Abstract

The emotional development of Muslim youth after the divorce of their parents. Parents' divorce can have a major impact on young Muslims, including complex emotional changes. Social support from family, peers and the religious community plays an important role in their emotional development. This allows Muslim youth to share the problems they are facing, strengthens their sense of belonging and makes them feel supported in the process of emotional healing. This study uses a literature study method that collects data from various journals, articles, and theses related to the emotional development of Muslim adolescents after their parents' divorce. The results of the study show that post-divorce Muslim adolescents experience complex emotional changes. They need social support and a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings to help them overcome the emotional challenges they face. This research is expected to provide insight into the emotional development of Muslim youth after experiencing parental divorce and the factors that influence it. Abstract

This research explains the integration of Thomas Samuel Kuhn's thoughts in the development of Islamic scholarship in the modern era. The main focus of this research is to highlight paradigm changes in scientific development and its integration in Islamic scholarship. The aim of this research seeks to apply Kuhn's thinking, namely the concept of scientific revolution in developing Islamic scholarship to be able to produce a valuable contribution and solution to the problems faced by Muslims due to technological developments which have given birth to a new paradigm in Islamic scholarship. This research method is qualitative in nature, prepared using library materials or literature studies. This research provides an overview of the scientific revolution put forward by Kuhn and its integration in the development of Islamic science in the modern era, which from Kuhn's thoughts can be applied in the development of Islamic science with the aim of encouraging Islamic thought regarding anomalies and crises as well as revolutions in Islamic science. which can develop understanding of science and produce solutions in facing Islamic scientific problems resulting from developments in time and technology in the modern era. Abstract

Overseas students tend to have low learning motivation. One of the internal factors that influences it is spiritual condition. Homesickness is a form of spiritual condition that influences learning motivation. This research aims to determine the relationship between homesickness and learning motivation in overseas students at Sebelas Maret University. The subjects of this research were 100 active students at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, who had migrated and lived in boarding houses to study. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a measuring instrument consisting of two adapted scales, namely the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (α=0.919) and the Homesickness Questionnaire (α=0.885). Data analysis was carried out using product moment correlation using SPSS 25 for Windows. Based on the results of the correlation test, the correlation value between homesickness and learning motivation was -0.234 with p=0.019 (p<0.05). Thus, it can be said that the hypothesis which states that there is a relationship between homesickness and learning motivation in overseas students at Sebelas Maret University can be accepted. This means that the higher the homesickness, the lower the learning motivation, conversely, the lower the homesickness, the higher the learning motivation. This means that students who have homesickness may have low motivation to study. Keywords: homesickness, learning motivation, overseas students

Abstract

Current technological advances have a significant impact. All conveniences can be obtained with this progress, including in the business of buying and selling goods. On the other hand, advances in digitalization have made businesses look empty due to the decline in consumers shopping in person. The aim of this research is to explore the toughness of MSME traders around the Suramadu bridge on the Madura side. The method used is descriptive-qualitative. The informant criteria used were two small and medium-sized traders around the Suramadu bridge on the Madura side. The results of the analysis show that MSME traders around the Suramadu Bridge on the Madura side have good resilience amidst the rise of e-commerce. All existing aspects, namely control, commitment, and challenge, are classified as good and show toughness and tenacity in carrying out their activities. Keywords: Hardiness, E-commerce, UMKM Traders

Abstract

  Abstract Self-regulated learning, optimism and adversity quotient is a very important ability for students to be successful in their studies. This study aims to determine the effect of adversity quotient and optimism towards the self-regulated learning. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The research subjects were all UIN Antasari students, and using simple random sampling techniques, 383 students were selected as samples for this research. The results showed that there was a significant effect adversity quotient on students’ self-regulated learning (r = 0.030). There is an influence of optimism on self-regulated learning of student significantly (r = 0.000). The results of the study also found a significant relationship between adversity quotient and optimism of students (r = 0.000). Then, the results of the study also found that there were influences of adversity quotient and optimism simultaneously (together) towards students' self-regulated learning significantly (r = 0.000). Thus, adversity quotient and optimism are supporting students in self-regulated learning. The better the adversity quotient, optimism of students, the better the self-regulated learning of students. Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship of spirituality, gratitude and patience to the happiness of student colleges memorizing the Quran in Pondok Pesantren An Nur Ngrukem Bantul Yogyakarta. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between spirituality, gratitude and patience to the happiness of student colleges memorizing the Quran. The subject of this study is student colleges who are memorizing the Qur'an at the boarding school An Nur Ngrukem Bantul Yogyakarta amounted to 120 people. This research used is regression analysis that is processed by using SPSS 17 for windows. Regression test results show: 1) There is a relationship between spirituality, gratitude and patience to the happiness of the student colleges memorizing the Qur'an with the coefficient of correlation F = 18.858 with a significance level of 0.000 (p<0.05) which means significant. 2) There is a positive relationship between spirituality with happiness, the value of r = 0.197 with a significance value of 0.032 (p <0.01) which means very significant. 3) There is no relationship between gratitude with happiness, value r = 0.058 with significance value 0.532 (p> 0.05) which means not significant. 4) There is a relationship between patience with happiness, with the value of r = 0.367 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05) which means significant. Spirituality, gratitude and patience jointly affect the happiness of the Qur'an memorizing student colleges. Spirituality and patience are the variables that can affect happiness in a positive direction. The higher the spirituality and patience of the Quran memorizing student colleges the higher their happiness will be. Keywords: Spirituality, Gratitude, Patience, Happiness.
