Abstract

This study aims to determine the response inpatients jamkesda card holder on the quality of services on the RSP DR. M. Gunawan Partodigdo Cisarua Bogor, either simultaneously or partially. Forms of verification research, test instruments used. The testing was conducted on the validity and reliability test. Reliability testing is used to measure the consistency of responses. Test of validity is performed to determine whether all the questions (instrument) study to measure the research variables are valid. Criteria testing is done with a Cronbach Alpha sampling method using Non-Profitability sampling (random sampling), while the technique is simple random sampling. The samples used were 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results showed the average responses of respondents in tangible dimension of service quality (enough); empathy (well, seriously); reliability (good); responsiveness (enough) and assurance (good). Average responses of respondents on patient satisfaction JAMKESDA card holder (satisfied). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the F test that simultaneously affect the service quality patient satisfaction jamkesda participants, T-test results showed that the tangible (X1) and reliability (X3) has a significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction JAMKESDA cardholders at home pain, whereas empathy (X2), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) there is no significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction JAMKESDA on the RSP card holder DR.M. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and discipline of work on employee performance in PT. Dwi Cipta Usaha Jakarta. Data analysis method used is the product moment coefficient analysis to measure whether there is any relationship between variables and determination analysis to determine the percentage contribution of each variable were further tested through together and partially. Fourteen employees were taken as samples, and the results prove the supervision and discipline partial and simultaneous significant effect on the performance of employees. The results showed that more supervision than the effect on employee performance employee discipline.Keywords: Monitoring, work discipline and employee performance

Abstract

This research is descrptive and verification which aims to determinee the effectoof the implementation of education and training programs to work performance of emplooyes at Balitnak Ciawi, Bogor. Population in this research were 30 employes who had attended training and education. Data was collected by questionnaires. All variables in this ressearch is valid and reliable, and feasible to use explain the work performance variable. Results of research conducted shows that eduucation and training simultaneously and partially positive and significant impact on the performance of employees Balitnak. Education variable training has an average score of responses at 4.17, which means both categories, and work performance variable have an average score of responses at 4.32, whicch mean excellent category. it is clear that educatiom and trainiing have a close relationship with job performace.Keyword: education and training programs, work performance of employes.

Abstract

This research is conducted to determine the condition of entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial mental to entrepreneurial spirit in Vocational High School students at Bogor city and its influence. The population research is the eleventh grade students fromVocational High School (SMK) in Bogor city and it uses quantitative descriptive method. 100 samples are taken from 17,908 populations. The samplings use purposive and probability stratified random sampling technique. The results of the study show that the condition entrepreneurial motivation of students is high enough, the mental condition of the student is strong enough and they have good condition in entrepreneurial spirit. Entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial mental variabel have a positive effect to the entrepreneurial spirit variabel partially with t-count equal to 6.335 for entrepreneurial motivation variable and 2.711 for the entrepreneurial mental variabel, with a t-table 1.661 and simultaneously with the F-count 116.077 and F-table 3.09. For the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient is equal to 0.840 which means it has a very strong relationship. While the results of the coefficient correlation analysis are obtained a value of 0.705 which means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 70.5% and 29.5% remain is influenced by other factors outside the research. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi penjualan, periklanan dan penjualan personal terhadap keputusan konsumen. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Grand Cempaka Resort and Convention Cipayung-Bogor. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 12,785 dan responden yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 100 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik random samling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Teknik analisa dilakukan dengan  regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa promosi penjualan, periklanan serta penjualan personal secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk  menginap di Grand Cempaka Resort and Convention Cipayung-Bogor. Faktor dominan yang memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan adalah promosi penjualan, karena nilai signifikannya lebih besar jika dikomparasikan dengan periklanan dan penjualan personal.Kata Kunci : Promosi Penjualan, Periklanan, Penjualan Personal dan Keputusan Konsumen.

