<![CDATA[Human Resources are something that humans are born with. Human resource development itself aims to train the quality of these individuals. One example of training the quality of individuals is the Human Resource Development activity in the handicraft field at the Bina Surya Mandiri Foundation. This study aims: 1) to identify the process of human resources assistances at the Bina Surya Mandiri Foundation, 2) to increase the creativity of the children at the Bina Surya Mandiri Foundation. Apart from increasing the creativity of the children at the Bina Surya Mandiri Foundation, this activity also aims to develop the quality and quantity of Human Resources at the Bina Surya Mandiri Foundation, especially in the field of crafts. This research itself uses a descriptive-qualitative approach which was includes interviews, observation and documentation. This study showed that children at Bina Surya Mandiri Foundation have participated in handicraft activities well, and they hold handicraft activities of course with easy materials so that children at the Foundation can easily participate in these handicraft activities.]]>

<![CDATA[The community empowerment is an effort to provide power or empowerment to the community. According to one expert in which he defines community empowerment, namely as the community's ability to develop and be interrelated so that it has the aim of finding new innovations in a community development. The community Empowerment to be precise in the field of agriculture and several Farmer Groups in Tegal Kunir Lor Village is one of the places that becomes objects to improve the quality of agricultural products. This research uses descriptive study and uses qualitative research methods. Based on the research results, empowerment and development needed to be increased towards planting and farmer motivation. The obstacles faced need to be conquered with the problem of not optimal irrigation or irrigation channels to the rice fields. The paddy fields and irrigation infrastructure and agricultural tools are not yet complete. So, it has not made the agriculture managed by the Farmer Group not able to optimize the paddy fields. Implementation of community spirit has not been optimal regarding several issues of awareness that had not been overcome. Enthusiasm of the community has not fully volunteered to enter the Farmer profession in the village of Tegal Kunir Lor so that only a few people, especially the elderly, are doing rice planting in the fields. Village Government, BPP Agricultural Extension Agency, Village Office Staff need to go counseling to encourage residents around the village. This effort is made to create a resilient agriculture that requires quality human resources and make a successor for future progress through agricultural extension activities with an approach farmer groups that support agriculture-based agribusiness system.]]>

<![CDATA[Tramp panhandler (Gelandangan Pengemis, called: Gepeng) is a social phenomenon that is a problem for every region in Indonesia. Gepeng is a promising job for some communities. Gepeng in Serang itself varies, from which can still suffice the need to be said to be sufficient and not including the poor households (RTM), to the poor who really belong to poor households (RTM). This article aims to analyze the background of the emergence of sprawl in Serang city. This paper uses the research method of the library study, discussing the sprawl in the city of Serang to provide the correct problem solving the mitigation in the city of Serang in an effort to realize social welfare. From the results of the study obtained data that the cause factor of the person chose to be a sprawl; Physical disabilities, age, education, economics, environment and religion.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan sosial bagi keluarga bermasalah sosial psikologis melalui lembaga konsultasi kesejahteraan keluarga (LK3). keluarga bermasalah sebagai Penyandang Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS) yaitu seseorang atau keluarga yang karena suatu hambatan, kesulitan atau gangguan tidak dapat melaksanakan fungsi sosialnya dan karenanya tidak dapat menjalin hubungan yang serasi dan kreatif dengan lingkungannya sehingga tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya (jasmani, rohani dan sosial) secara memadai dan wajar. Upaya yang telah dilakukan pemerintah saat ini untuk mengatasi permasalahan tingginya kasus keluarga-keluarga bermasalah salah satunya adalah dengan membentuk badan-badan yang secara khusus bertujuan untuk meminimalisir bahkan mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. LK3 atau Lembaga Konsultasi Kesejahteraan Keluarga merupakan salah satu lembaga sosial yang menangani permasalahan dalam keluarga. Adapun maksud dan tujuan Lembaga Konsultasi Kesejahteraan Keluarga (LK3) adalah membantu mengatasi berbagai masalah sosial psikologis keluarga dalam rangka peningkatan taraf kesejahteraan dan ketahanan sosial keluarga melalui pelayanan konseling, konsultasi, pemberian/penyebarluasan informasi dan pemberdayaan sosial bagi keluarga secara profesional, termasuk merujuk sasaran ke lembaga pelayanan lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan artikel ini yaitu kajian literatur.]]>

<![CDATA[The young generation in a broad sense, includes the ages of children and adolescents, from birth to maturity in all aspects (physical, spiritual, social, cultural and economic). This article aims to identify the role of the younger generation in da'wah in the field of community development, and identify methods and techniques of da'wah in community development. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach. This study resulted in the findings that the role and function of young people occupy an important position in social life. This young generation is the hope of its former people to continue the struggle for da'wah like the deceased religious leaders. Generations of young Muslims and Muslim women who still have the spirit of preaching, strong bodies, and clear working brains are very helpful in improving the quality of human preaching and even maintaining the quality of an almost extinct civilization. Furthermore, in community development it is very important to study the influence of religion on the improvement of people's lives. There are three aspects that need to be studied, namely culture, social systems, and personality. These three aspects are complex and integrated social phenomena whose effects can be observed on human behavior which will facilitate the process of community development. The conclusion of this study finds that it is undeniable that the younger generation really has to become a reliable dakwah drafter in overcoming problems in society that arise and contribute to people's lives.]]>

