Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya ISSN 2088-5857 (Print) ISSN 2580-7463 (Online) adalah peer-review jurnal akses terbuka yang bertujuan untuk berbagi dan diskusi mengenai isu dan hasil penelitian yang lagi hangat pada saat ini. Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) Universitas Batanghari Jambi, Jurnal ini mencakup bidang ilmu pendidikan dan pengajaran, Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia, Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Pendidikan Sejarah, Pendidikan Ekonomi, Pendidikan Matematika, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya terbit 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan April dan September. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan artikel hasil penelitian tentang pendidikan dan pengajaran, dan artikel yang masuk hendaknya bukan hasil plagiat dan belum dipublikasikan di tempat lain. Artikel akan di review oleh reviewer dan hasilnya akan dikomunikasikan kepada penulis. Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya membuka peluang sebesar-besarnya bagi penulis yang ingin berkontribusi didalamnya sesuai dengan focus dan scope jurnal ini.

State Elementary School 07/X Parit Culum I, Muara Sabak Barat District, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, which consists of 16 teaching staff, in practice, is not optimal and may not even be carried out the same way. This is evidenced by the results of the initial assessment of the cycle, it was obtained that 6 teaching staff were still in poor assessment criteria so that none of the teaching staff had achieved the assessment criteria in a good category. The purpose of the study was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers at the State Elementary School 07/X Parit Culum I, Muara Sabak Barat District. This research is a school action research (School Action Research). This research takes the form of school action research (PTS), namely the ability of the principal in preparing school administration through the implementation of managerial supervision. Cycle I which was carried out for 6 Class Teachers was running effectively, although overall the expected results had not been achieved, because of the 6 Class Teachers there were 2 Class Teachers or 33.3% who stated that their pedagogic competence had increased when compared to the initial conditions before the implementation. pedagogical competency assessment activities are carried out. The implementation of the pedagogical competency assessment activities carried out in Cycle II to 6 Class Teachers went well, overall the expected results have been achieved, because of the 6 Class Teachers, all of them have stated that their pedagogical competence has increased with the GOOD category as many as 3 people or 50% and VERY GOOD as much as 50% or 3 Class Teachers.

This research is qualitative descriptive research with a type of class action research (PTK). Data collection is done with observation sheets and tests of student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to describe the ability to write poetry using participatory methods through image media in students of class X IPA Semester II SMAN 9 Sarolangun School Year 2020/2021 in an effort to improve poetry writing skills. The object of this study is writing poetry. The subjects in this study were students of class X IPA Semester II SMAN 9 Sarolangun School Year 2020/2021. The results of the study from data from 21 students, 18 students (85.7%) have met the completion of learning (school KKM) with an average score above 70 and 3 students (14.3%) who did not meet the completion of learning. If you look at it as a whole, with an average score of 82.14 obtained by students, it is clear that classically learning is complete. This percentage amount shows that the learning process in improving the ability to write poetry using participatory methods by using image media in cycle 2 is already underway to the maximum. Therefore, no further repair cycles are needed.

This study aims to analyze the readiness of the economics lecturers and students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Management, National University of Laos, Laos in providing an economics education via the online application to face the pandemics Covid-19. The approach in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of case study research. The informants of this study were economics lecturers and students, who were selected through the purposive sampling technique. This study indicates that the process of economics students consists of understanding, preparation, instrument tools, and online application relevant cases. This study aims to improve and find the solution to the quality of economics students in facing the pandemics Covid-19. The finding shows that most of the economics lecturers and learners are readiness, well understand and familiar utilizing with the online application.

Education currently has a goal to build students on intelligence abilities in learning so that students can be able to create solutions to problems around them. The most important component in contextual learning to be successful in dealing with a complex world is creativity. Project-based learning models are more effective in increasing students' creativity compared to conventional learning. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of applying project-based learning with the Team Based Learning (TBL) method in increasing student creativity in the visual communication design course. The research method used is descriptive as an evaluation stage. Descriptive analysis is used to describe as an evaluation with creativity qualifications for students who are in charge of visual communication design courses. Project-based learning models in visual communication design courses using the team-based project method can increase student creativity, this is very much needed in today's conditions. Promotions currently tend to be done digitally so that creativity is very supportive to create consumer attraction in conducting marketing communications.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia FKIP Universitas Jambi semester ganjil 2021/2022. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun iklim belajar yang autentik, kolaborartif, dan partisipatif dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran Morfologi Bahasa Indonesia melalui inovasi pembelajaran berbasis Project Based Learning-Case Method (PjBL-CM).Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Research dan Development (R&D). Data penelitiannya berupa rancangan perencanaan pembelajaran PjBL-CM dan implementasinya diobservasi dan dinilai oleh sejawat dengan menggunakan instrument perencanaan dan implementasi pembelajaran PjBL-CM dalam pembelajaran Morfologi Bahasa Indonesia. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan PjBL-CM dirancang sangat baik dengan skor 3,5 dan pengimplementasian PjBL-CMdalam pembelajaran Morfologi Bahasa Indonesia dilaksanakan sangat baik dengan skor 4,0. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Pembelajaran Morfologi Bahasa Indonesia berbasis PjBL-CM dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang autentik, kolaboratif, dan partisipatif dalam memecahkan masalah/kasus nyata Morfologi Bahasa Indonesia untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran mata kuliah (CPMK) dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa Kelompok Belajar I= 85 (A), Kelompok Belajar II=88 (A), Kelompok Belajar III=87 (A), Kelompok Belajar IV=88 (A), dan Kelompok belajar V=90 (A).

