Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) persentase biaya bahan baku, terhadap harga pokok produksi pada PT. Indohamafish (2) persentase Biaya tenaga kerja terhadap harga pokok produksi pada PT. Indohamafish dan (3) persentase biaya overhead pabrik terhadap harga pokok produksi pada PT. Indohamafish. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Indohamafish, Desa Pengambengan, Negara – Bali. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumntasi. Dan selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pada PT. Indohamafish Besar biaya bahan baku memberikan persentasenya terhadap harga pokok produksi selama tahun 2014 sebesar 41,09%. (2) Biaya tenaga kerja pada PT. Indohamafish terlihat memberikan persentasenya sebesar 14,50%. (3) Biaya Overhead Pabrik pada PT. Indohamafish memberikan persentase terhadap harga pokok produksi sebesar 44,41%. (4) jumlah rasio (persentase) biaya bersama terhadap harga pokok produksi pada PT. Indohamafish sebesar 13,30%.Kata Kunci : Biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja, & overhead This study aims to determine (1) the percentage of raw material cost on the cost of production in PT. Indohamafish, (2) the percentage of labor costs on the cost of production in PT. Indohamafish, (3) the percentage of factory overhead cost in PT. Indohamafish. The research was conducted in the village PT. Indohamafish state Pengambengan, Negara-Bali. Data were collected by interview and documentation. And then analyzed with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the great in PT. Indohamafish raw material costs give a percentage of the cost,of production for 2014 amounted to 41,09%, (2) labor costs in PT. Indohamafish gives the percentage for 14,50%, (3) the factory overhead costs on PT. Indohamafish give the percentage of yhe cost, of production of 44,41%. the amound of the costs rasio the costs of the productions in PT. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1)lingkungan pengendalian, (2)penaksiran risiko, (3)aktivitas pengendalian, (4)informasi dan komunikasi, (5)pengawasan atas siklus pendapatan pada Departemen Food & Beverage di Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) peran guru sebagai motivator (2) motivasi belajar (3) pengaruh peran guru sebagai motivator terhadap motivasi belajar Ekonomi siswa SMA se-Kecamatan Seririt tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausalitas dengan populasi 608 siswa dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 siswa. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner,dianalisis menggunakan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) guru berperan baik sebagai motivator siswa dengan total skor 4497 berada pada rentang skor 3905 – 4822, (2) motivasi belajar Ekonomi siswa baik dengan total skor 4568 berada pada rentang skor 3905 – 4822, (3) ada pengaruh peran guru sebagai motivator terhadap motivasi belajar Ekonomi yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil analisis ‘t’ tes karena t_hitung > t_tabel yaitu 6.570 > 1.989 dengan p-value < α yaitu 0.000 < 0.05. Besarnya nilai R Square 0,350. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan pengaruh dari variabel peran guru sebagai motivator (X) terhadap motivasi belajar (Y) sebesar 35%.Kata Kunci : peran guru sebagai motivator, motivasi belajar The research aims to understand (1) role of teachers as motivator (2) the motivation to study (3) the influence of the teacher's role as a motivator toward high school students’ motivation to learn economic at Seririt District in academic year 2014/2015. The design of research used is causal, the number of population are 608 students and the samples are 82 students. Data were collected by using the documentation and questionnaire method,analyzed used descriptive with the quantitative approach.The research results show that (1) teachers had a role either as motivator students with a total score 4497 of the range score 3905 - 4822, (2) the students have a good motivation for study economy with a total score 4568 of the range score 3905 - 4822, (3) there is the influence of role of teachers as motivator to the motivation to study economic demonstrated by the results of the analysis ‘t’ test because t_hitung > t_tabel that was 6.570 > 1.989 with p-value < α that was 0.000 < 0.05 . The value of R Square 0,350. This shows that contributions influence of variable role of teachers as motivator (X) of the motivation to study (Y) as much as 35%.keyword : teachers’ role as motivator, learning motivation

Abstract

