Abstract

The purpose of this article is first to find out emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence, and the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran beach tourism objects after the determination of the Covid-19 pandemic, second to find out how high the influence of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence simultaneously on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran beach tourism object after the determination of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the third is to know the effect of emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence partially on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran beach tourism objects after the determination of the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used to achieve the above objectives is an explanatory research method, the use of this method is because researchers do not only describe empirical facts found in the field, but also intend to analyze and explain the influence between variables. Subjects are human resources for tourism in Pangandaran beach with a sampling system. The results of this study, first, emotional intelligence and intellectual intelligence have a significant effect simultaneously on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects. Second, emotional intelligence does not have a partially significant effect on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects. This is if interpreted in more detail, where emotional intelligence still has an influence on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects but is very small at 1.61%. Third, intellectual intelligence has a partially significant influence on the quality of tourism human resources in Pangandaran Beach tourism objects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, and firm size on firm value of the company on infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015- 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, the sample of companies obtained consisted of 24 infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. The research method uses multiple linear regression with a panel data approach. The results show that capital structure and profitability have a significant positive effect on the firm value of infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. Liquidity and firm size have a significant negative effect on the firm value of infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018. The implications of this study include that additional debt in the company's capital structure can be a positive signal to investors that can increase company value because additional debt in a company can be used for additional investment funds and corporate tax savings. Then, an increase in the value of profitability can show investors good prospects for the company because many investors are attracted to companies that have good profitability, and have an effect on increasing share demand and company value.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of Leverage, Firm Size, Dividend Payout on Stock Price Volatility. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample was selected based on purposive sampling so that 27 sample companies were selected. Multiple linear regression analysis tool with classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results based on the analysis show that Leverage has a positive effect on Stock Price Volatility, while Company Size, Dividend Payout has a negative effect on Stock Price Volatility. This research can prove that the actions taken from the company's management can be seen from how the company should position the company's assets and liabilities as well as the distribution of dividends. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to all parties, especially investors in investing in the capital market while still paying attention to the level of leverage, company size and dividend payout ratio of the company to be invested.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the application of total quality management (TQM) and supply chain management (SCM) in UMKM in Tasikmalaya city to improve the performance of UMKM operations. And to understand which methods can improve the performance of UMKM operations. Using the probability sampling method by spreading questionnaires against 90 UMKM who apply the TQM and SCM methods in the operation process. Hypothesis tests using multiple regressions with research results have significant influences on the application of TQM and SCM to improve operatic performance during the covid-19 pandemic in UMKM in tasikmalaya city.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of liquidity and solvency through profitability on the corporate value at pharmaceutical sub-sector companies in the Indonesia stock exchange. That research is using data of secondary from annual financial statements and closing stock prices. sample in the research are pharmaceutical sub-sector companies in the Indonesia stock exchange period 2015-2019. With the purposive sampling method used there are nine companies that are sampled in this research. Data analysis in this research uses path analysis with SPSS software. The resulting research informs :1) simultaneously the current ratio and debt to asset ratio variables have significant effect on the return on asset variable, 2) the current ratio variable partially has positive and significant effect on the return on asset variable, 3) the debt to asset ratio variable partially has negative and insignificant effect on the return on asset variable, 4) the current ratio and debt to asset ratio variables simultaneously have significant effect on the stock price variable, 5) partially current ratio and debt to asset ratio variable have positive and significant effect on the stock price variable, 6) return on asset variable has positive and significant effect on the stock price variable, 7) indirectly current ratio and debt to ratio variables return on asset through variable have insignificant effect on the stock price variable.

Abstract

This study discusses and implements the Highest and Best Use (HBU) analysis method for a fixed asset that is under the management and ownership of the Batam City Government in the form of land and buildings that are not utilized at the Jodoh Traditional Main Market which is located on Jalan Duyung, Lubuk Baja District, Batam City. The HBU analysis in this study assumes the object as though vacant and analyzes four aspects which include legal aspects, physical aspects, financial aspects, and maximum productivity. The development alternative that is able to produce the highest increase in land value on the land, then the development alternative is chosen as an alternative development that has the highest level of optimization. According to HBU's analysis, the most profitable alternative for land development is as a commercial property with mixed use types including traditional markets, shop houses/ruko, and convenience stores/food courts with an increase in land value of 1.342% or to Rp. 20,248,791.32.-/m2.