This study aims to measure the frequency of verbal bullying and victim empathy, as well as to determine the impact of verbal bullying on victim empathy at SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi. This type of research is quantitative research with ex-post facto methodology. This research was conducted on students of SMPN 7 Muaro Jambi grade VIII a, b, c, and d. Data was taken on October 22, 2021 and obtained by giving a questionnaire or questionnaire to 54 students. The results showed that the percentage for verbal bullying was 58.87% with an occasional frequency. While the percentage for the empathy variable is 62.04% with frequent frequency. The significant value is 0.001 < 0.05 and the t count is 6.277 > 1.674. So it can be concluded that the impact of verbal bullying on victim emphathy has a positive directive.

This study aims to identify and analyze cash management to increase profitability in the Purnama savings and loan cooperative, Puunaha Village, Konawe Regency. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive percentage by describing the Profitability of Own Capital and Economic Profitability.The results of the analysis show that in 2018, the profitability ratio of own capital was 17.96%, then in 2019 it became 20.77% and in 2020 the profitability of own capital became 24.20%. This means that it has increased by an average of 20.97% per year during 2018-2020 with an average level of development reaching 3.12%, so it can be said that the profitability ratio of own capital in the Purnama Loan and Loan cooperative is quite good in terms of these indicators. While the economic profitability ratio in 2018 was 13.98%, this number increased in 2019 by 15.68% (up 1.7%) and in 2020, it reached 18.26%. This means that it has increased by an average of 15.97% per year during 2018-2020, with an average development rate of 2.14% per year. Thus the economic profitability ratio of the Purnama savings and loan cooperatives can be said to be quite good in terms of these indicators.

The purpose of this study was to describe the understanding of mathematical concepts of junior high school students on Relation and Functions based on Honey Mumford Theory. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach and the type of research used is a case study. In this study, there were 24 respondents, then 8 students were selected, representing 2 students from each learning style. The data collection method in this study was a learning style questionnaire LSQ (Learning Style Questionnaire) according to Honey Mumford, written tests and interviews. This study uses reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions into data analysis techniques. The results showed that: 1) Students with an activist learning style when studying tended to like new things so they were less careful with indicators that restated a concept, and did not like activities that took a long time which caused errors in calculating number operations. 2) Reflector learning style students at the time of learning are quite careful and calculating so that they are able to classify objects according to certain properties, but tend to focus on sources of information so that they are not able to present concepts in various forms of mathematical representation and apply concepts to problem solving. 3) Students with theoretical learning styles when learning many considerations and everything depends on theory so they are able to classify objects according to certain properties, but have not been able to present concepts in various forms of mathematical representation. 4) Students with pragmatic learning styles will study the material in detail so that they can restate a concept, but pragmatic students are too centered on sources of information which causes students not to be able to apply concepts or algorithms in problem solving. The conclusion of this study states that each student's learning style will lead to a different understanding of mathematical concepts.

This study aims to obtain information and discuss efforts to improve PKN learning outcomes through the Teams Games Tournament learning model in class IV SDN 173/X Lambur II. This type of research is classroom action research. This research was carried out from July to August in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year for the fourth grade students of SDN 173/X Lambur II. The research subjects were the fourth grade students of SDN 173/X Lambur II, totaling 29 students. Data collection tools in the form of test sheets, observation sheets and documentation. The data analysis technique is in the form of a percentage. This research uses two cycles, starting from planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The results of data analysis show that by applying the Teams Games Tournament type learning model using the act of giving gifts, it can improve PKN learning outcomes in class IV SDN 173/X Lambur II.

The Suku Anak Dalam Jambi are one of the tribes that are still isolated in Jambi Province. In social life, they still believe in the existence of spells. Mantra is a series of words that have certain conditions which are believed to contain supernatural powers and are passed down from generation to generation in various ethnic groups in Indonesia. Likewise for the Anak Dalam Tribe who inhabit the Bukit 12 Sarolangon settlement, Jambi Province. Mantras that are believed by the Suku Anak Dalam (Kubu) community can be a guide in various aspects of their lives. However, in this article, the spells analyzed are limited to subduing and body armor. Mantra is a series of words that have certain conditions which are believed to contain magical powers that are passed down from generation to generation. The mantra that is believed by the Suku Anak Dalam Jambi community is believed to be able to subdue someone and be able to protect themselves. The structure, function, and meaning of mantras in the Suku Anak Dalam Jambi community, both subservient and protective spells, have a free structure, or include free poetry, free rhyme, not bound by stanzas and lines. In addition, it does not make a rhyming sound. The sound of language that arises is only simple, in this case it lacks hearing power that is able to arouse feelings through the five senses of hearing, like a poem. The meanings that arise from the choice of words used are grammatical meanings and use connotative diction.
