Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan berkembang dengan sangat cepat. Proses transfer ilmu dari satu generasi ke generasi berikutnya berlangsung dengan berbagai cara. Baik secara lisan maupun tulisan. Tidak semua orang mampu menyerap ilmu pengetahuan dengan sempurna melalui proses secara tulisan. pada saat ini guru setiap penyampaian materi guru masih menulis di papan tulis. Dalam setiap penyampaian materi guru masih menggunakan buku dalam penyampaian materi pada siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan cara-cara yang efektif dan efesien agar ilmu pengetahuan dapat diserap dengan sempurna. Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi pun menjadi alternatif pilihan yang tepat untuk melakukan proses transfer ilmu. Bidang pengajaran yang paling dikenal dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi adalah Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI). CAI berguna untuk membantu tenaga pengajar (guru atau dosen) dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas untuk menyampaikan materi pelajaran. Penerapan komputer sebagai perangkat pembelajaran dengan berbagai peralatan multimedia memungkinkan proses pengajaran lebih menarik efektif, efesien, dan lebih mudah dikembangkan untuk hal yang baru. CAI menerapkan komputer sebagai perangkat pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang diharapkan dapat membantu proses pembelajaran menjadi efektif dan memudahkan peserta didik mengatur kecepatan belajar mereka sendiri. Pada Perangkat lunak yang digunakan yaitu Macromedia Flash 8 sebagai software yang mendukung dalam pembelajaran jaringan dasar. Perangkat lunak ini digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mengatasi permasalahan – permasalahan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

The problem of security on computers is the most important issue in the current era of information technology. Many cyber crimes that occur one of which is related to data manipulation on the network. The most important problem with computer security is the security of the data that is sent. Examples of data that really need to be secured are messages in chat applications. In addition to preventing information from being read by other parties, encoding of messages greatly enables the effectiveness of sending confidential information. One type of asymmetric algorithm that has 2 different keys for encryption and decryption in the method of hiding messages (Cryptography) where the sender of the message first uses the public key (public key) to encode the message, and to decrypt the encrypted message the recipient will use a secret key (private key ). The Elliptic Curve Cryptography algorithm is quite complicated in its calculations, because the calculations are different from ordinary calculations.

Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) adalah salah satu Bank yang dipercaya oleh pemerintah untuk memberikan fasilitas Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) kepada masyarakat. Semakin tingginya minat masyarakat untuk mendapatkan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), membuat pihak Bank kesulitan dalam menentukan siapa yang layak menerima Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) atau tidak. Selain itu, proses penentuan siapa yang layak menerima Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga kurang efisien dalam pelaksanaannya. Oleh karena itu, penulis berinisiatif untuk merancang suatu sistem yang dapat membantu pihak Bank dalam menentukan siapa yang layak menerima Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), sehingga dapat lebih efisien dalam pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

Kanker lidah sulitnya mencari dokter spesialis kanker lidah dan mahalnya biaya pengobatan dan menangani penyakit kanker lidah sehingga pasien baru menyadari pengidap penyakit tersebut setelah memasuki stadium akhir. Sistem ini merupakan suatu sistem yang membantu dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan. Banyak teknik yang dipakai untuk membuat sistem ini salah satunya bayes. Bayes merupakan  salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kepastian data untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi. Salah satu metode certainty factor yang dapat digunakan dalam memecahkan permasalahan tersebut adalah metode bayes juga merupakan metode yang baik didalam mesin pembelajaran berdasarkan data training, dengan menggunakan probabilitas bersyarat sebagai dasarnya. Probabilitas bayes merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kepastian data dengan cara menggunakan formula bayes.

Abstract

Image is a process of processing and analysis that involves a lot of visual perceptions that can make information-rich, but often the image that we have has a decrease in quality intensity and difficult to represent so that the information becomes less attractive images from simple images that exist. Image compression technique is done to reduce the storage space needs of the image and bandwidth requirements in the image processing process the larger the image size, the longer the processing time is needed. Wavelets are defined as small waves. Wavelet transform will convert a signal into a wavelet array. In haar wavelet transformation consists of two processes that must be carried out, namely decomposition transformation and reconstruction transformation. Decomposition transformation is useful for dividing parts of a picture. While the reconstruction transformation is the opposite, that is reshaping the parts of the image from the forward decomposition process to an original image. As for image compression is done to reduce the need for image storage space and bandwidth requirements in the image processing process the larger the image size, the longer the processing time required.

Abstract

Asuransi merupakan penangungan orang terhadap kerugian yang tak terduga yang disebabkan karna meninggalnya terlalu cepat atau hidupnya terlalu lama atau  pun menduga terjadinya suatu bencana, dengan adanya asuransi perlindungan bisa didapatkan sehingga akan terasa meringankan, atau tanggung jawab hukum kepada pihak  ketiga yang kemungkinan diderita tertanggung, yang timbul akibat suatu peristiwa yang tidak pasti, atau untuk memberikan suatu pembayaran yang didasarkan atas meninggal atau hidupnya seseorang yang dipertanggungkan. Dunia bisnis asuransi yang penuh persaingan membuat para pelakunya harus selalu memikirkan strategi-strategi, yang dapat menjamin kelangsungan bisnis asuransi mereka. Salah satu aset utama yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan asuransi adalah data bisnis dalam jumlah yang luar biasa banyak. Ini melahirkan kebutuhan akan adanya teknologi yang dapat memanfaatkannya untuk membangkitkan pengetahuan-pengetahuan baru, yang dapat membantu dalam pengaturan strategi bisnis asuransi. Prediksi minat masyarakat  sangat penting bagi suatu perusahaan asuransi, dimana dengan adanya prediksi minat konsumen perusahaan asuransi dapat mengambil suatu keputusan atau strategi yang benar dan tepat bagi masyarakatnya.

Abstract

It is important for doctors to make an early diagnosis of tuberculosis in order to reduce the transmission of the disease to the wider community. In this study, the authors will apply methods of data mining classification, Naïve Bayes to diagnose tuberculosis disease. Based on the performance measurement results of the models using Cross Validation, Confusion Matrix and ROC Curve methods, it is known that Naïve Bayes method with accuracy of 94.18% and under the curva (AUC) value of 0.97. This shows that the models that are produced including the category of classification is very good because it has an AUC value between 0.90-1.00.

Abstract

The provision of grants is a program given by the government to the less fortunate. A grant program is held to assist the community in the survival of the community, especially in housing issues. The provision of home assistance is done selectively in accordance with the assistance provided. One of the help offered is uninhabitable Home Assistance (RUTILAHU). In this study used the VIKOR method so that the results obtained are expected to assist the government in managing the RUTILAHU Relief Fund to decide the eligible beneficiaries.
