Abstract

This study aims to determine the response inpatients jamkesda card holder on the quality of services on the RSP DR. M. Gunawan Partodigdo Cisarua Bogor, either simultaneously or partially. Forms of verification research, test instruments used. The testing was conducted on the validity and reliability test. Reliability testing is used to measure the consistency of responses. Test of validity is performed to determine whether all the questions (instrument) study to measure the research variables are valid. Criteria testing is done with a Cronbach Alpha sampling method using Non-Profitability sampling (random sampling), while the technique is simple random sampling. The samples used were 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results showed the average responses of respondents in tangible dimension of service quality (enough); empathy (well, seriously); reliability (good); responsiveness (enough) and assurance (good). Average responses of respondents on patient satisfaction JAMKESDA card holder (satisfied). Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the F test that simultaneously affect the service quality patient satisfaction jamkesda participants, T-test results showed that the tangible (X1) and reliability (X3) has a significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction JAMKESDA cardholders at home pain, whereas empathy (X2), responsiveness (X4) and assurance (X5) there is no significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction JAMKESDA on the RSP card holder DR.M. Abstract

Makalah ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana caranya menerapkan ilmu pemasaran dalam bidang politik khususnya ilmu pemasaran jasa yang berdimensi TERRA untuk memasarkan seorang kandidat Kepala Daerah di DKI Jakarta. Pembentukan tim pemasaran atau tim kampanyenya serta penekanan program pemasaran seorang Cagub DKI yang seharusnya dilakukan dan bagaimana menanggapi respon masyarakat sebagai calon pemilih di Pilkada. Selain itu pembahasannya juga menyinggung tentang suasana persaingan dan tema program apa yang harus disampaikan pada pasar calon pemilih ini. Hal lain yang dibicarakan yaitu berkaitan dengan survey tentang keinginan pasar tentang produk jasa apa yang diharapkan dari seorang Cagub yang jika sesuai dengan harapan mereka tentu akan menjadi pilihan di Pemungutan Suara Pilkada DKI 2017. Abstract

Abstract. Retention of medical records is the activity of reducing medical records from active shelves to inactive shelves or electronic media by determining the storage period on the basis of their useful value. If retention is not carried out, there will be an accumulation of medical records in the active shelf, making storage and retrieval difficult which is an indicator of service quality. The purpose of this service is to help hospitals find priority problems in medical record unit services. Implementation time for 1 week. The method used is observation and interviews with medical record officers. The priority of the problem is determined through a focus group discussion (FGD) by determining the level of urgency, seriousness, and growth (UGD) of the problem. The priority issues obtained are; 1) the accumulation of inactive outpatient medical records, 2) it often happens that medical records are not found on the filing shelf during service, 3) medical records are brought by the patient's family after registering in the emergency room. The action solution is focused on overcoming the accumulation of inactive outpatient medical records, namely by creating an outpatient medical record retention system using Google Form media. The main target of the action is to assist three medical record officers in the filing division to understand using a google form-based retention model. The end result of the community service for all medical record officers at the hospital understands using a google form-based retention model. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian Roti Soek Padjajaran Bogor. Kusioner didistribusikan kepada 100 konsumen, dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif serta menggunakan metode survei. Kusioner telah di uji validitas dan uji releabilitas. Metode analisa data digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut : 1) rata-rata tanggapan konsumen tentang kualitas produk dan promosi termasuk dalam interpretasi baik 2) secara simultan kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Roti Soek Padjajaran Bogor 3) secara parsial kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Roti Soek Padjajaran Bogor.

Abstract

Product quality, price, and promotion are all important variables in business growth. Good product quality, affordable pricing, and appealing promotions are all strategies that can be utilized to convince people to purchase. The study's goal is to investigate the simultaneous or partial influence of product quality, price, and marketing on the choice to buy shoes at a Shoe Store. Test the instrument using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and data analysis methods such as descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination (R square), and hypothesis testing. According to the findings of the study, product quality, pricing, and promotion all have a favorable and significant effect on shoe choice in shoe stores.

Abstract

The purpose of this study wasto identify and analyze the role of product image to inform product quality and purchasing decisions for aqua 600ml mineral water in Sukabumi District. The survey wan conducted amon 97 respondents using purposive sampling technique based on the following criteria:1) consumers who purchased at least on aqua 600ml product and 2) product choice. Customers must be at least 17 years old andold enough tocompletethe survey. The questionnaire was tested with validity, realibilty andclassical acceptance tests.the analitysis method used in this research is descritivemethod and validation through quantitative method. Data analysis techniques were carriedout by path analysis and sobeltest using SPSS for windows.thus, product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, price has a positive and significant effet on brand image, product quality has no and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions and price has a positive effect and significant on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects product quality on purchasing decisions. Brand image can influence price in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Research to determine consumer responses and the influence of product quality, promotion and brand image on consumer satisfaction at The Coffee Legend, both simultaneously and partially. The subjects of this research are consumers who have made purchases, the sample in this research is 100 respondents. This type of research is descriptive and verification. Test the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis includes multiple regression, determination tests and simultaneous and partial significance tests. The research results show: (1) The average consumer response to consumer satisfaction at The Coffe Legend is the highest product quality, (2) Product quality, promotion and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial  terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Foodstep Cafe Cicurug Sukabumi. Kuesioner di distribusikan kepada 100 responden dengan teknik purposiv sampling dengan kriteria; 1) Konsumen yang pernah datang dan membeli ke Foodstep lebih dari satu kali, 2) konsumen yang berusia 17 tahun ke atas dengan alasan dilihat cukup dewasa untuk mengisi kuesioner serta mampu dalam menentukan kepuasan yang diterima secara rasional. Kuesioner teruji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Foodstep Cafe Cicurug Sukabumi. Hasil pengujian koefesien determinasi (R2) sebesar 50,6% sedangkan sisanya 49,4%. Hubungan antara  kualitas pelayanan, harga dan promosi kuat dengan hasil koefesien kolerasi sebesar 0,705.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh dari kemampuan, motivasi dan komitmen organisasi bagi kinerja karyawan Ros Catering Tajur Bogor. Objek penelitian menggunakan 43 karyawan Ros Catering Tajur. Semua karyawan Ros Catering menjadi responden dari penelitian ini. Sedangkan data penelitian dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pengaruh secara simultan dari variabel bebas pada variabel terikat. Hal ini berarti variabel kemampuan, komitmen organisasi dan motivasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan Ros Catering.Kata Kunci: kemampuan, komitmen organisasi, motivasi, kinerja karyawan Ros Catering.
