The population growth rate coupled with increased urbanization process cause increase in fulfillment ofthe Housing and Building Social supported. Due to water runoff the accretion of these buildings led toincrease in the water many translucent layers not caused and reduced the amount of open land/green space.This causes the rain water not translucent / radio infiltrated into the ground but directly runoff into drainagechannels, river or sea. Under these circumstances it is necessary to develop methods of managing rain water,rain harvesting and rain water utilizing. To cope with rain runoff that caused by rain water. One way is toapply the concept of Zero Runoff technology in general and the residential area facilities. Zero Runoff is amust to each of the building may not cause an increase of rain water discharge into a drainage channelsystem or river systems flow. Some of the concepts concept technology of Zero Runoff are Rain Water Tank,Rain and Infiltration Wells, Rain water Infiltration Pond.

The columns are an important part of the structure.Column continued load from of plate and beams untilto foundation.The column is a structural component that is dominant receiving axial loads. Composite columnin this review is a steel column which is made from tube or steel pipe and filled with structural concrete. Thisresearch is carried out to understand the properties of the behavior of composite columns of normal concretecasted in cylinder steel tube; to understand the effect of variations of the slenderness ratio of the loaddeflectionand strength correlations as well as understanding failure behavior of normal concreted steel tubecomposite columns with a variation of the eccentric loads. The preparation of the test specimen is based onthe variation of the ratio of tube thickness (D/t), the slenderness ratio (L/D), and the Eccentric ratio (e/D).Test specimen consists of 15 columns of concrete core, 15 steel pipe columns, 21 composite columns ofnormal centric concreted steel pipe and 18 composite columns of normal eccentric concreted steel pipe whichthen loaded centric axial and eccentric.The results show that the capacity of the composite columns is overallhigher about 7%-26% rather than the algebraic sum of the capacity of its components (steel tube and coreconcrete). The pattern collapse composite columns of normal concreted steel pipe due to centric and eccentricloads showed shear failure and axial and is local. But for the eccentric column is only one side of the crosssectionand only the tube steel buckle comes together with the concrete core suffered spall at the samelocation.

Thisresearch was motivated by a lot of demands of contract change order addendum in the relatedagency. From this research, researcher was expected to be able to describe the elements of main cause ofcontract change order and impact on the contract cost. The method used in this research wasStatisticsDescriptive for describing the questionnaire results, whereas the calculation of the new value of contractwasusing the unit price calculation analysis. Sources of data in this research were 8 people consisting of projectowners and contractor. Basedon the results of the main causes of contract change order, it was found that themain cause of contract change order was the location change of the project resulting from transmission linesthrough the region of coal mining, the main party that influenced the contract change order was the owner ofthe project, The implementation phase of contract change order was mid-contract work, the stages leading tocontract change order was land acquisition and the impact of contract change order in the cost was thedecrease of contract value from the initial contract.

The success of a project can be measured on two things, namely the benefits and timelines of the projectcompletion (Soeharto,1997). Both depend on careful planning of the implementation method of use andscheduling tool. The implementation of construction is working using heavy equipment required accurateplanning in order to achieve a project with costs and optimal execution time. Therefore, an analysis of theusage of heavy equipment used is needed, so it can produce proper alternative heavy equipment for theconstruction project. On the development project district 8 Senopati apartments and office tower, SouthJakarta found a problem on one of the tower crane static productivity because it is considered to have a smalland minimal availability section that takes a long time for jacking up, of course, it impedes the progress of theproject, to overcome, the most appropriate step is to move and transform these into climbing tower crane.This research will analyze the most effective position for the tower crane climbing, then the beam must bechecked if it is must be redesigned. After the analysis concluded that the static tower crane converted into aclimbing tower crane void switching positions in buildings area with a beam analysis does not require specialreinforcement.

Concrete is a very popular construction material, widely used in construction. The waste that is in the surrounding environment begins to be used for mixed materials in the manufacture of concrete, one of which is geothermal mud (geothermal sludge) which has pozzolanic properties because it contains alumina silica minerals so that it can be used instead of cement. Waste steel fiber tires used residue from vehicles is an added material that can be used to improve the mechanical properties of concrete. This study aims to determine the effect of adding geothermal mud and used steel fiber to concrete. Planned concrete fc '30 MPa with geothermal mud as partial substitution of 20% cement and used tire steel fibers with variations of 0%, 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% of the weight of concrete. Concrete Variation 4 (1.5% used tire steel fiber + 20% geothermal mud) has the highest compressive strength of 32.13 MPa compared to normal concrete of 30.006 MPa. For the splitting tensile strength variation 4 is 1.8 MPa and its flexural strength is 2.457 MPa while the normal concrete is splitting tensile strength of 1.6 MPa and its bending strength is 2.210 MPa.

