This study aims to investigate the practice of green banking on the financial performance of banks with corporate governance mechanisms as a moderating variable. The population in this study is the banking industry that has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020 with the purposive sampling method. With moderated regression analysis, this study found that green banking has an effect on bank performance. Furthermore, for the corporate governance mechanism, namely foreign ownership, the board of commissioners and the audit committee do not moderate the effect of green banking on bank performance.

This study has a purpose, namely to determine the effect of the General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Profit Sharing Fund on the Human Development Index with Capital Expenditure as an Intervening Variable. The population in this study is DAU, DAK, DBH, Capital Expenditure, and HDI in the Regency/City of Central Java Province in 2017-2020. The samples used in this study were 124 samples. The method of sample collection using purposive sampling technique. The statistical method uses multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that DAK has an effect on HDI, while DAU and DBH have no effect on HDI. Furthermore, DAU has an effect on HDI through Capital Expenditures, while DAK and DBH have no effect on HDI through Capital Expenditures.

This study aims to investigate the direct and indirect effects of financial literacy on saving habits with the mediating role of self-control. Data were obtained from 84 small and medium entrepreneurs in Kupang City who were willing to act as respondents. Through a quantitative approach, the data obtained were then analyzed by means of multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy affects saving habits and is mediated by self-control. The practical benefits obtained can be utilized by small and medium-sized entrepreneurs to increase their ability to save.

Konsep good governance melibatkan 3 pelaku utama yaitu pemerintah, sektor swasta dan masyarakat madani, dengan peran dan fungsi masing-masing. Dalam penerapan dan perwujudannya merupakan tanggung jawab sepenuhnya kepada pemerintah artinya tugas pertama ada dipundak pemerintah, sedangkan peran swasta dan masyarakat adalah pendukung dan bagian sinergisasi tanggung jawab tersebut. Partisipasi masyarakat sebagai salah satu pilar good governance dalam pembangunan sangat luas. Pemantapan peran serta atau partisipasi masyarakat bisa dilakukan dengan cara pelembagaan (institusionalisasi peran) peran serta masyarakat. Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan dalam pelembagaan peran adalah dengan memberi legitimasi terhadap peran serta tersebut melalui aturan hukum, karena hukum dipandang sebagai pembangun kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Selain itu juga hukum merupakan salah satu perwujudan azas rule of law dalam konsep good governance.

In the modern era, there are still many frauds in various business activities, one of which is in companies. Therefore, it is necessary to report fraud ( whistleblowing) to minimize fraud in the company. There are several factors that influence individual actions to carry out whistleblowing , namely attitude factors, behavioral control and professional commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attitude, behavioral control and professional commitment on whistleblowing. The method of determining the sample is non-probability sampling with type of purposive sampling. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that attitudes, behavioral control and professional commitment have a positive effect on whistleblowing intentions. This means that the higher the attitude, behavioral control and professional commitment, the higher the accountant's intention to do whistleblowing.

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the workforce in the tourism industry. This has resulted in tourism students as the future workforce of the tourism industry being forced to consider career plans. The uncertain situation causes uncertainty in the perception of students' careers. Therefore, the authors wanted to compare the perceptions of students concentrating on tourism management during and after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative method approach and used an online qualitative survey. The results showed that there were differences in student career perceptions during and after the pandemic. The pandemic has had an impact on the tourism industry workforce. The work environment is required to implement health protocols, decrease salaries and benefits, and the workforce requires more skills and competencies such as foreign language and IT skills. After the pandemic, the work environment in the tourism industry returns to normal. Salaries and benefits continue to increase. The competencies and skills needed include communication, foreign language skills, digital technology, and high dedication to advancing the tourism industry. Career support is needed by students from campus in the form of holding Field Work Lectures, holding workshops to prepare for entering the world of work, and building an entrepreneur center.

