Abstract

The word Paritta in Paliatau Pirit, literally means "full of protection". Buddhas on various occasions with the holy pali language compose Paritta or Pirit, there must be a misunderstanding that equates Paritta as a mysterious blessing or mantra, but actually there are genuine advocates that are ethical and contain philosophical values from Buddhism, which are related to aspects of the Dhamma. And the Tripitaka is a Buddhist scripture which is a collection of sermons, statements, parables, and conversations that the Buddha had done with his students and followers. Likewise with the Paritta Suci part of the Book of Tripitaka which is very necessary in the search for verses from the word Paritta Suci. Making it easier for users to read from the book. For that we need an application that can help users in translating a language that is easy to carry and can be used anytime and anywhere. The application is in the form of an android application that can be installed on a mobile phone. The book Tripitaka application requires a search process that supports the performance of the application so that the search process can shorten the time in the search itself. In this study Approximate Levensthein Distance Algorithm is an algorithm that can be used to calculate distance differences between two strings. Distance or distance is the minimum number of delete operations, insert or substitution needed to change the origin string (s) to the target string (t). And Algorithm Approximate string matching is matching strings with the basis of similarity in terms of writing (number of characters, arrangement of characters in the document). So that it can help users of the application in searching for words from the book.

Abstract

Dots coloring is coloring all points in graph 𝐺, so that each pair of directly connected points has a different color. Point coloring can be used to help solve the problem of preparing class schedules. One algorithm for solving graph coloring problems in college scheduling is the vizing algorithm. The results of graph coloring using the taboo search algorithm are used to arrange class schedules, so that there are no conflicting schedules meaning that no two courses taken by a student are carried out at the same time. Thus, time and space can be determined to carry out lectures so that a class schedule can be made. To make it easier to solve these problems, a program with vb2008 was created. The data entered in the form of courses, lecturers and student classes will be represented as point graphs. The coloring process starts from 𝑘 = 1 so that the minimum color is obtained. The output produced by the program is in the form of class schedules that have been determined by time and space

Abstract

The elevator requires maintenance to make it work optimally, if the elevator does not work optimally then there will be damage that can result in users who are in the elevator could be trapped due to a jammed door and not open. Elevator damage like this needs to be put on the expert system in order to shorten the analysis time by using the Case Based Reasoning method. Case Based Reasoning is a method of solving problems by utilizing previous experience. Case Based Reasoning is one method of solving problems in finding solutions for a new case to an old case solution that has the same problem. To diagnose damage to the elevator using the Case Based Reasoning method. Users will be given questions to get the similarity value with the Case Based Reasoning formula, so that the diagnostic results and the percentage of similarity values and their probability are obtained.

Abstract

The size of the text file is relatively large, where the more information contained in the file, the larger the size of the text file needed to store the information, so that it has an impact on the file size that must be stored on the storage media. The memory size required to store a file is directly proportional to the size of the text file. The problem that occurs is the limited storage space available, especially for Android applications. If the text file size is larger than the storage space or the maximum size limit for a file, sending the text file will fail or the information contained in the text file will not be conveyed properly. This research studies text file compression techniques using arithmetic coding, and implements it for compression and decompression cases. Things to be studied include: looking at the effect of character variations in a text on the compression ratio, the resulting compression time and the decompression time. The experimental results show that the highest compression ratio is obtained when a text has only one type of character. The effect of character variations on the compression ratio is that the more character variations a text has, the lower the compression ratio.

Abstract

Issues Security and confidentiality of data is one important aspect in terms of information exchange. One solution to maintain security and confidentiality in the process of sending data is to use encryption as an encryption key in files. This study describes the development of cryptography (encryption and decryption) that applies the elgamal asymmetric algorithm. Elgamal algorithm was chosen because this algorithm is one of the asymmetric algorithms that are quite new. This research resulted in an application program aimed at preventing file security on external storage media in the form of mobile memory cards. In making this application, the method used is the Elgamal Asymmetric Key Algorithm, because it is very suitable for file security that results in the completion of the encryption and description process. This application was created with visual basic 2008 software and the creation of a file security application with encryption and description using an elgamal asymmetric algorithm, is expected to overcome these problems.

