. Dimana cikal bakal dikembangkannya aplikasi ini adalah KPH Wilayah Kota Kupang merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan pelayanan publik perizinan peredaran hasil hutan di Kota Kupang dalam rangka upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan masyarakat maupun dalam rangka pelaksanaan peraturan perundang-undangan. Guna memaksimalkan efektifitas kerja, proses perizinan peredaran hasil hutan maka dikembangkanlah aplikasi ini untuk memangkas waktu, tenaga serta biaya baik petugas maupun pemohon. Untuk mengembangkan aplikasi digunakan PHP, XAMPP, Bootstrap 4. Perancangan sistemnya secara terstruktur yakni mendeskripsikan Flowchart, ERD, HIPO, Diagram konteks arah pengembangan sistem digunakan metode SDLC. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui ujicoba dengan petugas bahwa aplikasi ini sangat memudahkan pekerjaan mereka dapat mengurangi biaya dan waktu baik petugas maupun pemohon. Proses memasukkan dan menampilkan data menjadi lebih cepat dan efektif. Untuk fungsi aksi pada setiap form berhasil sesuai dengan fungsinya masing-masing. Maka, secara keseluruhan aplikasi berhasil dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan petugas. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi Website, PHP, Terstruktur, Bootstrap4, SDLC, KPH Wilayah Kota Kupang

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum is designed to give students the opportunity to learn based on students ' interests. In addition to selecting subjects in a particular interest, students are also given the opportunity to take cross-interest subjects. SMA Negeri 1 Anyer is one of the schools that have implemented cross-interest programs. In the process of determining the cross-interest class, the school is still experiencing constraints i.e. not the specificity of students who have an interest in certain subjects, and in the process of electoral elections determined by the school. This research aims to classify students based on students ' interests and talents in specific subjects. The method used is the Decision Tree and C4.5 algorithm. This study gained an accuracy value of 82.82%. Research generates a cross-country class determination system. This classification Model can assist students in determining cross-interest and can be used as a reference alternative for BK teachers to be able to group students based on students ' interests and talents.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pandemi saat ini menyebabkan kebutuhan jasa pengiriman barang sangat dibutuhkan, oleh karena itu perusahaan harus mengatur pengiriman yang baik dan efisien agar costumer puas dengan pelayanan jasa. Banyaknya pelanggan jasa pengiriman ini disebabkan oleh pandemi karena pelanggan harus menjaga jarak sesuai aturan yang ditetapkan pemerintah saat ini. Jasa pengiriman biasanya menentukan rute pengiriman paket kepada costumer menggunakan teknik perhitungan jarak saja akibatnya kurangnya efisien dalam waktu pengantaran. Salah satunya adalah pengiriman PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Drop Point Sidamukti. Metode topsis salah satu metode yang baik dalam menghitung rute pengiriman sebab konsepnya yang sederhana dan mudah dipahami oleh para kurir pengiriman. Tujuan dari perhitungan rute pengiriman menggunakan metode topsis ini agar kurir pengiriman bisa mendapatkan biaya pengiriman murah, mendapatkan waktu pengiriman efektif dan mendapatkan rute pengiriman yang terbaik. Abstract

Abstrak - Pendataan lapangan Sensus Penduduk 2020 (SP2020) telah selesai dilakukan pada bulan September. Kegiatan pendataan lanjutan adalah pelaksanaan SP2020 Long Form pada bulan Agustus-September 2021. Untuk keperluan pemantauan perkembangan pendataan maka BPS Provinsi NTB membuat sistem monitoring pelaporan pendataan petugas sensus. Dashboard Monitoring Pendataan SP2020 berbasis web digunakan sebagai media informasi perkembangan kegiatan lapangan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pemantau, kepala satuan kerja, subject matter dan unit kerja pengolahan data di seluruh Satuan Kerja Organsiasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerimaan dashboard monitoring pendataan SP2020 September oleh pengguna. Hasil analisis penerimaan ini selanjutnya digunakan sebagai masukan untuk pengembangan Dashboard Monitoring Pendataan SP2020 Long Form. Analisis penerimaan Dashboard Monitoring Pendataan SP2020 menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penghitungan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis yang menghubungkan variabel laten dinyatakan diterima. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan ada pengaruh Behavioral Intention (BI) terhadap Use Behavior (UB), ada pengaruh Perceived Usefulness (PU) dan Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU) terhadap Behavioral Intention (BI), ada pengaruh Output Quality (OQ) terhadap Perceived Usefulness (PU) serta ada pengaruh Computer Self Efficacy (CSE) terhadap Perceived Ease of Use (PEoU). Abstract