Abstract

Incentives at training of Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi in the past five years is growth. The average total absenteeism without explanation in the past five years as much as 17,80 %. Average of performance growth amounted to 10,64%. Indicators of incentives that cooperation, identity, competence, as well as various forms of engagement system allowances, indicators of motivation is, engagement, commitment, satisfaction and turn over, and indicator of perfomanceis quality, quantity, timeliness, cost effectiveness, the need for supervision, and interpersonal impact. Analyst tools with multiple linear regression. Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi is one of the technical implementation elements which organizes and is directly responsible to the Head of the Social Service Office of Manpower and Transmigration in Jambi Province. Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi Carry out skills training for job seekers and training in increasing labor productivity in all business sectors in government agencies, BUMN, BUMD, and Cooperatives, as well as conducting training for transmigrants and / or prospective transmigrants. Based on the table above, it is known that the value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.585, then the correlation between Performance (Y) through the Incentive variable (X) is 0.585, this means a close relationship because the value is close to 1. SPSS 20 result obtained equation Y= 1,014 + 0,567. From the equation it can be said that incentives variabels can be used as a tool to predict the performance of employees at Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi. Based on the value of the coefficient of determination r2 is 0.342, it means that there is a fairly close positive relationship between the variable Performance Improvement (Y) which influences through the Incentive variable (X). This figure states that the incentive variable (X) is able to explain the Performance variable (Y) at Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi by 34.2% while 65.8% is influenced by other variables outside the modeling. It is suspected that the increase in employee performance through incentives at the Balai Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (BPTT) Jambi with the following discussion:The effect of incentive on employee performance evidenced from tcount> ttable (4.141 > 2.034) and a significance value of < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) Thus, H0 is rejected, so the incentives partially affect the performance improvement. The value of tcount is positive, meaning that if the incentives increase, the performance will also increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of individual characteristics of employees on employee performance either directly or indirectly through employee motivation. The target population in this study were non-medical employees at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) KH. Arif Daud Kuala Tungkal, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, as many as 54 employees. Because the population in this study is less than 100, the sampling technique in this study uses saturated sampling, where all the populations in this study were used as research samples. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and is analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of this study conclude several points, namely: 1) individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee work motivation; 2) individual characteristics have a significant effect on employee performance; 3) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; and 4) motivation is not able to mediate individual characteristics on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out, analyze and explain profitability with the Retun On Equity (ROE) proxy, To find out, analyze and explain how Solvency with the Debt to Equity Ratio proxy, To find out, analyze and explain stock prices in automotive companies and their components listed in IDX 2015-2019. To find out, analyze and explain how much influence Profitability with partial Return On Equity (ROE) has on stock prices in automotive companies, to find out, analyze and explain how much influence Solvency with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) proxy partially on prices shares in automotive companies, to find out how big the simultaneous influence between Profitability with Return On Equty (ROE) and Solvency with Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) proxies on stock prices in automotive companies and their components listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive verification approach. The population in this study were 13 companies with a sample of 8 companies in 5 years so that the sample used was 40 samples. By using a non-probability sampling technique, namely using convenience sampling. The data collection technique in this study used literature and documentation studies, namely by collecting panel data needed in this study. Then the data obtained is processed in Eviews 9 Software. The results of the analysis of Profitability (ROE), Solvency (DER) and Stock Price are up and down. Profitability variable (ROE) has no significant and significant effect on stock prices, while the solvency variable (DER) has a significant effect on stock prices. Profitability and solvency variables have no significant effect on stock prices simultaneously. Predictive ability of the two variables on stock prices is 5.78% while the remaining 94% is influenced by other variables that are not in the regression model.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the burnout syndrome and the factors that influence it, the sample in this study were employees of the marketing and service divisions in the banking sector in the city of Jambi. The data collection method is using a questionnaire and analyzed using verification analysis, the analytical tool in this study is using structural equation modeling. The results of this study will explain whether or not there is an influence of the factors studied on the high or low burnout syndrome experienced by individuals at work.
