Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, (2) pengaruh pelatihan pelatihan hollow sprint terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint terhadap daya tahan anaerobik. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet kyourugi usia 15-19 tahun Bulldog Tae Kwon Do Club berjumlah 22 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified two groups pretest-posttest design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lari 300 meter. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan fartlek berpengaruh terhadap terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, dengan hasil thit = 3,81> ttab = 2,22, (2) pelatihan hollow sprint berpengaruh terhadap daya tahan anaerobik, dengan hasil thit = 2,39< ttab = 2,22, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh daya tahan anaerobik antara pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint , dengan hasil thit = -0,09< ttab = 2,08. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan fartlek terhadap peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan hollow sprint terhadap peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruah antara pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint terhadap peningkatan daya tahan anaerobik.Kata Kunci : PELATIHAN FARTLEK, PELATIHAN HOLLOW SPRINT, DAYA TAHAN ANAEROBIK This study aims to determine (1) the effect of fartlek training for anaerobic endurance, (2) the effect of hollow sprint training for anaerobic endurance, (3) the difference against between the influence of fartlek training and hollow sprint for anaerobic endurance. The subjects of this research were 22 people at 15-19 years old from Bulldog Tae Kwon Do Club. This research was an appearance experimental study, with the modified group pre-test – post-test design. The data collection test was using 300 m run. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the fartlek training affected to the anaerobic endurance, with result thit = 3,81 > ttab = 2,22, (2) the hollow sprint training affected to the anaerobic endurance, with result thit = 2,39 > ttab = 2,22, (3) there was not differences in the anaerobic endurance between the fartlek training and hollow sprint training, with result thit = 0,09> ttab = 2,08. The conclution of the study are (1) the fartlek training affected to the anaerobic endurance, (2) the hollow sprint training affected to the anaerobic endurance, (3) there was not differences in the anaerobic endurance between the fartlek training and hollow sprint training. keyword : Pelatihan fartlek dan hollow sprint, daya tahan anaerobik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap dan passing give and go terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet sepakbola usia 9-13 tahun Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) Tabanan United tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) Pelatihan passing overlap berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 13,229 > ttabel = 2,145, (2) Pelatihan passing give and go berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, dengan hasil thitung = 12,220 > ttabel = 2,145, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap dan passing give and go terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control thitung = 0,367 < ttabel = 2,145. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan passing overlap yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan passing give and go yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control, (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan pelatihan passing overlap dan passing give and go terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing control. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified pre-test post-test group design. Analysis of data using statistical calculation t-test at a significance level (α) 0.05. Results of data analysis (1) Training passing overlap effect on skills enhancement passing control, with the result t = 13.229 > t table = 2.145, (2) Training passing give and go effect on skills enhancement passing control, with the result t = 12.220 > t table = 2.145 (3) The difference in the effect of passing of training and passing overlap give and go to improving the skills of passing control t = 0,367 < t table = 2.145. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh metode pelatihan keseluruhan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat. (2) pengaruh metode pelatihan bagian terhadap peningkatan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode pelatihan keseluruhan dan metode bagian terhadap peningkatan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat. Subyek penelitian adalah atlet pemula (10-12 tahun) putra di perguruan Bakti Negara Kecamatan Tegallalang Gianyar yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test – post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) metode pelatihan keseluruhan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat, dengan hasil thit = 14,10 > ttab = 2,048, (2) metode pelatihan bagian berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong pencak silat, dengan hasil thit = 7,20 > ttab = 2,048, (3) terdapat perbedaan penguasaan keterampilan jurus tunggal tangan kosong antara metode pelatihan keseluruhan dan metode bagian, dengan signifikansi hitung adalah 0,000 lebih kecil daripada α (0,000ttabel = 2,048, (2) half training method method influenced to to the skill of bare hand single stance of pencak silat, with its result thitung = 7,20 >ttabel = 2,048, (3) there are differences inskill of single stance between whole and partial training methods, with the results of gaint score thitung=11.086and the significance of the count is 0,000 smaller than α (0.000 half training method=4.77.keyword : training method, the skill stance, bare hands, pencak silat, beginner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan front cone hops terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan front cone hops dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-tes post-test design. Subyek dalam penelitian adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler bolavoli di SMP Widya Suara Sukawati tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 24 orang. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes vertical jump. