Abstract

Learning media is a means of delivering subject matter that can channel messages, stimulate thoughts and feelings and a person's willingness to learn. This is where the need for education from an early age, which is based on Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, states that early childhood education is one of the coaching efforts aimed at children from birth to 6 years. Awareness of the importance of mastering foreign languages, especially English in the current information age, has led to efforts to learn these languages from an early age. Therefore, this study aims to provide an alternative solution in early childhood learning media using marker based augmented reality technology. Making this application using Unity and Vuforia. Development for this software uses the Waterfall method. By utilizing AR technology supported by animation, images and sounds can attract children's interest in learning. The results of the tests that have been carried out through black box testing and pre-test and post-test that have been carried out by the correspondent show the results that the percentage figure is 100% which can be concluded that all features can run well based on their functions. The results obtained during the pre-test get an average of 48 while the post-test results have increased by getting an average of 97.5 which shows that the alternative application of English learning media is fun and very suitable for use by users as an effective and efficient learning medium. and of course interesting

Abstract

The results of a study conducted by the Center for the Study of Child Protection (PUSKAPA) at the University of Indonesia noted that 40 million Indonesian children were born without a civil registration, so they do not have a legal identity and have difficulty accessing basic services. The government in protecting and prospering children issued Ministerial Regulation Number 2 of 2016 concerning Child Identity Cards (KIA). The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Child Identity Card program through the use of the Population Administration Information System (SIAK) in the Cimahi City Government and the obstacles encountered in its implementation. Since the existence of the Child Identity Card program, the City of Cimahi has been appointed as one of the first fifty regencies/cities to implement the program. Until now, the implementation of the Child Identity Card program carried out at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Cimahi City has been carried out well. Although in its implementation there are still obstacles. These obstacles are: 1) Lack of public awareness of the City of Cimahi on the importance of having a KIA, 2) Errors in inputting NIK in the SIAK application by operators when printing KIA, 3) Lack of public understanding of service procedures at the Disdukcapil Cimahi City which has switched to online-based services using the website and application of Sipade and Sibenda Cimahi City. After the research has been carried out, the efforts that can be made in order to increase the ownership of KIA in Cimahi City are: 1) Activities to accelerate the issuance of KIA, 2) Re-checking the NIK that has been inputted, 3) Providing understanding to residents about service procedures at the Cimahi City Disdukcapil which has been based on digital.

Abstract

Covid-19 or 2019 corona desease 2019 was first discovered in wuhan China in 2019, to this day the corona virus case continues worldwide. In Indonesia the covid-19 deployment case is not yet complete. One of the areas affected by the pandemic was the riau province. The covid 19 in the province of riau was itself quite high, even being designated as a red zone by the covid-19 task force. Governments continue to seek to reduce the spread of the virus, but one is by conducting a central government guide to vaccination. The purpose of this research is to predict the success of governments in vaccination. Data processing is prepocessing data and validating, then predictions are made. The result of this research is that in the next 1 month the forecast will drop. This is due to an 8.1 % drop in mortality and an 88.7 % rise in mortality. This means that the efforts of riau's provincial government in suppressing covid-9 cases with the vaccination movement have been successful

Abstract

The Developing Village Index (Indeks Desa Membangun) is a composite index compiled based on three indices, namely the Social Resilience Index, the Economic Resilience Index and the Village Ecological Index. Based on the Developing Village Index, there are 5 classifications of villages, namely Independent Villages, Developed Villages, Developing Villages, Underdeveloped Villages, and Very Underdeveloped Villages. In line with that, the Central Statistics Agency also issued a Village Development Index (Indeks Pembangunan Desa) to show the classification of the village. This study aims to determine village clustering using the K-Means Algorithm on the 2020 Village Potential (Podes) data, especially on the economic dimension. K-Means is a non-hierarchical data clustering method that can partition data into two or more groups. The number of clusters is determined based on the number of The Developing Village Index statuses, which are 5 clusters. The results of 6 iterations of calculations using the K-Means algorithm show that cluster 1 is grouped into the status of Very Underdeveloped Villages as many as 8 Villages. Then in cluster 2 it is grouped as Underdeveloped Villages as many as 3 Villages. Furthermore, in cluster 3, it is grouped as Developing Villages as many as 83,987 Villages. In cluster 4, they are grouped as Developed Villages as many as 24 Villages. Then in cluster 5 it is grouped as Independent Villages as many as 16 Villages

Abstract

The rapid development of technology covers many fields that are interconnected with each other, especially in the field of education where when a technology is applied, the learning process is not only limited to between teachers and students but students can access learning through various media. The lack of learning systems still use traditional methods, giving the impression of being bored. From the problems that occur causing a lack of knowledge of children about Sundanese script, due to lack of knowledge in recognizing Sundanese script can result in the loss of regional languages in Indonesia because there are too many elements of language and culture from outside. By making Sundanese script educational games using the ADDIE method, in order to introduce new technology to recognize Sundanese characters. An Android-based educational game that can be used anywhere and anytime and eliminates boredom during the learning process. The results of the research evaluation with the whitebox and blackbox testing process. Whitebox testing is carried out for game use paths, in the blackbox testing process it meets the requirements where tools, buttons can work well. The results of processing the questionnaire data obtained the percentage of attitude toward behavior (X1) of 87%, subjective norms (X2) of 89%, behavioral intention (X3) of 94%, and behavior (Y1) of 91% of the 30 respondents. From this percentage, it can be concluded that this application is able to increase student interest in learning so that it can increase the knowledge of students at SMPN 7 Cirebon City.