The purpose of this study is to find potential sectors owned by the region and to determine the effect of the basic and non-base sectors on economic growth in Blitar and Tulungagung districts. Including quantitative descriptive research and using secondary data. Analysis technique with Location Quotient, Shift Share, Klassen Typology, and Multiple Linear Regression. The data used are Gross Regional Domestic Product at Constant Prices in 2013 to 2020 Blitar Regency, Tulunggagung Regency and East Java Province, Economic growth rate in 2013-2020 Blitar Regency and Tulungagung Regency. The results of this study are that Blitar Regency has a trade sector and transportation sector as one of the potential sectors and Tulungagung Regency has a processing industry sector and a water supply, waste management, waste and recycling sector. The basic and non-base sectors have a positive and significant impact on economic growth in the two districts. Through this study, it helps the government to pay more attention to the potential sectors owned by the region and to maximize its economic development.

This study aims to analyze the effect of product market competition on audit fees with auditor industry specialization as a moderating variable. The Existing theory places two contradictory predictions about the relationship between product market competition and audit fees. On the one hand, product market competition can reduce agency problems, but on the other hand product market competition can increase auditors' assessment of business risk. By using data from the financial statements of basic and chemical industry sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020, 180 companies were obtained using the probability method as a research sample. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques to analyze the data. The results show that product market competition has a significant positive effect on audit fees and auditor industry specialization has a significant negative effect or strengthens the relationship between product market competition and audit fees. In other words, industry specialization auditors charge lower audit fees even in a competitive market.

This study aims to evaluate whether the implementation of Siskeudes in villages/states in Ambon City has been running effectively, and analyzes the impact of implementing Siskeudes on villages/states in Ambon City. The conceptual framework in this study uses the effectiveness theory of Walter Jack Duncan (1981) by using indicators achievement of goals, integration and adaptation are parameters to evaluate the implementation of Siskeudes in Ambon City. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of Siskeudes in 30 villages/countries in Ambon City had been implemented well. Village financial management runs according to its procedures and provisions. Around 25 villages/countries are Leahari Country, Hutumuri Country, Rutong Country, Refinery Country, Hatalai Country, Ema Country, Hukurila Country, Naku Country, Latuhalat Country, Nusaniwe Country, Seilale Country, Urimesseng Country, Batu Merah Country, Soya Country, Village Latta, Nania Village, Waiheru Village, Halong Country, Hatiwe Besar Country, Laha Country, Rumah Tiga, Tawiri Country, Hunuth Village, Poka Village, Wayame Village have implemented village financial management procedures in an orderly and budgetary discipline. And 5 other villages, namely Negeri Amahusu, Negeri Passo, Small Hative Country, Galala Village and Negeri Lama Village, are still in the process of improving financial management to be better. In general, the implementation of Siskeudes in 30 villages/countries in Ambon City has a very positive impact, which is able to improve the performance of village financial management. It is proven that 25 villages/countries have been able to implement the Siskeudes Application although there are still many shortcomings that must be corrected. The application of Siskeudes has proven to be able to assist village officials in timely financial reporting and accountability; make the village financial management process more transparent, accountable and participatory, as well as more orderly and budgetary discipline. The Siskeudes application helps village officials in the village financial management process from the planning, implementation, administration, to reporting stages. This application is considered easy to use and has adapted to follow the development of village financial accounting principles.

At the beginning of 2019 the world was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in the paralysis of the economy of people around the world, including Indonesia. The government's policy to overcome this epidemic was to limit community activities (lockdown). paralyzed in all sectors. The Covid-19 pandemic has damaged the economic order of the people of Central Aceh district. Likewise, Kampung Asir-Asir Asia, one of the villages in Lut Tawar District, was also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Asir-Asir Asia Village is located at the foot of the Leweng hill extending along the Lut Tawar Lake. The livelihoods of the people here are mostly trading and entrepreneurship. , many of these communities are no longer able to continue their business until they really expect government assistance both from social assistance and other assistance that can lighten their burden a little. The dharma of higher education is expected to be able to provide solutions to the problems that are being faced by the Asir-Asir Asian community. This year's White Elephant University Real Work Lecture has the theme KKN-Thematic. We, from one of the field supervisors, want to strengthen the community's economy. This study aims to revive the economy of the community affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic through community empowerment in the field of creative economic production and designing business models and business plans as well as marketing expansion by utilizing degitalization so that people immediately rise from the crush of a prolonged pandemic.