<![CDATA[Pottery is a traditional product that is still being made and developed. But the existence of pottery today has begun to diminish its interest because it has to compete with modern products. Therefore, the need for empowerment of Small and Medium Industries, especially the pottery industry to be able to compete in the modern market. This paper aims to: (1) know the potential of proper local empowerment in Kampung Gerabah Bumi Jaya Serang Banten, (2) identify the right model of economic development and empowerment, (3) Analyze the usefulness and benefits of technology in the economy of the pottery industry through E-Martketplace on pottery craftsmen in Kampung Gerabah Desa Bumi Jaya Serang Banten. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to obtain relevant data in community empowerment, especially empowerment in pottery craftsmen in Kampung Gerabah Bumi Jaya Serang Banten. The results showed that empowerment through e-Marketplace can be done on pottery craftsmen in Bumi Jaya Village. Pottery sales through e-marketplaces have a high opportunity if developed well and continuously and there are innovations in pottery products.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to identify hydroponic methods that are most effective and efficient in the context of agricultural systems, and provide educational assistance for students to become entrepreneurs by seeing the potential in the environment that can be used to conduct business opportunities. The method of this study used a qualitative approach. The result of this study showed that hydroponic plants are plants using very practical methods. This plant does not require a large area and its maintenance is so easy. This hydroponic planting technique is very suitable for use in areas that have lost a lot of land due to building or factory construction. This could be done in order to maintain the stability of nature where there is now a lot of vehicle pollution. Therefore, we also have to filter it by increasing the oxygen from green plants. In this study, we did not only discuss hydroponics, but also discussed entrepreneurship that we have learnt together with students at MA At-Tauhidiyah. Finally, they can be more productive in facing the Covid-19 pandemic.]]>

<![CDATA[Poverty still occurs in the household space which causes poverty in a large community level. So it needs efforts to be able to tackle the problem of poverty in the household. One of them is by empowering poor household communities through enhancing the activities of Joint Group Enterprises (KUBE) involving social workers. With this empowerment, it is expected that social workers can carry out their functions and roles to supervise and monitor Joint Group Business actors. The method used is the literature study method with a variety of references that are still relevant. Then this paper produces the following discussion. First, what is the factor of poverty in the household, second, what is the most appropriate effort to empower poor household, and third, how the role of social workers in government programs towards Joint Group Enterprises (KUBE), where this program is one of the activities that can be utilized by poor households.]]>

<![CDATA[Local craft is one of the cultural identities in the global market that can provide differentiation and self-expression. one of the interesting fields to be discussed is the Sri Mulya artisans group. that this group seeks to empower the community through concrete solutions that can be implemented in Tambang Ayam Village, Anyar District, Serang Regency. Based on the above background, the formulation of the problem of this thesis are: 1) How are the efforts to empower the craftsmen community in improving economic welfare through synthetic rattan training? 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in community empowerment efforts in improving economic welfare through synthetic rattan training? This study aims: 1) To find out about efforts to empower the craftsmen community in improving economic welfare through synthetic rattan training. 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in community empowerment efforts in improving economic welfare through synthetic rattan training. In this study I used qualitative methods and data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that community empowerment through this synthetic rattan wicker business uses several stages, including: the preparatory stage, the assessment stage, the alternative planning stage, the plan formulation stage, the implementation and mentoring stage, the evaluation stage, and the termination stage. Based on the research conducted it can be concluded that community empowerment through the activities of the Sri Mulya group is in terms of economic income increasing, socially namely opening up employment opportunities, reducing unemployment and better established social relations. As for the inhibiting factors in the craft of woven bamboo and synthetic rattan in the Sri Mulya group that is lacking in marketing.]]>

<![CDATA[The needs and potential of the community are the main considerations in empowerment activities. Some natural, social and cultural resources of the region also have the potential to be developed into tourist destinations. The development of the potential of this tourist area can be a potential resource for generating income, creating jobs, and can condition the attitudes and behaviors of a dynamic community to develop. In its development and development, of course it cannot be separated from the participation of the surrounding community. This reseacrh aims to explain: To find out community participation in the development and construction of Waduk Malahayu. And To find out the impact of community economic development through Waduk Malahayu. This reseach uses qualitative methods where the research procedure produces descriptive data in the form of written words from the people observed. As for data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research conducted that community participation in the development of the Waduk Malahayu is participation in the form of delivering ideas, participation in the form of energy, participation in the form of expertise and participation in the form of property. Furthermore, there are several impacts felt by the community with the development of Waduk Malahayu, namely, increased community skills, increased community walfare, availability of jobs, infrastructure development, and availability of entertainment.]]>
