Abstract

Aplikasi deteksi wajah mengalami pengembangan yang sangat cepat dan semakin banyak digunakan, contohnya untuk sistem keamanan, absensi dan lainnya. Deteksi wajah (face detection) merupakan salah satu tahap awal yang sangat penting sebelum dilakukan proses pengenalan wajah (face recognition). Maksud dari pembuatan tugas akhir ini adalah membuat suatu sistem deteksi area wajah yang telah mengalami transformasi rotasi, skala dan 2 dimensi menggunakan metode Speed-Up Robust Features (SURF). Metoda SURF merupakan sebuah metode deteksi fitur yang menggunakan keypoint dari sebuah gambar, keypoint itu sendiri adalah bagian-bagian dari sebuah gambar yang nilainya tetap ketika mengalami perubahan skala, rotasi, blurring, transformasi 2 dimensi dan pencahayaan. Ekstraksi menggunakan metode SURF dapat dijalankan dengan baik. Sementara untuk pengujian citra hasil perubahan 2 dimensi tedapat nilai interest point posisinya tidak sama, hal ini dapat diakibatkan karena jumlah sample yang sedikit. Kata Kunci: Deteksi Wajah, Speed-Up Robust Features

Abstract

Along with technological advances in various fields, as if there was never a death to learn it. From day to day technological advances continue to develop very rapidly which greatly affects human work and much of human work itself has been replaced by computer technology. On the Windows operating system, when deleting a file, the file is not completely erased. This file is only hidden by "bleaching" the cluster where the file is located. This file can be called back using a special application that can read the location of the file. This can harm the computer user. If the data deleted is data that should not be known to others, then the file must be completely lost from the data storage media. To overcome this problem, it can be used for secure data deletion in the data storage media cluster. The algorithm that can be used to delete a folder is the NSA (Network Security Agency). The NSA method is a method for deleting data by "bleaching" the data seven times. With seven times of data bleaching, this method is very suitable for safe erasing of data with very little chance of being recovered

Abstract

Peramalan (forecasting) merupakan alat bantu yang penting dalam perencanaan yang efektif dan efisien. Peramalan adalah prediksi, proyeksi atau estimasi tingkat kejadian yang tidak pasti dimasa yang akan datang. Peramalan pada Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara untuk meramalkan jumlah calon mahasiswa baru yang mendaftar merupakan suatu sistem yang sangat di butuhkan pada universitas tersebut. Kerana universitas tersebut tidak mengetahui sebarapa banyak calon mahasiswa baru yang akan mendaftar pada tahun ajaran selanjutnya. Keberadaan metode Single Exponential Smoothing merupakan prosedur perbaikan terus-menerus pada peramalan terhadap objek pengamatan terbaru. Metode peramalan ini menitik-beratkan pada penurunan prioritas secara eksponensial pada objek pengamatan sebelumnya. Dalam pemulusan eksponensial atau exponential smoothing terdapat satu atau lebih parameter pemulusan yang ditentukan secara eksplisit, dan hasil ini menentukan bobot yang dikenakan pada nilai observasi. Kata Kunci: Peramalan, Metode SES, Mysql, Visual Studio 2008.

Abstract

Security is a supporting factor in creating order and stability in the social environment. The issue of environmental security is related to efforts made to avoid and overcome criminal acts in society and now thanks to the advancement of information and communication technology, the function of safeguarding and controlling the environment can be supported by the help of technology to facilitate human work. The security system developed is supported by digital image processing software to process snapshot and recorded images from system cameras with the aim of improving the quality of visual images for the sake of analysis and digital forensic evidence that can be used in law enforcement related to criminal acts. The end result is a product innovation security system that can be utilized by the community in various needs related to security and supervision activities.

