Abstract

Pamos Shop Mojokerto is an outlet business that sells a variety of women's needs. This outlet sales have decreased during 2019. The comparison between sales of products by online and offline are 65%:35%. In this study, authors wanted to find out the effect of social media marketing and product display on sales increases at Mojokerto Pamos Shop. This study uses a multiple linear regression research model by accidental sampling to get the samples. Data collected by distributing questionnaires that containing 18 statement items to 100 respondents. The techniques that uses to data processing are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the effect of social media marketing and product display on sales increases at Mojokerto Pamos shops was 30.3%. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, two variables are influence by simultaneously on sales increases. However, partial test results show that only product display variables have a significant effect on sales increases. The test results also show that product display has a more dominant influence on sales increase. This shows that so far Pamos Shop Mojokerto must has maximized social media marketing in an effort to increase sales.

Abstract

Poverty is a national program to encourage the Indonesian government, but until now still not yet fully resolved. East Java as part of the Indonesian government which is a reflection of the state of the Indonesian economy still has a poverty rate that is high enough. Therefore in this study aims to develop a strategy that we can do with the container cooperatives and cooperative role in the joint effort to alleviate poverty. This study uses content analysis technique theme (Thematic Analysis Contein) with the results of research that states that the role of cooperatives as a forum to alleviate poverty is necessary for optimalisasikan. Because poverty rates are decreasing but in fact turned out to rural poverty line continues to increase. The role of cooperatives that provide many economic benefits to its members will be able to liberate its members to escape from the poverty trap. This will be marked by rising incomes and rising purchasing power of members members in the consumption of goods. By creating their own cooperative bank financing to cooperative processes and people's bottom will be controlled and directed increasingly to focus on alleviating poverty. Keywords: Cooperative, Poverty, Joint, Eradicate. Kemiskinan merupakan program nasional yang terus digalakkan pemerintah Indonesia, akan tetapi sampai saat ini masih belum teratasi sepenuhnya. Jawa Timur sebagai bagian pemerintah Indonesia yang merupakan cerminan keadaan perekonomian Indonesia masih memiliki angka kemiskinan yang cukup tinggi. Untuk itu pada penelitian ini bertujuan menyusun strategi yang dapat kita lakukan dengan wadah koperasi serta peran koperasi dalam usaha bersama mengentaskan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis isi tema (Thematic Contein Analysis) dengan hasil penelitian yang menyatakan bahwa peran koperasi sebagai wadah untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan sangatlah perlu untuk di optimalisasikan. Karena angka kemiskinan memang mengalami penurunan akan tetapi pada kenyataannya garis kemiskinan di desa ternyata terus meningkat. Peran koperasi yang memberikan banyak keuntungan ekonomi bagi anggotanya akan dapat membebaskan anggotanya untuk terlepas dari jerat kemiskinan. Hal ini akan ditandai dengan meningkatnya pendapatan anggota dan naiknya daya beli anggota dalam mengonsumsi barang. Dengan menciptakan Bank koperasi sendiri proses pembiayaan ke koperasi dan rakyat terbawah akan semakin dapat terkontrol dan terarah untuk fokus mengentaskan kemiskinan. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether sales and location of modern markets affect sales in traditional markets. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique was using a multiple linear regression model using a level of 0.05 (5%) with the classical assumption test. Statistical results show that the Sales variable has an at-count value of 2,049 with an at-table value of 1,666. In the location variable, the t-count value is 3.146 with an at-table value of 1.666 at the 0.02 level. In conclusion, there is an influence between the level of modern market sales on sales turnover in traditional markets. The three dominant indicators are the income level of the community, products, and customers with a significant decline. the influence of modern market location on sales turnover in traditional markets. This condition is dominated by three indicators, including market traffic, availability of parking spaces, and market environment. Traditional markets can survive by increasing their advantages in terms of customer satisfaction through improved service in a family manner, lower product prices, product freshness, and infrastructure through which can be facilitated by the local government.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is analyze of the differences in education between Indonesia, which has begun to develop an independent curriculum, and education in Japan. This study used the systematic literature review method. The population consists of 99 articles that discuss education in Indonesia and Japan, and were published between 2010 and 2022. From 99 articles, 29 articles were sampled. This study used documentation instruments in the form of articles published with criteria for selecting these 29 articles as samples, which were articles published in nationally accredited journals, indexed proceedings, and Scopus-indexed international journals and then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results obtained are that the  significant fundamental differences in education in Japan and Indonesia lie in international education, character education, ethics and discipline and fields of study. The implication of this research is that in the development of a new curriculum, elements of culture and values are still prioritized as the characteristics and profile characteristics of graduates.