<![CDATA[The outbreak of the corona virus (covid-19) in Indonesia which continued to increase until early March 2020. This research focused on the effectiveness of online-based learning applications that are applied due to physical distancing policies. Physical distancing was applied by the Indonesian government as a preventive for the transmission of the COVID 19 virus, but it was not very successful because positive numbers continue to grow. Through this research, the researcher wants to analyze how effective the implementation of the learning system is from the training participant perspective. The sample of this study was 39 training participant Group III Batch III at Tanjung Jabung Barat. The instrument used was a questionnaire distributed online using the google form link. Based on the data obtained, shows that the implementation of online learning has been carried out effectively seen from the readiness of the facilitator, the ability to use applications, responses and benefits obtained.]]>

<![CDATA[research aims to find out the effect of variable capital on the income of traders in Angso Duo Market Jambi City. The study used primary data by disseminating qusioners to 92 respondents. The method used in this study is a simple linear regression method. while econoetry analysis using a simple linear regression model is carried out to identify the variables that affect. Variables used are capital variables as free variables and income variables as bound variables. The results of the analysis showed that the capital had a positive effect on the earnings of Angso Duo Market traders. This means that if the market trader increases his capital, then the income of the market trader will also increase.]]>

<![CDATA[The job of the auditor is to provide useful information, therefore when the audited report is delayed it will reduce the use value of the financial statements presented. Therefore, it is important to identify and have a deeper look at several factors related to the occurrence of audit report lag. Thus, it is necessary to study whether these factors significantly influence the audit report lag. This is important because the audit report lag phenomenon can reduce client interest and affect the reputation of auditors and public accounting firms where auditors work. Hypothesis 1 in this study is rejected, this means that the experience of auditors does not significantly affect the Audit Report Tag. work and the number of inspection tasks. The experience variable does not have a significant effect because audit quality is not determined by the length of work and the number of audit tasks. Hypothesis 2, namely that time budget pressure has an effect on audit report lag, is rejected. Time budget pressure is vital in the process of completing an audit report. In this case the time budget pressure does not have a significant effect because the budget pressure is determined when planning to determine the audit task but the implementation of the audit can be different influenced by the existing situation. For example during a pandemic, uncontrollable situations lead to leeway in the completion of audited reports. So that the existing time budget pressure must be adjusted. The hypothesis in this study is accepted, this is because the size of KAP basically determines the level of efficiency and effectiveness of each auditor's task. In medium and large KAPs, there is usually a structured system and maturity from the audit planning process to the audit. This is because large public accounting firms usually try to maintain quality and reputation to keep their clients interested]]>

<![CDATA[This research has the objective of knowing and testing mudharabah and musyarakah financing whether or not there is an effect on net income at PT Bank BRI Syariah in 2018-2020. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data derived from financial reports in the form of mudharabah financing data, musyarakah financing and net profit after tax from 2018 to 2020. This research uses an analytical tool, namely multiple linear regression. The SPSS 23.0 application was used to test the data in this study. Mudharabah and musyarakah financing based on the results of data analysis show that the net income together has a significant effect. This data analysis test shows that mudharabah financing on net income does not have a significant effect, meaning that if there is an increase or decrease in mudharabah financing, it will not affect the bank's net profit. Otherwise, musyarakah financing has a significant and positive effect on net income, meaning that the greater the income earned through musyarakah financing, the higher the Bank's net profit.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this research are to know: 1) The effect of Original Local Goverment Revenues to the Capital Expenditures in Special Region of Jambi Province. 2) The effect of General Allocation Funds to the Capital Expenditures in Special Region of Jambi Province. 3) The effect of Special Allocation Funds to the Capital Expenditures in Special Region of Jambi Province. 4) The effect of Original Local Goverment Revenues, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds simultaneously to the Capital Expenditures in Special Region of Jambi Province. The population in this research is regency and municipality in Special Region of Jambi Province. Data used comes from APBD Realization Report years 2010-2018. The technique of collecting data used documentation method. The test of prerequisite analysis used classical assumption test, those are normality, multicolinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The hypothesis test in this research used simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that local revenue, general allocation funds, and profit sharing funds simultaneously affect capital expenditure where together these three variables have a 48% effect on capital expenditure, while partially local revenue has a positive and significant effect on spending. capital with a coefficient of 0.370 for general allocation funds also has a positive and significant effect on capital spending with a regression coefficient of 0.211 and profit-sharing funds partially also have a positive and significant effect on capital spending with a regression coefficient of 0.514.]]>

