Abstract

Food problems in Indonesia are very complicated, one of which is the consumption of vegetables. In Indonesia, vegetable consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic decreased and was still very minimal in the context of balanced nutrition both in rural and urban areas. The purpose of this research is to analyze what factors influence household vegetable consumption in Batu City and to analyze price elasticity and household income in Batu City. This study uses secondary data, namely Susenas data taken in 2020 and analyzed using the Linear Approximate Almost Ideal Demand Systemd (LA/AIDS) analysis method. based on the results of the study, the income elasticity showed that mustard, cabbage and eggplant commodities were inferior because for every 1% increase in income, the demand for mustard commodities would increase by 1.0297009%, cabbage commodities by 1.0625697% and eggplant commodities by 1.4415742%. Spinach commodity is inelastic with a value of 0.6216271% and is a normal item because this commodity is a daily necessity that can be consumed by all people and the price is relatively cheap compared to other vegetable commodities.

Abstract

Stock returns had a significant impact on investors and companies, stock returns were used as a measure of company performance by investors to invest in companies in the stock market. This study aims to determine the effect of CSR disclosure, company size, liquidity, leverage, and profitability on stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. The sample of this study consisted of a unit analysis of 351 companies that met the criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the hypothesis testing indicated that profitability has an effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, CSR disclosure, firm size, liquidity, and leverage have no effect on stock returns

Abstract

Going concern audit opinion is important information for users of financial statements, especially for investors who make decisions in investing because this is a warning that there are indications that the company will go bankrupt. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that can affect the provision of going concern audit opinions using indicators of company growth, debt default, liquidity and opinion shopping in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. This study uses quantitative methods. The purposive sampling technique used in this study was to obtain a sample of 34 companies or 170 data samples. The analytical method of this research is logistic regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistic software version 25. Data collection uses secondary data sources from the annual financial statements of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Based on the results of this study, company growth, debt default, liquidity and opinion shopping have a simultaneous effect on the provision of going concern audit opinions. Partially, liquidity has a negative effect on going concern audit opinion. Company growth, debt default and opinion shopping have no partial effect on going concern audit opinion. Based on these results, investors are advised to pay attention to the level of liquidity or the company's ability to meet its short-term obligations to minimize the risk of indications of bankruptcy before investing in investing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction and job satisfaction on employee performance in the study at Bank BRI Persero, Ternate Branch. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in the study on the effect of customer satisfaction and job satisfaction on employeeperformance in the study at Bank BRI Persero Ternate Branch. The number of samples used as many as 129 respondents. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data sourced from questionnaires, interviews and observations which were distributed directly to Bank BRI Persero Ternate Branch, as well as using the SPSS 22 program assistance tool. The results of this study indicate that partially the Customer Statisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the Job Statisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the variables of Customer Statisfaction and Job Statisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Bank BRI Persero Ternate Branch. Abstract

Increasing consumer satisfaction with purchases is the ultimate goal of endeavor in the culinary business. This study aims to identify whether a tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, anssurance, and empathy can affect the level of consumer satisfaction at Café One Elevent Dealer Grobogan. The authors took a sample of 140 respondents of quantative and descriptive methods, which described the relationships between the phenomena studied systematically, factually and accurately. In data processing and analysis, the author uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method using the SmartPLS 3 application. The results in this study that partially all variables of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, anssurance, and empathy have a positive effect and significance on customer satisfaction of Café One Eleven Caffeine Dealer, with a fit model fit of 77%. The results in choosing the contribution of efficiency of this study there are factors or methods to the culinary business unit to increase consumer satisfaction of the culinary business.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to see the effect of product quality, service quality, and promotion on customer satisfaction at The Langham Hotel Jakarta. The population of this research are customers of The Langham Hotel Jakarta who have had a stay experience totaling 100 customers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula. The study was conducted on 100 respondents using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method with the SmartPLS 3 application. This research was conducted using quantitative and descriptive methods, describing the relationship between phenomena studied in a systematic, factual and accurate manner. positively but not significantly on customer satisfaction while for other variables namely service quality and promotion a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at The Langham Hotel Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of product quality, price perception, and service quality to improve purchasing decisions on Cheese Chicken Taman Palem. The author took a sample of 130 respondents using the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method using the SmartPLS 3 application. This research was conducted using quantitative and descriptive methods, describing the relationship between phenomena studied systematically, factually and accurately. The population in this study are consumers who have visited and purchased Cheese Chicken Palem products in the last 3 months, respondents are domiciled in Jakarta. Based on the results of the study, it is known that all product quality variables, price perceptions and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on Cheese Chicken Palem as a whole, with a 70% compatibility research model (Model Fit). The results of this study contribute to efficiency in choosing factors or methods of this business unit to improve consumer purchasing decisions in the culinary business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of self-efficacy on professionalism which is positive and significant for members of the Regional Police in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, 2) the influence of self-efficacy on professionalism which is significant with subjective well-being as a control variable on members of the Regional Police in the Special Region Yogyakarta. The sample are 259 respondents. The data collection method uses a self-efficacy scale, a professionalism scale, and a subjective well-being scale. Data analysis used bivariate analysis and partial analysis. The results found 1) there is a positive influence between self-efficacy and professionalism of members Regional Police with a correlation coefficient of 0.645 and a Sig. value of 0.00, 2) there is a significant influence of self-efficacy on professionalism with subjective well-being as a control variable in the number of members of the Regional Police in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is 0.437 which is located at the interval of 0.41 – 0.70 in the "Strong" category with a p value of <0.05.

Abstract

Currently, the business environment is moving very fast and dynamic in a short time resulting in increasingly fierce competition, as well as retaining loyal customers, one of which is BPR which is currently spreading rapidly, resulting in very tight and challenging competition. One of them is competition in product diversity where each BPR has different products so that it can attract the attention of customers who save or make deposits. However, the quality of service is very important for customers to keep saving in the long term. As a financial institution that relies on the interest rates offered by banks, it will affect deposit customer satisfaction so that customers feel safe and comfortable during transactions. In the banking world, many competitors influence each other, including service quality, interest rates and customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the quality of service, interest rates affect customer satisfaction deposits at BPR Dana Central Mulia. The research design used is causality research related to a quantitative approach. The sample was determined using probability sampling as many as 105 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS version 25 program. The results obtained were t count service quality 3,492, interest rate 5,996, each sig zero compared to t table 1,983 then t count > t table, for the f count test 64,449 > f table 3.09 concluded that service quality and interest rates have a significant and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction on deposits at BPR Dana Central Mulia Batam.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze work stress, workload, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Daiyaplas Semarang. This sampling method uses a random sample technique and the number of samples in this study is 100 employees. The data used is primary data. Data obtained directly from PT. Daiyaplas Semarang through the questionnaire method. The primary data was then processed and analyzed using SPSS 21. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work stress has a negative and significant effect on performance, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
