Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of the level of education, capital and technology partially on the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District, (2) the influence of the level of education, capital and technology simultaneously on business competitiveness. micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District, (3) the magnitude of the influence of the level of education, capital and technology on the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District. This type of research is causal research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all formal MSMEs in Sawan District, Buleleng Regency as many as 2,365 with a sample of 343 respondents who were determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Then, the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a partially significant influence between the level of education, and capital on the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District. Meanwhile, technology does not affect the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District, (2) there is a simultaneous significant effect between the level of education, capital and technology on the competitiveness of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sawan District, (3) the magnitude of the influence of the level of education, capital, and technology on the competitiveness of MSMEs is 51.3% while 48.7% is influenced by other variables not tested in this study.

Abstract

This research aim to determine the Electronic Library service quality at the UPT of the Ganesha Education University Library, seen from the dimensions of Affect of Service, Information Access, Library as Place, and Personal Control. The research type in this study is a descriptive research type. This research population is students who are members of the Ganesha University of Education library. The research sample was determined by accidental sampling technique as many as 387 orangts. Using the questionnaire method in data collection. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the service quality of the Electronic Library at the UPT of the Ganesha University of Education Library generally has a good service assessment, however, there are still several aspects that need to be addressed related to the availability of reading material in the library or the Electronic Library services and inadequate infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction on the products of Sokasi Desa Kayubihi. The research design used is causal quantitative research. The subjects of this research are consumers of products in Sokasi Kayubihi Village. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive method sampling and set a sample of 75 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the analysis tool Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results showed that product quality and price together had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a contribution of 71.7%. In addition, product quality can also partially increase consumer satisfaction on the products of Sokasi Kayubihi Village with a contribution of 16.6% influence. Likewise, the price partially has a positive influence on consumer satisfaction on the product Sokasi Kayubihi Village with a contribution of 21.1% influence. Therefore, improving product quality and setting appropriate prices can increase consumer satisfaction with products Sokasi Kayubihi Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pemungutan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor Roda Empat di masa pandemi Covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh UPTD Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Bali di Kabupaten Buleleng. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan datanya adalah studi kepustakan dan penelitian lapangan yang terdiri dari: observasi dan wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah UPTD Pelayanan Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah Provinsi Bali di Kabupaten Buleleng, sedangkan yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor roda empat di masa pandemi Covid-19. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan membayar pajak sudah berlaku dengan baik dan terlaksana sesuai dengan standar SOP yang berlaku. Begitupun dengan Samsat keliling yang terus beroperasi agar tidak ada masyarakat yang harus terkena denda dengan alasan telat membayar samsat. Walaupun beberapa masyarakat masih harus disadarkan akan kewajiban membayar dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of accounting information systems, education level, and gender on the success of SMEs in Buleleng Sub-District. This research method used on this study is a survey research method through a quantitavie approach. The population in this study are SME owners who registered using Micro Credit Program in Buleleng Sub-Distrct. So that the number of samples obtained 146 respondents by determining the purposive sampling technique. The data that has been collected using a questionnaire will be analyzed using a simple linear analysis method and hypothesis testing through SPSS v.24 for Windows program. The results showed that (1) the use of accounting informastion system had a positive effect on the success of SMEs, (2) the level of education had a positive efect on the success of SMEs, and (3) Gender had a positive effect on the success of SMEs in Buleleng Sub-District.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and work environment on the work productivity of palm sugar farmer Oemah Semut, Pedawa Village, Buleleng Regency. The research design in this study is causal quantitative. The object of research is work motivation, work environment and work productivity. The population in this study were members of the palm sugar farmer group, Oemah Semut, Pedawa Village, Buleleng Regency, amounting to 37 people. Data was collected by using a questionnaire technique which was analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that, (1) work motivation had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) the work environment had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (3) motivation had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of palm sugar farmers Oemah Semut Pedawa Village, District Buleleng through the work environment, (4) motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of palm sugar farmer Oemah Semut, Pedawa Village, Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

