Abstract

Paving blockĀ adalah bahan bangunan yang terbuat dari campuran semen portland atau bahan perekat hidraulis lainnya, air dan agregat dengan atau tanpa bahan tambahan lainnya. Masalah lingkungan menjadi hal yang banyak diperhatikan belakangan ini. Pemanfaatan material limbah akan berdampak baik bagi lingkungan. Apalagi dalam penelitian ini penggunaan limbah digunakan untuk mereduksi sumber daya yang yang sulit diperoleh kembali jika telah habis yaitu pasir. Material limbah yang digunakan adalah ban karet. Pembuatan paving block yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan bahan subtitusi serbuk ban karet sebagai subtitusi agregat halus. Perbandingan bahannya adalah 1:4 dan 1:5 untuk semen dibandingkan dengan pasir. Variasi ban karet yang digunakan yaitu 0%, 5%, dan 10% untuk tiap perbandingan semen dan pasir. Pada umur beton 28 hari, hasil uji tekan terbesar diperoleh 19 MPa pada variasi 1. Sedangkan nilai terkecil sebesar 5,33 MPa diperoleh pada Variasi 6. Sementara prosentase penyerapan tertinggi diperoleh pada campuran perbandingan semen:pasir 1:4 sebesar 7,56%. Sedangkan prosentase nilai penyerapan terendah 3,26% diperoleh pada campuran perbandingan semen:pasir 1:5.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to find out how the implementation of the BSPS Program affects the handling of RTLH and Extreme Poverty in Kemas Rindo Village, Kertapati District, Palembang City. The data used is secondary data from BKKBN. The data is RTLH data in Palembang City precisely during 2022. Furthermore, the data is analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis which will later show the distribution of RTLH in the city of Palembang. Other supporting data was obtained based on the Documentation of Kemas Rindo Village Based on the Type and Number of Livelihoods of residents in the Kemas Rindo Village environment, Kertapati District, Palembang City. The results of the discussion that have been presented are related to how the implementation stages of the BSPS Program in Kemas Rindo Village have run well, as evidenced by the development of 53 Habitable Self-Help Housing Units. Then, related to infrastructure, a 917-meter environmental road has also been made for community travel access in Kemas Rindo Village. The completion of RTLH and Extreme Poverty is a manifestation of the Government's concern in alleviating poverty for MBR and it is hoped that this assistance can be felt by all people in need

Abstract

ABSTRAK Aspal beton adalah campuran dari agregat bergradasi menerus dengan bahan bitumen. Kekuatan utama aspal beton ada pada keadaan butir agregat yang saling mengunci dan sedikit pada pasir / filler / bitumen sebagai mortar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan serbuk tulang sotong sebagai bahan alternatif pada campuran lapisan aspal beton dapat memenuhi karakteristik Marshall campuran AC-WC. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental yang mengkaji karakteristik marshall pada berbagai persentase penggunaan serbuk tulang sotong dengan kadar 0%, 50% dan 100% sebagai alternatif pengganti pengisi filler. Percobaan serbuk tulang sotong yang memenuhi spesifikasi umum bina marga adalah kadar 50% dengan nilai stabilitas 2.061.87 kg, nilai flow (kelelehan) 6 mm, nilai Marshall Quotient 343.64 kg/mm, nilai VIM volume rongga udara dalam campuran 3.825%, nila VMA (Void Mineral Agregat) 16.494% dan nilai VFB (Void Filled with. Bitumen) 99.230%. Dari hasil penelitian ini ternyata serbuk tulang sotong dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengisi alternatif filler pada campuran AC-WC untuk jalan raya yang padat dengan persentase kadar bahan sebesar 50%.

Abstract

The development of construction 4.0 is now increasing, the challenges that must be faced are increasingly diverse and complex. One of the significant challenges is the problem of increasing productivity, this problem occurs because of the increasing demand for infrastructure. The use of machine construction technology provides new opportunities for more efficient, smart and connected work. Several previous studies have discussed heavy equipment technology in the construction industry, such as analysis of the productivity of heavy equipment working time, implementation of construction automation, comparison of the productivity of manual and automated construction projects. The purpose of this study is to find out whether the development of heavy equipment adapts to the need for technological developments in the construction era 4.0. This study uses simple stages where after the literature is obtained, an analysis of the results of the literature obtained is carried out and validation is carried out by observing the object of research. Based on the analysis, it was concluded that 50% of the development of heavy equipment had matched the need for technological developments in the construction era 4.0. So this is a positive signal in increasing productivity which is the main problem in construction projects. Then the hope for the future is that all providers and users in the construction industry will always make continuous improvements to achieve an integrated infrastructure in the future.

Abstract

In planning the foundation must look at the condition of the subsoil and the situation in the field. drilled piles are mostly chosen if the soil layer in the field is dominated by soft soil and the work area is densely packed with buildings. The 150 kV SUTT transmission tower in Teluk Naga uses drilled piles because the soil layer is dominated by soft soil 12 m thick from the surface and the environment is submerged in water making it impossible to erect. To determine the stability of the foundation there are several factors that need to be reviewed, including bearing capacity and settlement. Bearing capacity analysis on drilled pile foundations can be carried out based on standard penetration test data using the O'neill and Reese method, while settlement calculations can use the Vesic method. The carrying capacity of the group piles obtained in this study was calculated by varying the diameter of 40 cm, 60 cm and 80 cm respectively of 4426.51 kN, 4613.18 kN and 4682.58 kN. While the group piles settlement that occurs is the total of elastic settlement and consolidation settlement of 88.73 mm at 40 cm diameter, 83.37 mm at 60 cm diameter and 85.14 mm at 80 cm diameter.
