Abstract

Android is one of the largest mobile operating system platforms today. In the midst of the rapid development of android application technology, many programmers have not learned how to make android applications, evidenced by the number of websites that have adapted to the android application screen but do not yet have android applications. In android application development technology there is a feature called WebView that allows application developers to be able to display content from web pages directly within the application. To make it easier to create applications, the author creates templates by: prototyping  WebView, formulating problems, studying supporting theories, creating templates, template implementation, as well as documentation of template implementation. In Android Studio Arctic Fox, the application of templates is done with three steps: changing the project name, changing the contents of variables according to the parameters of the relevant website data, and changing the logo. By using WebView templates, the process of creating applications from a website becomes very easy.

Abstract

The importance of information value causes often the information desired by certain people can then modify it. To be able to validate the information obtained, authentication must be done so that the authenticity of the information is known. Signature is a marker or identity in a document. Signatures have an important role in verifying and legalizing documents. To secure digital signatures, a hash function can be processed, a hash consisting of a Secure Hash Algorithm. The Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA-1) method is a hash function that works in one direction, this means that messages that have been converted into message digest cannot be returned to the original message. Two different messages will always produce different hash values, and results from different string length input will result in an autput with a fixed string length of 160 bits.

Abstract

Ketelitian adalah hal yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam menentukan keputusan dalam hal apapun terlebih didunia kerja sangat dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK), akan berdampak buruk pada kinerja bila seorang pengambil keputusan salah dalam mengambil keputusannya, hal ini akan memperberat kinerja pimpinan dimana seorang pemimpin memiliki tugas yang padat dan besar kemungkinan hasil keputusann yang diambilnya tidak baik. Untuk itu perlu dibuat suatu aplikasi berbasis komputer yang bisa cepat dan tepat dalam mengambil keputusan dengan menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP), metode ini menggunakan sebuah hierarki fungsional dengan input utamanya persebsi manusia. Tahap pertamanya adalah structuring yaitu menstrukturkan alur keputusan dengan dua variabel, tahap berikutnya assessment yaitu tahap pemberian nilai pada variabel, sub variabel dan alternatif. Untuk membangun aplikasi ini dibutuhkan software vb.net, software ini akan membangun aplikasi sesuai dengan metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

CorelDRAW X3 merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dipelajari pada pelajaran maupun mata kuliah desain grafis. Adapun dengan banyaknya tool dan fungsi menubar yang terdapat pada aplikasi CorelDRAW X3 menjadi salah satu kendala tidak tercapainya target belajar pada pembelajaran konvensional. Selain itu tambahanan jam pelajaran konvensional juga dianggap tidak efektif. Untuk mengatasinya penulis memberikan ide berupa merancang aplikasi pembelajaran CorelDRAW menggunakan metode web based learning untuk jam tambahan dirumah sekaligus menghemat waktu. Keberadaan metode pembelajaran berbasis web (WBL) dirasakan sangat membantu menyelesaikan target belajar CorelDRAW X3 dan menghemat waktu karena proses pembelajaran bisa dilakukan dimana saja yang masih terhubung dengan internet. Melalui aplikasi pembelajaran CorelDRAW X3 ini menggunakan metode web based learning ini diharapkan bisa membantu guru ataupun dosen maupun pelajar ataupun mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan target belajar dan membantu menghemat waktu. Selain itu aplikasi ini diharapkan bisa membantu orang-orang yang ingin belajar CorelDRAW X3 secara otodidak.

Abstract

Finance companies in providing credit conduct data analysis first to reduce credit risk. When customers do not pay credit smoothly, it will harm the company. For this reason, credit analysis is an important factor to minimize financial risk. So, it takes a predictive analysis of the level of credit risk based on data or files from customers. This study aims to predict the level of credit risk with data mining using the C.45 decision tree algorithm. There are two classes of risk level predictions, namely current and non-current. The C.45 decision tree algorithm has a function to find knowledge or patterns of characteristic similarity in a particular group or class. In this study, the C.45 algorithm was implemented and analyzed using the WEKA application. From the results of the evaluation using the confusion matrix, the accuracy generated for 1,153 training data with 91 testing data and the six attributes used produces an accuracy of 79%

