This paper tries to explore the basic principality of Mahfuz Amin thought in constructing the curriculum of Ibnul Amin Pesantren, analyzed through the curriculum developing concept, namely: (1) the basic of the curriculum (religion, philosophy, sociology, and philosophy); (2) the principle of the curriculum; and (3) the orientation of the curriculum. The curriculum product from the thought of Mahfuz Amin is the curriculum that have the orientation to tafaqquh fi al-dn and takhasshus dn conservationally and traditionally with the goal to make life the religion knowledge based on ahlus sunnah wal jamaah value.

Environment, economy, social relations and lack of religious appreciation can expose individuals to problematic risks. The appreciation of religious values should be based on the Quranic and Hadith approach. The writing is aimed at examining homeless and risk groups to identify the Quran and Hadith Manhaj as an alternative to their social guidance. This writing is qualitative using content analysis techniques. Thus, manhaj 'al wisdom ' and'al din al nasihah 'are seen as one of the practical guidance to be presented. Therefore, this paper will discuss the Quranic and Hadith approaches to address the problem of homelessness and risk group by focusing on the 'al wisdom ' and 'al din al nasihah '. The application of Quranic and Hadith based is seen to be very significant in addressing individual and group issues. The outcome of the discussion suggests that alternatives suggested by Islam were recognized and significant for troubled individuals especially homeless and risk groups. Persekitaran, ekonomi, hubungan sosial dan kekurangan penghayatan agama boleh mendedahkan individu kepada risiko bermasalah. Aspek penghayatan nilai agama perlu diterapkan berasaskan pendekatan al-Quran dan Hadis. Penulisan ini bertujuan meneliti kelompok gelandangan dan kelompok yang berisiko seterusnya mengenalpasti manhaj al-Quran dan Hadis sebagai alternatif bimbingan sosial kepada mereka. Penulisan ini berbentuk kualitatif yang menggunakan teknik analisis kandungan. Justeru, manhaj ‘al hikmah’ dan ‘al din al nasihah’ dilihat sebagai salah satu bimbingan yang praktikal untuk diketengahkan. Oleh itu, penulisan ini akan membincangkan tentang pendekatan al-Quran dan Hadith bagi menangani permasalahan gelandangan dan berisiko dengan memfokuskan kepada kaedah ‘al hikmah’ dan ‘al din al nasihah’. Penerapan yang berasaskan al-Quran dan Hadis dilihat sangat signifikan dalam menangani permasalahan individu serta kelompok tersebut. Hasil perbincangan menunjukkan bahawa alternatif yang dianjurkan oleh Islam ternyata diiktiraf dan signifikan dengan individu yang bermasalah terutamanya gelandangan dan individu berisiko.

This paper attempts to map the characteristics of the development of theclassical era of Islamic schools (madrasah). The study concludes that thesedevelopments have significant relevance for the future direction of theIslamic intellectual transformation until today. The Character of schooldevelopment in classical era which gave full attention to the transfer ofconventional religious sciences gave its own color for the implementation ofreligious life as well. Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) which provided practicalconcepts in religious life became a definite curriculum content. This is aremarkable achievement. However, lately, the trend is considered to makethe development of Islamic intellectual transformation become "unhealthy".This unhealthiness is the stressing point of this paper.

1'his writing attempts to expose the Banjarese ulema concept on manakib, the holi people, and the sacred in a descriptive way. From the study on the writings of Banjarese ulema about this topic, it is found that the tradition of manakib reading is sunnah hasanah ( a good tradition), has a lgligious bene6t, aad does not include an element that can ruin our faith. The holy person according to Banjarese ulema perspective is a person who knows Allah and has an extraordinary obedieoce and devotion, afraid of doing mistakes, has. karamah, and has hierarchy. The sacred according to the Banjarese ulema is an extraordinary event which is granted to the holy persoo by Allah. The highest sacred is istiqamah (maknawi sacred), while othet sacred can be in the form of al-khariq al-'adah event Qrissi sacred) urhich has lower level.

The History of world bussiness is full of ethics violation cases and financial scandals. Public can even see clearly the various economic crimes such as corruption, financial engineering and money laundering. These issues are always interesting since it involves tricks in information presentation which indicates a fraud. The application of forensic accounting and investigative audits is a solution to the anxiety of financial world. Forensic accounting and investigative audits in its simplest form is a blend between the disciplines of accounting, auditing and law. Forensic accounting is the use of accounting skills combined with the ability to solve a problem or alleged fraud. The investigative audit is an attempt to prove a mistake in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.

