Abstract

Effective employee satisfaction management is crucial for enhancing employee performance, particularly in container loading and unloading activities at PT Seroja Cabanag Banjarmasin. This study explores the relationship between employee satisfaction and performance in the demanding logistics sector. The primary focus of the research is to analyze how employee satisfaction impacts productivity, work quality, as well as absenteeism and turnover rates. Data was collected through employee satisfaction surveys and performance analysis, examining aspects such as working conditions, rewards, training, and communication between management and employees. The findings indicate that high employee satisfaction is positively associated with increased productivity and work quality, and contributes to reduced absenteeism and turnover. These results underscore the importance of managing employee satisfaction in creating a better and more efficient work environment, which supports operational success at PT Seroja Cabanag Banjarmasin. Implementing strategies focused on enhancing employee satisfaction is expected to lead to more optimal performance in container loading and unloading activities

Abstract

PT.Pulau Seroja Jaya Banjarmasin, this company is a logistics service provider that provides warehousing services. Logistics services consist of warehousing, distribution and transportation services. Operationally, warehousing is a series of management activities in logistics storage starting from receiving, recording, entering, storing, organizing, bookkeeping, maintaining, issuing, and distributing activities to warehouse management accountability activities (making reports) with the aim of supporting the continuity of work units, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization as a whole. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research. Data processing techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and library literature.The conclusions in this study include Assessment of self-evaluation and performance of warehouse employees is the activity of managers or superiors to evaluate the behavior of employee performance and determine subsequent policies, Performance appraisal is included in human resources, comparative human resources are the key to company success. With the performance appraisal of employees, employees will always try to do as much as possible in every activity given by the company or leader and managers are also easy to carry out company activities in the field of raising positions from employees or seeing employee performance that is not optimal. In addition, another goal of the company to conduct self-evaluation and performance appraisal of warehouse employees is the company's efforts in fostering human resources to improve the performance and competence of the employees concerned. Performance Appraisal is not a punishment but a form of leadership attention to employees.Suggestions for PT Pulau Seroja Jaya Banjarmasin In order for the employees of the warehousing section to further improve their ability to work, both in terms of increasing the quality, quantity and time in carrying out the work assigned. Then employees can take part in training on warehousing management to increase employee expertise and skills in doing their jobs.

Abstract

The purpose of this scientific article is to provide qualitative insights and descriptions that the variables related to employee engagement, employee turnover and employee retention are important for organizations to be used as a foundation, as well as for other interests. Qualitative research methods can provide valuable insights in analyzing employee engagement, employee retention, and employee turnover. A qualitative approach is focused on understanding an individual's experiences, perceptions, and behaviors and can help uncover the reasons and motivations behind them. One approach in qualitative research in this context can be done through in-depth interviews with employees to explore their perceptions of the factors that affect employee engagement, employee retention, and employee turnover, the strategies implemented must be holistic, involve various dimensions of human resource management, and be directed to create a work environment that motivates and supports career development and overall employee well-being.

Abstract

The scientific literature review article entitled Concept of International Trade: Analysis of Letter of Credit, Custom Bonds and Export-Import Regulations is in the domain of operational management science. The purpose of this article is to formulate a hypothesis regarding the relationship between various aspects, which will then be used as the basis for further research. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The data used in this study comes from previous studies that are still relevant to this study. Information was collected from leading scientific online platforms, such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and the Sinta journal. The results obtained from this study are presented as follows: 1) Letter of credit influences the Concept of international trade; 2) Custom bonds influence the concept of international trade; and 3) Export import regulations influence the concept of international trade.

