Aceh is one of the provinces with a high poverty rate and is also a region with a high poverty rate in Sumatra, including Langsa City. Therefore, one of the efforts to alleviate poverty in Langsa City is by utilizing zakat funds managed by the Baitul Mal Institute, which will later be distributed to the poor in Langsa City. This study aims to identify the role of the Baitul Mal Institution in alleviating poverty and improving the welfare of the people of Langsa City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary and secondary data sources. From the research results, it is concluded that the distribution of zakat funds to the poor is still ineffective and still not on target so that people still do not feel prosperity.

Indonesia's economic growth in 2017 reached 5.07% higher than the 2016 achievement of 5.03% according to Statistics Indonesia. Further, the economic structure also improved indicated by the high investment. However, this economic growth has not been enjoyed and improved the welfare of people as a whole and evenly. In September 2017, Statistics Indonesia noted that there were 26.58 million of the total Indonesian population who lived below poverty line. This showed that there are still many Indonesians who have not been prosperous. Zakat is integral part of Islam and become social safety net. The potential of zakat in Indonesia according to the results of BAZNAS and IPB research is estimated at 217 trillion rupiah every year, however the real zakat collection by BAZNAS and other zakat institutions have not close to these figures. This showed that there are Muslims who are reluctant to pay zakat. Research conducted by Mukhlis & Beik stated the factors that affect compliance level of paying zakat are religious factors such as faith, religious understanding and rewards; and other factors such as social awareness, self – satisfaction and organization. Based on the background above, the researcher wants to know the factors that affect compliance level of paying zakat in Jakarta City as the case study. This research was conducted with a survey of 200 respondents and employ logistic regression analysis. The results showed the factors that affect compliance level of paying zakat are factors the religious understanding, self satisfaction and organization while other known factors have no significant influence. This study describes a discussion about the existence of khiyar's position in the development of buying and selling transactions. By using a descriptive method that is literature in nature, this study found the fact that the position of the existence of the khiyar concept was inseparable from the position of the existence of buying and selling transactions that had developed as the main contract. Its position is relative. That is, it is still enforced by some economic actors and is also eliminated because it creates uncertainty. As for what needs to be considered is the concept of khiyar as a complementary requirement. So that without the concept of khiyar in a transaction it will not damage the validity of the transaction. However, its existence is the best way to make the contract more legitimate and ideal along with achieving a level of benefit for the parties who carry it out.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence marketing performance at PT. Bayu Buana Gemilang from a Sharia perspective. Using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach of 126 employees, 40 samples are taken to be sampled. This research has been attempted in accordance with scientific procedures, Testing is carried out on three variables namely work, program marketing, and corporate culture. Corporate culture is a tool for companies in carrying out strategic policies that play a role in encouraging improving quality, motivation and employee work performance. Based on the results of the study conclusions can be drawn Work orientation, marketing programs and corporate culture affect marketing performance and show positive results.

This study is related to the factors that influence the interest of sharia faculty students to save their money at Bank Syariah Mandiri Jambi branch. The findings of this study are the factors that influence public interest among students at the Jambi branch of the Mandiri syariah bank, which are almost 50% better known that the factors of facilities, services, education, confidence and economic benefits on the interest in saving among students at the Jambi branch of the Syariah Mandiri bank. Based on the test using partial regression, the facility and service factors did not affect the interest in saving. While the factors of education, belief and economic profit motive influence. If the test is carried out simultaneously between the variables of facilities, services, education, confidence and economic benefits, this variable affects the interest in saving among students of the UIN STS Jambi at the Jambi branch of the Syariah Mandiri bank with the amount of influence is 67.1% and the rest is determined by other factors not related to the research.

The health of the cooperative before and after the case of misuse of funds by the management of KPN Syariah Kemenag Tanah Datar is reviewed from the aspects of capital, quality of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, cooperative identity, independence, and growth, as well as compliance with sharia principles. The research objective was to determine the health level of the KPN Syariah Kemenag Tanah Datar. The assessment of aspects is carried out using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) based on Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs RI Number: 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 by weighting all criteria and alternatives that produce the right reference value stated in the numbers 0 to 100. The conclusion is that the health level of the cooperative is in a fairly good position, there is no difference either before the case of misuse of funds or after the incident occurred

The concept of halal tourism becomes a trend and provides opportunities for regions to develop the potential of tourism. One of them is the Banyuwangi Regency which has the potential for natural beauty and tries to develop tourist areas with the concept of halal tourism, especially on the Santen Island Banyuwangi. The purpose of this research is to describe the strategy for developing the halal tourism of Santen Island in terms of the facilities provided. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection is obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this study shows that the increase in internal facilities in Islamic tourism has been fulfilled from several aspects, such as separating the location of visits between men and women, building places of worship, regular notification of prayer times (azan), and the guarantee of halal food sold by traders.

This study aims to find out what factors have the greatest influence on the promotion of positions at BRI Syariah Employees at Palembang Branch Office and analyze it in the perspective of Islamic management. There are two independent variables taken in this study, namely job performance and loyalty of work as the most influential factors on the dependent variable, namely promotion of position. This research uses mixed methods research by combining quantitative and qualitative methods to gain a stronger understanding of the research result. The population in this study amounted to 40 people who were all employees of BRI Syariah KC Palembang. The results of the study showed that loyalty of work had a greater positive effect on job promotions with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05 than job performance with a significance value of 0.033 <0.05. In the perspective of Islamic management, the influence of work loyalty that is greater than work performance does not contradict the principles written in the Koran, namely, faith, piety, balance and justice, and deliberation

This research aims to analysis the dropshipping model according to Islamic jurisprudence. The research is focused in completeness of the terms and conditions of sale and purchase in dropshipping system and how its related to three economic disaster namely zhulm, riba and ghoror. The novelty from this research are dividing the object of transaction into two categories, ribawi goods and non ribawi goods and critisize the arguments that allowed dropshipping transaction. Literature study is used to define the dropshipping model, normative descriptive is used to define the contract in dropshipping according to Islamic jurispridence, content analysis is used to find the syar’i solution for dropshipping. The result shows that the origin law in dropshipping is prohibited (haram) because its contain of riba nasi’ah for ribawi goods and selling before ownership for non ribawi goods. The syar’i solutions that found for dropshipping are modification in ijab qobul, wakalah bil ujroh (the dropshipper become wakil from consumer) and ba’i salam, but the last solution is marjuuh, because the capital is not handed out at the beginning of majlis.

The government has launched the Government Marketplace and digital Payment with the main objective of encouraging efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability of state spending, as well as empowering vendors, most of whom are MSMEs. Here the government integrates the working unit of APBN users, MSMEs as providers of goods/services, and banking in one ecosystem. 3 Government banks have been selected as platform providers with Digital Payment (Digipay) applications. Digipay has been designed in such a way to make it easier for users but users are still reluctant to use it.