Pajak mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam penerimaan negara untuk membiayai berbagai bentuk pengeluaran dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Mengingat begitu pentingnya peranan pajak, maka pemerintah Direktorat Jenderal Pajak mengubah sistem pembayaran pajak menjadi self-assesment system. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan KPP Pratama Singaraja dan sikap wajib pajak orang pribadi terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Singaraja. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 100 anggota sampel dan untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan kuesioner. Data diolah menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan Sikap wajib pajak secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pelaporan wajib pajak orang pribadi. Berdasarkan simpulan tersebut, maka dapat disarankan agar KPP Pratama Singaraja dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang sudah baik dan juga disarankan dilakukan upaya-upaya yang dapat meningkatkan kesadaran wajib pajak.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kepatuhan wajib pajak dan sikap wajib pajak Tax has a very important role in state revenue to finance various forms of expenditure with the aim of improving people's welfare. Given the importance of the role of taxes, government tax authorities to change the payment system becomes self-assessment tax system. This study aimed to determine the effect of service quality the KPP Pratama Singaraja and individual taxpayer attitudes towards compliance reporting individual taxpayer in the Tax Office Pratama Singaraja. In this study, the sample size is as much as 100 members of the sample and used a questionnaire to collect data. The data is processed using multiple linear regression models with SPSS survey results revealed that service quality and attitude of the taxpayer simultaneously or partially significant effect on the reporting compliance of individual taxpayers. Based on this conclusion, it can be suggested that the KPP Pratama Singaraja can improve the quality of service that has performed well and is also recommended efforts to increase awareness of the taxpayer.keyword : Keywords: quality of service, compliance taxpayer and the attitude of the taxpayer

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh langsung antara jumlah anggota terhadap perolehan sisa hasil usaha pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Wisuda Guna Raharja Denpasar tahun 2012-2014, dan (2) pengaruh tidak langsung antara jumlah anggota terhadap perolehan sisa hasil usaha melalui partisipasi anggota pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Wisuda Guna Raharja Denpasar tahun 2012-2014. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung antara jumlah anggota terhadap perolehan sisa hasil usaha pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Wisuda Guna Raharja Denpasar tahun 2012-2014 sebesar 0,353, dan (2) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara jumlah anggota terhadap perolehan sisa hasil usaha melalui partisipasi anggota pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Wisuda Guna Raharja Denpasar tahun 2012-2014 sebesar 0,6646. Kata Kunci : Jumlah anggota, Partisipasi Anggota, Sisa Hasil Usaha This research objective is to know (1) ) the direct influence between the amount of members in the cooperative to the net income at Simpan Pinjam Wisuda Guna Raharja Cooperative Denpasar in 2012-2014, and (2) the indirect influence between the amount of members in cooperative to the acquisition of net income through the participation of members at Simpan Pinjam Wisuda Guna Raharja Cooperative Denpasar on 2012-2014. This research is a quantitative research. Data collected by documentation and analyzed method using path analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui (1) penerapan SIA siklus kredit pinjaman pada LPD desa Berangbang dilihat dari indikator independensi data, (2) penerapan SIA dari indikator standarisasi data, (3) penerapan SIA dari indikator integrasi data, (4) penerapan SIA dari indikator waktu, (5) penerapan SIA dari indikator keamanan data, dan (6) penerapan SIA siklus kredit pinjaman dilihat dari indikator variasi laporan pada LPD Desa Pakraman Berangbang, Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di LPD Desa Pakraman Berangbang, yang beralamat di Desa Berangbang Kecamatan Negara Kabupaten Jembrana. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi, yang selanjutnya dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penerapan SIA siklus kredit pinjaman pada LPD desa pakraman Berangbang Kecamatan Negara Kabupaten Jembrana yang dinilai dari indikator independensi data, (2) indikator standarisasi data, (3) indikator integrasi data, (4) indikator waktu, (5) indikator keamanan data, dan (6) indikator variasi laporan sudah diterapkan sesuai dengan PSAK Nomor 45 yang berlaku. Kata Kunci : Siklus Kredit Pinjaman, Sistem Informasi Akuntansi This research goals is to determine (1) the application of SIA credit cycle loans at LPD Berangbang village observed from independence data indicator, (2) application of the SIA observed from standardization data indicator, (3) application of the SIA from data integration, (4) implementation of SIA from time indicator, (5) the application of the SIA from security data indicator, and (6) implementation of SIA credit cycle loans observed from variations of a report indicator on the LPD Pakraman Berangbang, research was conducted in LPD Pakraman Berangbang, which is located in the Berangbang village district Jembrana. Data were collected by interview and documentation, and then analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1) Application of SIA credit cycle loans at LPD Pakraman Berangbang District Jembrana assessed on the independence data indicator, (2) standardization data indicator, (3) the integration data indicator, (4) time indicators, (5 ) security data indicator, and (6) variations of reports indicator already applied in accordance with SFAS No. 45.keyword : Accounting Information Systems, Cycle Loans

