Abstract

Tafsir is an important subject related to understanding the Qur’an. Therefore, the learning process in this subject should use an effective method, so that the learning process is in accordance with the situation of the students. Researchers have found in textbooks and previous research reports that many of the learning methods used in this field are traditional and modern. The researcher is interested in expressing Tafseer's learning method by considering the responsibility of the interpreter. To achieve this, the researchers examined Tafsir's teaching skills, the extent to which the need to have interpreting skills, and those related to personal, social and professional competencies. By using descriptive-analytic methods, this study found that learning of interpretation depends on three basic things: first, the best method used by teachers during interactive learning because it represents the practical side is the Blended Learning Method; second, learning methods that depend on positive and interactive learning outcomes between teachers and students together such as scientific presentations, dialogues, peer education and cooperative education; and third, ways that train students to take responsibility and respect each other, such as problem-solving, project methods, and programmed education methods that have been widely used in the field of education that are effective and consistent with the requirements of this age.من المعلوم أن مادة التفسير هي من إحدى المواد العلمية المهمة التي تتعلق بالقرآن الكريم، حيث إنها تلعب دوراً مهماً ومؤثراً في حياتنا المعاصرة. لذلك فإنه من المستحسن أن نتعلّمها ونعلّمها باستخدام طرق التعليم الفعّال التي قدمها العلماء والتربويون، لكي تتلائم عملية التعليم مع ظروف وأوضاع المتعلمين المعاصرة. وبعد أن تأمل الباحثون في الكتب التربوية والأبحاث العلمية وجدوا أن العديد من طرق التعليم المستخدمة في هذا المجال هي تقليدية وحديثة، ويسعى الباحثون إلى كشف طرق تعليم علم التفسير على امتداد العصور وتنوع الأساليب في التعليم وذلك مع مراعاة الكفاءة التي يتمتع بها معلمو التفسير. ولتحقيق ذلك سوف يقوم الباحثون بتوضيح المقصود بكفاية معلمي مادة التفسير، ومدى ضرورة تحقق الكفاية لدى المعلم، وتصنيف كفاية معلم التفسير المتعلقة بالكفاية الشخصية والاجتماعية والمهنية، ويعتمد تعليم التفسير على ثلاثة أمور أساسية: أولاً الطرق التي يستخدمها المعلم أثناء التعليم التفاعلي مثل ألقاء المحاضرة أو الدرس، وطريقة الأسوة الحسنة وهي تمثل الجانب التطبيقي، وطريقة التعليم المدمج ((Blended Learning Method، وثانياً طرق التعليم التي تعتمد في بناء الدرس بشكل إيجابي وتفاعلي بين المعلم والطلبة معاً للوصول إلى المعرفة المنشودة مثل العروض العلمية، والمناقشة والحوار، وتعليم الأقران والتعليم التعاوني، وثالثاً الطرق التي تهدف إلى تدريب الطلبة على تحمُّل المسؤولية والاحترام المتبادل فيما بينهم مثل طريقة حل المشكلات، وطريقة المشروع، وطريقة التعليم المبرمج التي شاع استخدامها في مجال التعليم الفاعل والمنسجم مع متطلبات هذا العصر. ويستخدم الباحثون في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي.

Abstract

The writing discusses story of Noah (peace be upon him) in the Quran. The story will be approached by philosophical hermeneutics is conceived by Heiddegger and Gadamar. The main questions of the article are why and how the meaning of the story for Arabic people especially and for Moslem (human kind) generally. Finally, the result shows that Prophet Nuh is one of important ancestors for Arabic people and those people had listened and seen some historical events related to this prophet and his people. Moreover, the story teachs human being to surrender to Allah as it will lead them to appreciate all creations in this universe.

Abstract

Khitan is called circumcision in English. It is the surgical removal of the foreskin from the penis. In Banjarese society, circumcisions celebration is called basunat. Basunat as rite of passage is one of important stages for Banjareses life. Socially, the tradition maintains the collectiveness and integration of Banjarese society. According to anthropology view, basunat may be understood as a liminal condition. Liminal is a condition of betwixt and between. In this condition, subject of rite experiences a formed stage. Furthermore, according to philosophy view, the tradition reflects the exsistence of human being and its relation with other existences.

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to present a fundamental element of pesantren culture which is considered capable of being a cultural strategy in responding to the shift in the modus operandi of terrorism which has reached the stage of lone-wolf terrorism. Pesantren education with the ethical values of Sufism that is owned places the kyai as a central figure who teaches the journey of life and is filled with metaphysical, cosmological, and psycho-religious doctrines which are expected to bring humans to perfection and life peace in total servitude to God through cleansing the heart of despicable qualities, adorn oneself with praiseworthy qualities and spread affection. The tarekat al-Ta'lim wa al-Ta'allum adopted makes pesantren focus on efforts to love science by learning and teaching as the highest position in life. Besides, the bahtsul masail method that is implemented in pesantren trains students to be able to accept differences of opinion as something natural. The three of them form a package of elements of the pesantren that are deeply rooted so that the pesantren and students indirectly have a strategy of resistance against extreme religious understanding.