Abstract

Tujuan utuk memberikan bukti apakah variabel yang ada memang sudah diimplementasikan seperti keterikatan karayawan dalam temuan literatur yang ada dari berbagai jurnal online, permasalahan di atas merupakan permasalahan di perusahaan swasata yang berkaitan dengan variabel. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan: Metode kualitatif dengan melakukan penelusuran literatur terkait variabel dalam paper ini yang telah diimplementasikan dari hasil temuan paper tersebut. Temuan: Tulisan ini memberikan model dengan metode kualitatif dengan variabel yang ada dan menambah khasanah dan partisipasi dalam ilmu dan pengetahuan khususnya dalam bidang sumber daya manusia dengan objek penelitian di perusahaan swasta. Ada satu temuan yang sama dengan variabel tulisan ini dan objek yang sama yaitu hasil praktik manajemen SDM tertentu meningkatkan keterikatan karaywan dan menurunkan tingkat tuen over karyawan di perusahaan swasta. Hasil dari makalah ini juga menguatkan dan memberikan rekomendasi bagi peneliti lain untuk melanjutkan penelitian ini dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan olah data SPSS untuk keakuratan statistik data.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the variables of Transparency and Accountability on Muzakki Loyalty through Muzakki Satisfaction in BAZNAS South Kalimantan Province; the type of data used in this study is quantitative data; this research is included in the category of causal research, the method used is the Explanatory survey method. The population in this study is all permanent Muzakki recorded in BAZNAS South Kalimantan Province, which is 1,108 Muzakki people; then, in determining the size of the sample using the Harun Al-Rasyid formula, it can be known that the minimum sample size is 164 Muzakki as respondents. The Data Analysis technique used is Path Analysis using SmartPLS Version 4.0. The results of this study found that partially, Transparency and accountability affect Muzakki satisfaction, accountability has an effect on Muzakki loyalty, but Transparency has no impact on Muzakki loyalty simultaneously Transparency and accountability have a significant impact on Muzakki loyalty through Muzakki satisfaction in BAZNAS South Kalimantan Province Keywords:       Transparency; Accountability; Muzakki satisfaction; Muzakki Loyalty

Abstract

Pelayanan kapal dan barang oleh agen operasional dalam konteks perkapalan merujuk pada berbagai layanan yang diberikan oleh agen operasional kapal kepada kapal dan barang yang tiba atau berangkat dari pelabuhan. Agen operasional kapal adalah perusahaan atau individu yang bertindak sebagai perwakilan atau perantara antara kapal, pemilik kapal, dan berbagai pihak terkait di Pelabuhan . Tujuan utama dari agen operasional kapal adalah memastikan proses operasional kapal berjalan lancar, efisien, dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Metode Observasi merupakan langkah pengamatan yang dilakukan dengan mengamati kejadian sehari-hari atau yang ada disekitar dan mengangkat masalah tersebut sebagai objek penelitian Hal penting dalam observasi adalah mencatat hasilnya, beberapa dari bidang observasi memerlukan pencatatan secara detail dan harus siap dalam melakukan pencatatan. Hasil dari observasi pelayanan kapal dan barang oleh agen operasional di PT. Heritage Bahtera Maritim harus di catat dan dijelaskan secara detail. Simpulan yang dapat diambil berdasarkan hasil Praktek Kerja Lapangan Proyek Darat (PKL – PRODA), berikut adalah kesimpulannya: Proses atau tahapan dalam pelayanan kapal dan barang oleh agen operasional:Pemberitahuan kedatangan kapal;, Pemeriksaan kapal dan dokumen kapal;, Pembongkaran amonium nitrat;, Biaya atau tarif jasa pelayanan kapal di Pelabuhan, Jasa pelayanan air bersih, dan Prosedur keberangkatan kapal. Abstract Ship and goods services by operational agents in the context of shipping refer to various services provided by ship operational agents to ships and goods arriving at or departing from the port. Ship operational agents are companies or individuals who act as representatives or intermediaries between ships, ship owners and various related parties at the port. The main objective of a ship operational agent is to ensure that the ship operational process runs smoothly, efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulations. The Observation Method is an observation step that is carried out by observing daily events or those around you and raising the problem as an object of research. The important thing in observation is recording the results, some areas of observation require detailed recording and you must be ready to record them. Results from observations of ship and goods services by operational agents at PT. Maritime Ark Heritage must be recorded and explained in detail. Conclusions that can be drawn based on the results of Land Project Field Work Practices (PKL – PRODA), are as follows: Process or stages in ship and goods service by operational agents: Notification of ship arrival;, Inspection of ships and ship documents;, Unloading of ammonium nitrate;, Costs or rates for ship services at the port, clean water services, and ship departure procedures.

