Abstract

Learning media is an important factor in the learning process. By using the right learning media, someone can easily understand what is being studied. Currently, augmented reality is a technology that is being developed in various fields, one of which is in the field of education. Augmented reality can be an alternative to effective and interactive learning media because augmented reality can combine 2D or 3D objects into a real environment. To learn about the internet of things devices, currently, students can only learn through books or do the hands-on practice. If an error occurs during practice, it can cause damage to the internet of things device. By utilizing augmented reality technology, a new learning media is created by combining 3D objects from internet of things devices into the real environment. This learning media application was tested using the Blackbox and Mean Opinion Score methods. Blackbox testing shows that all functions have been running properly by the functional requirements that have been defined. Testing using the Mean Opinion Score shows that the average student respondent's assessment of the application is stated to strongly agree as much as 60.3% and agree as much as 35.3%.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) also contribute to Indonesia's economic growth. In running a business that is engaged in the MSME sector, there are many obstacles faced by most of the perpetrators, one of which is in terms of marketing. Based on research on MSMEs in the province of NTB, the number of MSMEs in Mataram City as of December 31, 2018 was 58,139 businesses. Although the government has made efforts to help MSME actors, there are still many MSMEs that are not yet known by the public so that sellers must promote their products in various places so that their products can be sold, one of which is by utilizing technology such as selling their products through applications. For this reason, in this study, the author builds an Android-based MSME marketplace application in the culinary field in the city of Mataram so that culinary MSME actors in the city of Mataram can promote and sell their products through the application. The process of making the application uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method with the waterfall model and testing with black box testing. In its design, the application is built using the Kotlin programming language and Firebase services. From testing after the application development process, the results from black box testing show that all test scenarios that have been made have been as expected. Furthermore, testing with MOS (Most Opinion Scrore) was also carried out and the results obtained were the average value of all respondents for a strongly agree score of 45.33%, agree at 34%, 16.67% for moderate, and 4.67% for disagree.

Abstract

A tobacco oven is a building measuring 4.5 x 4.5 meters that are used to bake freshly harvested tobacco leaves and can accommodate up to 5-7 shelves. The oven building is equipped with 2 bottom vents and 2 top vents that function as temperature and humidity regulators by opening or closing the vents. Tobacco oven techniques in Lombok itself can not be said to be safe, it is proven that fires in tobacco ovens often occur lately. One of the causes of tobacco oven fires is due to the presence of tobacco leaves that fall into the furnace so that the fire quickly grabs the tobacco in a semi-dry state, in addition, due to the lack of use of safety equipment above the ignition furnace, the fallen dried tobacco leaves can immediately burn. Based on these problems, research entitled "Design of Fire Early Detection System in Tobacco Oven Based on Internet Of Things was made (Case Study: East Landah Praya Village)". The system built shows the ability of the infrared fire sensor to detect the presence of fire up to 77.7% at a large fire intensity, the MQ-135 smoke sensor is set at more than 3 ppm as an indication of a fire and the DHT22 temperature sensor shows 1.5% error after comparison with a thermometer. in a tobacco oven.

Abstract

Disasters can occur anytime and anywhere. Floods and forest fires are two types of disasters that occur in Indonesia. South Kalimantan Province is an area that frequently experiences floods and forest fires. The dataset used for previous research's flood and forest fire disaster data is unbalanced. Unbalanced data conditions can complicate the classification method in carrying out the classification process. The sampling method for the data level approach that can be used to solve imbalance problems is oversampling, one of the derivatives of oversampling, namely SMOTE. The K-Means SMOTE method is a modification of SMOTE. One Naïve Bayes model often used in text classification is Multinomial Naïve Bayes. Multinomial Naïve Bayes has a good performance in classifying text. The research results on flood disaster data using K-Means SMOTE with Multinomial Naïve Bayes yielded an f1 score of 66.04%, and forest fire disaster data using K-Means SMOTE with Multinomial Naïve Bayes produced an f1 score of 66.31%.

Abstract

Today the development of software technology in the field of accounting is increase rapidly following the trend of using mobile devices and the increasing number of new business actors. Prior to this research, we proposed an Accounting Information System (AIS) that runs on a web platform as the main server. The development of this mobile application also uses the same database as the web version running on a dual-platform, web server and mobile based. The Application Programming Interface (API) was developed on the AIS system with the RESTFul method as an integration medium using the HTTP Hyper-Text Transfer Protocol protocol between web and mobile bases in a case study of a company's transaction data. Furthermore, techniques for using the API have described on the development side of the mobile interface. Communication in HTTP is centered on the request response cycle, where the request is the process of requesting data from the server and the response is the data sent by the server according to the client's request. Based on testing the integration process, the information displayed on the mobile version of the application can work properly. Likewise, testing was carried out by entering transaction data into the system as many as 798 records with 141 account lists provided. As a result, the display of the mobile page shows that all features are able to work and display the same output data as AIS on the web version, including features for reports on purchases and sales of goods, cash flow, general ledger, trial balance, and income statement.

Abstract

The use of information technology has spread to all fields, for example in the field of security using the Internet of Things technology. One of the places that need to be given security is the home, so that in this study prototypes of home security systems using the Internet of Things have been made with the aim of providing information to homeowners in the event of infiltration through windows or doors, gas leaks and fires. The tools used are Arduino Mega 2560 as a microcontroller, gas sensor, fire sensor, magnetic switch sensor, RFID, keypad, and selenoid. The home security system is made so that homeowners can control the condition of the home. The results of this study are that the home security systems that are made can run well and can be integrated with home security information systems. Sensors can detect gas leaks, fires, and doors or windows open when the security system is active. Homeowners can only turn off the home security system and unlock the door by using RFID tags that have registered IDs and correct passwords. Home security systems can also turn on alarms and send notifications to homeowners, fire stations and police stations in the event of a fire, gas leak or window or door that is opened when the security system is active.