Abstract

In general, every company wants to achieve success in business, in the sense of always trying to get their business survival remain successful and running smoothly. National automotive industry in the modern era is experiencing significant growth, this affects the increasing number of manufacturers of four-wheeled vehicles are vying to grab a large market share. The aim of this study was to investigate and analyze brand equity as a planning tool in the marketing strategy of the brand Toyota Avanza four-wheel vehicles in the city of Bogor. In this study, analysis tools used are: Spearman-Brown validity test, reliability test, Cochrans test and Likert scale. The purpose of this study was to determine the response of consumers in the city of Bogor to the four-wheeled vehicle brand Toyota Avanza by measuring the level of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty. Based on the results of the questionnaire study of 100 respondents. These results indicate that the four-wheel drive brand awareness types of low Mpv four-wheel vehicles as the Avanza brand top of mind. Analysis of brand association brand Avanza currently has nine attributes forming the brand image. Results of analysis of quality brand Toyota Avanza perceived as a whole shows that the quality of performance (the consumers perception of the quality of the product) which is lower than the quality importance (of respondents to the expectations of the product). Brand loyalty for four-wheeled vehicles may be said Avanza brand loyal to the level like the brand.Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Consumer Perception and Brand Loyalty

Abstract

The objectives of the research are: 1) to analyze the development of selling price of product promotion cost and sales volume at PT Dragon Indonesia product; 2) to know the effect simultaneously effect of product selling price and promotion cost to sales volume at PT Dragon Produk Indonesia; 3) to analyze the effect of partial influence of selling price of product and promotion cost to sales volume at PT Dragon Produk Indonesia. The result of research shows the selling price of selling price of mop and broom during the year of 2015 from February to December fluctuated due to less stable market condition. Promotion costs for mop and broom during the year of 2015, from January to December continue to increase due to the company wants a maximum sales volume or profit. Sales volume, especially mop equipment within a year from January to December continued to fluctuate, ie in January sales of mops and brooms and in February decreased by 9 percent. Factor of selling price and promotion cost have positive and significant influence simultantly and partially to sales volume variable.Keywords: Price, Promotion, Sales Volume

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine priority subsectors in the field of Indonesian marine. The analysis is done by input-output approach. This study has found several priority subsectors classified into two groups, namely short-term and long-term priority subsector groups. Short-term priority subsectors group in the Indonesian marine sector include fish processing and preservation industries, marine tourism, marine and fisheries support, marine and fisheries education and research services, and fisheries services. Meanwhile, for the long-term priority subsectors group the Indonesian marine sector comprises oil and gas mining and refining, marine trade services, offshore mining, fishery services and shrimp industry.Keywords: Input-Output, Multiplier Effect, Backward Linkages, Forward Linkages

Abstract

The aim of research to determine the effect of competence and employee motivation at PT Maduroo International. Koesioner distributed to 4 supervision of each division. The questioner using validity and reliability test. Likert scale is used prior to testing with multiple regression. Results of the study of motivation and competence PT International Maduroo simultaneously have influence on employee performance. Partially flexibiltas competence, ability to learn, the desire of achievement, work on target, willingness to cooperate, customer orientation affects the performance. While intrinsic motivation in the success achieved something, recognition of work, responsibility, career advancement, professional development and intellectual and organizational policies extrinsic factors, intrapersonal relations and payroll have an influence on employee performance.Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Employee performance

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of financial ratios to bankruptcy prediction (Altman Z-Score) food and beverage industry are listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia 2009-2011. The population in this study is a food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange consists of 23 companies. Sampling of the 16 food and beverage companies conducted by purposive sampling. Analysis of the data using the model Altman Z-Score to predict bankruptcy and multiple linear regressions to determine the effect simultaneously and partially. The results showed that there were four companies that could potentially bankrupt, 3 companies with predicate gray area and 2 companies with healthy predicate and the remaining seven companies each predicate is not potentially bankrupt 1 and 2 times during the three years of research from 2009 to 2011. In this study variables Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Retained Earnings (RETA), EBIT to total assets (EBTTA), Market Value of Equity to Total Liabilities (MVETL), Sales to Total Assets (STA) simultaneously significant effect on prediction bankruptcy and partially only variable Market Value of Equity to Total Liabilities (MVETL) that no significant effect on bankruptcy prediction.Keywords: financial ratios, bankruptcy prediction