Abstract

Pilgrimage, tabarruk (seeking blessings) and tawassul (mediation) are three interrelated activities. A person who does such journey usually aims for the blessing of the Islamic scholars or the saints whose grave to be visited. This article analysed the phenomenon of Pilgrimage in Indonesia, especially in South Kalimantan.  Applying theological-normative approach, this study is expected to help the reader understand which activities of tawassul are allowed and which are not. Pilgrimage was once prohibited by Prophet Muhammad SAW, but, then allowed due to the reason that Moslems have possessed stronger faith.  Tabarruk and tawassul are somewhat prohibited. Based on the existed arguments, Tabarruk and tawassul is allowed in the sense that seeking blessings and meditating is on the virtues of the saints who have the privilege (karamah) from Allah SWT and believe that the will and consent is only from Allah SWT.Ziarah kubur, tabarruk (mencari berkah) dan tawassul (bermediasi) adalah tiga kegiatan yang saling berhubungan. Ketika seseorang berziarah kadang-kadang tujuannya adalah mencari berkah (tabarruk) sekaligus bermediasi (tawassul) dengan perantaraan berkah ulama atau wali yang berkubur di makam yang diziarahi. Tulisan ini bermaksud menganalisis fenomena ziarah wali yang marak di Indonesia, khususnya di Kalimantan Selatan. Dengan pendekatan teologis-normatif, kajian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pembaca memahami mana aktivitas tawassul yang boleh dilakukan dan mana yang terlarang dengan alasan yang lebih kuat, berdasar dalil yang saheh atau mu’tabar. Ziarah awalnya pernah dilarang Nabi saw, kemudian dibolehkan karena orang Islam sudah kuat imannya. Tabarruk dan tawassul memang ada yang dilarang. Berdasarkan dalil-dalil yang ada, mencari berkah dan bermediasi pada prinsipnya dibolehkan asal jangan sampai mensyarikatkan Allah Swt, dalam arti ketika mencari berkah dan bermediasi kepada orang-orang saleh yang mendapat keistimewaan (karamah) dari Allah Swt bukan mereka itu yang mampu memberi mannfaat atau sebaliknya tetapi semuanya atas kekendak dan izin Allah Swt semata.

Abstract

The government guarantees the equal and same rights to access education. But the problem is, is it true that education can be accessed by all levels of society without exception, including those with disabilities? We must look at the issue of education for individuals with special needs through its implementation or in other words whether schools really have accepted disabled people to enjoy regular education like other children. This study aims to find out how schools within the Ministry of Religion, especially at the level of State Islamic Elementary School (MIN), as an institution that is authorized to implement the government policies that provide easy and equitable access to education. This research is a survey research conducted on 5 state Islamic elementary schools with research time starting from July 2018 to December 2018. The target population is all MIN, and all of them will be observed in depth. From the results of the study we can conclude that all of the State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) in Banjarmasin are not responsive to disability. This is indicated by the absence of supporting facilities for this matter and there are no disability students who attend all these MIN. Then the socialization of the related legal basis is indeed unknown to the school as an executor who directly serves the community. Pemerintah menjamin hak yang sama untuk mengakses pendidikan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat tanpa terkecuali. Tetapi yang menjadi permasalahan adalah, apakah benar pendidikan dapat diakses oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat tanpa terkecuali termasuk bagi kaum disabilitas. Isu pendidikan bagi individu berkebutuhan khusus ini harus kita lihat melalui dilihat dari implementasinya atau dengan kata lain apakah sekolah benar-benar telah menerima kaum disabilitas untuk menikmati pendidikan regular seperti anak-anak lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sekolah yang berada di lingkungan Kementrian Agama khususnya pada tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) sebagai pelaksana kebijakan pemerintah, melakukan upaya akses pendidikan yang adil dan merata. Penelitian ini menrupakan penelitian survey serta dilaksanakan pada seluruh MIN di Kota Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 5 MIN dengan waktu penelitian mulai dari tanggal Juli 2018 sampai dengan Desember 2018. Populasi target adalah seluruh MIN yang berjumlah 5 dan semuanya akan di observasi secara mendalam. Dari hasil penelitian dapat kami simpulkan bahwa seluruh Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) di Kota Banjarmasin dapat kami katakan tidak layak disabilitas. Hal ini ditandai dengan tidak adanya fasilitas pendukung hal tersebut dan tidak ada pula siswa disabilitas yang bersekolah di semua MIN tersebut. Kemudian sosialisasi dasar hukum terkait memang tidak diketahui oleh pihak sekolah sebagai pelaksana yang langsung melayani masyarakat.

Abstract

This paper describes only the existence of Islamic Sufiyah tarekat (TSI) in the thought of H. Abdul Muin Hidayatullah. The results show that the TSI was built by H. Abdul Muin since 1955 after he was brought into a spiritual meeting with Rasulullah, Prophet Adam and Moses as well as 40 leaders of an Islamic state. At that time, he had been inducted as a murshid Zabir tarekat, while Murshid is the Messenger of Allah. That's when it started developing tarekat until he passed away, 1995 at the age of 87 years. Murshid was replaced by his own son, K.H. Abdullah al-Mahdi and develop it until now. The Islamic Sufiyah Tarekat is growing quite rapidly; reaching 7,000 people are now members, consisting of listeners, students, followers and supporters. They spread in South Kalimantan, especially in Banjarmasin, and in the District Tabunganen Tabalong, and actively carry out the teaching daily deed specified. It is in meaningful, positive impact on the development of faith and piety of its members.

Abstract

This study examines the position of hadith of chapter 16 in the second volume of the Book of Kasyf al-Ghummah Fi Ahwalil Mauta Fil Barzakh Wal Qiyamah by Syeikh Daud al-Fatani. The research shows that Sheikh Daud wrote this book to answer the demands of the people who wanted to know about death and doomsday. The characteristics of this book present a number of hadiths without specifying the position of the hadith. The findings of the 16 Hadiths find 3 Hadiths of Muttafaqun alaih, 7 are sahih, 1 is hasan, 2 hadiths are dhaif, 3 hadiths are not known to their original sources. Among the 13 hadiths found its source, 11 hadith are maqbul and 2 are mardud.
