The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of utilization, influence and determine the pattern of village income management in Kuantan Singingi Regency, the efforts and strategies undertaken to increase village income in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data Collection Techniques: Documentation. Methods of Data Analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the very effective PADesa of Kuantan Singingi Regency is caused by the realization of PADesa of Kuantan Singingi Regency which tends to reach the target and continues to increase. The cause of the realization of the Aid Fund and Revenue Sharing Fund never reaching the target of realizing village income was caused by several factors, the influence of village income on the achievement of the developing village index showed a significant 0.23 > 0.05, that Fcount > Ftable i.e. Fcount 0.23 > Ftable 0.05. Efforts made to increase the realization of aid funds and profit-sharing funds in Kuantan Singingi Regency included making several breakthroughs through several innovations but the efforts made were unable to increase the realization of aid funds and profit-sharing funds, this was due to the efforts made by planning , implementation, accountability and reporting, the Kuantan Singingi Regency government can provide rewards and sanctions if the realization targets that have been set are not achieved.

PT. Kencana Andalan Nusanatara is one of the companies engaged in the development of oil palm. For the office of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara Medan itself is located on Jalan Cemara No.3, Medan. PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara Medan also has 42 employees. Decreased employee productivity causes employees to be unable to work effectively and efficiently in providing optimal work results to the company. Superiors are considered unable to make good decisions when needed by their subordinates and make subordinates have to spend time waiting for directions from superiors. Strict supervision and care in order to make employee expenses efficient makes it difficult for employees to work. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 42 employees with a sampling technique using a saturated sample. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of leadership style and facilities on the work productivity of employees of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. While partially found leadership style variables have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. Partially it was found that the facility variable had a significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara. The results of this study indicate that the facility variable has more influence than the leadership style on the work productivity of PT. Kencana Andalan Nusantara.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of allocating the education expenditure budget in the Kuantan Singingi District Budget on improving the quality of human development in the education sector, to find out what factors cause the low growth of the quality of human development in the Education sector in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection techniques: documentation. The Data Analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously education expenditure consisting of employee expenditure, goods and services expenditure and capital expenditure had a significant effect on the quality of human development in the education sector. Partially only spending on goods and services has a significant effect on the quality of human development in the education sector. Factors that cause the low growth of the quality of human development in the education sector are due to the disproportionate distribution of the education expenditure budget, the small expenditure on goods and services while what has a significant effect on the growth of the quality of human development in the education sector is precisely only spending on goods and services. Efforts made to improve the quality of human development in the education sector in Kuantan Singingi Regency include increasing the education expenditure budget in the regional budget every year, allocating proportional education spending and further increasing the expenditure on goods and services because it affects improving the quality of human development in the education sector.

The purpose of this study was to determine the potential and contribution of the Regional Wealth Usage Retribution in Kuantan Singingi Regency in preparing a comprehensive and more realistic budget plan. know the management of wealth which includes procurement, utilization, maintenance and supervision in optimizing the acceptance of the Retribution for the Use of Regional Wealth, the factors that affect the realization of the Retribution for the Use of Regional Wealth in Kuantan Regency. Data collection technique : Observation, Interview, Questionnaire, Documentation. Methods of data analysis using quantitative descriptive. The results of the study show Potential Retribution for Use of Regional Wealth in Kuantan Singing Regency land use of 298,638,310.86, the use of the building is Rp. 355,368,183.33 and use of vehicles/heavy equipment 2,729,160,000,-. While the contribution of land use is 0.60%, for building use 2.74% and for use of vehicles/heavy equipment is 9.54%. Based on the criteria, the contribution is still very low compared to other PAD sources. Management of regional wealth which includes procurement, utilization, maintenance and supervision in optimizing the acceptance of the Retribution for the Use of Regional Assets together (simultaneously) variable planning (X1), maintenance and supervision variables (X2), and utilization (X3) have a significant effect on the retribution variable for the use of regional wealth. The management of regional property is good, but it needs to be optimized again so that planning, maintenance and supervision as well as its utilization can make a major contribution in increasing regional original income sourced from retribution for the use of regional assets.