Abstract

Smart Campus is a trend nowadays that allows educational institutions to make various breakthroughs, one of which is combining smart technology with infrastructure to get services, decisions, and sustainability.  The research aims to determine the aspects that will be the priority of several components towards or get priority rankings for implementation towards a smart campus. The priority measurement of several smart campus components uses the AHP model which is able to compare and evaluate several scales. The comparison process is carried out using a rating scale based on the point of view of one of the top management on campus as a stakeholder. The methods used are literature study, questionnaire distribution, scale calculation, and priority scale recommendations. The results showed that the calculation of the criteria matrix and alternative matrices were able to produce value ratings, the People Management System aspect became the first priority alternative by 31%. The abstraction level approach can be calculated using the AHP model to get the priority scale for smart campus development

Abstract

Eggs are one of the food needs that have high enough nutrition and are the main needs for the community. Therefore, chicken eggs consumed by the community must have good quality so that they are safe and useful when consumed by the community. According to SNI 3926:2008, the quality of eggs is divided into 3, namely quality I, quality II and quality III in terms of external and internal conditions. In this study, a classification was carried out to determine the quality of chicken eggs based on the cleanliness of the shell using a machine learning approach. Several methods in machine learning such as KNN, Naïve Bayes, Decision Tree and SVM are used to classify chicken egg quality based on shell cleanliness. The stages in this research include data acquisition, preprocessing, feature extraction, modeling and model evaluation. A total of 90 chicken egg image data were used in this study with a total of 30 images in each of each quality. In the preprocessing stage, filtering and conversion of images to grayscle images is carried out. To get the texture features of the chicken egg image, feature extraction is carried out using first and second order statistical calculations. The results of feature extraction obtained mean, skewness variance, kurtosis, entropy, Angular Second Moment (ASM), contrast, correlation variance, inverse different moment, entropy. These feature values are then partitioned into training data and test data. A total of 3 experiments were carried out to perform classification, namely the composition of the comparison of training data and test data. Three experiments were carried out by varying the ratio of the amount of training data and test data as much as 70%: 30%; 75%:25% and 80%:20%. The next stage is classification using several methods in machine learning, namely KNN, Naive Bayes, Decision Tree and SVM. The method that produces the best accuracy is KNN and Decision Tree with an accuracy of 96% with a comparison composition of training data and test data of 70%: 30% and 75%: 25%.

Implementation of Village Digitization is a program that is currently being pushed by the central government to advance village governments in developing governance and services provided to the community, this also encourages Pagerwangi Village in West Bandung Regency to be able to carry out village digitization. The program implemented by the Pagerwangi Village Government is a village administration service system in collaboration with the Village Development Study Center which aims to make it easier for the community to receive services provided by the village government, one form of the village administration service system designed by the Pagerwangi village government. related to correspondence needed by the community in the hope of being more affective and efficient than the previous service. The village administration service system is currently still in the drafting process because there are still some shortcomings and obstacles faced so that it takes time to be applied to the community

Abstract

A warehouse to store goods requires parameters related to humidity and temperature. For rice to be durable in the warehouse, it is necessary to control and monitor these conditions to reduce the level of damage to rice. However, control and supervision must be carried out continuously, which results in a group of efficiency in terms of cost and time. The operator can do some control techniques by looking directly at and controlling by turning the heating or cooling machine on and off to condition the room with the settings. In this study, the implementation of SCADA was carried out by making a prototype of a temperature and humidity monitoring system in a warehouse using the AHT10 sensor. Temperature and humidity data can be stored in a computer used as a reference for controlling and analysing rice resistance in warehouses. As a reference, the stored rice is Bulog rice stored in a warehouse with temperature requirements not below 28 C and humidity not exceeding 55% based on references from previous studies. The system is equipped with fan PID control to lower the humidity and raise the temperature according to a set target. Using tuning with the Ziegler-Nichols method, the value of Kp 14.88 Ki 0.2976 Kd 186 is obtained at the temperature control, and the importance of Kp is 16.56 Ki 0.3312 Kd 207, and the error rate at temperature readings is 0.10096%, and humidity is 0.138%.

Abstract

Android is one of the largest mobile operating system platforms today. In the midst of the rapid development of android application technology, many programmers have not learned how to make android applications, evidenced by the number of websites that have adapted to the android application screen but do not yet have android applications. In android application development technology there is a feature called WebView that allows application developers to be able to display content from web pages directly within the application. To make it easier to create applications, the author creates templates by: prototyping  WebView, formulating problems, studying supporting theories, creating templates, template implementation, as well as documentation of template implementation. In Android Studio Arctic Fox, the application of templates is done with three steps: changing the project name, changing the contents of variables according to the parameters of the relevant website data, and changing the logo. By using WebView templates, the process of creating applications from a website becomes very easy.