The name of AlphaJunaidiyah Tarekat attributed to the Sufi Abu al-Qasim Junaid al-Baghdadi. This Tarekat has a special attraction for its followers; those are the practical deeds, not exclusive and highly compromised with the situation of modern life. Historically this Tarekat has included the oldest Tarekat in the Islamic world, but its new entrants and developing in Indonesia, about 1956. This Tarekat is open, accepting students from various backgrounds and give them freedom to follow another tarekat. The genealogy of Junaidiyah Tarekat is not continued, but by his followers accepted the validity of the argument berzakhi theory or Uwaisy, which is commonly believed by the Sufis. The Junaidiyahs teachings or doctrines were sourced from the teachings of the books of Tawheed, Fiqh and Sufism is popular among Ahlussunah wal Jamaat. This paper intends to explore the events of the conflict on 23 May 1997 from the aspect of the peaceful resolution. Where a peace-building effort is needed to maintain a peaceful situation. With the collective memory being represented in the present mass, it is part of the form of efforts in fostering post-conflict sustainable peace. Through the elements of society (Non-Governmental Actor) the memory of conflict is represented in the public sphere as a form of warning against forgetting over history.The role of a non-governmental actor in peacebuilding has a strategic role in resolving conflicts and building peace post-conflict. There are three things raised in this research that is: The incident of conflict "Jum'at Kelabu" in the city of Banjarmasin in 1997, a collective memory form of conflict that built elements of society after the conflict, and the views of elements of society to the collective memory that was represented in the present in the effort to build peacebuilding. This research is a qualitative research, using a sociology-historical approach. The method used in data collection is through observation, interview, and documentation as secondary data. From the results of data analysis, the following results are obtained: the conflict that occurred in Banjarmasin city has a long chronology, the cause of this conflict is an unclear campaign route, the party base that controls Banjarmasin, because the mass of one the OPP that interfere with the Friday prayer, and aggressiveness of campaign participants. The form of peacebuilding efforts of the elements of society is to take peaceful action down the street, discussion/dialogue, and watching a documentary film. Elements of society argue that bringing back the memory of the conflict has two impacts: negative and positive impacts on people’s lives thereafter. These efforts need to be built to create an awareness that the conflict is painful, unpleasant and disturbing so hopefully it will never happen again.

Islam masuk di Kalimantan Tengah dengan jalan damai, melalui perkawinan dan dengan jalur perdagangan melalui sungai. Masuknya Islam ke daerah ini tidak terlepas dari peran para ulama maupun da’i yang berasal dari Kalimantan Selatan. Salah satu ulama/da’i yang berperan terhadap penyebaran dan perkembangan Islam adalah KH. Ibrahim bin Muhammad Nuh. Beliau dikenal dalam aktivitas dakwah dan peran pendidikan sebagai guru, dan upaya beliau untuk mendirikan pesantren di Palangkaraya. Di antara materi pelajaran yang diajarkan sebagaiman beliau tulis dalam “Hidayatul Insan Fita’limiddin Tauhid”, yang berisikan tentang pelajaran sifat dua puluh, yang masih berupa tulisan tangan beliau dengam huruf Arab Melayu.

In general, sufisrn consist of threc kinds, arc salaf"i's sullsnr, surrni's sufism, and falsafi's sufism. Salafi's sufism is a sufism whiclt its teaching and methods put under Qur'an dan the prophet tradition. The plophet traclitiott and spiritual practiccs of salaf gcncration. Sunni's Sul'isrn is a Sufisnr which ils teaching tries to combins bctwccn syari'ah and rcality, but addcd by nov interpretation and mcthod not klgwn in salaf al-shdlih periocl. Whilc thc falsafi's Sufism is a Sufism which its teaching tries to cornhinc Sufisnr and philosophy vision that beyond the syari'ah limits. In the course of timc, falsafi's Sufism were divided in big thrce schools, are hulul, ittihad and wahdqtul wujrtd which they have the similar god's orientation, that unity ol' man and god. For the supporters of wahdat al-wujtt./, this kind of teaching is the ultimate tauhid that united the absolute reality of being and refused the others one. While the contrary pcoplc argucd that thc oncncss (thc absolutc bcing) was only irt character ol'God and not {br the all bcing. Latter, this sulisrn tcaching gol. the critics and fulmination from many muslim people lbr its pre ferencc to make the same between the creature and god. Among the people who criticizcd strongly to thought of the unity of god and creature was lbn Taimiyah. Accoring to him, the thought that the being of god is the same witlr thc being ol'creaturc is clearly infidel. This writing try to study the critic ol' Ibn Taimiyah toward concept of wuhdatul wujud and its likewise with the argumentation of his critic.
