Abstract

The existence of information technology today can help the government in carrying out the task of providing services to the public that are efficient and transparent. One of them is the SisfoSPM application used by the Badan Litbang unit of the Ministry of Education and Culture's National Education and Culture Agency to verify spending budgets in the use of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget. This web-based application has been using Mysql as its database since 2017. The amount of data from each year, makes this application run slowly, especially related to queries that display log data verification results of each employee. This study used experimental methods with employee log transaction data from 2017-2021 amounting to 780,212 records. The study uses three stages: preparation, experimentation and analysis of results. The results of this research, obtained the results of the main response time query module sisfoSPM application employee log calculation with the amount of data as much as 780,212 using the index method for 1.95 seconds, using the views method for 1.85 seconds and using the materialized views method for 0.01 seconds. With these results, researchers can draw the conclusion that the use of materialized views provides the fastest response time results

Abstract

Artha Segara Savings and Loans Cooperative is a company that provides savings and loan services to customers. In providing savings and loan services, it is not uncommon for customers to experience delays in paying bills or what is called bad credit. Bad credit is where the customer cannot do or is unable to pay the bill in part or all of the obligations as agreed. The cooperative must analyze the causes of the occurrence of bad loans using credit data that have been previously owned. Credit data owned by the Artha Segara Savings and Loans Cooperative can be analyzed using Data Mining. Where the data are classified using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method in calculating the probability level for each value of the target attribute in each customer credit case. The Naïve Bayes Classifier method can be used in several Data Mining tools or applications, one of which is the Orange Data Mining tool. The output of the Orange Data Mining system is the result of classification of customer credit data that is eligible or not eligible to reapply for credit. Researchers tested customer credit datasets from 2018 to 2020 as many as 1,200 data by dividing the dataset into 2 types of data, namely training data (training data) and test data (testing data). Comparison of training data and testing data is 70%:30%. Testing of training data as much as 840 data and testing data of 360 data produces 99.8% accuracy rate

Abstract

Soemardjan Florist is one of the biggest florists in Salatiga, Central Java. Nearly 70% of Soemardjan Florist customers come from outside Salatiga City. Frequent found case is that customers come outside Salatiga but they sent the wreaths to weddings which is located in the Salatiga area. This proves that Soemardjan Florist has the potential to expand the market outside Salatiga city. In this research, the Soemardjan Florist website was developed to expand the Soemardjan Florist business. The website is built in PHP programming language using Laravel 5.5 framework. User test results indicate that Soemardjan Florist website can useful as a promotional media and online store as it should.

Abstract

The facilities in the laboratory can make students especially feel comfortable because of several supports such as internet availability, better computer specifications, servers with large capacities as data storage media and rooms that support students' conditions in doing their assignments. During the pandemic, the laboratory cannot be used optimally because learning is done online. So that an online application for borrowing a laboratory is needed to maximize the function of the laboratory. In this study, a laboratory loan website application was designed by combining sequential search and bubble sort algorithms on the search engine menu so as to facilitate and speed up the process of searching for laboratory types. The test was carried out simultaneously from 700 test data and resulted in a time of 3 milliseconds for the sequential search algorithm, and 0.036 milliseconds for the bubble sort algorithm. While the results of the testing time with the combination of the two algorithms obtained are 4 milliseconds

Abstract

Data processing is a routine thing needed by organizations that must be developed properly in order to produce accurate information. Therefore, it is necessary to have a system to perform this task quickly and precisely, namely a computer with superior data processing in processing, storing, presenting, and analyzing so that the results are accurate and fast. Artificial Intelligence Computer Laboratory of the Faculty of Communication and Information Technology at the National University designed an Information System using the Joint Application Design (JAD) method as the first step or system design flow as a means to perform manual administrators or special systems in making reports related to data processing and inventory. Abstract

Water is one of the sources of life in this world. The benefits of water are of course incalculable, if we relate it to the consumption of water, especially mineral water. Many companies see the business potential of mineral water as a very profitable potential for businessmen. But with the emergence of many brands of drinking water in containers creating very strong competition between companies, this makes it difficult for mineral water consumers to choose which brand to buy, it is necessary to review the mineral water brand that is sold and consumed the most. From these problems, it shows that the importance of a Decision Support System to help buyers of mineral water brand products in determining the choice of brand of goods that is in line with the criteria. The method used in this decision support system research is the WASPAS method. The ranking results of each alternative using the WASPAS method with the final result of the Aqua brand product occupying the first position with a value of 2,441 as a recommendation for the selection of bottled mineral water product brands, and the Club product brand having a value of 2,219 by placing the last of 7 alternative brands of bottled mineral water products. . From these results, it can be concluded that the mineral water brand AQUA is the best choice to increase its stock because it has the highest value of 2,441.

Abstract

The development of information technology has made the popularity of social media increase in recent years, one of which is Youtube. Youtube’s popularity make this platform a major source of sentiment where almost everyone tends to express their views in the form of comments. These commnent not only express people but also have more meaning about their experiences. Comments originating from social media are unstructured so that in sentiment analysis the preprocessing stage is an important task. There are many techniques used in preprocessing including stopwrod and stemming. However, several studies have shown that the use of stopword and stemming gives different result. Therefore, in this paper, the researcher further anlyzes the effect of applying stopword and stemming on Youtube video comment regarding the New Normal policy using Long Short Term-Memory. The result obtained we found that the use of stopword and stemming greatly affects the performance of the model, this is because a lot of information is lost after the stopword process and some words change meaning after stemming.

This study aims to find out how a construction worker can expertly build a strong home foundation as a building foundation with land. That expertise is very difficult to come by every person who needs it, because the experience of experience in someone is very different from the theory he learned. For that reason, the delivery of knowledge from someone who has experience in the construction of foundations and can be obtained easily by those who need it, Knowledge Sharing from informants. This study aims to find out how a construction worker can expertly build a strong home foundation as a building foundation with land. That expertise is very difficult to come by every person who needs it, because the experience of experience in someone is very different from the theory he learned. For that reason, the delivery of knowledge from someone who has experience in the construction of foundations and can be obtained easily by those who need it, Knowledge Sharing from determined informants who will be poured into the program, knowledge of their experiences during their career in building construction. To get descriptive data from informants who will be transferred knowledge, this study uses qualitative research methods because it based on the results of knowledge of interviews while the knowledge management method uses the method of Socialization, Externalization, Combination and Internalization (SECI), in the process of analysis and application design using Unifield Modeling Language (UML) modeling tools. The results achieved in the form of an analysis application of the costs and materials needed for the construction of a house foundation, so that there is not much raw material that is not used and is also time consuming when lacking in materials because it has been analyzed by the application of R.A.B Foundation. Through this application, documentation of one's experience will be displayed so that it is easier for people who are not proficient and understand this problem so that it will become a knowledge repository

Abstract

Video is one of the developments in information technology that has a function as an introduction to information conveyed through audio-visual media. Ease of playing back videos, making videos as a medium that can improve and develop the ability to understand information presented in a structured manner such as learning English through video. One of the international communication standards is the ability to communicate in English. English language skills also play an important role in employment in the modern era like today. With research on developing English listening practice videos using voice dubbing techniques, this video can provide audiences with learning and practice about English. The method used for the development of this video is the MDLC method. The results of this study are expected to improve the audience's ability to speak English.
