Abstract

The assignment of employees in an office is one of the things that is complicated and often has difficulty in the division of tasks which causes instability in the performance of employees. Applications using POM Qm For Windows make the process of assigning employees very easy to get results as efficiently as possible. This employee assignment problem is solved by creating an employee assignment optimization model by maximizing the level of efficiency of the use of POM Qm For Windows software to minimize the level of employee dissatisfaction with the applicable tasks. The purpose of this study is to find out the minimization of employee assignment costs that must be applied by PT. Jefrindo Consultant. In looking for minimizing the cost of machining assignments the method used is the Hungarian Algorithm to find costs that are minimal in the placement of employees. After doing the calculation results using the Hungarian method, the company should implement this method in order to minimize the cost of assigning employees to be done

Abstract

Karaoke is an entertainment facility that allows one to sing well accompanied by music without having to memorize the lyrics of the song. Another facility at a karaoke is being able to adjust the high and low tones of a song, adjust the tempo of the song, adjust the background sound and vocals of the singer. To manage a karaoke properly, a guest queue is arranged to enter the room and the song is played. Song playback on the karaoke room is done on the server computer or on the client computer using computer network facilities. The server computer is useful as a source of data for guest data, song data and billing data. Because the karaoke room is limited, then to arrange the queue of guests who want to enter the room is arranged by the Serve In Random Order (SIRO) queue method. By using the SIRO queue method and LAN network on karaoke management, the making and reporting of karaoke receipts can be made quickly.

Abstract

Image (Citra) is a combination of points, lines, fields, and colors to create an imitation of an object, usually a physical or human object. The use of digital images is increasing because of the advantages possessed by digital images, including the ease in getting images, reproducing images, processing images and others. The problem of contrast in the image captured by the camera is often some interference with the results of the captured image. For example, the image is accompanied by a lack of sharp increase in light, or weak in terms of contrast so that the object is very difficult to separate through operations containing because too much interference or contrast in the image. Based on the problem, to improve the image with less contrast it is necessary to increase the contrast by using the contrast limited adaptive method. contrast limited adaptive image is said to be good if it is able to involve all levels or levels. Of course the goal is to be able to display details in the image so that it is easily observed.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to implement the best employee selection decision support system (DSS) using simple additive weighting (SAW) methods. The advantage of a simple additive weighting method over other decision models is that SAW can choose the best alternative among several alternatives, also allowing for more accurate estimation because it is based on predetermined criteria and preference weights.  The decision support system for the best performance performance assessment of employees is designed using an object-oriented approach that usecase diagrams. So that it makes it easier to design the system created, and implemented by using the PHP programming language with MySql database so that the calculation process can be stored computerized using the database. System testing results using blackbox testing get 100% results in accordance with system functionality testing, and Technology Acceptence Model test results get 85.41% results then Technology Acceptence Model prototype Is Excellent for decision support systems for the selection of the best employees

Abstract

The problem that always occurs in STMIK Royal in each semester is first, the delay in students preparing the Study Plan Card (SPC) due to the late students themselves paying tuition so that the difficulties for study programs in recording student activity data, then harming the students themselves because they are considered absent during not enrolled in lectures. Second, 90% of the students who get the final grade below are enough due to the lack of lecture meetings from the minimum number of meetings that have been determined by the academic, so students must repeat their studies in the next semester. This situation forces the study program section to be able to condition schedules, classes, and lecturers for students who repeat. For this reason, a monitoring system for tuition payments and student attendance is required based on the SMS Gateway. Through this system, academic parties can disseminate information on tuition payments and student attendance to parents or parents to monitor tuition payments and student attendance through services provided by the system.

Abstract

Although an image is rich in information, but often the image we have has a decrease in the quality (degradation) of the image that is a decrease in image quality, for example because it contains defects or noise (noise), the color is too contrast, less sharp, blurring, and so on. Of course this kind of image becomes more difficult to interpret because the information conveyed by the image is less clear. In the water environment, light factors greatly influence the results of the image quality obtained. With the deepening of underwater shooting, the results obtained will be the darker the quality of the underwater image. Underwater imagery is widely used as an object in various activities such as underwater habitat mapping, underwater environment monitoring, underwater object search. uneven lighting and bluish tones. One of the factors that influence the recognition results in pattern recognition is the quality of the image that is inputted. The image acquired from the source does not always have good qualit. To improve the quality of underwater images as stated above so that the information contained in the image can be well understood, a filtering method is needed, namely Adaptive Power Law Transformation. With this method and Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 program support is expected to produce a better image than before.

Abstract

PKK (Family Welfare Education) of DKI Jakarta Province is an institution that houses all PKK in the DKI Jakarta area. Currently, PKK of DKI Province often experiences difficulties in the approval of activity letters, the activity letters submitted at the Jakarta Provincial PKK are still manual and the busy schedule of the DKI Jakarta PKK chairman. This caused frequent disruption of activity schedules, so the author designed a running mail system where the PKK chairman could approve PKK activities without having to be in place. The scope of this application is limited from input data of the letter request for activities from the Working Group to the input letter of approval issued by the chairman of PKK. This application is designed using waterfall method. Besides that the author also makes system design using UML, using PHP programming language, codeigniter framework, and MySQL as the database. With the design of this running mail system, it is expected that activities in the PKK can run well.

Abstract

There are positive factors behind this program. In other words, a successful apprenticeship program can be a recruitment strategy that can be considered as a successful apprenticeship program can expand the reach to reach the best prospective workers. To solve this problem, a solution using data mining can help the problems above. One of the algorithms that will be used is the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm. By making an algorithm, it can help make it easier for users to determine the selection of the best prospective workers who will be sent abroad. The algorithm used for data classification in data mining is the K-NN algorithm, which is a classification of a set of data. Abstract

Mi Madinatunnajah is an educational institution founded by Drs. KH. Mahrus Amin and Hj. Suniyati Abdul Manaf who has the desire to provide Islamic education services to the community as well as possible. In carrying out educational activities, where the process of accepting new students is still by waiting for parents who want to register their children in front of the school gate or still manually so it is very inefficient. To overcome the problems above, it is necessary to build a system that is able to handle data management processes and various other processes so that new student admission services can be more optimal and able to present outputs, both in the form of information and reports accurately and easily. This Web-Based New Student Admission Information System was built using the codeigniter framework, PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application system handles data processing in the form of new student coalon data. This application system can provide convenience for Mi Madinatunnajah in processing data and is able to improve performance and service processes for prospective student.