The life of the 21st century requires creativity to answer the challenges of life's problems. Thus, teachers need cultivate creative students who are very supportive of life which is manifested in the behavior, knowledge, and skills shown through creativity. Teachers are encouraged to cultivate Higher-order Thinking (HOTS) in students in learning activities, not least in learning economics. The HOTS-based learning model must be followed by an HOT-based evaluation as well. However, in reality many teachers still have not applied this model in their teaching activities or still refer to the conventional model. In an effort to improve the quality of teachers, various efforts have been made, one of which is through online seminars. This research is a descriptive study with a percentage to analyze the data obtained. This activity-based research is intended to see the effect of online seminar activities in increasing teacher knowledge to develop HOTS-based questions. This activity was attended by 204 economics teachers as the object of the activity. Data was obtained through questionnaires and documentation using the Google-form platform. The results of data analysis show that online seminar activities are proven to improve teacher understanding in preparing HOTS-based questions.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tren publikasi Teaching Factory In Vocatioanl Highschool tentang jumlah artikel, jumlah penulis, jumlah dan jumlah lembaga yang produktif dalam mempublikasi artikel mengenai Teaching Factory Di SMK. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis Bibliometrik. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui penelusuran database Scopus dengan kata kunci Teaching factory Di SMK dengan kategori Judul artikel, Abstrak, Kata kunci sebanyak 164 dokumen, selama periode 1963-2021. Hasil Kajian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi tertinggi berada pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 23 dokumen; sumber yang paling relevan adalah Journal Of Physics Conference Series; penulis yang paling banyak disitasi yaitu Ana, A;dan dua yang paling relevan adalah Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Hasil evaluasi bahwa dimasa yang akan datang penelitian Taching Factory akan fokus pada kajian teaching factory di SMK, SMK, dan SMA. Orsinalitas kajian ini merupakan kajian pertama yang mengulas dan membahas studi yang membahas tentang Teaching Factory Di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Indonesia dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik, yang digunakan data dari tahun ke tahun melalui VosViewer.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembelajaran hybrid learning yang mana pembelajarannya menggunakan inovasi aplikasi tambahan yaitu aplikasi discord. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan metode statistik deskriptif. Survey dilakukan terhadap 64 mahasiswa yang telah meaksanakan pembelajaran hyrbid learning di program studi pendidikan akuntansi FEB Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa). Semua populasi dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran hybrid learning menggunakan aplikasi discord berjalan dengan baik dan jauh lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan hanya menggunakan aplikasi zoom. Pembelajaran hybrid learning dilaksanakan sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan karena masih dalam masa pandemi covid-19. Implikasi adalah pembelajaran hybrid learning perlu di kembangkan lebih mendalam dan diperlukan perhatian khusus oleh berbagai pihak guna pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang jauh lebih efektif di masa pandemi covid-19

Abstract

Before the pandemic, teaching and learning activities were carried out offline with the guidance of teachers. However, after the Covid-19 pandemic, all teaching and learning activities and extracurricular activities were carried out online. In implementing online learning activities, Pedungan State Elementary School 11 can carry out online learning activities successfully, so it is necessary to study what factors influence the success of online teaching. This research was conducted to find out what factors influence the success of online teaching during the New Normal period at 11 Pedungan State Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative method where this study contains a description of the factors that influence the success of online teaching in the new normal period at 11 Pedungan State Elementary School. Informants in this study were principals, teachers, and parents of students using incidental techniques. The factors that influence the success of online teaching during the new normal period at the 11 Pedungan State Elementary School are as follows: (1) Teacher readiness. Teachers are very ready and have the ability to use information technology. (2) School Readiness. The school has well facilitated this online teaching and learning activity. Such as the internet, computers, laptops, cellphones, special IT rooms. (3) Student Readiness. The students have followed the online learning activities well. according to the schedule determined by the teachers. (4) Readiness of Parents of Students. Parents of students have provided guidance and supervision to their sons and daughters so that online learning can run well.