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat penjualan produk sepeda motor matik tipe Scoopy pada PT. Mertha Buana Motor tahun 2010-2014, dan (2) kecenderungan tingkat penjualan matik tipe Scoopy dengan Metode Kuadrat Terkecil pada PT. Mertha Buana Motor tahun 2015. Selanjutnya penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode kuadrat terkecil. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) tingkat penjualan sepeda motor matik tipe Scoopy tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2014 mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan setiap tahunnya. Jumlah tingkat penjualan sepeda motor matik Scoopy dari tahun 2010 sampai dengan 2014 berjumlah 404 unit. Tingkat penjualan produk Scoopy paling tinggi terjadi pada tahun 2010 dan 2014 sebanyak 100 unit dan tingkat penjualan sepeda motor matik tipe Scoopy paling rendah terjadi pada tahun 2011 dengan tingkat penjualan produk sebesar 50 unit. (2) Ramalan tingkat penjualan produk Scoopy tahun 2015 yang dianilisis dengan metode kuadrat terkecil 87 unit. Kata Kunci : metode kuadrat terkecil, penjualan produk, ramalan penjualan This study aims to determine (1) the level of product sales Scoopy motorcycle-type automatic on PT. Mertha Buana Motor in 2010-2014, and (2) the tendency of the rate of sales-type automatic Scoopy with Least Squares Method at PT. Mertha Buana Motor 2015. Furthermore, this study analyzed the quantitative and descriptive analysis using the least squares method. Results of this study were (1) the rate of motorcycle sales-type automatic Scoopy 2010 to 2014 have increased and decreased every year. The number of levels automatic Scoopy motorcycle sales from 2010 through 2014 amounted to 404 units. Scoopy product sales rate is highest in 2010 and 2014 as many as 100 units and motorcycle sales level automatic Scoopy type the lowest occurred in 2011 with the level of product sales by 50 units. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya pemeliharaan terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tirtasari pada tahun 2014. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga jual terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tirtasari pada tahun 2014. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya pemeliharaan dan harga jual secara simultan terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tirtasari pada tahun 2014. Subjek penelitiian 42 petani di Desa Tirtasari dan objek penelitian ini adalah pendapatan petani cengkeh, biaya pemeliharaan dan harga jual. Jenis data dari penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, yaitu keseluruhan informasi yang dikumpulkan dan dinyatakan dengan angka-angka seperti pendapatan petani, biaya pemeliharaan dan harga jual di Desa Tirtasari pada tahun 2014. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi yaitu metode pengumpulan data dengan cara melihat catatan atau arsip yang sudah ada di Desa Tirtasari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh biaya pemeliharaan terhadap pendapatan petani (2) ada pengaruh harga jual terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tirtasari (3) ada pengaruh biaya pemeliharaan dan harga jual secara simultan terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tirtasari.Kata Kunci : biaya pemeliharaan, harga jual, pendapatan. The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the influence of the maintenance costs on the income of farmers in the Tirtasari village in 2014. (2) To determine the effect of the sale price to the income of farmers in the Tirtasari village in 2014. (3) To determine the effect of maintenance costs and simultaneously selling prices on the income of farmers in the Tirtasari village in 2014. Subjects in the study 42 farmers in the Tirtasari village and the object of this study is the income of farmers cloves, clove maintenance costs and selling prices of cloves. This type of data from this study is quantitative, the overall information collected and expressed by figures such as farmers' income cloves, clove maintenance costs and the selling price of cloves in the Tirtasari village in 2014. The data collection techniques performed in this study is documentation technique is the method of data collection by viewing the record or records that already exist in the Tirtasari village. The results showed (1) there was an effect on farmers' income maintenance costs (2) there is the influence of the selling price to the income of farmers in the village Tirtasari (3) there is influence maintenance costs and selling prices simultaneously on the income of farmers in the Tirtasari village. keyword : maintenance costs, selling prices, revenue