Abstract

Covid-19 or 2019 corona desease 2019 was first discovered in wuhan China in 2019, to this day the corona virus case continues worldwide. In Indonesia the covid-19 deployment case is not yet complete. One of the areas affected by the pandemic was the riau province. The covid 19 in the province of riau was itself quite high, even being designated as a red zone by the covid-19 task force. Governments continue to seek to reduce the spread of the virus, but one is by conducting a central government guide to vaccination. The purpose of this research is to predict the success of governments in vaccination. Data processing is prepocessing data and validating, then predictions are made. The result of this research is that in the next 1 month the forecast will drop. This is due to an 8.1 % drop in mortality and an 88.7 % rise in mortality. This means that the efforts of riau's provincial government in suppressing covid-9 cases with the vaccination movement have been successful

Abstract

The Developing Village Index (Indeks Desa Membangun) is a composite index compiled based on three indices, namely the Social Resilience Index, the Economic Resilience Index and the Village Ecological Index. Based on the Developing Village Index, there are 5 classifications of villages, namely Independent Villages, Developed Villages, Developing Villages, Underdeveloped Villages, and Very Underdeveloped Villages. In line with that, the Central Statistics Agency also issued a Village Development Index (Indeks Pembangunan Desa) to show the classification of the village. This study aims to determine village clustering using the K-Means Algorithm on the 2020 Village Potential (Podes) data, especially on the economic dimension. K-Means is a non-hierarchical data clustering method that can partition data into two or more groups. The number of clusters is determined based on the number of The Developing Village Index statuses, which are 5 clusters. The results of 6 iterations of calculations using the K-Means algorithm show that cluster 1 is grouped into the status of Very Underdeveloped Villages as many as 8 Villages. Then in cluster 2 it is grouped as Underdeveloped Villages as many as 3 Villages. Furthermore, in cluster 3, it is grouped as Developing Villages as many as 83,987 Villages. In cluster 4, they are grouped as Developed Villages as many as 24 Villages. Then in cluster 5 it is grouped as Independent Villages as many as 16 Villages

Abstract

The rapid development of technology covers many fields that are interconnected with each other, especially in the field of education where when a technology is applied, the learning process is not only limited to between teachers and students but students can access learning through various media. The lack of learning systems still use traditional methods, giving the impression of being bored. From the problems that occur causing a lack of knowledge of children about Sundanese script, due to lack of knowledge in recognizing Sundanese script can result in the loss of regional languages in Indonesia because there are too many elements of language and culture from outside. By making Sundanese script educational games using the ADDIE method, in order to introduce new technology to recognize Sundanese characters. An Android-based educational game that can be used anywhere and anytime and eliminates boredom during the learning process. The results of the research evaluation with the whitebox and blackbox testing process. Whitebox testing is carried out for game use paths, in the blackbox testing process it meets the requirements where tools, buttons can work well. The results of processing the questionnaire data obtained the percentage of attitude toward behavior (X1) of 87%, subjective norms (X2) of 89%, behavioral intention (X3) of 94%, and behavior (Y1) of 91% of the 30 respondents. From this percentage, it can be concluded that this application is able to increase student interest in learning so that it can increase the knowledge of students at SMPN 7 Cirebon City.

Abstract

Medan City is one of the regions that has diverse and quality educational potential. With the potential that exists, all efforts have been made by the provincial government, especially the Medan City Office to promote and advance the world of education, especially education in Special Schools. Therefore a geographic information system is needed which produces the most effective information on road guidance to get to the destination of these activities. One method that can be used in finding the shortest route is Dijkstra's algorithm. Dijkstra's algorithm finds the shortest route from a specific node to another specific node and if it continues it will give the shortest route from the specific node to all other vertices in a graph. Making GIS to find out the location of web-based Extraordinary Schools can help or as an alternative technology in the development of the world of education itself. At present the web is one source of information that is widely used for promotional facilities for schools in an area. Through GIS technology, it is necessary to develop an application that is able to provide road information for Medan City which can show the shortest route to the special school in Medan.

Abstract

Smart Campus is a trend nowadays that allows educational institutions to make various breakthroughs, one of which is combining smart technology with infrastructure to get services, decisions, and sustainability.  The research aims to determine the aspects that will be the priority of several components towards or get priority rankings for implementation towards a smart campus. The priority measurement of several smart campus components uses the AHP model which is able to compare and evaluate several scales. The comparison process is carried out using a rating scale based on the point of view of one of the top management on campus as a stakeholder. The methods used are literature study, questionnaire distribution, scale calculation, and priority scale recommendations. The results showed that the calculation of the criteria matrix and alternative matrices were able to produce value ratings, the People Management System aspect became the first priority alternative by 31%. The abstraction level approach can be calculated using the AHP model to get the priority scale for smart campus development
