Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of employee discipline and infrastructure facilities on employee performance at the Banjarbaru Selatan Subdistrict Office through the application of online attendance as a mediating variable. This study used quantitative research, the sample was set as many as 71 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. While analyzing data using path analysis assisted by SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence between Online Attendance (Z) on Employee Performance (Y); (2) There is a significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) on Online Attendance (Z); (3) There is a significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) on Employee Performance (Y); (4) There is a significant influence between Infrastructure Facilities (X2) on Online Attendance (Z); (5) There is a significant influence between Infrastructure Facilities (X2) on Employee Performance (Y); (6) There is a significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) through Online Attendance (Z); (7) There is no significant influence between Infrastructure Facilities (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) through Online Attendance (Z).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the influence of career training and development on employee performance at PT. Cakra Kencana Lestari. This research is of a quantitative type. The population in this study consists of all employees empowered at PT. Cakra Kencana Lestari. The sampling for this research is done using total sampling, which includes all the population, with a sample size of 40 employees of PT. Cakra Kencana Lestari. Based on the research results and analysis obtained in this study, it can be concluded that career training and development have a significant partial impact on employee performance at PT. Cakra Kencana Lestari. Simultaneously, career training and development have a significant impact on employee performance at PT. Cakra Kencana Lestari. The company's efforts in providing career training and development have a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

PT.Pulau Seroja Jaya Banjarmasin, this company is a logistics service provider that provides warehousing services. Logistics services consist of warehousing, distribution and transportation services. Operationally, warehousing is a series of management activities in logistics storage starting from receiving, recording, entering, storing, organizing, bookkeeping, maintaining, issuing, and distributing activities to warehouse management accountability activities (making reports) with the aim of supporting the continuity of work units, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization as a whole. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research. Data processing techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and library literature.The conclusions in this study include Assessment of self-evaluation and performance of warehouse employees is the activity of managers or superiors to evaluate the behavior of employee performance and determine subsequent policies, Performance appraisal is included in human resources, comparative human resources are the key to company success. With the performance appraisal of employees, employees will always try to do as much as possible in every activity given by the company or leader and managers are also easy to carry out company activities in the field of raising positions from employees or seeing employee performance that is not optimal. In addition, another goal of the company to conduct self-evaluation and performance appraisal of warehouse employees is the company's efforts in fostering human resources to improve the performance and competence of the employees concerned. Performance Appraisal is not a punishment but a form of leadership attention to employees.Suggestions for PT Pulau Seroja Jaya Banjarmasin In order for the employees of the warehousing section to further improve their ability to work, both in terms of increasing the quality, quantity and time in carrying out the work assigned. Then employees can take part in training on warehousing management to increase employee expertise and skills in doing their jobs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of digital transformation on traditional markets, using descriptive qualitative methods with secondary and primary data sources with research locations in South Kalimantan. The result is that Digital Transformation has two impacts, namely positive impacts and negative impacts and there is still a lack of ability to transform digitally in some MSMEs in traditional markets, for the positive impact on MSMEs that have implemented digital marketing is that it makes it easier for consumers to transact both directly and online, marketing distribution becomes wider, and is able to increase turnover, While the negative impact on MSMEs that are not or have not been able to transform digitally is a decrease in sales turnover which has resulted in some MSMEs closing shops in traditional markets, from the data obtained in traditional markets in the South Kalimantan region in the last 5 years that the number of traders or MSMEs in traditional markets has relatively decreased from year to year, consumer visits to traditional markets have also decreased along with the development of technology changing the way consumers interact from face-to-face to traditional markets to digital marketing. With this research, it is hoped that MSMEs that have not yet digitally transformed can start doing digital marketing and for MSMEs that have done digital marketing to be able to improve their abilities to the maximum for the development of their business in the future.

Abstract

The need for halal products, especially food and beverage products, is increasing in Indonesia because the majority of the Indonesian population is Muslim. Generation Z is a group that contributes to the large increase in consumption of halal food products. One of the factors that can influence consumers’ purchase intention on halal food products comes from within the consumers themselves, such as religiosity. This study aims to analyze the relationship between religiosity and purchase intention of halal food products among the Generation Z who lives in Bandung and trust as a mediating variable in this relationship. The population of this study is the Generation Z Muslims aged 17 to 29 years in the city of Bandung and the sample taken is 150 respondents. The data were obtained through the distribution of the questionnaire instrument which was analyzed using the Path Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that religiosity has a significant effect on trust; religiosity and trust affect the purchase intention of halal food products; trust mediates the relationship between religiosity and purchase intention.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of bank health levels on financial inclusion. Variables to measure the level of bank health using the RGEC Component are Non Performing Loans (NPL), Net Open Position (PDN), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Good Corporate Govermance (GCG), Return on Assets (ROA) Return on Equity (ROE) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR ) on financial inclusion as measured by the Financial Inclusion Index (Index of Financial Inclusion). The analysis test used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population used is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period and meet the sample selection criteria. There were 20 companies used after the proscess of selecting sample companiesy and outliers. so the total sample is 101. Data was collected through secondary data collection in the form of annual reports published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The research hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression which met the classical assumption test. The analysis results show that NPL, PDN, ROE and CAR. does not have a significant effect on Financial Inclusion, while LDR, GCG and ROA have a significant effect on Financial Inclusion where the significance value of LDR is 0.21, GCG has a significance value of 0.28 and ROA has a significance value of 0.005 which is smaller than alpha, namely 5%

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCU Malang is influenced by the adversity quotient and work stress, with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The research method is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses saturated samples. Questionnaires were distributed to 83 respondents for data collection and processed using SmartPLS 4 software. The results showed that work stress and adversity quotient did not affect employee performance but did affect organizational commitment, which impacted employee performance. Meanwhile, through organizational commitment, the adversity quotient affects employee performance but does not affect work stress.