No one can know what will happen in the future, so we must make preparations to meet the needs of life in the future. Efforts that can be made to meet the needs of life for sustainability and to maintain life is to invest. Investment is an effort to develop assets owned as allowed in Islamic teachings. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of investment in the perspective of the Qur'an. In this study using qualitative methods through library research. The study of interpretation uses the maudhu'i approach. According to the research that has been done, it can be stated that the investment listed in the Qur'an and Hadith is a muamalah activity that is allowed as long as there is no violation in accordance with the rules of Islamic law. The findings show that there are several verses of the Qur'an relating to investment. The existence of investment activity means delaying consuming or using assets that are currently owned by developing and managing these assets in preparation for meeting future needs. As stated in the holy verse of the Qur'an Surah Yusuf/12:47-49, that the wealth we have should not be spent but the wealth must be managed again in order to prepare for life in the future. The study of Work Discipline and Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The method in this research is quantitative descriptive method processed with multiple linear analysis which is used to test work discipline and motivation whether or not it affects employee performance. The number of samples in this study amounted to 52 people. At a significance level of 61.3%, it can be concluded that the independent variables (Performance Discipline and Motivation) used in the model affect the dependent variable (Employee Performance).

For more than two years, Bengkalis Regency has become an autonomous region, but it has not been able to independently from the financial aspect to run the wheels of government. Characterized by the small contribution of PAD to APBD and still high dependence on the Balance Fund from the central government. This research aims to find out how the effect of balance funds and local native income on the capital expenditure of Bengkalis Regency. The population in this study is the Budget Realization Report (LRA) of Bengkalis Regency in 2012-2021, the sampling technique used is census. Data is processed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that the balance fund had no effect on capital expenditures. This is due to the lack of optimal use of regional budgets, where the amount of silpa funds every year. This silpa fund, shows the weakness of the Local Government in the absorption of budgets for activities that support the economic improvement of the community so that the large funds cannot be realized in the form of capital expenditure optimally. The original income of the region has a negative but insignificant effect on capital expenditure. This is due to the low realization of PAD so as to reduce capital expenditure. Where PAD as one of the sources of regional revenue will determine the size/small capital expenditure.

The rapid growth of active social media users in Indonesia is one of the factors for changing the approach to marketing strategy. How marketers attract consumers' attention is an important point, one of which is through conversational marketing to get customer engagement. This study aims to analyze the content of the Matchday on 30 January 2020 to 16 July 2021 on Instagram @preppstudio. This study uses a netnographic method and the data collection is done through online observation. The results of this study are content in the form of videos, images, Instagram Stories, Reels, direct messages, and each feature becomes a support in monitoring and finding interests that can be a way to stay and increase engagement. From the results of the analysis of existing data by connecting the theory used, the formation and improvement of customer engagement with the application of conversational marketing is quite successful.

The purpose of this article is to examine wether the relate variable, namely work environment and communication, have relevant influence employee performance at PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam and work environment and communication simultaneouly affect employee performance at PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam. In this research, the formula use a descriptive quantitatve though interview and survey method, accumulate primary and secondary data and disseminate questionary to a sample of 115 employees of PT Simatelex Manufactory Batam. The measuring instrument use is a measuring instrument called the Likert scale. To verify the results of the analysis, the author use descriptive statistical methods, data quality test, influence test and hypothesis. To calculate all the data, the researcher used the statistical software SPSS 25. The results of the T test showed that the work environment variable had a significant effect on employee performance, and the communication variable had a significant effect on employee performance. While the results of the F test show the variable of the work environment and communication simultaneouly have a positive and significan effect on employee performance.

Investors in Indonesian Capital Market increased by 56% throughout 2020. Things that must be considered in increasing investors is improving the quality of investors, so investors understand the investment instruments collected both from a fundamental and technical perspective. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance and dividend policy on firm value in companies listed on LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2010-2020 period. 12 companies listed in LQ45 were selected as samples using purposive sampling over a period of 11 years so the number of observations was 132 data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, leverage and dividend policy have no effect on firm value. Simultaneously variables of profitability, liquidity, leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on the firm value.
