Abstract

This study aims to examine how much Non Performing Loans at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk registered on the Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. This research method uses descriptive methods including NPL analysis and hypothesis testing using significance test (t test). The results of the study stated that "Non Performing Loans (NPLs) at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk less than 5% than expected ", thus the banks must suppress the Non Performing Loan (NPL) to below 5% according to the health standard Non Performing Loan (NPL) ratio, with the level of Non Performing ratio Loans (NPL) that are low (less than 5%) are categorized as good banks and will also have an effect on increasing bank earnings, and in lending, banks are required to exercise caution because these credit facilities are high risk which can affect the business continuity of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove empirically: The role of tax amnesty as a moderator of the influence of perceived behavioral control on tax compliance. The focus of this research is whether tax amnesty can moderate perceived behavioral control towards increasing taxpayer compliance. The unit of analysis of this study is the corporate taxpayers at the North Makassar Pratama Tax Office who are participating in the tax amnesty program with a population of 610 taxpayers. Research respondents represented a sample of 90 corporate taxpayers. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method developed in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant role of tax amnesty as a moderator on the effect of perceived behavioral control on tax compliance. This result also provides a clue that tax amnesty has a positive and significant influence in increasing taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is the employees of PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara of the Palembang Branch Office. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and observations. Data analysis techniques are used for multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence on the variables of work discipline and motivation on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The issuance of the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 138 / PMK.06 / 2010 of 2010 and the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 246 / PMK.06 / 2014 of 2014, concerning changes to the legislation in the field of management of State Property resulted in the management of State Homes, faced with several obstacles. Determination of the status of a state house is a decision of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing in this case the Director General of Human Settlements determining the status of a Group I, II, or III State House that is independent and / or in the form of a Flats Unit along with or not with its land. The number of State House Groups II and III are still unclear about the management of their documents because they are no longer inhabited by the original inhabitants in accordance with the Decree of the State House, and there are even houses where there are no more locations and have been sold to the community. The government must regulate the State Homes of Groups I, II, and III to increase Non-Tax State Revenues

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the personal communication of MSMEs jelly milk in Tanah Sareal Kota Bogor district on transaction value and customer satisfaction.  In this study found as many as 20 customer samples were interviewed 18 people who have confidence in jelly milk products marketed in Tanah Sareal sub-district, Bogor City.  While the value of consumer transactions increases by 20% every week.  This study shows that personal communication practiced from the dairy food business in Tanah Sareal, Bogor City, was a consumer supporting factors for conducting transactions and satisfaction with jelly milk products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors, efficiency, risk, financing to deposit ratio and CAR on the rentability of Islamic banks. This research is a quantitative descriptive. The study period was conducted in 2010-2019, with quarterly data. The data source is secondary data. Data collection techniques are done by documentation. Data is taken from www.ojk.go.id and www.bi.go.id. The type of data used is quantitative data. The research variables are rentability, efficiency, financing risk, FDR, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and macroeconomic data in the form of GDP and inflation. Rentability is measured by Nett operating margin (NOM), bank efficiency is measured using BOPO and financing risk is measured by non-performing financing (NPF). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the GDP variable did not affect rentability. Efficiency, risk, and CAR affect rentability. FDR does not affect rentability.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the relationship between brand image and price perception with purchasing decisions at PT. Humpuss Trading, Jakarta. The study population was 140 customers and the number of samples 104 respondents using proportional random sampling technique. The research method used was a survey with a correlational approach consisting of two independent variables namely brand image and price perception and one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between brand image and purchase decision, there was a positive and significant relationship between price perception and purchase decision, there was a positive and significant relationship between brand image and price perception simultaneously with purchase decisions. Thus it can be concluded that purchasing decisions can be improved through brand image and price perception partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Loan sharks have an existence because loan sharks and borrower ecosystems are formed by mutual benefits, so research is conducted with the aim to discuss the influence of loan sharks on the socio-economic activities of the people of Bogor City. Despite having bad stereotypes in the eyes of the community, moneylenders have a special place among certain communities with a motive to meet their daily needs to meet secondary to tertiary needs because they offer unsecured soft loans compared to bank loan conditions that have to go through fairly complicated procedures. Research with descriptive qualitative type was carried out using a questionnaire method. Taking data using snowball sampling techniques and carried out on a sample of 211 people of the city of Bogor, with analysis techniques simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a very strong relationship between the socioeconomic activities of the community and activities carried out by moneylenders, where the largest economic activity for the allocation of education costs is the need and benefits of loan sharks.