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan front cone hops berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 4,599 > ttab = 2,201, (2) pelatihan side hop berpengaruh terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 5,515 > ttab = 2,201, (3) tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan front cone hops dan side hop terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 0,549 ˂ ttab = 2,201. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Ada pengaruh pelatihan front cone hops yang signifikan terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (2) Ada pengaruh pelatihan side hop yang signifikan terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai, (3) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan front cone hops dan side hop yang signifikan terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai. Sehingga disarankan baik bagi pelatih maupun guru olahraga dapat menerapkan pelatihan front cone hops dan side hop ini kepada cabang olahraga yang membutuhkan daya ledak otot tungkai. Karena pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan daya ledak otot tungkai. Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: front cone hops, side hop, daya ledak, otot tungkai This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the training front cone hops against explosive power leg muscle, (2) the effect of the training side hop to the explosive power leg muscle, (3) the effect of the training front cone hops and side hop to the explosive power leg muscle. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified group pre-test post-test design. Subjects in the study were extracurricular boys volleyball in SMP Widya Suara Sukawati 2015 amounting to 24 people. Test data collection using vertical jump test. Analysis of data using statistical calculations t-test at a significance level (α) 0.05. Results of data analysis (1) training front cone hops influence the explosive power leg muscle, with the result thit = 4,599 > ttab = 2,201, (2) the training side hop influence the explosive power leg muscle, with the result thit = 5,515> ttab = 2,201, (3) there was no difference in the effect of the training front cone hops and side hop of the leg muscle explosive power, with the result thit = 0,549 ˂ ttab = 2,201. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) There is an effect of training front cone hops significant explosive power leg muscle, (2) There is an effect of training side hop significant explosive power leg muscle, (3) There is no difference in the effect of training front cone hops and side hop significant against explosive power leg muscle. So it is recommended both for coaches and sports teachers can apply the training front cone hops and side hop to sports that require explosive power leg muscle. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (2) pengaruh pelatihan lari bolak-balik terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan lari interval dan lari bolak-balik terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat katagori laga di SMP Negeri 5 Denpasar berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified non-randomized pre-test post test group design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan kecepatan tendangan depan. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil deskripsi uji data menggunakan LSD, pelatihan lari interval berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference -1,133, pelatihan lari bolak-balik berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan dengan mean difference 1,133, dan pelatihan lari bolak-balik memberikan pengaruh lebih baik daripada pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan pencak silat dengan mean difference 1,133. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan lari bolak-balik terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan, (3) pelatihan lari bolak-balik lebih baik dari pelatihan lari interval terhadap kecepatan tendangan depan. Kata Kunci : Kata-kata kunci: kecepatan, tendangan, pelatihan, ekstrakurikuler This study aims to determine ( 1 ) the effect of the speed interval training running front kick, ( 2 ) the effect of the training run back and forth to the front of the kick velocity, ( 3 ) the difference between the effect of interval training run and run back and forth to the front of the kick velocity. The subjects were students extracurricular martial arts match in the Junior High School category 5 Denpasar amounted to 30 people. This study used an experimental method to the design of the modified non-randomized pre-posttest group design. Test data collection using the skills test speed front kick. Data analysis using anava test of the path α = 0.05 significance level SPSS 16.0. The description of the test data using LSD, interval training run effect on the speed of the front kick with a mean difference -1.133, training run back and forth affect the speed of the front kick with a mean difference 1.133, and training to run back and forth to give effect better than interval training run the speed of the front kick martial arts with mean difference 1.133. It was concluded that (1) no effect on the speed interval training running front kick, (2) there was an effect of training to run back and forth to the front of the kick velocity, (3) training run back and forth better than interval training run on the speed front kick.keyword : Keywords : velocity, kick, training, extracurricular.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan servis di bawah tali terhadap kemampuan servis pendek forehand, (2) pengaruh pelatihan target servis terhadap kemampuan servis pendek forehand, (3) Perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan servis di bawah tali dengan target servis terhadap kemampuan servis pendek forehand. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta ekstrakurikuler bulutangkis SMP Negeri 1 Melaya yang berjumlah 30 orang. Data servis pendek forehand di ukur dengan tes servis pendek forehand. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test-post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t (t-test). Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan servis di bawah tali berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan servis pendek forehand, dengan hasil thitung = 33.115>ttabel = 2,048 (2) pelatihan target servis berpengaruh terhadap servis pendek forehand, dengan hasil thitung = 36.776> ttabel = 2.048 (3) pelatihan target servis memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibanding pelatihan servis di bawah tali terhadap kemampuan servis pendek forehand, dilihat dengan hasil rata-rata 46,33>45,07. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan servis di bawah tali terhadap peningkatan kemampuan servis pendek forehand, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan target servis terhadap peningkatan kemampuan servis pendek forehand, (3) ada perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan servis di bawah tali dengan target servis, dimana pelatihan target servis lebih baik dari pada pelatihan servis di bawah tali terhadap peningkatan servis pendek forehand. Kata Kunci : Servis di bawah tali, Target servis dan Servis pendek forehand. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of services training under the rope toward to the forehand short service ability, (2) the effect of target training service toward to the forehand short service ability, (3) The difference between the effect of training services under the ropes with a target service toward to the forehand short service ability. The subjects were participants of badminton extracurricular in SMP Negeri 1 Melaya which are about 30 people. The data of forehand short service measured with forehand short service test. This study used an experimental method with the design of modified group pre-test post-test design. Analysis of the data used statistical calculation of t-test. The results of data analysis (1) training services under the rope is affecting toward the ability of forehand short service, with the result t-count = 33. 115 > t-table = 2.048 (2) training target service affecting forehand short service, with the result t-count = 36. 776 > t-table = 2.048 (3) training target service giving better effect than training services under the rope toward the forehand short service ability, which can be seen with an average yield of 46.33 > 45.07 . It was concluded that (1) there are significant training service under the rope in increasing forehand short service, (2) there are significant training target services to increase forehand short service, (3) there is a difference between the services under the rope with the target service, where training target service was better than training services under the rope in order to increase forehand short service. keyword : Service under the ropes, target service and forehand short service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan permainan pesta passing terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, (2) pengaruh pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, (3) perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan permainan pesta passing dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 24 orang yaitu siswa putra peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang. Data di peroleh dengan tes ketepatan shooting sepakbola . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan rancangan the modified group pre-test - post-test design. Analisis data menggunakan penghitungan statistik uji-t pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian di peroleh (1) pelatihan permainan pesta passing berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, thitung 17,046 > 2,179 ttabel (2) pelatihan permainan empat penembak berpengaruh terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, thitun 11,861 > 2,179 ttabel (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan permainan pesta passing dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting sepakbola, dilihat dari hasil rata-rata 13,58 > 13,25. Simpulan yang di peroleh adalah (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan permainan pesta passing terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang tahun 2015 sebesar 1%, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan permainan empat penembak terhadap peningkatan ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang tahun 2015 sebesar 1%, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan permainan pesta passing dan permainan empat penembak terhadap ketepatan shooting pada ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 1 Tegallalang tahun 2015. This research aimed to determine (1) the effect of party game passing training on the accuracy of shooting playing football, (2) the effect of game four shooter training on the accuracy of shooting playing football, (3) the difference effect between party game passing training and game four shooter training on the accuracy of shooting playing football. The research subjects were 24 male students from football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 1 Tegallantang. The data was obtained by using shooting playing football accuracy test. This research used an experimental quasi method with the design of the modified group pre-test - post-test design. The data analysis used was statistical calculation t-test at significance level of 5%. The results of this research were (1) the effect of party game passing training on the accuracy of shooting playing football, thitung 17,046 > 2,179 ttabel, (2) the effect of game four shooter training on the accuracy of shooting playing football, thitung11,861 > 2,179 ttabel , (3) There was no significant difference between party game passing training and game four shooter training on the accuracy of shooting playing football, seen from the average result 13,58> 13,25. The conclusions obtained were (1) there was an effect of party game passing training to increase shooting accuracy in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 1 Tegallantang 2015, amounting to 1%, (2) there was an effect of game four shooter training to increase shooting accuracy in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 1 Tegallantang 2015, amounting to 1%, (3) there was no significant difference between party game passing training and game four shooter training on the accuracy of shooting in football extracurricular at SMP Negeri 1 Tegallantang 2015.keyword : party game passing training, game four shooter training, the accuracy of shooting playing football.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan hexagon drill terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) pengaruh pelatihan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) perbedaan pengaruh antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Subyek penelitian adalah karateka usia 13-18 tahun Kecamatan Sukasada Buleleng berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan rancangan the modified two group pretest – posttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes lompat jauh tanpa awalan. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan statistik uji-t (t-test) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil analisis data (1) pelatihan hexagon drill berpengaruh terhadap terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 2,41 > ttab = 2,14, (2) pelatihan dodge the rope berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, dengan hasil thit = 2,19 > ttab = 2,14, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope, dengan hasil thit = 0,43< ttab = 2,04. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan hexagon drill terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dodge the rope terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara pelatihan hexagon drill dan dodge the rope. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Hexagon Drill, Dodge the Rope, Power otot tungkai karateka This study aims to determine (1) the effect of hexagon drill training toward the increase of limb muscles power, (2) the effect of dodge the rope training toward the increase of limb muscles power, (3) the different increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope training. The subjects of this research were 30 karateka at 13-18 years old from Sukasada Buleleng Karate team. This research was an appearance experimental study, with the modified group pretest – posttest design. The data collection test was using standing broad jump test. The data was analyzed using statistical calculations t-test at the 5% significance level. The results of this study are (1) the hexagon drill training affected to increase the limb muscles power, with result thit = 2,41 > ttab = 2,14, (2) the dodge the rope training affected to increase the limb muscles power, with result thit = 12,19 > ttab = 2,14, (3) there was not differences in the increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope training, with result thit = 0,43> ttab = 2,04. training. The giant score of hexagon drill training = 8,13 cm > dodge the rope training= 5,86 cm. The conclution of the study are (1) the hexagon drill training affected to increase the limb muscles power, (2) the dodge the rope training affected to increase the limb muscles power, (3) there was not differences in the increase of limb muscles power between the hexagon drill training and dodge the rope trainig. keyword : The hexagon drill training, the dodge the rope training, Karateka limb muscles power.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh pelatihan squat thrust terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pemain sepakbola, (2) Pengaruh pelatihan shuttle run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pemain sepakbola, dan (3) Perbedaan pengaruh pelatihan squat thrust dan shuttle run terhadap kelincahan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra peserta exstrakurikuler sepakbola SMA PGRI 1 Amlapura tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 22 orang. Tes kelincahan menggunakan illinois agility run. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modified grup pre-tes-post-tes. Analisis data mengunakan perhitungan statistic uji-t (t-test) padatarafsignifikasi 5%. Hasil analisis data, (1) Pelatihan squat thrust terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pemain sepakbola dengan hasilthitung =7,18 >ttabel = 2,086, (2) Pelatihan shuttle run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pemain sepakbola dengan hasil thitung =15,37 >ttabel = 2,086, dan (3) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan squat thrust dengan pelatihan shuttle run dengan hasilthitung = 0,27887 t table = 2.086, (2) shuttle run training to the improve football players’ agilitywith the outcome t = 15.37> table = 2.086, and (3) There is no significant difference between training with training squat thrust and shuttle run with the results of t = 0.27887

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh pelatihan box drill fitness, (2) pengaruh pelatihan boomerang run terhadap kelincahan, (3) perbedaan hasil dari pelatihan box drill fitness dan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putra ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Maulana Pegayaman tahun 2014 yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design. Tes pengumpulan data menggunakan tes shuttle run. Analisis Data dengan uji anava satu jalur taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 bantuan program SPSS 16,0. Hasil deskripsi uji data menggunakan LSD, pelatihan box drill fitness berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference -0,048, pelatihan boomerang run berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference 0,048, dan pelatihan boomerang run memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dengan mean difference 0,048. Disimpulkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan boomerang run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan, (3) ada perbedaan hasil peningkatan kelincahan antara pelatihan box drill fitness dan boomerang run, dimana pelatihan boomerang run lebih baik dari pada pelatihan box drill fitness terhadap kelincahan siswa putra ekstrakurikuler taekwondo SMP Maulana Pegayaman. Kata Kunci : pelatihan, box drill fitness, boomerang run, kelincahan, taekwondo This Study means to know (1) The effect of box drill fitness training, (2) boomerang run training effect for agility, (3) The differences of training results between fitness box drill and boomerang run for agilities enhancement. The subject for this study are 30 male students of taekwondo’s extracurricular in SMP Maulana Pegayaman on 2014. The Research using experimental method the modifide group pre-test pos-ttest design, data collection using shuttle run test. Data analysis with ANOVA test one lane significance level α = 0,05 program supported SPSS 16.0 The description of research using LSD, box drill fitness training affect increased the agilities by mean difference 0,048,and boomerang run training results showing a better effect then box drill fitness training for agility enhancement by mean difference 0,048. The conclusion is (1) there is effect of box drill fitness training for agilities enhancement (2) there is effect of boomerang run training for agilities enhancemen (3) No difference in the result of increased agility between box drill fitness and boomerang run , boomerang run training better than box drill fitness training for agility junior taekwondo extracurricular in SMP Maulana Pegayaman. keyword : training, box drill fitness, boomerang run, agility, taekwondo