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the contribution of economics education in tertiary institutions to human development in the future. Method: This type of research is included in the type of literature review research. The process of identifying and selecting articles started with 382 articles found on the Google Scholar index and published from 2017 to 2022. Then, they were selected for eligibility, so eight articles were selected. Articles are also selected based on the credibility of the journal, namely those that are nationally accredited by Sinta. Results: The results obtained show that this metaverse contextual learning can make economic education a beacon of human development in the future. In lectures, students get a good understanding of the material, and it also has an impact on their learning outcomes. Novelty: The most important thing is that students have been taught about market structure, which then boils down to generating business ideas in the context of the metaverse so that one day they become successful entrepreneurs in the metaverse era.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous relationships between academic self-efficacy and academic motivation towards the learning outcomes of 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya in the subject of economics. A quantitative approach is utilized in this research, with a focus on descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Data collection method involves the use of questionnaires. The research population consists of 365 students, with a sample size of 191 students selected using the Simple Random Sampling method. The analysis results indicate that there is a significant partial and simultaneous influence on student learning outcomes. A significant positive relationship between academic self-efficacy and economics learning outcomes of students is shown by the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The higher the level of academic self-efficacy of students, the greater their achievement in economics learning outcomes. However, there is a significant negative relationship between academic motivation and economics learning outcomes of students, indicated by the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the higher the level of academic motivation of students, the lower their achievement in economics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social support and learning motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on the economic learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Gresik. This research is a descriptive quantitative type that uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22 software. Data on social support and learning motivation were collected through questionnaires, while learning outcomes used second semester economic report card grades. The sample used was 120 class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah 10 GKB Gresik, with a simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The results of this research show that (1) There is a positive and significant influence between social support on economic learning motivation with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005, (2) There is a positive and significant influence between economic learning motivation on economic learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005, (3) Simultaneously there is a significant positive influence between social support and learning motivation on economic learning outcomes with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005. Keywords: Social Support, Learning Motivation, and Economic Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Objective: This research refers to the purpose of student organizations that function as a means for students to develop intellectual abilities and skills, so student interest talent development activities as part of the educational process can be carried out through student organizations. This is important because honing skills through self-habituation and fulfilling the needs of life can form a balance between knowledge and skills as the basis of quality human resources in the development of the time. Method: It was carried out by analyzing the research model of the influence between student leadership training, including Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM on CLEI (measurement of higher education learning effectiveness inventory) in this measurement method. This procedure was used to test multiple regression research models. Results: It was stated that the participation of students in the leadership training of Pre-LKKMTD, LKKMTD, and LKKMTM students had a partial and simultaneous effect on student learning ability through the measurement of student learning ability effectiveness inventory (CLEI).  Novelty: in this study is to measure the impact of participation in the level of student leadership training on students' learning abilities by using a variety of six learning abilities, including self-efficacy, organization and attention to learning, stress control due to time and environmental pressures, involvement in college activities, emotional satisfaction, and communication in learning adapted from a research questionnaire called inventory higher learning effectiveness (CLEI).

Abstract

The Economics Learning Strategy course is an elective course taken by students of the S1 Economics Education Study Program FEB UNESA. The characteristics of this course are not only planning activities to economic learning, but also provide instructions for designing learning activities and practicing how to carry out good economic learning to support effectiveness and efficiency to achieve lecture goals. Learning is arranged in a project-based RPS. A practical means of learning interaction is needed, namely relevant teaching materials in the form of textbooks. The method used in the development of this textbook is the ADDIE Model with the formulation of analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. From the results of expert validation, the feasibility level of the textbook is 79% for the material component, 77% for the presentation component, 72% for the language component, and 80% for the graphic component. Thus, it can be concluded that the textbooks developed are feasible Most of the students in the limited trial gave positive responses to all aspects of assessment. Textbook development is beneficial for students to learn independently.