Abstract

Bakti Sosial merupakan suatu kegiatan dimana dengan adanya kegiatan ini kita dapat merapatkan kekerabatan kita, untuk mewujudkan rasa cinta kasih , rasa saling menolong,rasa saling peduli mahasiswa kepada masyarakat luas yang sedang membutuhkan uluran tangan mereka.Tujuan dari diadakan kegiatan bakti sosial masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan kepedulian dan rasa social terhadap kodisi masyarakat pedesaan yang makin hari makin memprihatinkan, baik dari segi kebutuhan ekonomi maupun dari segi lapangan pekerjaan, terciptanya masyarakat yang peduli terhadap sesama, memberi motivasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesadaran dalam meningkatkan wawasan. Metode pelaksanaan di Aula Lanal Banjarmasin, pada agenda rutin dalam mengumpulkan pendonor darah yang suka rela dalam memberikan darah yang untuk diperlukan di beberapa rumah sakit sebagai stok agar lebih sigap dalam memberikan pelayanan bagi kepentingan bersama, hal ini tentu memudahkan dalam membantu orang lain yang segera membutuhkan darah sesuai yang duperlukan. Seperti pada kegiatan yang telah dilasakanakan Taruna-taruni Akademi Maritim Nusantara Banjarmasin, setelah melaloui proses tahapan dalam syarat pendonoran darah Taruna-taruni siap melaksanakan donor darah untuk masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan tersebut sebagai penganbdian kepada masyarakat atau pun kepedulian kepada kesehatan dan keselamatan pada diri sendiri dan orang lain yang membutuhkan. Pada hasil kegiatan donor darah yang langsung disumbangkan oleh taruna-taruni di Akademi Maritim Nusantara Banjarmasin tersebut, tentu membuahkan hasil bagi pihak rumah sakit yang memnbutuhkan sebagai stok cadangan darah bagi pihak yang terdesak, kegiatan sosial tersebut menjadi rutinitas kegiatan yang diselenggarakan dari Lanal Banjarmasin baik untuk umum maupun yang rela mendonorkan darah untuk kesehatan diri pribadi maupun menyemaltkan kesehatan orang lain sebagai bentuk rasa kasih dan rasa empati kepada manusia. Dengan demikian, pada kegiatgan bakti sosial donor darah tentu akan menjadi rutinitas taruna-taruni beserta dosen maupun staf fbagi yang lulus tahapan untuk siapm di donorkan kepada PMI tersebut.

Abstract

Peran Marine Surveyor dalam On Hire Survey merupakan pemeriksaan kondisi kapal secara detail dan menyeluruh di saat awal kapal akan disewa atau di charter party guna menghindari adanya klaim dari salah satu pihak terkait dalam perjanjian sewa menyewa kapal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran surveyor dalam On Hire Survey Kelayakan Kapal LCT oleh PT. Tribhakti Inspektama Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, metode kualitatif sebagai prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati.  Sumber data yang digunakan terbagi dua yaitu data primer berdasarkan observasi langsung kepada pihak devisi inspeksi perusahaan dan crew kapal dan data sekunder dengan memanfaatkan segala informasi tersaji di PT. Tribhakti Inspektama Banjarmasin. Hasil penelitian ini membahas pelaksanaan peran surveyor dalam On hire survey yang terdapat beberapa tahapan dalam hal inspeksi kapal, yaitu tahap persiapan inspeksi, tahap pelaksanaan inspeksi dan tahap pemenuhan laporan temuan hasil inspeksi sampai dengan diterbitkannya sertifikat On Hire kapal yang menandakan bahwa kapal telah selesai dilakukan proses inspeksi. Abstract The role of the Marine Surveyor in the On Hire Survey is to examine the condition of the ship in detail and thoroughly when the ship is first rented or chartered to avoid claims from any of the parties involved in the ship rental agreement. This research aims to determine the role of surveyors in the On Hire LCT Ship Feasibility Survey by PT. Tribhakti Inspektama Banjarmasin. This type of research uses qualitative methods, qualitative methods are research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior.  The data sources used are divided into two, namely primary data based on direct observation of the company's inspection division and ship crew and secondary data using all the information presented at PT. Tribhakti Inspektama Banjarmasin. The results of this research discuss the implementation of the surveyor's role in the On Hire survey. There are several stages in the case of ship inspection, namely the inspection preparation stage, the inspection implementation stage and the fulfillment stage of the inspection findings report up to the issuance of the ship's On Hire certificate which indicates that the ship has completed the process inspection.

Abstract

The purpose of this literature study is to develop a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can be used for further research in the field of human resource management. The article, a literature review of the implementation of talent management on company sustainability, is a scientific literature article in the field of human resource management. The approach used in this literature review is qualitative and descriptive. The data collection technique is to use a literature study or review relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as Thomson Reuters, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous research, each relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Talent Management affects Company Sustainability; 2) Ability affects Company Sustainability; 3) Assessment affects Company Sustainability; and 4) Mentoring affects Company Sustainability.
