Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Persero) commonly referred to as Telkom Indonesia or Telkom is an information and communication company as well as a complete telecommunications service and network provider in Indonesia. Telkom claims to be the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia, with a total of 15 million fixed-line telephone subscribers, 104 million. The purpose of this study was to design an Application for Monitoring Repair and Maintenance Service Center (MSC) Indihome At PT. Web-Based Telkom that can provide convenience in the process of monitoring improvements and services. Designing an application that is able to streamline the service and repair process. Test results obtained By using a website system designed for reporting customer complaints that occur, the report will be inputted into the website and will be handled by the technician concerned. With the notification in the system, the system simplifies the process of monitoring incoming customer complaints.

Abstract

Restoran merupahkan salah satu bisnis yang paling menguntungkan dan menjanjikan khususnya di kawasan Tanjung Bira. Selama ini, banyak pengelolah restoran yang masih mencatat pesanan konsumen pada selembar kertas. Sehingga dapat menimbukan beberapa masalah seperti kehilangan lembaran kertas dan sistem pelayanan yang lambat. Dengan adanya masalah ini penulis membuat sebuah sistem pelayanan restoran berbasis android dan web based. Dimana aplikasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya yaitu MySQL dan untuk proses penginputan menunya dibuat dalam bentuk aplikasi android menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java. Metode perancanganya menggunakan UML (Unified Model Language) sedangkan Metode pengujian yang digunakan yaitu pengujian black box dan kuisioner. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pemesanan menggunakan smartphone android dan pada bagian dapur, kasir dan admin menggunakan laptop/Pc. Hasil menu makanan bisa diakses secara mobile sedangkan output pesanan terkonfigurasi menggunakan web. Adapun hasil dari kuisioner setelah menggunakan sistem yaitu tingkat kepuasan karyawan restoran Amatoa Resort sekitar 32% dengan tingkat kepuasan puas. Dengan adanya pelayanan ini dapat membantu restoran Amatoa Resort memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik terhadap pengunjungnya

Abstract

Sign language is a language that prioritizes body language and lip movements, not sound, in communicating. The deaf and speech impaired are the main group who use this language by combining the form of finger movement, orientation and movement of the hands, arms, and body, to express their thoughts. This application uses pictures and questions to find out the information they convey. So this application was designed so that it can help the general public to receive information from the deaf and speech impaired by using Black Box testing to test for functional errors contained in the application.

Abstract

The availability of parking lots is a must for perkatoran, shopping centers (malls), universities and others.  Along with the ability of the public to have vehicles, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, it makes parking spaces difficult and takes a long time to get a parking space, this is because there is no service regarding information on the availability of empty parking slots, so there is no marker to know whether the parking lot is fully filled or not.  It is necessary to design a parking monitoring system tool, which aims to provide information on the availability of parking slots. Using the application design method by utilizing several object detection sensors including the Infrared Proximity Sensor and using the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol which functions as a wireless communication protocol. The results of this study show that the system works as expected, that the sensor can detect parking objects that are filled or still empty and the system data communication also works well, namely the sensor sends data to wemos D1, then sent to the MQTT Broker (server) then resumes to wemos D1 and then the data is sent to the message viewer device, namely monitors and LEDs. The LED light as an indicator gives a message, if the LED lights up in green, it means that the parking lot is not filled and if the LED lights up red, it means that the parking slot is filled.

Abstract

Background: Keterampilan guru SD Negeri Bulurokeng dalam mengimplementasikan TIK sebagai tools pembelajaran masih kurang. Beberapa guru belum mahir dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer, sehingga media pembelajaran yang disajikan di kelas masih monoton. Oleh sebab itu perlu diselenggarakan kerjasama pengabdian kepada guru SD Negeri Bulurokeng, dengan tujuan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan implementasikan TIK untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi komputer. Metode: Partisipasi SD Negeri Bulurokeng selaku mitra mempersiapkan peserta sebanyak 32 orang guru untuk mengikuti pelatihan selama tiga hari. Metode yang digunakan mulai dengan wawancara singkat dengan kepala sekolah dan guru-guru, kemudian dilakukan pelatihan dengan menyajikan dan menjelaskan materi bandicam aplikasi dan powerpoint, dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan peserta dalam mengimplementasikan materi dan terakhir adalah evaluasi yaitu mengukur sejauh mana tingkat pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan tersebut. Hasil: Pelatihan dan pendampingan implementasi TIK tersebut, peserta dalam kapasitas sebagai pendidik lebih mempunyai pilihan dalam membuat bahan ajar, meningkatkan kapasitasnya dalam perkembangan teknologi melalui kreatifitas penggunaan bandicam dan powerpoint. Sebagai mitra, guru-guru merasa sangat antusias dan merasa puas mengikuti pelatihan tersebut karena mampu mengimplementasikan metode pengajaran baru yang lebih menarik minat siswa. Kesimpulan: Meningkatkan kreatifitas guru dalam implementasi TIK khususnya membuat bahan ajar yang lebih interaktif.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan sesuatu yang tak ternilai harganya, karena tanpa kesehatan manusia tidak dapat menikmati hidup. Seiring dengan perkembangan, jenis penyakitpun makin bertambah manifestasi baru ataupun berbeda dari gejalan sebelumnya, dan salah satunya adalah penyakit kanker.  Kanker adalah sebuah penyakit yang selama ini ditakuti oleh semua orang. Ini disebabkan karena pertumbuhannya yang cepat dan sangat menggerogoti tubuh penderitanya. Apabila kanker telah memasuki stadium lanjut, maka harapan hidup penderita akan semakin kecil, sebaliknya apabila kanker masih berada pada stadium awal, maka harapan untuk sembuh sangat besar. Sebagian besar pada kasus kanker, biasanya penderita baru melakukan pemeriksaan apabila kanker yang diderita sudah memasuki stadium lanjut. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu program aplikasi yang sederhana tapi cukup berguna untuk member informasi kepada seseorang akan kemungkinan adanya kanker yang bersarang ditubuhnya.         Sistem pakar ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jenis kanker yang mungkin diderita oleh pasien dengan memperhatikan usia dan gejala-gejala yang dialami dan dirasakan oleh pasien, dengan menggunakan metode Fordward Chaining  sebagai penghubung antara gejala dan jenis kankernya. Fordward Chaining  bertindak sebagai jaringan syaraf tiruan yang memetakan sekumpulan masukan(gejala) terhadap sekumpulan acuan keluaran(jenis kanker).        Sistem pakar ini telah layak untuk digunakan sebagai alat bantu atau pengganti pakar dalam mendiagnosa jenis kanker yang mungkin diderita oleh pasien, berdasarkan teknik pengujian black box yang telah dilakukan untuk menguji kelayakan fungsionalnya.