Today, the technology has been very rapid development where one of them is a web-based information system that is already widely used by agencies as a means of supporting the operational management. Utilization of information technology has also begun to be used by educational institutions for administration, promotion, information and others. SMK Wiyata Mandala Bogor is one of the educational institutions that has begun to use this technology, where several administrative systems have used desktop-based technology. SMK Wiyata Mandala Bogor is a foundation with SMP Wiyata Mandala Bogor, where if the students who wish to continue in SMK Wiyata Mandala Bogor will receive scholarships based on the learners' achievements during SMP Wiyata Mandala Bogor corresponding quota provided. Thus requiring a decision support system that can help the management of registration in providing scholarships. Decision support Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) was chosen for the calculations could use an exponential rank of importance of subjects which will then be calculated based on the weight of a specified grade level. By using Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial (MPE) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) can produce a ranking of the best learners will receive scholarships in vocational Wiyata Mandala Bogor.

Abstract

Abstrak — Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi (TI) atau Sistem Informasi (SI) dalam hal ini System Informasi Sales Force di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) dengan tujuan untuk otomatisasi tenaga penjualan dengan sistem penjualan dan pemasaran produk yang terintegrasi melalui website, sehingga penjualan produk dapat langsung melaporkan dan memesan produk melalui website dengan menggunakan perangkat elektronik seperti computer. Maka dari itu, perlu dilakukan audit terkait dengan pengelolaan dan performa dari sistem informasi sales force tersebut. Untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan dari pengelolaan dan performa dari system informasi tersebut, dilakukan analisis menggunakan framework Cobit 4.1 yang fokus pada domain DS1 Define and Manage Service Levels, DS3 Manage Performance and Capacity , DS10 Manage Problems , DS13 Manage Operations dan ME1 Monitor and Evaluate IT Performance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan berdasarkan maturity level Cobit 4.1, sistem informasi sales force pada PT. Pos Indoesia (Persero) berada pada level 3 atau defined. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, pengelolaan dan performa system informasi sales force tersebut sudah dilakukan secara baik oleh divisi TI di PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero). Abstract

Labor absorption from graduates of Vocational High Schools is lower than graduates of other education levels. It can see from the high unemployment rate of Vocational High Schools graduates of 13.55%. One way to improve vocational high school graduates' competence is by choosing the right major. Choosing the right major can help improve students' skill competencies and comfort during the teaching and learning process. The decision to choose a major that students currently make is based on the influence of others or based on the most in-demand majors. It will cause a mismatch in the placement of majors with the abilities of prospective students so that the material given during class will be difficult to accept. To help decision-making, the results of the recommendations from the decision support system (DSS) can use as a reference for selecting majors for prospective students. The data to be tested consists of seven criteria with six alternatives. The data is analyzed using the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method and the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS). The test results from both methods provide the same recommendation, namely the selection of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering Department as the highest preference based on the talents and interests of prospective students from on test data. When viewed from the time required for calculation analysis, the WASPS method requires faster than the MOORA method. The accuracy of the two methods used gave the same results, namely 50%. So it can conclude that the WASPAS and MOORA methods are overall suitable and can provide solutions to problems in assessing and evaluating majors by the talents and interests of prospective students.

Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology today cause access to news to be faster. Gathering news from online media is important to support various interests. News collection also needs to be done automatically to be efficient and effective. So, in this research, a news collector application will be built to get some news from online news site. The application is built using two web frameworks, namely Codeigniter and Flask. In addition, the Python-based Scrapy package is also used as a tool for web crawling and web scraping. Black-box testing is used to evaluate system functionality. Based on the results of black-box testing, it can be concluded that all functions of the news collector application from online news site that have been created can run as expected by the researcher.

Abstract— The COVID-19 pandemic measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus include travel restrictions, quarantines, imposition of curfews, event delays and cancellations, and facility closures. Various national border closures or restrictions on incoming passengers, screening at airports and train stations, as well as travel information about areas with local transmission In terms of village administration services under normal circumstances, physical contact cannot be avoided for administrative settlement, for that the role of information technology in an agency is very much needed because technology is very developed in today's era. This can reduce physical contact but administrative settlements continue to run smoothly, advances in science and technology that support computerization are important in assisting daily work activities. Almost all fields require a computer as a tool, because it has advantages, namely in terms of accuracy and in terms of performance in data processing. Not only that, Mobile Applications also have services such as language processing, artificial intelligence, and standard programs at work. Anyway a service that doesn't require you to be physically in front of hardware like computers and laptops. The village is an organization and as the smallest part of the administrative government system in Indonesia, is required to be able to follow technological developments and continue to improve its ability to manage village population administration data.