Abstract

Software effort estimation was considered importantly in planning stage of information technology and communication projects as a determination of resource allocation. The level of accuracy in estimating the cost that must be done in order to minimize failure. On the other hand, there have been many studies that have discussed and tested the business estimation method, one of which is Function Points (FP). The FP method is influenced by 5 main parameters and 14 items relative complexity factors. So it can be concluded that if, a tertiary education institution, wants to develop an BKD (Lecturer Performance Load) application to support its business processes, the required cost is IDR 42,181,198 or equivalent to an effort of 3,273.11 man / hour.

Abstract

Shoes are equipment of body parts that serve to protect the soles of the feet from heat, sharp objects, and dirt. Shoes are also part of the fashion. There are hundreds of shoe types, which are divided into the function, model, material, size, origin, and so on. For example office shoes, boots, sneakers, snickers, sports shoes, party shoes, leather shoes, high heels and hundreds more. In general, shoe parts (shoe construction) are divided into two parts, namely upper and bottom. In the bottom (bottom) usually made of rubber or wood, while the top there is made of fabric, leather, imitation materials or other synthetic fibers. Decision Support System is a computerized system and designed to increase the effectiveness of decision making to solve problems that are semi-structured and unstructured so that in the process of making decisions can be more qualified. This application will be made is an application that guided by VIKOR method. Therefore, applications based on VIKOR method is considered suitable for calculating the best skin types for shoemaking.

Abstract

Pacman is an arcade game developed by Namco and released in Japan on May 22, 1980. Pac-Man, which is still popular today, has also been released on other platforms such as Game Boy and SNES. The designer of this game is Toru Iwatani, who is a Namco employee. The concept of the game in the Pacman game is very simple: Players must control the Pacman character to eat all the small dots and other special objects that are in the maze without being caught by 4 ghosts. The greedy algorithm is used to find the current shortest path from the position of the ghost character to the position of the Pacman character.

Abstract

In working on a software project the success of the project must begin with the right planning, if planning is wrong it will cause failure and cost overruns will occur. Therefore it is necessary to estimate the right cost to minimize the risk of over-estimates in software projects. Cost estimation in this study uses the Function Point (FP) method which is a method that measures software by measuring the functional perspective of the software to be built. There are 5 components to calculate the FP matrix, namely External Input (EI), External Output (EO), External Inquiry (EI), Internal Logical File (ILF), External File (EIF). From the research that has been done, the estimated cost of developing INLIS LITE 3.0 software, it is concluded that if Perpustakaan Nasional  want to develop INLIS LITE 3.0  software, it will require approximately IDR798.906.152 or equivalent to effort 18255,91 man / hour.

Abstract

Decision support system is an application used to facilitate campus promotion team members to determine the strategy policy that will be used in the campus promotion process. This author discusses Decision Support System policy determination campus promotion strategy with WASPAS method. The WASPAS method to be used in this decision support system aims to facilitate the campus promotion team to make good and wise decisions. One of the supporting problems faced by STMIK Budi Darma is the process of determining the location of promotion. From the results of interviews with teams from the field of cooperation, business and marketing STMIK Budi Darma found that the problem of promotion on STMIK Budi Darma because it has not had the right way to choose an effective way to choose a potential school. This potential school can be interpreted as a school that has good financial and academic. To achieve and answer these things one of them can be solved by WASPAS method.

Abstract

Ramayana Department Store is one of the companies engaged in the business of retail supermarket. The company uses computer science technology applied in servicing activities, particularly in the sales data storage. Sales data is the information generated from sales transaction activities that obtained by the company through marketing activities to make profits. The use of computers in storing sales data is used to improve data security so that the valuable information can be confidentiality guaranteed. To avoid data theft and data manipulation,we need to implement a security system. Cryptography is a science that uses mathematical equations to keep the information secure such as data confidentiality, data validity, data integrity, and data authentication. A method that can be used to secure messages / information is the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The application of the AES cryptography algorithm in securing the sales data of the Ramayana Department Store shows that the algorithm can make encryption that cannot be read or understood by humans and make decryption that exactly same with the initial plaintext input. The difference of the key and the size of a file also affecting the time required to perform the encryption and decryption process