Abstract

The Koramil 1408-02/Tallo office is in charge of distributing social assistance recipients. The social assistance is in the form of basic food assistance for the community and MSMEs for people who have micro-enterprises, where each aid has different criteria in determining the recipient. Regarding the existing social assistance and having different criteria in determining acceptance, including the level of education, of course, the staff of the 1408-02/Tallo Koramil Office will find it difficult to carry out the selection process. Based on existing data mining, beneficiaries can be made to assist beneficiaries who will assist the Koramil 1408-02/Tallo staff. Classification can be done using the C4.5 algorithm. This study aims to determine the recipients of social assistance and apply it in the development of the recipient system of social assistance, including the level of community education. This makes it easier to determine recipients of social assistance and the results of this study are applications for social assistance recipients, so that they can overcome the problems that exist in the current system. Based on the results of the research that has been done on the design of this application, it has succeeded in helping the Koramil Office 1408-02/Tallo in selecting social assistance recipients based on the recipient's education and functioning as expected.

Abstract

Queue problems are often encountered in everyday life, especially when making transactions at banks. Customers need a lot of time to get a service, so there are many customer complaints related to queues that drain time and energy. Therefore, an increase in service is needed to provide satisfaction and convenience to customers in transactions. By using the Multilevel Feedback Queue algorithm and the Multi-Channel Single Phase method, scheduling by entering processes into several queues, the scheduling algorithm allows a process to move from one queue to another. The Android and desktop mobile interconnect queue application was built as a solution to the problem. The desktop platform for services to customers who come directly (offline) to the Bank is to take a queue number at the bank while tellers and customer service function make calls. Meanwhile, mobile android is for customers who register online, namely by taking a queue number online anytime and anywhere, then customers can see the queue number being served. The research objective is to build a queuing application that can facilitate customers in making transactions, especially getting queue numbers online, minimizing waiting time at queue outlets, and automatically calculating the average service time. The research results are in the form of desktop applications that automatically generate queue numbers of android and with one source of queue arrivals.

Abstract

Salah satu kewajiban dosen yang dilaksanakan secara berkala adalah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kewajiban tersebut merupakan salah satu wujud Tri Darma Perguran Tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian terlaksana atas kerja sama Universitas Dipa Makassar dengan Pemerintah Kota Makassar, Kecamatan Kepulauan Sangkarrang, Kelurahan Kodingareng dengan tema Digitalisasi Marketing Sebagai Strategi Penguatan UMKM di Kelurahan Kodingareng. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 21 orang pengusaha dalam hal ini pemilik UMKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penguatan UMKM naik kelas dalam meningkatkan daya saing di pasar global. Pengabdian ini menggunakan presentasi serta pelatihan langsung menggunakan mobile android ataupun laptop dalam proses edukasi dan pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendidikan, pelatihan dan advokasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu seluruh peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan dari awal hingga akhir dapat mengetahui dan membuat Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) sebagai salah satu dokumen legalitas usaha mikro dan kecil. Selain itu peserta dapat mengetahui strategi penguatan UMKM naik kelas seperti melakukan Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimazation (SEO), Branding dan Content Marketing.

Abstract

Community service is a series of tridharma at tertiary institutions, so that activities at SMKN I Jeneponto are the implementation of training activities for making Animation-Based Learning Media as an effort to increase teacher professionalism. However, the problem that is often faced by subject teachers in carrying out their activities within the scope of SMK Negeri 1 Jeneponto is making teaching materials and materials using methods that are not optimal, there is still a lack of understanding about the use of Information Technology and the Use of Software Applications that support learning media, especially in applications presentation processing and application software for animation creation. For this reason, training on making animation-based learning media was held to meet their needs. This activity was carried out in four stages, namely the pre-activity stage, the preparation stage, the training implementation stage, and the activity evaluation stage. This activity was attended by 25 Jeneponto Vocational School 1 teachers who were directly accompanied by speakers from the Undipa PKM team. The result of the activity is an increase in the ability of all teachers. This is evidenced by the results of a user satisfaction survey. In addition, from the design of the animated learning media designs that were made, the best and most interactive ones were selected and had an increase in the quality of the animation designs
