Previous empirical studies that examined the relationship between education and poverty showed many contradictory results. Therefore, this study tries to include Per capita income as a mediating variable. The purpose of this study is to examine whether per capita income is able to mediate between education and poverty in Aceh Province. The data used in this study is secondary data with the period 2010-2021. To analyze the data, the method used is Path Analysis. The results showed that education was able to directly affect the poverty rate in the province of Aceh by 84.2%. Partially per capita income is able to mediate the relationship between education and poverty, this means it is important to improve the quality of the population by improving the quality of education, so that the population will be better able to increase income which will ultimately have an impact on reducing poverty.

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of variable work stress and workload partially and simultaneously affect the learning achievements of students management class of 2016-2021. This research is quantitative research. Samples taken in this study from a population of 75. In this study the method used in the sample technique is proportional stratified random sampling.The primary data used in the study is through filling out questionnaires and surveys directly on the research object. Secondary data in this study was obtained from books, journals and websites. The results of this study showed that variables of work stress and workload partially had a positive effect on learning achievement. As well as simultaneously variable work stress and workload have a positive effect on learning achievement. So to improve learning achievement students must have confidence and motivation that encourages to continue to strive with their ability to achieve achievements.

This study is titled "The Influence of Regional Independence, Solvency, Level of Capital Outlay on Financial Distress During the Covid-19 Pandemic Through Population As Moderation in Regency and City Governments in Papua Province in 2019-2020". In this study, the number of residents as a moderation of the three variables. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of regional independence, solvency, and the level of capital outlay on financial distress in the Regency and City governments of Papua Province in 2019-2020. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study was 29 regencies and cities in Papua Province in the Fiscal Year 2019-2020. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. For data analysis methods using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study showed that regional independence and the level of capital outlay had a significant effect on financial distress, while solvency had no significant effect on financial distress. The results of the moderation test showed that the number of residents affected regional independence and the level of capital outlay against financial distress while the number of residents did not affect solvency to financial distress.

This study aims to analyze and seek empirical evidence regarding investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy, profitability, and the size of the board of commissioners on firm value. The population in this study is the food and beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020. By using purposive addition, the sample used in this study were 11 companies in the food and beverages sub-sector. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software. The results found that investment decisions and the size of the board of commissioners had a significant effect on firm value with a sig value. respectively (0.000 < 0.05) and (0.006 < 0.05). Meanwhile, investment decisions, dividend policy, and profitability were found to have no significant effect on firm value with a sig value. each of (0.859 > 0.05); (0.180 > 0.05); and (0.986 > 0.05).

In the current era of globalization, shipping service companies have experienced a rapid increase. This is caused by several factors, one of which is the increasing interest in shopping through electronic markets or commonly referred to as e-commerce. Therefore, this study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of online tracking system facilities, on time delivery, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction. The population referred to in this study are customers who use the services of J&T Express Karanganyar. The sample in this study used 100 respondents who were customers or service users of J&T Express Karanganyar. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21 software. The results of the study found that on time delivery and service quality affect customer satisfaction J&T Express Karanganyar with a sig value. respectively (0.001 < 0.05) and (0.008 < 0.05). Meanwhile, online tracking system facilities and prices have no effect on J&T Express Karanganyar customer satisfaction with a sig value. respectively (0.393 > 0.05) and (0.653 > 0.05).

The Indonesia Digital Popular Brand Index survey concluded that Kanzler sausage is very popular with millennials because it is able to compete with 13 other well-known sausage brands. This study aims to analyze and look for empirical evidence regarding the effect of halal labeling, price, promotion, taste, and brand image on the purchasing decision of kanzler sausage by the millennial generation. This research is a quantitative research using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this research is Kanzler sausage consumers who are Indomaret Sragen customers. Samples were taken using the methodconvenience sampling.As well as multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the help of software SPSS 25. The results of this study found that the price and brand image variables had a partial effect on the purchasing decision of kanzler sausage by the millennial generation, while the halal labeling, promotion, and taste variables had no partial effect on the purchasing decision of kanzler sausage by the millennial generation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of public relations in the marketing management of educator services at MA Almu'awwanah Pamulutan Ogan Ilir, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Primary data sources consist of vice-principals in public relations, school principals, and public relations staff. Secondary data sources are documentation and observation data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the role of public relations in the marketing management of educational services is, 1) participating in the implementation; 2) all parties communicate with each other and provide feedback; 3) evaluation is always carried out on each implementation of the marketing management of educational services through regular meetings. Factors that support the marketing management of educational services, namely 1) school achievement; 2) community interest; 3) supportive school leaders; and 4) strategic school location. Inhibiting factors, namely 1) lack of human resources; and 2) competition with other schools.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial performance, operational performance on climate change disclosure and firm value. The population in this study consisted of companies that are members of LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples were taken using purposive sampling method. This study uses multiple regression analysis for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that financial performance and operational performance have a significant positive effect on climate change disclosure. And only financial performance and climate change disclosure have a significant positive effect on firm value.

The reason of this study became to decide the center of economic growth and to identify sectoral economic interactions in the Golden Triangle Region (Lamongan, Tuban and Bojonegoro Regencies). The analytical tools used are scalogram analysis, shift-share and gravity analysis. The effets of the scalogram analysis display that Bojonegoro Regency is the center of growth, with the number of facility units being 1969. Based at the effects of the shift-share evaluation calculating, it is found that Lamongan Regency has the highest competitive advantage, namely the manufacturing sector has differential shift calculation of 662289.02 and makes the processing industry has the best value compared to other elements. Bojonegoro Regency has the highest competitive advantage, namely the mining and quarrying region, with fee of 6287922.64, Tuban Regency with the highest competitive advantage is the agriculture, forestry and fishery sector with value of 91334.11. And base totally at the calculation of gravity evaluation, it indicates that the very best attractiveness is between Bojonegoro Regency and Lamongan Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on the performance of Islamic banks in an Islamic perspective which provides benefits for companies to provide ideas about applying the variables in this study so as to improve the performance of Islamic banks in the future. The population and this research are Islamic commercial banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) with a sample of 12 banks from 2012-2020. ICSR disclosures are prepared using AAOIFI standards which have 8 indicators and 78 disclosures, while bank performance is measured by Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). Of the 8 indicators in this study, ethical behavior, management, sharia compliance, research, development and training have an effect on bank performance, while products and services, environment, employees, and social activities have no effect on Islamic bank performance.