Abstract Earthquake is one of the most frequent disasters in Indonesia. This is due to the location of Indonesia which is located between 3 active plates, namely the Pacific Plate, the Indo-Australian Plate and the Eurasian Plate. While from 2018 to date the biggest and worst earthquake in the Lombok Earthquake that occurred with magnitude reached 7 on the Richter Scale and hammer earthquakes with magnitude 7.4 on the Richter Scale. One of the frequent failures caused by the earthquake is the soft store. Soft story mainly occurs in office buildings, hotels or apartments which generally have a lobby or area that is intentionally made without walls / dividers, either on the ground floor or the upper floors so that inter-floor fuss will be different. In designing and modeling structures, buildings are generally designed with open frame type port without walls. The height of the column can also cause a difference between different floors. This study will compare between the wallless portal model with a higher level at the bottom of the building, the middle of the building and the top of the building, where a high level with smaller stiffness has the potential to be soft (soft story). In this study using ETABS 9.7.2 program with spectrum response dynamic load based on the 2017 earthquake map. Results The structure period of the results of the analysis with the program in the crack cross section condition was obtained at 2.01 seconds. The shape mode for the three PPKBB, PKBT and PKBA building types has met the requirements where in shape 1 and 2 building models are translating towards the x or y axis while in shape 3 mode they are twisted. The required mass participation ratio value is reached at the 90% percentage reached at the 8th shape mode for the PKBB and PKBT buildings. While for PKBA it is reached in the 5th shape mode. Deviation values for the three types of building PKBB, PKBT and PKBA are still within the permit limit. Keywords: earthquake, soft storey, spectrum response

Like other structures, floor slabs also develop over time. The shorter time demands of work with lower costs are one reason for the development of structures in the construction of houses. Floor plate work can be done with two methods The conventional floor tiles of many multilevel buildings use reinforcement to bear the positive moment. While for carrying positive reinforcement, other materials can be used, namely Steel Deck Slab which will cause a composite action on the plate. The research has been conducted on the design of composite steel decks in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out and compare the Capacity Efficiency of the conventional plate design and the composite Composite Steel Deck Slab with variations in plate thickness 8, 10 and 12 cm and compare the nominal moment of the cross section. By comparing these two types of plates the design engineer can determine the optimal dimensions.

Motorcycle lanes on Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, DKI Jakarta aim to reduce traffic congestion and to minimize the occurrence of traffic accidents for motorbike rides. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of motorbike lanes based on perceptions of motorbike lane users. Analysis of perceptions of motorcycle lane users is based on questionnaire survey data using the Importance Peroformance Analysis (IPA) method. The questionnaire survey data collection was conducted by 100 respondents. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the special lane of the motorcycle is still not as expected by the user due to the many side barriers, parking vehicles and vehicles stopping at the motorcycle lane.

In this globalization era, almost all buildings use concrete with steel reinforcement as the main component of building frames. it is known that the basic material for steel is iron ore, and iron ore is a non-renewable natural resource, while its supply in nature is increasingly limited. Therefore, the price of steel reinforcement also increased. therefore, there needs to be an alternative replacement of steel reinforcement in concrete. Bamboo has a fairly high tensile strength, between 100-400 MPa, almost equal to the tensile strength of steel reinforcement equivalent to ½ to ¼ of the ultimate stress of steel reinforcement shows the same results and tensile strength of bamboo can reach 1280 kg / cm2. Bamboo is used as reinforcement in concrete with knitted shapes and patterns. In this research, the flexural strength test of 15 concrete blocks measuring 15 X 15 X 60 Cm was carried out when the concrete age was 28 days with 3 different variables. The results showed that bamboo reinforced concrete beams had an average maximum flexural strength value of 7.20 MPa. So that the use of petung bamboo reinforcement has a positive effect and deserves to be used as an alternative to steel reinforcement.