Abstract

Long before the advent of technology, people had to rely on their observations and experiences predicting the weather. But sometimes the experience is not entirely appropriate when predicting the weather. Observers are researching and reporting that some animals have a sensitivity to the weather around them, allowing the animal to have a chance to find a safe place to shelter from bad weather. People are sometimes unaware of the climate change around them and ignore them so they can sacrifice their lives, let alone those who live in the surrounding seas and beaches. The people who live there are very dependent on weather predictions because bad weather will be fatal like a tidal wave. Therefore, the authors make the design of decision support applications to determine the tidal wave that can occur in the region around the coast and sea. This decision support design uses knowledge of animal behavior such as birds and crabs that are associated with changes in weather around coastal and marine areas. Other desired features of this system are weather forecasts as well as suggestions for people living and making a living there.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis khususnya dalam industri penjualan harus selalu memikirkan cara untuk terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan skala bisnis sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen dan pasar. Persediaan mobil merupakan permasalahan operasional yang sering  dihadapi oleh para agent travel. Jika jumlah persediaan mobil terlalu sedikit dan permintaan tidak dapat dipenuhi karena kekurangan persediaan, hal ini akan mengakibatkan konsumen akan merasa kecewa dan ada kemungkinan konsumen tidak akan kembali lagi.  Data Mining adalah suatu istilah yang digunakan untuk menguraikan penemuan pengetahuan di dalam basis data. Data Mining adalah proses yang menggunakan teknik statistik, matematika, kecerdasan buatan, machine learning untuk mengekstraksi dan mengidentifikasi informasi yang bermanfaat dan pengetahuan yang terkait dari berbagai basis data besar. Forecasting/peramalan adalah mengenai apa yang akan terjadi, tapi belum tentu bisa dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan peramalan atau prediksi yang bisa meminimumkan kesalahan yang biasanya diukur dengan mean square error, mean absolute error. Baik tidaknya hasil dari suatu penelitian sangat ditentukan oleh ketepatan ramalan yang dibuat. Peramalan digunakan untuk mencari sebuah nilai ketetapan dari proses Single Exponential Smoothing yang mengasumsikan bahwa data berfluktuasi di sekitar nilai mean yang tetap tanpa trend atau pola pertumbuhan konsisten.

Abstract

Recording attendance in an institution is absolutely necessary, recording can be used as an evaluation material for the institution, including educational institutions, especially the end of the data section that comes to library, storing visitor data in order to find out how many people visit the library both internal and external visitors , for the presence of external visitors not only reports how many people come but also can know from which agency and the need to visit. The report data can be a material consideration for adding collections and others. Visitor attendance information system made through the analysis process of Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service, the output of this study is a visitor presence application for students and visitors from outside by applying the concept of data access oriented or abbreviated as DAO desktop-based which is where the DAO concept divides objects into several classes, namely classes for models, implementations, interfaces and views.

Abstract

The belt is a complement of clothing made of leather or hard clothing that serves to tie a pair of pants or skirts around the waist. Belts are part of fashion. There are several types of belts, which are divided into models, materials, sizes, and so on. For example, police belt, security guard belt, TNI belt and others. Generally, the parts of the belt (belt construction) are divided into two parts, namely Traps and Buckle. The traps are usually made of leather, while the buckle is usually made of metal, Decision Support System (DSS) is a computerized system designed to improve the effectiveness of decision making to solve problems which are semi-structured and unstructured so that in the process of making decisions that can be done more quality.

Abstract

The Problem that is often faced in giving credit is determining the decision to give credit to  someone, while other issues are not all credit payments can run well. Among the causes are errors of judgment in making credit decisions. In this study will be used  neural network with multilayer perceptron method to analyze the feasibility of giving credit. From the test results to measure the performance of the method is to use testing methods confusion matrix and ROC curve, it is known that the method of  neural network multilayer perceptron has a value of  96,1% accuracy and AUC value of  0.999. This shows that the model produced, including the classification is Exellent Clasification because it has the AUC values between 0.90- 1.00.
