Abstract

Finance companies in providing credit conduct data analysis first to reduce credit risk. When customers do not pay credit smoothly, it will harm the company. For this reason, credit analysis is an important factor to minimize financial risk. So, it takes a predictive analysis of the level of credit risk based on data or files from customers. This study aims to predict the level of credit risk with data mining using the C.45 decision tree algorithm. There are two classes of risk level predictions, namely current and non-current. The C.45 decision tree algorithm has a function to find knowledge or patterns of characteristic similarity in a particular group or class. In this study, the C.45 algorithm was implemented and analyzed using the WEKA application. From the results of the evaluation using the confusion matrix, the accuracy generated for 1,153 training data with 91 testing data and the six attributes used produces an accuracy of 79%

Abstract

Riyadlul Muta'allimin Elementary School Library is one of the support units in the school's academic activities. During times like these, students are very difficult in accessing the library in school. Therefore, the school applies an Online Library, so those students and teachers who can access the library do not need to flock to school. Online libraries that have been implemented need to do an evaluation of user satisfaction because this is a new thing for Riyadlul Muta'allimin Elementary School. Satisfaction analysis can be done by the K-Means method with a decision tree. K-Means is used to group data that will be converted into labels. It is further classified using a decision tree. Based on the analysis, the prediction of cluster 1 with true cluster 1 of 48 items, true cluster 0 and true cluster 0 there are no items, then the class precision is 100%

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis persepsi dari mahasiswa tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pada Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung, sebuah perguruan tinggi yang bertransformasi dari perguruan tinggi akademik menjadi perguruan tinggi vokasi sejak tahun 2020. Sebelum terjadinya pandemi global, institusi Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung telah berubah secara kelembagaan (d.a. Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi – Lembaga Administrasi Negara atau STIA LAN Bandung). Di tengah – tengah tantangan perubahan kelembagaan yang dihadapi, institusi dihadapkan kepada peristiwa global yang berdampak kepada seluruh sendi kehidupan yaitu pandemi Covid-19. Pendidikan tetap harus berjalan, sehingga alternatif yang dapat dilakukan dengan menerapkan pembelajaran daring. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam survey ini dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada para mahasiswa. Instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran daring dikembangkan untuk survey ini yang terdiri dari 21 item pernyataan. Metode pengolahan data nilai dari pembelajaran daring dihitung dengan menggunakan “nilai rata-rata” dari seluruh item dalam instrumen survey pembelajaran daring. Kesimpulan dari hasil evaluasi indeks persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pembelajaran daring semester ganjil Tahun 2020 – 2021 adalah terdapat delapan indikator penilaian pembelajaran daring yang melebihi target atau standar minimal yang telah ditentukan. Secara keseluruhan nilai rata – rata dari pembelajaran daring di Politeknik STIA LAN Bandung adalah baik ditunjukkan dengan skor nilai 3,156 meskipun belum memenuhi standar dari nilai kepuasan yakni 3,2.

Abstract

Good performance for a student during a course is important because it can affect the student's final index. However, in general, student performance can only be seen at the end of the semester, so if a student has a poor performance before the course ends, they do not get enough opportunity to improve. Therefore, it is necessary to have an early analysis of students who have poor performance in a course. Since most student learning activities in this pandemic era are currently on the LMS, the LMS activity log can reflect student performance. The main objective of this study is to classify the LMS activity log in a course using a probabilistic classifier algorithm. This study chose Naïve Bayes to classify student performance into three categories – good, satisfactory, and poor. The dataset is separated into two scenarios – the half-semester and the full-semester - in the Modeling and Database Implementation course at Telkom University. The results show that the Naïve Bayes Algorithm successfully predicts student performance early and provides information about students experiencing changes in performance with the highest accuracy of 93%. The practical implication of this study is that teachers can use the LMS activity log for early prediction of student success in passing a course. The learning analytics developed in this study prove that Naïve Bayes has a fairly good performance for small dataset sizes based on recall and accuracy to classify student performance. However, as the study focuses solely on a specific course and small dataset sizes, it lacks generalizability. Therefore, it needs to be tested for other courses and larger dataset sizes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to build a system that can predict the feasibility of prospective car rental service users. It is not easy for car rental service providers to determine which consumers can use car rental services, with procedures that are still manual and it is difficult to obtain user data information. To be able to predict the feasibility of car rental service users, it is necessary to use an information system that can predict whether users are eligible or not. This research uses the waterfall system development method. The waterfall method has several stages, including analysis, design, coding and testing. The results of the research obtained from the feasibility test of the feasibility prediction system for car rental service users using algorithmic 4.5 that the results of the alpha test were tested for the feasibility of the system with an overall value of 3.6 by system that has been made feasible to use

Abstract

The need for data security arises because of the many threats made by outside parties to retrieve data and use it for personal interests. Security for medical images is carried out because medical images store patient health information data that is confidential. In this study, the image data used specifically uses radiological medical images. There are many techniques and algorithms that can be used to secure image data. This study uses the AES and Camellia algorithms which in their application use several different operating modes. To measure the quality of the encrypted image, the randomness level of the image was tested using the NPCR and UACI tests. Evaluation is used to determine the best algorithm and operating mode for encryption. Based on the measurement of image randomness on AES CBC, AES CFB, AES OFB, Camellia ECB, Camellia CBC, and Camellia OFB with NPCR values for encrypted images of 99.60%, 99.608%, 99.6093%, 99.6296%, 99.6072 %, and 99.6124%. Measurement of image randomness on AES CBC, AES CFB, AES OFB, Camellia ECB, Camellia CBC, and Camellia OFB with UACI values for encrypted images of 34.714%, 34.754%, 34.603%, 34.983%, 34.615%, and 34.707%.

Abstract

The implementation of distance learning in Informatics Engineering has many problems, one of which is the lack of student engagement during learning. The purpose of this study is to improve student engagement by using a feature called Lesson in Quizizz. Lecture teaches on video teleconference and instructs students on Lesson in Quizizz to interact and give feedback about the lesson. The survey method is the research method used for this study. At the end of the semester, students are given a questionnaire regarding increasing interest in learning with conventional methods and the Lesson Quizizz added. The results showed that the student engagement using the Lesson Quizizz features increased by 4.5% compared to conventional learning. Indicators of student engagement have a high increase along with the improvement of student concentration. Thus, Quizizz can encourage students who usually are not active in class

Abstract

The national education department's inventory record is unique because the goods are in schools under service, not in the office. Inventory complexity has increased due to the procurement of different schedules and reports, not only for internal but also for other institutions concerned. A structured and accessible inventory from anywhere is the right choice for the effectiveness and efficiency of this work. This research aims to design a website-based information system for goods inventory in the National Education Office (DISDIKNAS). The software development method used in this study is the Rational Unified Process. The study results obtained a web-based application that can help DISDIKNAS inventory goods in a structured and accessible anywhere