This study aims to determine how the financial performance of the company PT. As seen from the Liquidity ratio of Ace Hardware Indonesia in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2019 period? 2) How is the financial performance of PT. Seeing the solvency ratio for Ace Hardware Indonesia on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2019 period? 3) How is the financial performance of PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia on the Indonesia Stock Exchange seen in the Rentability Ratio in the 2014-2019 period? The results of the study are based on the results of the liquidity ratio consisting of the current ratio and the quick ratio as a whole in the company PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia for the 2014-2019 period shows a liquid company condition where liquidity is used maximally by the company to generate revenue. Solvency ratios consist of Debt to Asset Ratio and Debt to Equity as a whole in the company PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia shows a solvable company condition. <![CDATA[This research aims to find out how the Service Affects Student Satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics, Batanghari Jambi University. The limitations of the problems in this study are as follows: 1. The variables used in this study are service quality variables that include responsiveness, reliability, assurance, emphaty (empathy), tangibles (direct evidence). And 2. The gap used in this study is the gap between the quality of service perceived and the expected quality of service (service quality gap). The study was analyzed using multiple linear regressions. with results Y= 0.441 + 0.860X. In other words, the regression equation above can be said that the coeffesien regression variable service has a positive direction towards the satisfaction of students of the faculty of economics of batanghari jambi university. The constant or α value of 0.441 means that if the value of variable X (service) is 0 then the variable value Y (satisfaction) will be worth 0.441. The coefficient value (b) of 0.860 means that the value of variable X (service) is positive meaning that if the service variable (X1) rises by 1 unit it will increase variable Y (satisfaction) by 0.860 assuming other variablesits same. and based on statistical tests it is known that there is a significant influence between the service on the satisfaction of service users ( students) computer laboratory of the Faculty of Economics, Batanghari Jambi University, using the t test that is, thitung = 26,106 > t table = 1,984.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is one of the developing countries in the world with abundant availability of natural resources, one of which is coffee bean commodities. Overproduction will be a benefit if the commodity can be exported mainly to developed countries, one of which is Japan. This study aims to analyze how much competitiveness value of Indonesian coffee bean commodities and factors that affect the volume of Indonesian coffee bean exports to Japan. This study used secondary data with a period of 12 years in the period 2008-2019. The Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method is used to analyze the competitiveness of coffee beans as well as the Double Linear Regression Analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) model used to analyze the influence of coffee bean production, exchange rates and international prices of coffee on the volume of coffee bean exports to Japan. The results of the study found that during the period 2008-2019 the value of Indonesian coffee beans RCA has a strong competitiveness because it has a value of more than 1; partial production of coffee beans does not affect the export volume of coffee beans while the exchange rate and international price of coffee partially negatively affects the volume of Indonesian coffee beans exports to Japan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to explain the factors that influence the income of street vendors (Case Study of Taman Jomblo, Kotabaru Jambi Tourism after the Covid-19 Pandemic) simultaneously and partially. This research method is a descriptive study with quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The research sample was 58 from a total population of 136 traders. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the study are based on the results of multiple linear regression, it is proven that simultaneously and partially the variables of packaging, capital and trading time have a significant effect on the income of street vendors (Case Study of Taman Jomblo Kotabaru Jambi Post-Covid-19 Pandemic). Based on the results of research recommendations that are expected to be input. The Jambi City government should pay more attention to these factors to increase the income of street vendors in order to improve the welfare of the community during the Covid-19 period like this, where there were many large layoffs. The number of business units that have the greatest influence on the number of workers, the more the number of small and medium enterprises that are established , the more jobs will be created, so that labor absorption will also increase and the unemployment rate can be suppressed.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to explain the analysis of the influence of work discipline and work motivation of Jambi employees (CV. Adeeva Construction Study) simultaneously and partially this type of research used in this research is associative research which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The variables referred to in this study are variable X1 (Work Motivation), variable X2 (Work Discipline) and Y (Performance). The results of the study based on the results of multiple linear regressions proved that the variables of Performance, Discipline, and Motivation had a significant effect on Employee Performance (CV. Adeeva Construction Study). Based on the research results that are expected to be input, PT Adeeva should make performance performance a major part of the company so that the company's activities can run even better. And the need for motivation to all employees to work better in the future by giving rewards to employees who excel in order to motivate all employees to work better.]]>