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya pemeliharaan terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tirtasari pada tahun 2014. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga jual terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tirtasari pada tahun 2014. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh biaya pemeliharaan dan harga jual secara simultan terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tirtasari pada tahun 2014. Subjek penelitiian 42 petani di Desa Tirtasari dan objek penelitian ini adalah pendapatan petani cengkeh, biaya pemeliharaan dan harga jual. Jenis data dari penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, yaitu keseluruhan informasi yang dikumpulkan dan dinyatakan dengan angka-angka seperti pendapatan petani, biaya pemeliharaan dan harga jual di Desa Tirtasari pada tahun 2014. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi yaitu metode pengumpulan data dengan cara melihat catatan atau arsip yang sudah ada di Desa Tirtasari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh biaya pemeliharaan terhadap pendapatan petani (2) ada pengaruh harga jual terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tirtasari (3) ada pengaruh biaya pemeliharaan dan harga jual secara simultan terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Tirtasari.Kata Kunci : biaya pemeliharaan, harga jual, pendapatan. The purpose of this study were (1) To determine the influence of the maintenance costs on the income of farmers in the Tirtasari village in 2014. (2) To determine the effect of the sale price to the income of farmers in the Tirtasari village in 2014. (3) To determine the effect of maintenance costs and simultaneously selling prices on the income of farmers in the Tirtasari village in 2014. Subjects in the study 42 farmers in the Tirtasari village and the object of this study is the income of farmers cloves, clove maintenance costs and selling prices of cloves. This type of data from this study is quantitative, the overall information collected and expressed by figures such as farmers' income cloves, clove maintenance costs and the selling price of cloves in the Tirtasari village in 2014. The data collection techniques performed in this study is documentation technique is the method of data collection by viewing the record or records that already exist in the Tirtasari village. The results showed (1) there was an effect on farmers' income maintenance costs (2) there is the influence of the selling price to the income of farmers in the village Tirtasari (3) there is influence maintenance costs and selling prices simultaneously on the income of farmers in the Tirtasari village. keyword : maintenance costs, selling prices, revenue

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel Puri Bagus Lovina, (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel Puri Bagus Lovina, dan (3) pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel Puri Bagus Lovina. Subjek penelitian adalah hotel Puri Bagus Lovina dan obyeknya adalah kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Jenis data adalah data kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi data tahun 2014 serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh secara signifikan dari kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel Puri Bagus Lovina, (2) ada pengaruh secara signifikan dari signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Puri Bagus Lovina, dan (3) ada pengaruh secara simultan kemampuan kerja dan motivasi kerja pada kinerja karyawan hotel Puri Bagus Lovina.Kata Kunci : kemampuan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of the ability to work on employee performance at Puri Bagus Lovina, (2) the effect of motivation on employee performance Puri Bagus Lovina, and (3) the effect of work ability and work motivation on employee performance Puri Bagus Lovina. Subjects were Puri Bagus Lovina and its object is the work ability, motivation and performance of employees. This type of data is qualitative data. Data collection method used in this research were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation of data in 2014 and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed (1) significant effect on the ability to work on employee performance Puri Bagus Lovina, (2) significant influence of significant between work motivation on employee performance Puri Bagus Lovina, and (3) effect simultaneously working ability and work motivation on employee performance Puri Bagus Lovina.keyword : work ability, work motivation and employee performance
